USAID.
Wonder if Soros pere et fils (and all whom they “financed”) are beginning to feel the heat…
Cut out shell companies and the uniparty..
Dems aren’t the only ones who have “profited”. I’m sure in the bowels of a filthy DC there are plenty of Republicans not enjoying their weekends.
The bottom apple has been pulled from the display of thousands. All over the world the effects of having done so are flowing like a tsunami. Clean up on Aisle Everywhere.
Maybe that’s why congressional oversight is so ineffective-it’s all theater as they line their pockets.
All part of the swamp crime-family dynamic.
Have an honest “cop” doing oversight? Get them on the payroll.
Maybe, Mark?
I’d say probably.
Well said, we have a government fearful of the people, again.
Going to borrow that one Betsy. Clean up in aisle everywhere. 😂
Years ago I was harassed mercilessly by an inexperienced but very wealthy and privileged bully of an administrator. She was just the worst, and existed daily to make my life a living hell. She left the district after 7 years, and I had battle scars that took a good 2 years to start to heal. It was really awful, made me second guess my worth as a teacher. Until, she decided to come back to our district as an elementary principal. Went through the interview process, kowtowed with the people she thought were friends, and then was completely blown away shocked when she didn’t get the job. Turns out everyone knew what she had done to me and a few others, and no one wanted her back. Several co-workers on the interview committee went out of their way to contact me first to share the news before it broke. How I felt that day is how I feel now. Joy, relief, and a feeling that maybe my dad was right, and that everyone gets theirs one day. Not sure if I need to go to confession for my thoughts, but thinking it’ll be worth the trip if I do!
Q: The best revenge is……??A: revenge.
Doesn’t always need to be served cold.
Revenge is a dish best served cold.

Месть – это блюдо, которое лучше подавать холодным
It’s an old, old Russian proverb.
The AI answering machine tries to attribute the phrase to some author from France who supposedly coined it in the late 1700s. But, that’s a made up story.
The AI answering machine is almost as bad as Wikistinki.

That old banquet of consequences, dear Unicorn. We all have a seat there at one time or another…for good or ill.
As for you? Well, cream always rises to the top, sis. I’m sorry you went throught it, but your God given strength won out. Your dad must have been someone very special… 😘
Yes, it looks like our whole side is blaming the Democrats, we need to remember that they didn’t do all of this alone!
It’s not like only the Democrats have gotten rich off all this corruption.
Endemic, girl…
How else to account for a modest salary which exponentially (and magically) grows into millions within a modest year or two in office. We’ve all asked that question…and now we know.
Conservatives knew this was going on, even took part in it and said nothing. No wonder they did what they could to keep our president from winning again. I wonder how many truthful congress men/women and senators we really have.
Count them on one hand. Might not need all your fingers.
Sadly, after the 2016 Election … it was reported in business news reports that the businesses owned by Sorros and the Clinton Foundation MOVED nearly all their cash to new, unknown and “clean” accounts.
It would be safe to assume that not a penny of Sorros nor Clinton Foundation money was actually used to fund anything they supported and related to USAID. Their “personal” funds are safely tucked away, out of sight. They were and remain Bag Men for their Globalist Masters…using money passed through them from USAID, DoD, the State Department and DAVOS Enclave Members.
Ah, but what if they ended up seized under EO 13818, 13848?
Appearance of safety, but the governments they thought were friends decided to cut some deals?
Grins.
Bingo!
Under those two Presidential Executive Orders alone, assets can be immediately seized for trafficking and U.S. Election interference respectively.
“We caught them all. Let’s see what happens.”
There are always crumbs. Loose ends. Unseen forensics. Their slimy trail of grotesque corruption and disposal of those with “inconvenient” knowledge can’t be completely cleaned up.
They may believe their repugnant “gains” are safe and they themselves untouchable. The question is this. Is there anyone in a position to finally bring them to hard justice with the unbreakable will to do so?
There might just be.
But if not here, then elsewhere…no one lives forever.
In other words, is there really any such thing as the perfect crime?
No ma’am.
I figure the more arrogant and full of hubris the criminal, the more likely they’ve forgotten something.
Meanwhile they can sit in jail. Might take some time to unravel the whereabouts, but President Trump will make the country hiding the loot an offer they dare not refuse.
The sooner George and that flaming kid of his are dealt with the better off this world will be. Arrest them both or assassinate them, either way is good with me.
very cute!
Best president ever!
Campaign finance fraud puts people in jail, too.
Certain people it does, Hokkoda. A whole strata seems to avoid it.
The WSJ is out with another banger of an editorial blasting Trump DOJ for filing a lawsuit to block a Big Tech merger between Hewlett Packard and a smaller rival.
The editorial board, led by Paul Gigot, not only takes unnecessary digs at Elon Musk–“his frantic rush around Washington is attention-grabbing and may do some good”–but also at the antitrust division of DOJ for continuing what WSJ calls “the Biden neo-Brandeisians who jettisoned the consumer-welfare standard that has guided antitrust law for four decades.”
LOFL.
The WSJ’s target is Omeed Assefi, who is running the antitrust shop until Gail Slater is confirmed. Assefi worked in Trump 1.0 White House and held top spots at Trump DOJ. WSJ suggests Assefi “didn’t perform due diligence before signing off on the lawsuit,” which originated but was not executed under the Biden adm.
A shocking accusation with no basis.
This, coupled with other actions against the WSJ Fortune 500 frens, means the Trump adm will “keep harassing business,” Gigot and company claim.
Let’s not pretend the WSJ is on board with the Trump agenda. Remember how they fluffed for Biden then Kamala Harris before the election. Their Jan 6 coverage is as bad as CNN and WashPo.
Let’s also not forget how Big Tech–with the exception of Musk–and Big Business in general supported Biden and Harris, donating tons of money and making public statements endorsing the Dem presidential ticket.
As for Hewlett Packard? They have an “A” rating from something called the “American Democracy Scorecard,” which champions Democratic Party policies on lax voting rules and other hogwash while pushing to deny corporate contributions to Republicans including Trump.
In fact, of the dozens of major corporations analyzed by “American Democracy,” HP is the ONLY company to receive an A.
Sorry HP — maybe your big merger is actually a “threat to democracy” and whatnot.
The WSJ…once great in the 90’s with a great Editorial Board has morphed into a joke with their anti Maga bias and loving of their “own” Peggy Noonan…
Keep it up…just like most metro newspapers you are headed into the dustbin of history…
My 96-year old Mom reads it – looks at it, every page – from the front to the back, now 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) – she lets me have the Crossword Puzzle, good for my brain, she says – she wants to get an idea of what is going on and the tv news annoys her and takes too much time – she says it isn’t what it used to be, though, not at all.
My Dad reads the WSJ everyday. Calls it a “reliable conservative source of news.”
I’m gently giving him information about the UniParty and the role the WSJ plays. He’s starting to come around.
Yes! Just open the top of the box and let his imagination do the rest!!
My lifelong Democrat Mom finally came around to seeing the light at age 70 something. She was more than happy to vote for President Trump in 2024. She’s ecstatic about him and his team finding the Waste, Abuse, and Fraud.
It’s never to late.
Well yeah, back in her heyday American used to be white just like the Wall Street Journal, now it’s all third world immigrant garbage flooding everywhere.
We subscribed for a number of years and finally ‘weaned’ my husband off of it. I recall several years back there was a major divide between the editorial section and the news section with the news section wanting the editorial section removed or replace because of their right wing slant. Yes, Peggy Noonan is detestable.
Yes, Peggy Noonan is detestable.
Noonan is an ignorant, arrogant, disgusting person.
I remember a discussion I had with someone on a cross country flight before C19. Their rebuttal to a factoid was “well the WSJ says…and they are the most trusted news source in America.”
I looked at them and rolled my eyes, then proceeded to provide examples that disproved their statement. Good times.
This is a perfect illustration of how Wall Street and its ilk have destroyed America over the decades by violating antitrust without worrying about their lapdogs in big gov enforcing the laws. IMO 90% of the largest companies in the US are in violation of antitrust laws. What it does is kill the small businesses and stifle competition. Look at AT&T, broken up decades ago and now back to being a behemoth. Kroger has grown large due to acquiring other grocery stores such as Albertson’s and Roundy’s stifling competition in the states where they operate. HCA and AdventHealth have become medical behemoths by acquiring everything in site from local hospitals to specialty clinics to large medical practices. To see the damage all these large companies are doing all one has to do is look at what they did during the Covid b.s. They followed the government dictates lock stock and barrel to hell with the rights of the US citizen. Not allowing the HP merger, one hopes, is a sign that antitrust laws will be enforced and big companies and their Wall Street vampires need to be afraid.
90% sounds about right. Excellent post.
Wall Street profits from turning America into a non-white dump of cheap labor. They treat America as an economic zone instead of a country.
Amen to every point you made. Excellent post, maybe Antitrust enforcement is back with this administration.
“in sight’… lol
ObamaCare was installed for the Plandemic.
God bless you for speaking truth!
It’s about time we got serious about enforcement against monopolies.
Germany and most of Europe protects their largest companies like Mercedes Benz, Krupps, BMW and Royal Dutch Shell while the United States is always trying to destroy it’s own ones?
Treepers, riddle me this: why has Rupert Murdoch recently been seated in the Oval Office during President Trump EO signings?
Trump is a Zionist before anything else.

This needs attention from the Trump administration immediately. It will be a back door for the UK to aid the fragments of the Derp State, and continue the weaponization against American citizens.
Time to break the “Five Eyes”. Clearly they are more a threat than anything else.
PS, it appears the UK is completely lost. I have more hope for Germany and France at this point.
The target is the City and the Crown.
Mr. Luongo just needs to consider that Donald John Trump is 1) the son of a McLeod and a man who 2) often spoke of the problem of “the Oranges.” (The Prussians) See Prussiagate blog on Substack.
The McLeod’s are from the Western Isles, not the Lowlands. And those areas have no love for the inheritors of King William of the Glencoe massacre.
Long memories, in those Isles.
Financial fireworks guaranteed – and there’s a reason the Bank of England had a cameo appearance in the Bessent hearing.
Lament for the horses of Uist.
In World War I, the British came and rounded up and seized all or almost all the native horses on the Scottish Isle of Uist and shipped them across the sea to be blown up, along with an entire generation of young men, on the fields of France.
All thanks to the Black Hand and Skull and Bones DS of the day.
Demonic.
Thank you for posting this.
There can be only one.
Apple’s solution to this is to not roll out the encryption feature in the UK… rather than giving the UK the keys to the castle. So, not a big deal in the end (except for the citizens/subjects in the UK).
<Time to break the “Five Eyes”>
Any pun I make here would probably be cornea
than usual 🙂
The “Five Eyes” have many pupils worldwide that would require a good lashing.
Iris in appreciation of your punniness 😉
Noticed something strange here in n.e. Florida Sundance,, the job I’m currently working at? Not one single black on any of the crews on this site. a whole lot of Hispanics,,, but no blacks. mighty freaking strange huh?
Not so much, the shorter guys don’t like the taller guys, how racist of them.
Yes. Same here. Also NE FL.
The landscaping, painting, roofing, etc. crews here used to be a 50/50 mix of black and white. They all spoke English and it was fun to interact with them.
Last Painting crew (about 5 mos. ago) was 100% Spanish speaking.
Where did all those jobs go for those great guys who used to work here? How are they surviving now?
All this happened in California many years ago.
Every trade is majority Spanish speakers. Most do not even speak English, or try to.
What happened to all the good guys who used to do those jobs? I have moved to Arizona now and notice that many of them seem to be here. I feel like I live in America again…
In fairness to them, a few of them *did*say they were trying to learn English. And they tried to speak with me.
My Spanish is a mess now and probably mixed up with Italian. haha.
So our communication did not get very far, but we tried.
Big Balls evidently hates H1B. Smart boy.
We know we shouldn’t have H1B (which is a security risk, a bigger one than DOGE, btw) but the people with the power to end it find it beneficial to them personally, so to Hell with the American worker.
We know we shouldn’t have H1B (which is a security risk, a bigger one than DOGE, btw) but the people with the power to end it find it beneficial to them personally, so to Hell with the American worker.
President Trump believes we need H1Bs … not just for high tech jobs (which is logical) but also more broadly (which surprised me) . To me, President Trump (pro-American worker) is an advocate of H1Bs and definitely does not see them as a “security risk”. Clearly, PDJT does not view DOGE as a “security risk”. My philosophy is you argue to the point of decision. PDJT has decided we need H1Bs and DOGE. I back the President and his decisions.
Perhaps you should listen to the informal press conference PDJT did with Larry Ellison et al. after the infrastructure announcement. PDJT clearly articulates his support of H1Bs.
He also said he wanted to buy Greenland and take over Gaza. He’s a shifty one. Not to be confused with the CA moron in the Senate.
Greenland makes sense (just like buying Alaska made sense). Several folks, who had regular interaction with President Trump in the past, believe he is merely trying to break the cycle of violence in Gaza and get the Saudis and Egyptians to step up and help (they wisely don’t want to import pro-Hamas Palestinians).
Sans an ultimatum PDJT makes forces them to put themselves in a position with a binary choice: Either “WE” (as in ME, Jordan, Egypt, Saudis, et al) get our act together an clean up Gaza OR we bring in the United States. Obviously, the latter never seemed or seems to be a real option when it comes to Gaza…but PDJT presents in such a way that they treat it as a real possibility. In the end, maybe it is…maybe it isn’t. Trump is an incredible human being.
In these two cases, President Trump took ownership of the problem.
Egypt and Jordan protested and want ownership, so he will delegate it to them.
I know what he said, and people RIGHT HERE INCLUDING SUNDANCE say that he’s confused or misspeaking about H1B.
I DON’T CARE WHAT HIS POSITION IS.
It’s a bad thing, it harms the American worker, and it needs to go, but people who could and should end it won’t, because they personally find it beneficial.
Let’s agree to disagree. I believe we need to bolster our engineering/technical talent to compete in key areas such as AI. Clearly, we lack sufficient numbers of computer science/engineering folks to be competitive long-term. If you want to win championships, you put the best team possible on the field (your serious competitors will). You don’t win with a few “A” players and a large percentage of “C” players. If Americans want to be paid more, they need to earn it by outperforming the H1Bs. I did this my whole career.
No need for yelling.
Seems more of an *education problem* here than a lack of immigrants to me.
Agree.
As I read that I thought “Well how about we create these people then?”
Kinda hard when you look at test scores that show how many American students can barely read and do math.
I’d say that where we’re at right now was just exactly the plan to justify the need for all these people.
Nothing is an accident or a coincidence..
I install flooring for a living. Among customers and most Home Depot/Lowes staff, it is almost universally understood that there are 3 square feet in a square yard! When I give customers an estimate on labor, they are stunned when I point out that there 9 square feet in a square yard.
My point exactly. So what do we do now? Obviously some Americans are “A” players in the engineering/technical space. We have quality but not sufficient quantity. I’ve never seen an outstanding engineer out of work who was willing to work hard and willing to relocate. No one is owed the American Dream … you have to work for it. In some cases, it’s like the NFL. If a team is slow, you can’t just “train ’em up”.
We lack number because no one in their right mind will pay tens of thousand of dollars for a degree in a discipline they cannot get a job in after graduating. They cannot because of the visa program
Sorry I refuse to play the victim card/blaming behavior game.
I’ll put my money on the math wizards (in the age of AI and quantum computing) and you can bet on the prom queens.
Sorry, but H-1B visas are 100% anti-MAGA. They are the antithesis of Make America Great Again. Nothing could be more pro-globalist and anti-American can H-1B visas. They are utterly indefensible and MUST be ended. I believe President Trump has made a political calculation that at this moment he can’t afford to alienate Musk, and so he is remaining silent on this issue. But in the past he has wholeheartedly condemned H-1B visas and vowed to get rid of them. DOGE is scheduled to end July 4, 2026. We’ll see what happens after that.
More broadly, PDJT is certainly aware the whole LEGAL immigration system needsto be scrapped and start over built new.
Give it time…
I bow to no man and acquiesce on no subject that effects the lives and livelihoods of my fellow Americans…and back no decision that is contrary to the well being of them, the nation, or the Constitution.
You might also want to go back and look at his much longer comments on H1Bs from his first term.
ps. No, it most definitely is NOT logical in regards to high tech jobs, as was shown repeatedly and with great depth when Rama-swammy spewed his nonsense early on.
Not so fast.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2024/12/29/despite-new-york-post-phone-call-and-question-on-the-matter-donald-trump-companies-do-not-use-h1b-visas/#comments
Per Sundance:
“I can confidently assert (Occam’s Razor) that within the interview President Trump conflated H2B temporary worker visas, which he does use in his service industry, with H1B visas which he does not use.
The H-1B program applies to employers seeking to hire nonimmigrant aliens as workers in specialty occupations of distinguished merit and ability. At least that was the intent of the program before it was abused by companies who saw the opportunity to avoid domestic market wages and find alternative cheap sources of skilled labor in the tech sector. That abusive ‘labor diversion’ process has now expanded to find H1B claims in other sectors. So much so, there are now a myriad of companies requesting H1B status employees for their various interests.
The H2B program applies to employers seeking to hire nonimmigrant aliens as “temporary workers” mostly in the service industry where extreme seasonal fluctuations in business make it challenging to hire from a very limited market base. H2B workers are found in hotels, resorts, restaurants and service companies anywhere you find big seasonal shifts in service businesses, like Trump resorts.”

BREAKING: Judge Nichols has issued his written order formalizing his decision to block the Trump administration from putting 2,200 USAID workers on leave tonight. He also orders the reinstatement of 500 workers previously put on leave.

In President Trump’s first term he did not appoint judges, McConnell and the RNC did, President Trump went along with their recommendations because he trusted their counsel.
Certainly true that he needed McConnell’s cooperation. Nonetheless, as a full-time practitioner in federal courts all over the country I can attest to the fact that most of Trump’s judicial appointments were very good and dramatically changed the legal landscape the better.
Cannot agree with your assessment. That landscape is only “better” if it is used. Plus, the landscaped area of President Trump’s appointees is not so large.
So, far the ONLY fortuitous bit of the landscape used is District Judge Aileen Cannon. She has been the only major judicial force to help the President to date.
There were zero inroads in the districts being used to conduct lawfare attacks … the DC District, the First District and Ninth district. To make matters worse, those districts are “supervised” by corrupt and compromised Supreme court Justices.
Add in the Heritage Foundation that helped him “select” nominees.
Doesn’t mean they will get access to any buildings, or get their passwords to the system back
Yes. Stick them in a broom closet with a stool to sit on.
So, he appointed himself to the Presidency, eh?
Been a lot of that going around.
I am envisioning an Executive Order.
It directs the IRS, in the interests of national security and ensuring the faithful execution of the laws, to immediately audit the past 5 years of tax returns of any and all Senate confirmed positions.
Including all members of SCOTUS and Article III judges.
Ignore the SOB. What’s he going to do? Arrest Trump?
No, not ignore. State loud and clearly with a wee bit of condescending mockery that Judicial Branch cannot run the Executive Branch via incorrect and unconstitutional application of checks and balances obetween branches.. Then translate this to, “Go pound sand”.
Three co-equal branches of government.
Judges are a little full of themselves.
“Nuts”
The art of diplomacy is to tell your opponent to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to making the trip.
They don’t have to be on leave for USAID to never be reopened.
Yes. When a private company goes out of business, it does not have to do anything but close and let you know that they are closed.
Judges may order or do whatever they want. The judges can even make the payroll them selves. No more tax dollars should go to these USAID current employees…bill
Plenary.
A one page, one word appeal.
These leftys actually believe they can simply speak something into existence. Unbelievable..
It’s a root tenant of Gnosticism upon which Marxism (i.e. Leftism) is built that believing in something hard enough makes it true (and only the ignorant will deny it is truth).
So, yes, the DO believe just speaking it loud enough makes it true (and every time someone conceded just to make them shut up it reinforces their “truth” that speaking makes it true).
The only cure for Leftists is smack them hard with the reality stick and don’t give them an inch.
Simple solution: inform the judge that this is now a criminal investigation and like any other officials in the law enforcement (ie Executive) branch, they are being put on paid leave pending completion of the investigation.
This is also now a national security threat due to USAID acting in ways hostile to the interests of the United States and interfering in foreign affairs without Congressional or Executive branch authorization.
Those two statements have been used by our enemies for decades. Pick up their weapon and use it agains them.
Furthermore, inform all USAID employees that if they take ANY action to impede the criminal investigation, they will be charged with obstruction of justice. This includes their actions trying to block DOGE access to the building and their IT systems.
Paging Pam Bondi…
Excellent 👏 👏 👏
Ultimately it doesn’t matter at all.
The newly minted SOS has stated that he only needs 750 employees to run USAID under the State Department – the rest will be FIRED.

Try this?
It still says “Hmm…This page doesn’t exist”. Not sure if the issue is my browser or the link.
I get the same Joe.
Works for me – must be your browsers or your device.
Many times people say doesn’t work or link broken – not always the same for everyone…
I get the same with BRAVE.
You need to remove everything from and including /mediaViewer
Neither link worked for me.

Durham? Why ?
What boats did George Washington use to cross the Delaware River?
Who just got appointed to US Attorney for the E. District of NY?
Was Durham a white hat sleeper?
It was Durham’s son who got appointed, and I do think it means Daddy Durham was likely a good guy.
Haven’t watched it… was just helping Alexis out with her link.

Lot of static about this but…Have all funds earmarked for distribution by USAID been cancelled and employees let go?
You mean like this?
Rush Limbaugh the first guy to turn the media into a joke by examining the montage / mockingbird media.
.
Please remember, before Rush it was 100% “State Run Media”, USAID and other government appropriated funds.
I have such fond memories of Rush’s short lived-television series- he would often highlight the media “Word of the day” by playing clip after clip of supposedly independent journalists all saying the same phrase when describing a story…His “ribbons clip” is a classic – even then, he understood the direction the Left and the media were taking us!
I liked his explanation of why his tv show failed.
He said he relied on the “experts”, because he was new to television, and only belatedly understood that he was the expert on Rush Limbaugh.
Wouldn’t classify as “failed”…the leftist TV media demonized him and would not carry it.
They scared away most of his sponsors…
Rush played a huge part in exposing ‘Climate Change” as a scam too.
He caught onto this simply by following the weather very closely because of where his house in Florida was.
That show where he explained it all is worth digging up and listening too.
He had his team go on a giant dig to prove a hypothesis he was forming from his own observations, and he was right of course.
It turns out that weaponizing the weather, using it as a source to instill fear in people, this goes back very far and it’s not exclusively an American issue.
I wish I could remember all the details from the show that day, now that I’m thinking about it.
I agree with him. Nowhere near aggressive enough. We have 15 million invaders.
This needs to ramped up to 100k/week asap.
Agreed! Deport them ALL
************
Big fight breaks out between anti-ICE protesters, who are mainly students, outside Los Angeles City Hall. Appears one was stabbed, resulting in lots of blood loss. Police are now responding:
Deport them ALL!
Watch shocking and intense footage as anti-deportation protesters and other activists gather outside City Hall in Los Angeles, California. As Chaos erupts as tensions escalate, leading to a violent confrontation where demonstrators swarm a man, knocking him to the ground, punching, kicking, and brutally beating him. The situation spirals out of control as bystanders react, with some attempting to intervene while others fuel the aggression. As the protests enter their sixth day, reports indicate multiple arrests have been made.
Thus demonstrating why they shouldn’t be here.
Pretty stupid the one guy standing up against a violent mob of anti-ICE protestors.
Did he think he had a good chance to stop them?
He thought he had a right to free speech.
Homan should go to Ohio and deport every Haiti in that State all at once on one day!!! To save the pets!!! JMO
Needs to revisit the law that gave them a protected status long ago after the earth quakes…
Noem revoked the protected status for 600,000 Venezuelans already (last week). Suspect they will all fall in due order.
From where did Leading Report learn of this?
This seems like fake news.
I actually heard President Trump say the numbers are too low.
I’ve been thinking of this too.
Howie Carr in Boston often talks about the Eisenhower Deportations, they got a lot done back then and look at the times they lived in vs. now.
The scale of the emergency does demand that they find a way to ramp up these numbers.
Is there a way to fill a ship of some sort with thousands of them at a time?
Also, this is more economical in the long run, fewer trips with larger numbers of people aboard.
Is there a such thing as a prison ship?
If there isn’t, we need to create a few of them FAST.
Home school is the only answer…..
Disgusting and disturbing. I live in a small town in Middle Tennessee. A friend of mine lives in an even smaller town, maybe 3,000 people. She told me her kids ages 13-9 came home talking about being gay. We voted 90% for President Trump and yet we have this here. It is the universities churning out leftist leaning radical teachers.
My guess is there is financial reward to Academia for producing these teachers.
Probably USAID or a subsidiary.
Maybe that’s the key to stopping this insanity….Arrest the teacher and admin staff for allowing it….It’ll stop soon.
Then get out there and fight. NOW is the time. Children shouldn’t be talking about gay sex (or any sex) in school. If you are lucky enough to live in a very red area, now is the time to protest. You have support from the White House.
Make pigs great again…
Leading the innocents into wickedness. GOD, guard their hearts, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Amen!
When my best friend had three children she said she would raise them to be good citizens. As a Christian she would also raise them as she had been raised; not coddle them and to punish them — sometimes with spankings — when they were being bad.
I remember the time during their radical early teens when her middle daughter threatened my friend with calling the police and child protection services for “beating” her. My friend never “beat” her children, but when her daughter threatened her, she laid down the law and told them she would beat them, and go to jail, if her kids continued to be disobedient.
No one called the police, no one went to jail, and all three daughters are very good citizens and lovely women — all raised in the the socialist bastion of St. Paul, Minnesota.
When the youngest of the three, my goddaughter, had children she didn’t speak much about how she would raise her children. But I smile remembering only a year ago when I heard her oldest child came home from kindergarten and told his mom and grandmom how the teacher wanted him to put on lipstick and girl’s clothes and he told them, “NO, that’s for girls!”
If the parents don’t instill all that is right and good in their children, the school system will make sure to fill the voids with all that is wrong and evil.
Even a kindergartner knew better than the “adults” at that school.
Earlier this month, New Jersey followed California, becoming the second state in the union to require schools to teach about LGBTQ history.
Under the new law, public school teachers must include lessons about the political, social and economic contributions of gay and transgender people. Gov. Phil Murphy (D) signed the measure Thursday, according to CNN.
The governor said he was “honored” to sign the legislation, which was modeled after California’s measure, which passed in 2011, and makes teaching “about the rich contributions and accomplishments of our LGBTQ community and those with disabilities” mandatory.

I had a vastly different outcome with child protective services. The word evil comes to mind.
Oh no. I can only imagine, and with horrifying thoughts.
I hope the evil outcome was long ago, and things are better now. I pray that is so, too.
If the parents don’t instill all that is right and good in their children, the school system will make sure to fill the voids with all that is wrong and evil.
YES a million times!! Parents need to do their jobs and INVEST proper time in their children, including personally starting their education at a VERY young age and continuing it throughout their lives.
If a man in the park talks about sex to your 5-year-old, you want him arrested.
But when a teacher does it in the classroom it is totally ok with a lot of sick parents.
Parents need to sue these ‘teachers’ personally along with the school districts.
Money changes behaviors.
These precious Souls can as easily be taught – and will just as willingly learn & align with – civics, civic pride, citizenship responsibilities, patriotism, and Love of their One-Nation-Under-God country.

“I’m a child of Mexican parents who were deported,” she said. “I ended up in the system, a system that failed me, and like me, there’s many cases.”
So rather than try to stay out of their radar, she acts like this? Deport her. If she wants to live on Mexican land, then send her to Mexico.
No child left behind!! Families should stay together.
Treehouse winner…Mr. Homan, was all for ‘keeping families together’….
Love it!
She’s correct – the system is a failure for children; all children. It’s another Human trafficking system, straight up.

Yes, fire the 94% of government workers that “work from home”
You unduly denigrate Mr. Knopfler’s song by association!
The grifters don’t even get a blister.
I would rather have 18-21 year olds storming federal agencies to combat corruption than have them being sent overseas to fight somebody else’s war.
Enemies “foreign and domestic”…
They are now asking long-time Federal workers to justify their existence.
Federal Worker Reveals 19-21-Year-Old DOGE Team Members Conduct 15-Minute Job Justification Interviews with Grown-Up Employees Before Deciding Whether They Should Be Fired | The Gateway Pundit | by Jim Hᴏft
How is someone barely in the workforce and barely old enough to vote going to determine whether a job is “justified” or not?
This is stupid.
Duh. Simple questions, checking off boxes. The answers determines job justification.
Over the last four years have you worked at a paid job or household assignments, including child care on time you clock as employment hours?
Will you be reporting to office beginning immediately to work?
How many hours of personal use have you used on your government issued computer and printer?
Have you filed appropriate forms for using paper and printer ink for personal use?
Have you worked remotely from any other location than where goverment issued equipmentis is listed as stationed? Yes? What equipment computer system did you use if not approved and issued system?
Have you logged into government system from any device other than issued and in its registered location?
*****
A third grader could conduct these “interviews”. It is recording answers. Criteria met or not met determines outcome.
c’mon, Clarion, you really asking the question and thinking it stupid?
Goes beyond “stupid.”
There are 2.2 million federal employees involved. 15 minutes x 2.2 million = 550,000 hours of DOGE team member time.
Let us start thinking outside the box,
How is a government employee with 15 years of experience, who never saw a government job that was not necessary and needed an assistant going to determine whether a job is “justified” or not?
That would be just stupid.
This is what happens when they send in McKinsey into a company… 20 somethings go around and interview every employee then provide a list of who should go. I know, I have been through one of their audits.
Anyone worth anything will be able to justify their job. ” I was hired to perform a task and I’m doing it to the best of my ability. If some bureaucrat unjustly hired me, that is their fault not mine. Please move me to a position that makes sense for the American people.”
Could any parent answer the same question from their children? The question is not stupid, only some answers.
Also the Left: 16-year-olds should have the right to vote
Also the left 6-year-olds can pick their gender.
They can barely pick their nose correctly
Hasn’t DOGE found THAT ‘study’ yet???
Also the left tweens can have “consensual” sex with adults.
That is exactly where that slippery slope leads. Like in Washington state. 13 year olds are allowed to choose their own “healthcare”.
Heck, in Washington State I heard some Representative say that if a 13 year old gets herself pregnant she should be able to have a choice about her own “healthcare”, abortion.
The same idiot said 13 year olds should be allowed to choose their own “healthcare” and “mental health” treatment”, trans.
I posed the same questions yesterday. So is it ok if a parent goes on vacation for a week and leaves their 13 year old home alone? I seriously doubt it.
Every attorney who is a federal employee should have a binder available, for presentation to the team members, said binder to include proof of every case they’ve tried on behalf of the U.S. and their record of winning those cases. Included should be a verifiable list of how much money was clawed back from tax dodgers that finally found its way into the U.S. Treasury.
Last should be a two-column table:
On the left side, their annual salary and benefits. On the right side, the vast sums of money recouped.
And if those diligent best and brightest are fired anyway, we are in far more trouble than anyone wants to acknowledge.
Bravo. If they don’t know how to do their job, or what it is, heave ho!
The simple fact that in some areas they find this necessary speaks more loudly about how out of hand the bureaucracy is than almost anything else.
In a properly run organization, the supervisors and team leaders know exactly who is and isn’t pulling their weight and eliminates those workers without the need for anyone to come in and do their job for them. They also recognize and reward those who are going above and beyond.
It creates a culture of excellence – the opposite of what the federal bureaucracy has, which is more of a “go to work for 4 hours a day and spend 2 of those at lunch, with another hour dedicated to gossip” in far too many instances.
The only ones that should be interviewed are said supervisors and management.
Definitely. And has been said, the enemy is within.
Picked up this morning’s (Saturday edition) of the “Wall Street Journal” from the driveway . . . a judge is now blocking President Trump from having the DOGE team looking at Treasury (like they did already with USAID)?
What about what the Supreme Court said about the Executive?
Now why shouldn’t the Executive KNOW what is within the Executive?
The truth is that the people’s representatives (President, Congress) shouldn’t have anything hidden from them if they are the ones making decisions. That’s a big IF.
The people who elect them shouldn’t have anything hidden from them so as to make informed decisions at the ballot box.
Not only that, but the SCOTUS had already warned the lower courts about their out-of-control nationwide injunctions and threatened that they would deal with it if it continued.
Where the hell are you, Roberts?
No different than a strongly worded letter. Chief Richard Cabeza needs to ask for this cases dealing with plenary power of the prez to be fast tracked to the SCROTUS. Rule in favor of the prez and issue a scathing and embarrassing rebuke to the lower court judge and the lawyers. Make these people known.
The work continues…nothing has been blocked except to people outside of Treasury
Before that was issued DOGE was able to ascertain that the US Treasury illegally spent $514 BILLION in 2024. Maddening. 🤬 Some of the spending directives hadn’t been approved in 40 YEARS!

Saw an X post late yesterday from Elon about the amount that Universities have been taking in as “overhead” from NIH research grants. Seemed to be news to him. Historically, this has been around 50%, or more, depending on the university.
Yesterday the NIH issued a statement, that going forward, overhead would be a maximum of 15%! This funding basically went into a University’s “slush fund.” I hope other Departments (e.g. Dept of Ag, DoD) do the same. This will send shock waves through Universities and Med schools.
This has gone on for many years (I have known this for more than 40 years when I was a grad student). While there are justifiable overhead expenses (heat, light, use of buildings, equipment and other support services), overhead basically went into other areas of the University. How else would they support grad students in the English Department? This has to go into billions every year!
I assume this is yet another welcome outcome of our new administration, even if the head of HHS has not been confirmed yet.
Two weeks in and this is still only the tip of the $$$$$ iceberg. It would not surprise me if this was one of many ideas from DOGE.
Yes. This is absolutely true. Part of the reason universities push professors to “publish or perish”, even when they have tenure and have proven their worth to the university, is precisely because they get a cut of the research funding. It’s a pimp/prostitute system. And the cut they take is around 40-50%, depending on the place.
The money doesn’t necessarily go back into the student body (even grad students in English). My guess is that the money goes to one of three places: vanity building projects, the hiring of “superstar” professors, and administration. Remember, the administration doesn’t generate any income, so their funding to enforce the woke has to come from somewhere.
Joe Joe: Univerities feed off of FedGov grants.
It’s claimed the “superstar” professors attract grants, so they justify their hiring that way.
They do this even at state schools.
Yes. And Federal Student Loans – they get their money whether the students can pay it back or not.
When the government became involved with financing education, the cost of education skyrocketed because the colleges knew they could continue to raise costs astronomically – many such schools have endowments that number in the 10s to 100s of BILLIONs, more than enough to give FREE education to all the students they could ever have.
I know an old doctor, he’s now in his late 90s, he was research scientist, he told me what was going on with the NIH way back in the late 70s that he dealt with.
These places being no good goes back much further than most people understand.
My wife was telling me this morning that she was listening to her Vietnamese talk radio, and they were saying Must has four ads running on the super bowl tomorrow . Talking about USAID…..It’s almost enough to get me to watch….almost

Leaked Docs: USAID Helped Overthrow Bangladeshi Government With Military Coup
– HotAir:
“And you thought that USAID was all about distributing rice, beans, and medicine, didn’t you?
Well, not quite. There’s also fomenting “color revolutions,” funding Hamas, al Qaeda, ISIS, and the censorship complex.
Oh, and destabilizing Romania, and…how about a coup in Bangladesh? Nothing like a good coup to brighten your day.
I don’t know much about Bangladeshi politics outside the fact that Bangladeshis seem to be fond of raping young English girls, but apparently the US government wasn’t so pleased with Prime Minister, so they spent months fomenting a revolution to replace her.
“…On August 5, months of violent street protests finally toppled Bangladesh’s elected Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. When the military seized power and announced the imposition of a so-called “interim administration,” video footage showed Hasina fleeing to India aboard a helicopter. As vast swarms of student protesters overran the presidential palace, Western media outlets and many of their progressive-leaning consumers cheered the rebellion, framing it as a decisive defeat of fascism and the restoration of democratic rule.
Hasina’s replacement, Muhammad Yunus, is a longtime Clinton Global Initiative fellow granted a Nobel Prize for pioneering the dubious practice of micro-lending. While Yunus has hailed the “meticulously-designed” protest movement that thrust him into power, Hasina personally accused Washington of working to remove her from power over her alleged refusal to allow a US military base on Bangladeshi territory. The State Department has dismissed allegations of US meddling as “laughable,” with spokesman Vedant Patel telling reporters that “any implication that the United States was involved in Sheikh Hasina’s resignation is absolutely false.”
But now, leaked documents reviewed by The Grayzone confirm the State Department was informed of efforts by the International Republican Institute (IRI) to advance an explicitly stated mission to “destabilize Bangladesh’s politics.” The documents are marked as “confidential and/or privileged.”
IRI is a Republican Party-run subsidiary of the National Endowment for Democracy, which has fueled an array of regime change operations across the globe since it was conceived in the office of CIA Director William Casey over forty years ago.
The newly-uncovered files reveal how IRI spent millions in the lead-up to Hasina’s overthrow covertly coaching opposition parties and establishing a regime change network concentrated among the country’s urban youth. Among the GOP-run Institute’s front line foot soldiers were rappers, ethnic minority leaders, LGBT activists hosting “transgender dance performances” in the presence of US embassy officials – all groomed to facilitate what the US intelligence cutout called a “power shift” in Bangladesh.
I’m not sure how Republicans (the beneficiary of the USAID funding that toppled Hasina is led by Republicans) decided that funding LGBT activists and transgender dance performances, but there it is [Lindsey!].
Irony of irony, Democratic Senator Chris Murphey, who is screaming the loudest to defend USAID, was the Congressional contact who oversaw the operation. I guess regime change is fun, and he wants to keep his fingers in the pie.
It’s all one big happy family, isn’t it? Democrats get to choose who to depose in one country, Republicans in another.
More than 250 people were killed in the violence that “destabilizing Bangladesh’s politics” brought about, but at least a Clinton Global Initiative guy got into power, so we’ve got that going for us.
I love the smell of regime change in the morning.
And, have you noticed, the tactics used here seem remarkably similar to what the transnational elite did in the runup to the 2020 election? Is that why USAID was funneling funds to BLM?
Of course, it is. We got a “summer of love” and regime change right here at home.” …….
Meddling of the Karen State.
Two wings on the same disgusting vulture.
“but at least a Clinton Global Initiative guy”
If the Clintons had been prosecuted decades ago, politicians would have thought twice about raping the US taxpayers. Alas, here we are. My Grandmother used to have a saying about wishing in one hand…
So USAID is under the oversight responsibility of the House Appropriations Committee, Tom Cole, Chairman. Can it be pretended that his committee was not privy to what USAID was up to? Who else knew?
If House budget bills were passed in committee in regular order, then all the spending by USAID would have been reviewed in public hearings at regular intervals. This apparently did not happen, because government has been financed via continuing resolutions and omnibus bills since 2008. Now we have an idea about why. It was to conceal the massive heist going on, of taxpayer funds to pay Democrat cronies and parasites. The resulting instability has harmed millions.
I never paid Elon Musk much heed. He reminded me of Han Solo, introjected perhaps some of that character’s traits. He has the same wit, hauls things to space, goes to impossible places. He must be allowed to finish his job auditing the federal spending, department by agency. Soon a chorus line of judges, kicking up their black robes, will try to stop him. Somehow, we can’t let that happen. This work is too important to be stopped.
It is like the ship of state is in dry dock, lifted up, and having the barnacles scraped off her bottom. It is necessary, and all the grift represented could not go farther on. There will be some rebuilding of the economy to do, because too many were getting their paychecks from printed money and doing nothing worth their hire in return. It’s always about the money, of course, but the wacky, weird window dressings surrounding this heist, like the 40 genders and all that hooey, make one marvel at the cleverness of the thieves today.
One more observation: in 1981, when President Reagan fired the PATCO strikers, the union reps were prosecuted and went to prison. The webes didn’t mess with the Gipper after that. The type of corruption and grift at USAID will not stop until and unless those guilty get three hots and a cot. That is necessary, for our liberty.
I believe they were not prosecuted for financial corruption, but for shutting down air travel.
PATCO had endorsed Pres. Reagan. When he stopped them, the Soviets knew he was serious.
It was an illegal strike, but moreover it was the permanent bureaucracy testing the president. By firing the striking air traffic controllers and facing down the union demands, President Reagan passed the test and his authority was manifest and respected thereafter.
“unless those guilty get three hots and a cot. That is necessary, for our liberty.”
Since you used the ship analogy, can we keelhaul them first?
Elon Musk re-tweeted lastrefuge (aka sundance)
I wonder how much $ of this ended up in Warren’s bank account?
that was the entire PURPOSE AND DESIGN of the apparatus that Warren devised. That fines collected would not go to some general fund of the federal government but would be sent as funds for pet projects ….and that is going to be exposed…just exactly what those special interest groups were doing, what they did with the money and how much of it was laundered into election and campaign donations…as well as simple grift for companies that are literally just an empty office and maybe an address, and more than likely a tax exempt status.
Warren SHOULD BE WORRIED. Her corruption, even if unintentional and that she did not receive any particular benefit personally, is going to be exposed. How does a senator have the power to erect such an extra-federal agency that apparently no one was auditing to see where the money went.?
mark 2025 as the year of “where did the money go?”
there are going to be A LOT OF PEOPLE getting sued over this..and in my estimates, lots more fired, voted out of office, and likely many who will got to jail. It’s fraud.
we should be happy that people like Samantha powers continues to yammer on the idiot box. She’s only helping establish fact patterns of corruption and deceit. And there are others out there also, in particular Schumer and Warren, and even goldman and RATSKIN. all of them continue to yammer away about many details of these “programs” and all of that is going to come back and be used as evidence of widespread fraud. perhaps even criminal conspiracy to defraud the US Government.
God Bless America
.
Lord, Hear our prayers.
There’s a lot of background info on the CFPB in the CTH archives.
Warren originally wanted to be the director herself, but that didn’t fly.
President Trump was able to get Mark Mulvaney in as interim director so PT has known what’s going on there for quite awhile.

“If you thought the USAID revelations were alarming sunlight, just wait until you see the apoplectic fits of rage about to come out from the Democrats, the DNC affiliated community activist groups, and the professional leftists who all rely upon the financial mechanism of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CPFB) was originally created by congress (Elizabeth Warren lead) as a quasi-constitutional watchdog agency to reach into the banking and financial system, under the guise of oversight, and extract money by fining entities for CFPB defined regulatory and/or compliance violations.
Essentially, the CFPB is a congressionally authorized far-left extortion scheme in the banking sector. The CFPB levies fines; the fines generate income; however, unlike traditional fines that go to the U.S. treasury, the CFBP fines are then redistributed to left-wing organizations to help fund their political activism.”
Good riddance!
How about debt relief through bankruptcy being extended to student loan holders who are still struggling, not just due to DEI but also the F1 and H1B scams our government crippled their career opportunities with?
Bankruptcy would exclude those who could pay their debts off but choose not to, unlike the Biden ‘forgiveness’ programs.
It was a Biden bill that stopped student debt from being included in bankruptcy! Definitely something that needs to change.
You left out the hundreds of thousands who got worthless degrees, whom also should be excluded from any such program.
As far as those effected by DEI, F1 and H1B visas – the answer there is to eliminate the programs and kick the foreign workers out so that those with actual skills and knowledge can be employed instead.
Trump rules out deporting Prince Harry: ‘He’s got enough problems with his wife’
PT has bigger fish to fry.
🤣 Masterfully stated!
“To the evil of monarchy we have added that of hereditary succession; and as the first is a degradation and lessening of ourselves, so the second, claimed as a matter of right, is an insult and imposition on posterity. For all men being originally equals, no one by birth could have a right to set up his own family in perpetual preference to all others for ever, and tho’ himself might deserve some decent degree of honours of his contemporaries, yet his descendants might be far too unworthy to inherit them. One of the strongest natural proofs of the folly of hereditary right in Kings, is that nature disapproves it, otherwise she would not so frequently turn it into ridicule, by giving mankind an ASS FOR A LION.
Secondly, as no man at first could possess any other public honors than were bestowed upon him, so the givers of those honors could have no power to give away the right of posterity, and though they might say “We choose you for our head,” they could not without manifest injustice to their children say “that your children and your children’s children shall reign over ours forever.” Because such an unwise, unjust, unnatural compact might (perhaps) in the next succession put them under the government of a rogue or a fool. Most wise men in their private sentiments have ever treated hereditary right with contempt; yet it is one of those evils which when once established is not easily removed: many submit from fear, others from superstition, and the more powerful part shares with the king the plunder of the rest. …
England since the conquest hath known some few good monarchs, but groaned beneath a much larger number of bad ones: yet no man in his senses can say that their claim under William the Conqueror is a very honourable one. A French bastard landing with an armed Banditti and establishing himself king of England against the consent of the natives, is in plain terms a very paltry rascally original. It certainly hath no divinity in it. However it is needless to spend much time in exposing the folly of hereditary right; if there are any so weak as to believe it, let them promiscuously worship the Ass and the Lion, and welcome. I shall neither copy their humility, nor disturb their devotion.” —Thomas Paine, CommonSense – New American Patriot

For all the folks complaining about 20-somethings “auditing” their Government grants, I have a proposal.
Myself and a few hundred of my 60+ friends will be happy to do the job and will prosecute every crime we find.
What could be better? That way you only stop all the illegal stuff and not the legitimate uses of funds specifically authorized by Congress.
Pretty sure I can put a team together in a few weeks.
I have the experience needed for the job.
Who’s with me?
Drop everything for two years and audit/review all federal funding.

Elon might end up bankrupt when his customers end up losing their money laundering jobs as college professors, researchers, media stars and their rich kids who are the ones buying cars. Those elites getting all that grift are his customers and they should come crashing down as they spigot is turned off by DOGE.
I remember when Elon posted about the job opening at DOGE, something like 80 hours weekly, no pay…. I wonder if any of those who are now protesting about the 20-year-olds applied for the jobs back then.
Here’s the link from 11/16/24: https://www.news18.com/business/80-hour-workweek-super-high-iq-elon-musks-doge-opens-vacancy-9121631.html
I wonder as DOGE follows the money if any of it might possibly end up leading to any specific judges?
I bet big $ it does!
Noting: how do these states have standing? Seriously, we have to consider what is going on here. I have read the complaints lodged are mostly related to privacy, freedom of speech. But last time I checked, states do not have executive powers OR EVEN ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS wrt to USAID, State Department, Department of Education, and any OTHER federal agency.
so how do these states even have standing to file legal suits?
(I am not an attorney, did not stay in a nice hotel last night, but I do have a little bit of insight into these legal issues, given that the last 8 years, nearly every court judge rules on reasons of standing…As I have examined some of those cases, particularly election contests involving fraud, I hold the same opinion as Judge Thomas as the voice of dissent when SCOTUS ruled against AG Paxton …”inexplicable” (that the black robes refused to acknowledge the argument that when one state defrauds it’s own laws, it has harmed OTHER STATES…it’s a frickin national election..of course what one state does will have an impact on others…But this case is NOT THAT. Clearly, it is just the opposite.
lets’ break it down: Since when does ANY state have any standing to bring lawsuits against President Trump, THE EXECUTIVE who has SOLE power and authority over federal agencies? federalism is a thing, not just a concept. Furthermore, where is the actual claim of harm? Has a single person had their privacy compromised? I don’t see that either.
so who are these people making these legal filings, and on what grounds has the judge allowed them standing?
so lets break it down further. In 1992, Lujan v. Defenders of Wildlife (90-1424), 504 U.S. 555 (1992) , Scotus ruled established a 3 part test, that is used to determine whether a party has a RIGHT TO SUE:
a. Injury IN FACT – not speculative, but actual injury. This injury must involved a “protected interest” which is 1) concrete and particular and 2)ACTUAL OR IMMINENT.
b. Causal Connection – there must be a causal Connection between the injury AND the CONDUCT brought before the court
c. Redressibility – this simply means the suit must establish CLEARLY that a favorable decision by the court will redress the injury.
so we have 4 problems here:
the first and formost is the question of standing. I am fairly certain state’s do not have standing. In fact, federal agencies maintain a massive trove of citizens’ information from nearly every agency. That President Trump is NOW THE PRESIDENT and has exclusive authority over these agencies and has decided to make determinations about spending cuts, in no way shape or form is considered a violation of privacy…there is no injury..He is exercising that power map the financial status of agencies. he has not, and not his special employess have any intention of releasing privacy information about any citizen. They have not done this.
next we get into filing suits against the government and meeting the three tests:
Injury in fact: there is no injury, NOTHING IN PARTICULAR and it’s the weakest of arguments to claim it might be imminent as well. There is no reasons or facts to conclude that the release or compromise of personal information is going to be released. it’s pure conjecture and projection. Quite the opposite, President Trump and his special employees has repeatedly stated they have no intention of exposing personal information. So this fails the first test.
Causal Connection: the is no connection between injury (because there is no concrete evidence of any injury nor anything remotely that could be considered imminent. This test also fails and you must first establish the first in order to determine the second. The first test is a failure, thus the second is irrelevant.
Redressibility: because the first two tests are a failure, the third test also become irrelevant. There is no action the courts can take to improve a situation WHEN THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OR IMMINENT THREAT OF INJURY. In fact, a “unfavorable” decision by the courts to refuse to approve this law suit puts the so called plaintiffs at no more injury than they are currently experiencing…which is none. This last test btw shows the level of genius and common sense combined when making determinations of standing by a court. It’s a way to show what WILL actually happen if the courts do not approve the law suit. If the injury doesn’t exist, nor is it imminent, it follows the defendants will experience no injury. ( I can appreciate this kind of last step test, because it incorporates a means to use simple logic and reason as a means to “falsify” the rational approach the courts must consider).
now that I have given you the “shadetree” legal overview, you can read the following news story and keep this in context:

I think they’re just trying to stall for more time to destroy evidence.
These #FakeJudges have no more right to do this than to order the 52nd Airborne into combat.
It’s not Law, but it’s Opposite.
Or the 82nd, either!
“they” are no longer in possession or have access to the files.
sure, they can attempt to destroy their own personally held evidence, but that too will become an aggravated charge. Obstruction.
and a long those lines, we are going to see something that many people caulked up as “oh well, they go away with it again”..
nope. we have the right people now in charge of the investigations…when Clinton said “what, with a cloth” in response to the wiping of data…when the fbi/doj, specifically the counter Intel division of the FBI wiped their own phones. that is an aggravating factor to a larger crime. it is a fact pattern that proves willful and intention. We are going to make their heads spin …
because these are very dangerous criminals
and they will have justice…
God Bless America
DOGE moves fast. I’m sure they already have a ton of info. Guessing PDJT and Musk knew this was a likelihood. Still BS lawfare though!
Which job was it?
Irrigating heroin crops in Afghanistan?
Cooking up freak monster viruses in Wuhan?
Writing psyop propaganda screeds for Internews?
Publishing dirt on US politicians for OCCRP?
Operating regime change work from an HIV clinic in Latin America?
Which one, Vindman?
“Learn to mine, Vindman!”
😉
Y’all, That’s Loootennannttt Kerrrnelll Vindddmannnn to you !
😂
“0 say can you see”
Limbaugh always added that when he’d say Vindman’s name. I can’t not hear that.
He should be deported to his native Ukraine to either lead the troops on the front lines or to mine the vast mineral resources his native country has…
Well it’s Vindman’s fault, if in fact this person was doing something worthwhile, because Vindman could have worked to make it an ethical agency that only did good things, but he didn’t.
Both Pres. Trump and Rubio said humanitarian aid for medical and other needed supplies directly to people will continue. They won’t be affected. Why does everyone howling like banshees not recognize that? I know, I know. Because they are in a panic over all this money saving action.
they are panicking because the truth about where the money went is going to be answered.
and these scoundrels are losing their minds KNOWING THAT JUSTICE IS COMING>
we are dealing with criminals. We have not had this kind of specific sunlight since Assange did it his way, and later when Sundance took the mantle and decided to do it HIS WAY.
I have MAD RESPECT for both, btw.
Assange once commented, he was disappointed that his investigative publishing of truth was mostly lost on the world and Americans specifically.
Well, Julian…never say never. We can’t set aside the fact you paid a huge price, but you did wake up enough of to make a difference in this world.
And you should take great pride your work was no in vain.
And to Sundance. Likewise. You have done more than anyone could have expected or even understood.
Mad Respect. Mad, because my central state failed me (AND YOU)…Respect, because I kept my end of the bargain.
do good. do not harm. Truth always. Do not cheat. Raise people up. Help, not harm

Regitiger,
I have mad respect for you for bringing Sunlight to the “Fedsurrection”. Someone on another site posted a link to your work. I have been here at CTH since that day scouring these amazing pages. I just didn’t start commenting until June 2023.
Thank you! 😊
I can only respond with this: Give THANKS TO GOD IN ALL THINGS.
All things.
there are no coincidences.

I also thank you for the nice ,,.it IS appreciated.

Trump appointed federal judge defends far left USAID allowing the fraudulent use of taxpayer funds to continue temporarily.
I assume Trump was already aware that most of his executive orders were going to be blocked through the corrupt judicial system…

Judge Carl Nichols in the US District Court in Washington, DC
I think they were relying on such counter-moves, they’ve gamed this one out well, with department memos and EO’s tightly worded and all following the same trajectory. The DS is going to rue the day it reduced academic entry standards at universities, enrolled the undeserving, hired the barely competent to indoctrinate them, then recruited from this pool of intellectually lukewarm, progressive sludge. Elon’s whiz kids are going to tear apart these clowns with a couple of mouse clicks and deep data dives.

FEMA holds dark secrets.
We’re in
I hope they are gaming it. It might also help to file their own cases with more friendly courts like Florida.
Abolish the Washington DC District and Appeals Court entirely! No need to impeach a single judge when President Trump simply cancels it’s funding!
Ok, not on paid leave, so what? Employees don’t have the right to do the job they want to do. Employees don’t have the right to furniture, access to networks and data, or even an email address.
So they may wind up on effective leave.
I recall a VP who didn’t like to fire people. Push them to quit instead. In one case he had the person’s furniture removed. It worked.
JMO.
The deportation of the 42,000,000 illegals out of the USA has started and will be picking up steam ….. both from self-deports and forced deports. All must go to protect Americans and also to not allow the invaders to be counted in the census, affecting the number of representatives in the states.
America’s expelling of the illegals out of it borders will be an example of what needs to be done in Europe to expel all of their dangerous, non-nationals out of their countries and will be the catalyst to move the citizens of Europe to demand their governments do the same.
At a point in time in the future, NATO (funded and manned mainly by the Europeans) will be repurposed from defending against Russia to defending against the hordes of dangerous non-nationals who have been let into Europe’s borders.
The demand for expulsion, following the USA example, will come from the people, not from their leaders. The people will drag the leaders into doing it.
Believe it.
I just want Kash to get the nomination quickly to root out the “terrorists” we know have crossed over. 2 million gotaways. Even if it it’s just .25% that are actually terrorists, that’s still far too many on US soil.
All the howling about the global “independent” press being defunded because the USAID pause is hilarious on its face. One article quotes a Ukrainian “journalist” seething that the only media left will be Russian funded propaganda. Oh because USAID funded media isn’t propaganda? They have no sense of irony.
The Financial Times reports that the Donald Trump administration’s decision to temporarily close the US Agency for International Development (USAID), supported by Elon Musk, has caused a serious crisis for so-called independent media.
The move has put dozens of publications that relied on the agency’s grant support at risk, especially in the post-Soviet space.
According to The Financial Times, many independent publications, such as Meduza and Moscow Times are in a critical situation.
Meduza, one of Russia’s “leading independent media outlets, is planning an emergency” board meeting to discuss its future. Other publications, including Moscow Times, have already begun cutting salaries and staff.
Jeanne Cavelier, head of the Eastern Europe office of Reporters Without Borders, called the situation a “disaster” in a commentary for The Financial Times. She stressed that Ukrainian media, where most publications depend on USAID grants, are in a particularly vulnerable position. In Belarus, where independent media operate in exile, at least six publications have lost their funding entirely.
Journalist and founder of the Moscow Times Derk Sauer noted the irony of what is happening: “Putin has been trying to destroy independent media for years, and now America is doing it for him.”
The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), known for investigations such as the Panama Papers, is also in trouble. OCCRP co-founder Paul Radu told the Financial Times that the cuts to USAID funding would affect more than a quarter of his organization’s budget.
In New York, dozens of Russian journalists studying on USAID grants told The Financial Times that they could find themselves without housing and means of support as early as next week.
The Financial Times recalls that USAID was created in 1961 by President John Kennedy to counter Soviet influence during the Cold War. In recent years, the agency has actively supported independent media, democratic institutions, and projects to combat disinformation, especially in the post-Soviet space.
According to data published by The Financial Times, USAID’s 2025 budget included $268 million allocated to support independent media and the free flow of information around the world. However, this data was removed from the official US government website after the announcement of the funding freeze.
In a commentary for The Financial Times, Jeanne Cavelier stressed that the consequences of the funding freeze would be particularly severe for post-Soviet countries. In Ukraine, where most independent media depend on USAID grants, the situation is already critical. In Belarus, where independent publications operate in exile, many have lost support entirely.
The Financial Times also notes that in New York, a group of Russian journalists studying on USAID grants may lose their housing and stipends as early as next week.
Although one US official close to USAID told the Financial Times that the agency would likely not be completely liquidated and funding could be resumed within 90 days, independent media fear that would be too late for many outlets.
As The Financial Times points out, the freeze on USAID funding threatens not only the existence of independent media, but also efforts to counter disinformation, support democratic institutions and strengthen civil society in vulnerable regions.
thoughts/theory about the anxiety the left is showing about the audits of Joe malarkey’s student loan forgiveness programs.
I think what we will find out soon, is that the entire forgiveness action was a fraud. That few if any students actually had their loans “paid off”. Rather, I suspect the MONEY was deposited with “administrators” who never did fulfill forgiving loans. I think the money probably went into the back pockets of Joe malarkey’s supporters…a way to build up the campaign funds and out right grift the money.
does anyone actually know a single student who had loans forgiven? serious question. You would think these hundreds of thousands of students would have taken to social media and celebrated that day.
crickets?
it’s really hard to believe say a student with 30-80K in school debt and had that erased just decided ..nope, not going to celebrate and tell anyone about it.
the dog that did not bark.
I smell yet another factor of corruption from the malarkey crew.
God Bless America
I did hear from one person who got part of her debt wiped out.
This comment is from a post about President Trump and USAID:
“This was why student loans were all forgiven in mass. The mismanaged, corrupt & predatory student loans dept became unsustainable. An audit would have incriminated all the big banks in criminal activities & practices. They made money hand over fist & were in bed with Dept of Ed.”
https://x.com/luvindiemusic/status/1886260961448743166
I personally know two people who had their loans forgiven by this program. It was legitimate. But , of course there could have been some fraudulent activity thrown in the mix with the legitimate.
I was just reading about one money-laundering type scam connected to the SL debt relief, but I can’t find it.
I am rather sure, based on preliminaries, you have also described what is USAID, the former.
a little bit of good to provide cover for a WHOLE BUNCH OF BAD>
We ARE GOING TO FIX THIS.
we must. there are no other options. There are no other causes more important.
we are either a nation of fine moral standing..or we are suck ass china.
I am personally in favor of fine moral standing based on PROOF OF WORK.
God Bless America
The mayor of St Paul MN went public with his loan forgiveness letter. Think about that. the MAYOR of a capitol city has no shame about not paying his student loan off with taxpayer money?
https://alphanews.org/saint-paul-mayor-biden-forgiving-student-loans/
Trump should rescind this and garnish wages from anyone making over 6 figures!
having spent some time in the twin cities, in the not so distant past, I am unsurprised.
Offended, yes.
pertrubed, yes,
but not surprised.
it’s not the water. It’s the culture. I love Minnesota btw…My daughter spent her a few years in a church led education program that I continue to support. I also support a NA/AN program for people who who are trying to get off drugs in that city. Let’s just say, I am paying it forward.
Besides that, it is one of the most magestic and naturallly beautiful states that I have ever lived. Something about the winters there. Light, fluffy snow, not sub zero on most days…and wildlife that you can literally walk up on…reminds me of the interior of central Russia…or ontario..same same.
Yes, a southern boy, but I get around
God Bless America
Well, Sundance, here’s your push back.

Who could have imagined that closing the borders would end up deterring the illegals… LOL!
https://www.foxnews.com/us/migrants-turning-back-due-tighter-border-security-cbp-memo-shows
FTA: “Internal Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) memos obtained by Fox News indicate that two groups of migrants recently ended their journeys to the U.S. and turned around to return to their home countries.
On Wednesday, Feb. 5, Honduran officers encountered a group of 23 migrants previously headed for the United States. The individuals hailed from Honduras, Venezuela, Panama and El Salvador.
According to the CBP memo, upon interviewing the migrants, officials learned that they had entered Mexico through the country’s border with Guatemala. However, they decided to turn around after “learning about the multi-agency force security on the Southwest Border in social media and through family members in the United States.”
In its memo, CBP also noted that the migrants surrendered to Mexican authorities before being sent back to Guatemala where they boarded buses headed to Honduras.
CBP detailed a Feb. 3 incident in another internal memo obtained by Fox News in which the Honduran authorities encountered a group of 26 migrants. These migrants were also headed for the U.S., but turned around when they learned about the increased security and opted instead to return to their countries of origin.”
So, Weintraub wasn’t actually supposed to be the FEC commissioner…
Link is to President Trump’s Executive Order: Establishment of the White House Faith Office:
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/02/establishment-of-the-white-house-faith-office/
Just my opinion – exceedingly well written, creates the ability for the faith based communities and activists to have a voice and opportunity to obtain grants;
really like that he’s appointed a free-range Christian (have seen some folks online criticizing her as a ‘prosperity’ preacher) but seems to be the perfect choice as she is a long time friend of the President, not stuck in only one way of seeing ‘truth’ as it regards religion, so will be open to work with people of many religious creeds and tenets;
and looks like she will be able to take the heat that is going to be heaped on her by all sides, the anti-religious and the zealots of various denominations and practices – because that’s what prosperity people do – take the most negative objectives and turn them, as much as possible, into positive outcomes.
There will be a huge need for people of many religions when it comes to dealing with the addicts once the fentanyl and opioids begin to get harder to find with the closing of the border, and this E.O. makes room for these religious and faith-based organizations to step up and fill that void; under the guidance of the newly organized WH Faith Office.
I don’t know Bessie, feels like when Shrub first established this it led down the road to USAID funding all these NGOs. Thought it great at the time, I’m a hard pass at this point.
I’m with you.
FA… FO; Please do.

The US Treasury illegally issued payments of HALF A TRILLION DOLLARS in 2024. $516 BILLION to be exact.
“The US Treasury Spent HOW MUCH Illegally? Now You Know Why the Left Wants to Stop DOGE”
Excerpts:
Congress illegally spent at least $516 billion in 2024 on programs for which there was no authorization. Yes, billion, with a “b.” A stunning report by the Congressional Budget Office underscores the reason for the legal assault upon President Trump’s right to audit payments by the Treasury Department
https://redstate.com/streiff/2025/02/08/the-us-treasury-spent-how-much-illegally-now-you-know-why-the-left-wants-to-stop-doge-n2185365
In a report titled “Expired and Expiring Authorizations of Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2024,” the CBO observes: “Historically, House and Senate rules restrict lawmakers from considering an appropriation if it lacks a current authorization.” Nevertheless, “CBO estimates that $516 billion was appropriated for 2024 for activities with expired authorizations, which the agency identified for each House and Senate authorizing committee and appropriations subcommittee.” That $516 billion in illegal payments cover “1,264 authorizations of appropriations that expired before the beginning of fiscal year 2024 and 251 authorizations of appropriations that were set to expire by the end of fiscal year 2024.” The legal authority for some of these payments expired 40 — that’s not a typo — years ago.

How in the world will anybody survive this world if they don’t know how to put things together by knowing what goes in what hole? Obviously there are some that don’t understand holes and how they work. They are doomed to extinction.
Gutfeld had a similar comment the other night. The Afghans wanted a similar deal for condoms that Hamas received from USAID. They didn’t want to take advice from Biden’s military on pulling out.

Self deporting.
President Trump is falling for the same thing as in his first presidency – relying on a deep state retired general – Kellog. First lie – = Russia has lost a million troops when the truth is more like 100,000 at most. Ukraine has lost a million. Kellog is relying on Urraine misinformation. Second lie = Russia’s economy is failing. Russian GDP growth for 2024 ~ 4%.
If Trump approaches Russia on this false basis his diplomacy will fail.
Or, just maybe, President Trump and Mr. Putin are carefully managing their public relations, while spooling down the uke insanity.
I find a lot of support for the theory that President Trump had a profound impact on Mr. Putin during his 45 term, and Mr. Putin held the world stage together until 47 could return to finish the cleanup.
Both of these men are master communicators. Their every statement is thoroughly analysed by massive audiences including their constituants, enemys and foreign leaders like themselves. They have had extensive discussions through public discourse.

Here’s a biggie. Pass it along.
