The fact that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) was a sub-silo for the CIA is not a new revelation. In fact, this website and several others have been deep in the research of the networking for years.
From the Arab Spring to Libya, to the color revolution in Ukraine, to the attempted overthrow of Viktor Orban in Hungary, to overturning the outcome of the Romanian election (remember it was a global intelligence determination), to the efforts to support Emmanuel Macron, to influence and IC control over Moldova, and onto the efforts of USAID and Samantha Power in Tbilisi, Georgia, the footprint of USAID in connection to the CIA was always transparent.
The fact that USAID was similarly involved in domestic influence operations, is now coming forth with receipts showing how USAID paid domestic political groups for activism, paid for media influence operations and generally did the same thing inside the United States that the CIA/USAID were doing outside the USA.
The DC apoplexy is related to these USAID/CIA revelations, the financial benefits many were receiving, and the publicity therein.
Factually, the passage of the Patriot Act in October of 2001 created the legal authority for CIA operations to engage in domestic politics under the auspices of national security. That’s the entire role of the ODNI to act as the pivot point permitting the CIA to collaborate with the newly formed Dept of Homeland Security (DHS).
From this now legally justified origin the tentacles of CIA and DHS then enmeshed with the FBI culminating in the example of former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok discussing the CIA as their “sister agency” and receiving a CIA coin as a token of appreciation for the collaborative efforts. In sum, the CIA and FBI work in partnership with the DNI and DHS.
It’s all one big Intelligence Community network, and USAID was just a system of influence used both in foreign and domestic affairs. That’s the generally big picture behind all of these USAID revelations. None of this is really arguable any longer, and with each new detail the information only affirms the nature of the IC system we have been discussing for several years.
Domestically, the involvement of the CIA in the impeachment effort of President Donald Trump was always visible. Intel Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson changed the CIA whistleblower rules permitting a legal path for the CIA (Eric Ciaramella) to leak information about President Trump’s call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Former USDAG Mary McCord was the former boss of Atkinson and receiver of the information from NSC Vindman and CIA Ciaramella, within her new position as lead staff for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler on the impeachment committee.
None of this is in question. We have always discussed it openly as we researched the network and outlined the data providing the receipts. The newer aspects are how the USAID silo was used to influence the media on the CIA’s impeachment operation. The bottom line doesn’t change; the impeachment of President Trump was a CIA operation. However, we here -and other intellectually honest research groups- always knew this.
So, the USAID revelations are highlighting the relationship with the CIA; and the USAID revelations also reveal how the CIA was effectively working on domestic political influence operations. But the USAID revelations are not really revelations per se’, what they really represent are undeniable receipts for what we already knew. It’s good to have these affirmations, but the background of it all remains the same as it was before the receipts were generated.
Amid this frenzy of information coming forth about USAID, I recently said this in the public square (Twitter):
I would advise everyone to pause for a moment as the fevered pitch of a new awakening takes shape specifically around the USAID information.
Ask ourselves: are we being managed?
Pause. Think about the Twitter files as a reference for how DHS was controlling online speech and communication.
Did the Twitter files reveal the DHS control mechanisms, or was the DHS control system coming to light and the revelations needed to be managed?
Was the Twitter File release a control mechanism, to get out in front of something the American people were discovering on their own?
That’s the reference here.
Were we managed by a controlled system releasing the Twitter file information?
If you understand that reference, then ask yourself….
…Is this USAID information; which at its core outlines how the intelligence community was in control of multiple DHS silos to influence American society; yet another operation to control information that was coming to light?
Don’t be emotional about it. Think logically.
Are we discovering the USAID information because elements in the IC understood the USAID information was starting to surface in the national conversation organically?
If you can see the similar approach to both the DHS control of the social media coming to light (Twitter files) and the same DHS control of the USAID tentacles, then is it accidental that Elon Musk is involved in both information releases?

The DHS [ultimately IC] control over social media was coming to light as an outcome of the COVID fiasco. Lawsuits in defense of speech were revealing how DHS was influencing and controlling information. Then came a controlled release within the Twitter Files.

Both system engagements, think of them as essentially datasets, were coming to light as the American people used every questioning mechanism that was available, including courts.
Essentially, We The People were in an unwitting (to most) fight with the IC [CIA], and the IC started losing control of the battlefield.
Opening the door to their USAID/CIA library of prior conduct and then standing back and letting the information flow out of the dark room, can be looked at as yet another controlled release operation for information that was already being discussed and only gaining traction amid the greater awakening.

The USAID thing is the House Banking Scandal on crack. Everyone was in on it, some perhaps unwittingly by not verifying the source of donations. But most of Congress probably knows what they did. So I think total institutional collapse of an entire branch of government along with several cabinet departments is a net bad for regular Americans. Anarchy is bad.
Second, managed information allows Team Trump to constantly put the enemy on their heels. Any time they ramp up an attack, more revelations emerge. It will have (and is having) a blunting effect. Outside of a narrow group of screamers, nobody is defending this crap. Like the movie “The Untouchables” when the judge at the end switches the jury. He wasn’t in the ledger…but he didn’t know that.
Finally, not all managed information is bad. We don’t name the deceased until the family is notified, for example. We do this to save lives.
The Twitter Files were very managed while making it look like Talibi had laid it all bare. He did just enough to confirm suspicions, but not so much that Important People would get punished.
With USAID, notice that what seems like a flood of information…really isn’t. Bill Kristol, NYT, Politico, and maybe Catholic charities and Lindsey Graham. What is different? The removal (admin leave) of ALL but a few USAID employees. What is the same? They put it under State – Rubio – to control the info flow.

I fear that the contamination of the CIA might be impossible to root out, so that putting it within DOD could be counterproductive. I know we need an intelligence agency, very much. But it would be better to rely on defense intelligence and other entities for a while as new people are trained than to risk leaving the people attempting to harm our country in power in the CIA at any level. They are trained to be subversive, and must be put where they can do no harm. That is in the civilian world with no security clearance. A few exceptions may be retained if they are extremely well vetted and vouched for by people verifiably known to have sacrificed for the overthrow of the deep state. I think that means very little of the CIA will remain. Note also extreme importance of separating at all times law enforcement from intelligence. The agency that finds intelligence on foreign entities must have no enforcement role and cannot be relied on for information about those foreign entities operating in the United States by domestic law enforcement. Drug trade is part of what corrupted the CIA, although there had been ideological enemies within it from the beginning. Look up what Mr Cord Meyer did before he was brought into the CIA as vice deputy director or something. He ran a left-wing one-worlder newspaper that was almost certainly a Communist front.

Aside from very carefully re-vetting everybody in the FBI, or firing and replacing them, the FBI’s two functions of counterintelligence and law enforcement must be completely separated into different agencies. The best illustration of this is in fiction, in the novel by John LeCarre, the Night Manager.
To summarize. Law enforcement wants to arrest criminals when it identifies that with evidence. Intelligence sees someone doing something wrong and wants to know everybody they know and everybody known by everybody they know and then prefers to sit and watch them so they have lots of nice intelligence but are allowing fentanyl into their country in whatever amount is necessary, never, ever, do they have an incentive to shut it down, because then for a long time they would have very little intelligence.

The two points I took from the article were: (1) the way information is coming out is similar to the way it slid out before, when (we believe) the information release was managed by the DS; (2) Musk began making revelations with what may be coincidental timing, which is assumed to be part of the management effort. I’d say there’s enough information maybe for suspicions but not for conclusions. So I have another question:
What information or events could still be coming that would help decide whether we’re being managed?
What gets legacy media coverage… what does not.
What stories get pumped… what stories get dumped.

It is my strong belief that we are watching a movie of sorts. A movie that is being run by the good guys. The bad guys have all been/mostly been captured and have essentially been removed from the chess board. They have been removed or they are cooperating.

The most effective way to show the citizens that they’ve been lied to is by using the same people who have been “managing” them all along. Reveal them and their crimes slowly and steadily to the masses so the masses can appropriately process that information. If you reveal it too quickly then people won’t accept it because they won’t be able to process it.

The thing is, to me, there are people out there who thought the points enumerated by the Georgia Guidestones in various languages were so important to grasp and build upon, with the most important item being the great culling of humankind, somehow, some way.

If this supposition of managed truth telling in this case is accurate, and a technique known to have been employed in the past, it is certain to be the case again in the future. It would be telling if there is certain privileged information being withheld, and therein is the catch-22. How do you go about proving something that you do not have all the receipts for?
Ultimately, readers will have to make that determination for themselves. Intuition for me however points this out as not being unfounded.
The scenario Sundance proposes needs to be thought about carefully.
The raw amount of money being detected and the destinations it was sent to including important tools for the establishment like Politico, argue against the hypothesis. The Revelation a few days ago that funds were being sent from social security to terrorists will also probably be followed by news very soon that the same system was used to fund Act Blue with money from the social security system, possibly from individual accounts without knowledge of the supposed beneficiaries.
That these things are being revealed will increase suspicion of other operations, not decrease it. It is hard to believe that Mr Musk or any other operative of the deep state would sacrifice such critical infrastructure of the deep state as a mere show. But confirmation would consist of individuals of rank being held responsible legally for these crimes. I am pretty sure we will see that happen.

I would propose that the current ‘assets’ being outed by USAID have lost their usefulness by the IC. I believe these ‘assets’ include some congress critters who will be publicly exposed in the coming declassifications. I strongly suspect Twitter/X and every platform of the tech billionaires surrounding Trump are also on the IC payroll. It will be interesting to see which, if any, of those connections come to light.
While the corporate media’s connections are coming to light, I am not aware of any corporate media reporting on any other corporate media’s connections to USAID. I guess everyone is the last to know when it’s their goose that is cooked.
For any intel operation to work, it has to be trusted by a sufficient portion of the targeted population. Which yields to who or what will be trustworthy when this house cleaning is done? I agree with Sundance, it appears that Musk / X will be the next, and likely current, trusted voice of the IC.

There are nagging questions in the back of my mind that I can’t quite bring to the fore.
Is DJT the first of the 4 horsemen. This does not mean I think he’s willingly part of this, but the truth he brings/exposes must bring war against the lies we believe.

We The People, most of whom, (as Sundance points out), had little idea of the nature of the forces trying to control us, so how is it the the truth EVER came to light?
And if the Twitter File release was still another IC attempt to get out in front of something the American people were discovering on their own, that begs essentially the same question I posed about the USAID issue, ie, how is it that that the American People were discovering the truth on their own when all the Ivy League Intel Whiz Kids and the Legacy Media were shoving an unrelenting diet of lies down their throats?
