Switching attack vectors, President Trump moves to the culture war. In a post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump announces a shakeup of the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees and appoints himself “Amazing Chairman.” lol
This is too good.

The Smithsonian Institute is in dire need of de-communism.
Hopefully it’ll be next.
It’d be nice to return POTUS Theodore Roosevelts statue back to the Museum of Natural History. Not sure if it’s a NYC facility but in any case I’m sure they’re receiving federal funding of some sort, so cut the funding until they agree to return him.
It would be nice if all of the historical monuments THEY destroyed, were recovered, restored and put back with heavy consequences for defacing, destroying etc., idea: a new, federal criminal charge for destruction of history, with heavy fines, one count for each member of population of US citizens according to the US Debt Clock, per incident (or executive order, not being picky here). If convicted, would amount to a life sentence. Make misguided entitlement a bad thing again!
UT Austin lost 6 gorgeous historic statues. Grabbed in the middle of the night, of course. Wondering where they are?
That makes me just as 😡!
Idea: post somewhere it will be seen by most who might have info, “Reward, for information leading to whereabouts of UT Austin Statutes. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.” When found & returned, the reward is THANK YOU! ☮️

@Ad rem — can you block this waste of electrons?
Hope they didn’t destroy them like they did in Charlottesville and Richmond Virginia.
I hope not too!!!
It would be good if they could find the remains of the Giants that were destroyed or hidden. The Smithsonian is the place where history goes to die in order to advance wokeness.
Appoint the history guy as the new leader.
James Smithson Biographical Information | Smithsonian Institution
“…At the conclusion of the Napoleonic Wars, Smithson moved to Paris, where he lived most of the rest of his life. He enjoyed the company of many outstanding scientists, including the astronomer Dominique François Arago; the founder of comparative anatomy Georges Cuvier; the French chemist Claude Berthollet, who led the scientists on Napoleon’s expedition to Egypt in 1798; the Swedish chemist Jons Jakob Berzelius; the Dane Hans-Christian Oersted, discoverer of electro-magnetism; and the famed explorer Alexander von Humboldt.
In Paris, Smithson wrote 17 of his 27 known papers, publications that ranged from mineral analyses and identifications to improvements to the blowpipe and other apparatus, as well as a treatise on a better method for making coffee. His most important paper, “A Chemical Analysis of Some Calamines,” led the French mineralogist François Beudant to name the mineral zinc carbonate “smithsonite” in 1832, a few years after Smithson’s death.
In 1819, Smithson’s brother, who also was living in Paris with his wife and child, died. He left his estate to Smithson to be held in trust for his son, Henry James Dickinson. Smithson soon requested that his nephew change his name to Hungerford, an indication that he was already looking ahead to the disposition of his fortune. With his health deteriorating, Smithson journeyed back to London to write his will in 1826. Smithson left his estate to his nephew and that young man’s future children, and he added a peculiar last clause to his will, stipulating that if his nephew died without heirs, legitimate or illegitimate, his estate was to go to the United States “to found at Washington, under the name of the Smithsonian Institution, an establishment for the increase and diffusion of knowledge among men.”
Smithson died in 1829, at approximately 64 years old, while living in Genoa, Italy, and was buried in the English Protestant cemetery. His will was printed in the Times of London, and the exceptional potential windfall for the United States caught the eye of an American editor and was reprinted in The New York American. Hungerford, Smithson’s nephew and heir, was only in his early 20s, and it seemed unlikely that this clause would ever go into effect. Six years later, June 5, 1835, Hungerford died of unknown causes in Pisa, Italy, leaving no heirs.
The United States government was soon notified of this extraordinary bequest, and President Andrew Jackson announced the news to the U.S. Congress. After heated debate as to whether the federal government had the authority to accept the gift, Congress accepted the legacy bequeathed to the nation and pledged the faith of the United States to the charitable trust July 1, 1836. The estate, valued at more than $500,000, was awarded to the United States May 9, 1838. …
The motives behind Smithson’s bequest, which has had such a significant impact on the arts, humanities and sciences in the United States, remain a mystery. He never traveled to the United States and seems to have had no correspondence with anyone in the country. Some have suggested that his bequest was motivated, in part, by revenge against the rigidities of British society, which had denied Smithson, who was illegitimate, the right to use his father’s name. Others have suggested it reflected his interest in the Enlightenment ideals of democracy and universal education.” …….
Thank you for posting this. I never knew the history of the bequest. Amazing story. Thirty years ago I was on a committee that was co-sponsored by the Smithsonian. We would meet there at least once a year. The Garden History & Design Archive at the Smithsonian collects old photo images and plans of America’s historic gardens, which unlike architecture, can change very quickly!
Who knew there was such an archive for American Gardens thru history. Thanks for this.
Is there one for cemeteries that you know of? I am looking for photos of a local cemetery that was decimated, trying to find headstones showing burial placement.
People don’t understand how important this is as headstones sink, break and become unreadable with old records that are subpar or don’t exist.
It’s a crisis how often it happens, and each time, a community gets disconnected from its past and history.
I would say the majority of US cemeteries have at least some old burials like this, some with the majority of their old burial files in disarray or nonexistent.
One of my closest friends, whom I’ve known for over 50 years, has worked in one of the SI’s crown jewel museums for well over 40 of those years. The mismanagement, wokeism, DEI policies, dismantling of classic exhibits and entire halls for the sake of “relevance”, and price gouging in the cafeterias and gift shops that he has related to me in the last decade-plus are enough to make one cry.
The Nation’s Attic can rise again like the Phoenix.
I cut donations to them off cold around 2021 when they put out that chart asserting that being on time was a White trait (instead of a universal success trait). Last year, they had a development rep in town, emailing me to have coffee. I ignored the email. SI is dead to me.
Classic!
The Maestro appears with MSM at the New Kennedy Center!…
lol, lol lol 😆
Our great President is on a roll. Keep going I say. Every day brings more joy to me. It is his time and he sure deserves it it
The crazy muppet meme!
Love it 🤣🤣🤣
Sums it all up…perfectly.
First time Statler and Waldorf have smiled in years!
Run and hit. Run and hit. Run and hit. Run and hit. Run and hit…
As Ishiba-san might say, “Sasuga Trump-dono.”
“President Trump Removes Head of Kennedy Center, Appoints Himself and Vows “a Golden Age in Arts and Culture”
Ohhh Nooooos………..now there won’t be any place for Hunter Biden to display his precious “art!”
How about Y.M.C.A. tribute as first Kennedy Center Event under PDJT management…
How about Christopher Macchio singing Nessun Dorma to an audience filled with Deep State actors?
Yes! This version from RNC convention as Trump signs peace deal with Putin…
This is the media and the elitist worst nightmare, because these are their sacred cows.
Oooh… going after the arts and exposing fraud in spending is going to hurt the self anointed “elitists” harder than will revelations trillions were laundered in other areas. This one will be personal!! They are not mentally prepared to be betrayed in this battle space.
I agree and this will be satisfying on another level to watch – disintegrating like potemkin village fronts in an Oklahoma twister
Fine art world is money launderers’ playground. If Hunter’s art fetching tens/hundreds-thousands of dollars didn’t convince…

“Several major articles appeared in the mainstream in 2013 on money laundering in the artworld. A search on “art market money laundering” gives us a surprisingly long list, and on the first page of the search we find articles at the New York Times, Forbes, and—perhaps most surprisingly—USA Today. Although most of these articles are written as spin or damage control, some of them are relatively hard- hitting. For example…
‘Because there are few widows and orphans in the art market, there appears to be little need or public outcry to fix the system. Who is hurt? Nobody but artists who fail to willingly or adroitly play the game. And, perhaps, the culture itself, surrendering art to drug lords, oligarchs, money launderers and international vulgarians, and forcing the rest of us to admire what we might, given more rational values, disdain.’…
Modernism has been a money laundering scheme of one sort or another since the beginning. And I mean all of it. In other words, it is a manufactured market, manufactured to move large sums of money around without regulation and without suspicion…. ”

John Hindraker: “A time-honored method of taking bribes is having them paid to a family member, usually in exchange for nominal or nonexistent services. It is comical to watch “reporters” pretend not to understand this.”
“Donbas Energy Deposits Beneath Ukrainian Tank” by Hunter Biden
This ‘painting’ is a giant FU to the world, especially the political and financial worlds. The arrogance and sense of entitlement are mind-boggling. Any person who ‘bought’ this ‘painting’ needs to ‘see’ someone soon.
Start investigating those who purchased this art type. This looks to be pure money laundering for those who profited from the grift!
He didn’t buy ‘the painting’ itself, he bought the *influence* – the painting was just the hang-tag on the non-material commodity he actually paid for…
((**same as a new pair of jeans (butt-covering aka influence commodity) comes with a hang-tag you rip off & throw away because it’s worthless in & of itself – you wanted/paid for the jeans, the hang-tag simply carried the price tag)).
“… That is how these rich guys can seem to be blowing hundreds of millions on worthless paintings, while getting even richer. Modern art isn’t an investment, it is a hidden direct payment.
This explains why Modern art is under such low security in the museums, and why rich families so often give it away to these museums. Divorced from the transaction, the art object is worthless. Once you separate it from the numbers in the machine, it is back to being a zero-value composite of wood and oil. …”

“… Wolff also glosses over the damage to real artists, throwing only one passing clause to those who “fail to willingly or adroitly play the game.” But it isn’t a game to us, Michael, it is our lives.
Many natural artists have committed suicide, and { many others have had their lives ruined.} Beyond that, the re- definition and co-option of art hasn’t just forced viewers “to admire what we might, given more rational values, disdain.”
It has also robbed those viewers of a living contemporary art that they would both admire and value. Five or six generations of art and artists have been prevented or destroyed on
purpose, and replaced by a manufactured field of fraud and larceny. Wolff’s tone doesn’t even begin to address the enormity of that.

This reminds me of the head of the National Archives that worked with the DOJ/FBI on the Mar-a-Lago raid, has he been fired? Is that part of the Executive Branch? Did I miss that? I can’t keep up with all the winamins! Just wondering?
Colleen J. Shogan is no longer the Archivist of the United States as of about four hours ago.

👍 Thank you!!!!
Good.
Trump just saved the sesquicentennial. We’ll be able to celebrate instead of being lectured with 1619 project nonsense.
That was one of my most favorite outcomes of our President’s amazing reelection on November 5th — knowing that a President who loves the country and our history will be in charge to make sure 2026 is a celebration, not a derision!
Fantastic!! 👊👊🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
PDJT is on a rock’em- sock ’em day by day slap down – long overdue.
At this point, a new “Hitler Reacts” rant is sorely needed, just to summarize what’s happened since Jan. 20th.
The Dems have to feel like the last of Adolf’s bunker loyalists, with Soviet shells raining down 24/7 and marching ever closer….
Waiting for the destruction of millions, maybe even billions, to Hollywood. Cut them off and let them actually work for a living – giving Americans and the world the entertainment we want to see and not their perverted views.
This is like Paul Atreides-level payback from the first Dune novel.
“He’s to be stripped!”
It’s 3rd Punic War stuff.
As the great sage and confidant of President Trump R. McDonald once said;
“I’m luvin’ it!”

makes my morning coffee ☕️ oh so much better!
For So long I dreaded the bad news I would see in th morning. My coffee also tastes so much better. My anger has been replaced by a sense of justice being served. And when I see the moonbats protesting I just chuckle
I am now getting a full night’s sleep.
Thank the Lord!
I’m having more difficulty sleeping. I feel compelled to check my phone several times during the night to see what winning news has come down.
I love it, can always nap later.
it will be interesting to see who refuses to perform there
and also interesting to see who will
RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
Great GIF!!!!
Can’t stop laughing, “amazing Chairman”. And this is why I can’t stop reading Everything.
Mark Steyn would make a great boardmember! Not sick of winning btw.
In reading the plans for the New World Order, their overriding goal was destruction of the nuclear family through multiple means.
But they also had as a goal to encourage art that was ugly, unsightly, destructive, and can be created by a child, requiring little skill. At he same time, they worked on discouraging art that is beautiful and takes great skill to accomplish: they worked on delegitimizing beautiful and highly skilled art.
God does not like Truth, Beauty, and Goodness to be destroyed.
If they keep in line with the narrative they are pushing regarding every one of Trump’s other decisions and moves, we should see stories over the weekend describing how Trump doing this will result in the death of millions.
Now let’s do architecture.
Why do so many new buildings look like they are straight out the USSR cold war period.
I went to Poland in the early 2000’s. Can’t unsee the miles of drab and depressing buildings.
Didn’t the President announce the other day that all new federal construction projects were to adhere to classical standards? It would be great to start by pulling down the hideous FBI building from the 1970s? just down the road from the White House.
On his way to making DC great again!
David MarkRubenstein just received the Presidents Medal of Freedom Award from Biden didn’t he? Isn’t that the place that Nancy Pelosi insisted get $8–15 million for renovations before she would sign a budget bill? Karine Jean-Pierre is on the board, along with a very interesting mix of people… Does that mean she’s going to lose another DEI job?
President Trump is flat out AMAZING! The angst and screaming from the left are delicious moments for us. Their scrambled brain cells have melted and are affecting their screeds.
When Senator John Fetterman makes the most sense, they know they lost their power.
The Carnegie museum in Pittsburgh was a disgusting embarrassment to my Wife and I when we took our kids there !! They have crap on the walls there they call art ! This is like the Tron movie when the red guy is replaced again by the blue guys . Love what he is doing
Most consequential president aside from George Washington…REALLY! He is literally re-founding the country.
God Bless Donald Trump!
Ever think Trump just might be G.W. reincarnated? Just thinkin’ outside the box!
Didn’t Kennedy Center fire their musicians right after getting a ridiculous $25MM covid relief stipend in 2020?
I think The Donald is up to more than meets the eye here. Is Elon gonna take a looksee at the center’s books?
Is the KC another clearing house for liberal causes? Are all of these arts centers? We’ll find out.
This could be FUN!…….I mean REALLY FUN!
Oh YEAH 😉
Turn off and throw away the gay rainbow lights on the Kennedy Center. The performance hall is not to honor sodomy nor make it a bath house.
Every time I think I couldn’t love President Trump more, he does something like this. Maybe he can finally attend the Kennedy Center Honors like the other Presidents.
Great idea. Maybe a better idea to hand this off to someone else, though. I think the President’s hands are full.
Suck it up Caroline!!!
That time when President Trump re patriated the Kennedy Center from its installed Board of Trustees
