Heavenly Father, with the closing of this day, I ask for serenity. As the night sky displays its vast beauty, let my soul mirror its peacefulness. Help me to let go of the worries of the day and trust in Your loving care. May Your peace reign in my heart and home tonight. Amen.

How I know I am not like many others

I don’t ‘get’ the straw news: paper vs plastic

I fail to understand: what is wrong with drinking from the rim of the glass or cup?

I made a rare post of Facebook, and several asked me to give example of fraud and abuse. Sheesh, aren’t these people reading the news, watching press conferences.

I went to Brave to find unfiltered searches: “list of DOGE findings of waste, fraud,and abuse” and several variations. Most hits are about people up in arms about DOGE access. Can someone point me to a list (ideally separated by waste/abuse and fraud that lists what is being discovered?

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.
