I seem to remember that Biden’s staff were concerned that Joe might regurgitate something in public that should not be divulged. Now rescind Obama’s too.
There is no need for any former president, or for that matter, any member of a prior administration to have a security clearance, except on an as-needed basis. If a former employee is in a new position requiring such a clearance, that person can re-apply for one.
And the idea that a sitting president would want or need to “consult” with a prior one is nonsensical, given the current relations among the present and past occupants of the WH.
But how will Barry make enough money for his presidential library if he can’t sell secrets to our enemies?

As I understand these things, unless a particular work of art has been sold and therefore has a real value assigned to it, all the insurance will pay is for the cost of the material. Large canvases are expensive but I doubt that he’ll reach even a $500 payout for those lost works of ‘art’.
