USAID has pushed nearly half a billion dollars ($472.6m) through a secretive US government financed NGO, “Internews Network” (IN), which has “worked with” 4,291 media outlets, producing in one year 4,799 hours of broadcasts reaching up to 778 million people and “training” over 9000 journalists (2023 figures). IN has also supported social media censorship initiatives.
The operation claims “offices” in over 30 countries, including main offices in US, London, Paris and regional HQs in Kiev, Bangkok and Nairobi. It is headed up by Jeanne Bourgault, who pays herself $451k a year. Bourgault worked out of the US embassy in Moscow during the early 1990s, where she was in charge of a $250m budget, and in other revolts or conflicts at critical times, before formally rotating out of six years at USAID to IN.
Bourgault’s IN bio and those of its other key people and board members have been recently scrubbed from its website but remain accessible at http://archive.org. Records show the board being co-chaired by Democrat securocrat Richard J. Kessler and Simone Otus Coxe, wife of NVIDIA billionaire Trench Coxe, both major Democratic donors. In 2023, supported by Hillary Clinton, Bourgault launched a $10m IN fund at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). The IN page showing a picture of Bourgault at the CGI has also been deleted.
IN has at least six captive subsidiaries under unrelated names including one based out of the Cayman Islands. Since 2008, when electronic records begin, more than 95% of IN’s budget has been supplied by the US government (thread follows)

The D C Superior Court should replace the District Court for the District of Columbia for local civil and probate cases, and all federal courts in the District of Columbia except SCOTUS should be abolished and their functions transferred to the 4th Circuit, with a new courthouse somewhere around Quantico absorbing the district level cases.
All criminal cases of any sort should be federal and tried by juries drawn from Virginia.

Canada as the 51st state will need a Circuit, so while we are at it, break up the 9th into three Circuits, break up the 4th into two Circuits, and move the specialty courts like Tax out of DC to Omaha or Cedar Rapids.

All of the cases that originate in DC can easily be handled on a round-robin basis by the Judicial Districts from which “DC” was originally carved. It is impossible for a “DC Circuit” to be politically impartial, and a single city does not require its own District.

Obviously, this sort of action by an “official” is going to encounter formal pushback – and I actually think that it should. This sort of action is not what should be taken by “just one person with a mandate.” It is an action that must be taken by Congress, and then only after considerable and contentious deliberation.
By law, the head of this agency has complete and absolute discretion over what, if any, investigations to pursue. He can decide, as he has, that number is zero. He can also order a temporary work from home period, as happened during the lock downs.
There is nothing illegal or unauthorized about these actions.
This agency was set up purely as a shakedown and protection racket, mafia style, to provide funding directly to the left wing communist subversive entities destroying our Republic.
It never did a single thing for actual consumers. No individual consumers ever got any money back from agency action. Instead, the CFPB would levy fines and then send them off to The Southern Poverty Law Center.
Want to kill your competition? Get the CFPB to bring an action and put them out of business.
Want to funnel dirty money from a bank to BLM? Get the CPFB to bring an action, pay a fine, and let them be the sender of the loot.

As far as revaluing our way out of debt – unlikely. The first matter is how much gold does the USG actually still have in its physical possession, if any?
The second matter is that based upon the reported amount they have, the price of gold would have to go above 55K/oz per several folks. I did the calculations a couple years back and it was the 6 figure range to have enough to just break even.
