The fact that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) was a sub-silo for the CIA is not a new revelation. In fact, this website and several others have been deep in the research of the networking for years.
From the Arab Spring to Libya, to the color revolution in Ukraine, to the attempted overthrow of Viktor Orban in Hungary, to overturning the outcome of the Romanian election (remember it was a global intelligence determination), to the efforts to support Emmanuel Macron, to influence and IC control over Moldova, and onto the efforts of USAID and Samantha Power in Tbilisi, Georgia, the footprint of USAID in connection to the CIA was always transparent.
The fact that USAID was similarly involved in domestic influence operations, is now coming forth with receipts showing how USAID paid domestic political groups for activism, paid for media influence operations and generally did the same thing inside the United States that the CIA/USAID were doing outside the USA.
The DC apoplexy is related to these USAID/CIA revelations, the financial benefits many were receiving, and the publicity therein.
Factually, the passage of the Patriot Act in October of 2001 created the legal authority for CIA operations to engage in domestic politics under the auspices of national security. That’s the entire role of the ODNI to act as the pivot point permitting the CIA to collaborate with the newly formed Dept of Homeland Security (DHS).
From this now legally justified origin the tentacles of CIA and DHS then enmeshed with the FBI culminating in the example of former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok discussing the CIA as their “sister agency” and receiving a CIA coin as a token of appreciation for the collaborative efforts. In sum, the CIA and FBI work in partnership with the DNI and DHS.
It’s all one big Intelligence Community network, and USAID was just a system of influence used both in foreign and domestic affairs. That’s the generally big picture behind all of these USAID revelations. None of this is really arguable any longer, and with each new detail the information only affirms the nature of the IC system we have been discussing for several years.
Domestically, the involvement of the CIA in the impeachment effort of President Donald Trump was always visible. Intel Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson changed the CIA whistleblower rules permitting a legal path for the CIA (Eric Ciaramella) to leak information about President Trump’s call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Former USDAG Mary McCord was the former boss of Atkinson and receiver of the information from NSC Vindman and CIA Ciaramella, within her new position as lead staff for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler on the impeachment committee.
None of this is in question. We have always discussed it openly as we researched the network and outlined the data providing the receipts. The newer aspects are how the USAID silo was used to influence the media on the CIA’s impeachment operation. The bottom line doesn’t change; the impeachment of President Trump was a CIA operation. However, we here -and other intellectually honest research groups- always knew this.
So, the USAID revelations are highlighting the relationship with the CIA; and the USAID revelations also reveal how the CIA was effectively working on domestic political influence operations. But the USAID revelations are not really revelations per se’, what they really represent are undeniable receipts for what we already knew. It’s good to have these affirmations, but the background of it all remains the same as it was before the receipts were generated.
Amid this frenzy of information coming forth about USAID, I recently said this in the public square (Twitter):
I would advise everyone to pause for a moment as the fevered pitch of a new awakening takes shape specifically around the USAID information.
Ask ourselves: are we being managed?
Pause. Think about the Twitter files as a reference for how DHS was controlling online speech and communication.
Did the Twitter files reveal the DHS control mechanisms, or was the DHS control system coming to light and the revelations needed to be managed?
Was the Twitter File release a control mechanism, to get out in front of something the American people were discovering on their own?
That’s the reference here.
Were we managed by a controlled system releasing the Twitter file information?
If you understand that reference, then ask yourself….
…Is this USAID information; which at its core outlines how the intelligence community was in control of multiple DHS silos to influence American society; yet another operation to control information that was coming to light?
Don’t be emotional about it. Think logically.
Are we discovering the USAID information because elements in the IC understood the USAID information was starting to surface in the national conversation organically?
If you can see the similar approach to both the DHS control of the social media coming to light (Twitter files) and the same DHS control of the USAID tentacles, then is it accidental that Elon Musk is involved in both information releases?

The DHS [ultimately IC] control over elections was coming to light as an outcome of the 2020 vs 2024 vote scale that could no longer reasonably be concealed. Thanks to Trump.
Both system engagements, think of them as essentially datasets, were coming to light as the American people used every questioning mechanism that was available, including courts.
Essentially, We The People were in an unwitting (to most) fight with the IC [CIA], and the IC started losing control of the battlefield.
Opening the door to their USAID/CIA library of prior conduct and then standing back and letting the information flow out of the dark room, can be looked at as yet another controlled release operation for information that was already being discussed and only gaining traction amid the greater awakening.
Is it just a coincidence that both controlled information releases originate from the same source, Elon Musk?

FWIW/TLDR: The CIA-USAID conduit that funded the domestic regime change operation is the tip of the proverbial iceberg. What’s below the waterline? How deep does the iceberg go? To say those are the immediate questions is an understatement.
If the current discovery effort gets cut off like Musk’s release of the Twitter files did, that will be the Big Tell. We will know the Deep State fix is in.
YES, the Deep State has a fallback position and YES, it is trying to manage us like it always has. YES, the Deep State has been pushed back hard this time. But it intends to ride out this storm, like previous storms, and emerge relatively unscathed.
Because Musk worked closely with the Trump transition team, the prudent hypothesis is that the Deep State knew the details about Trump’s First 100 Days plan and anticipated DOGE’s sprint to grab the receipts.
If the Deep State didn’t know, then it is mortified. If it did know (thanks to Musk’s cooperation), then it may be operating with a false sense of confidence and impunity.
If it’s the latter, then the Deep State may be thinking that this storm will blow over like it did in the 1970s when revelations about Operation Paperclip/MK Ultra (mind control experiments) and Operation Chaos (monitoring domestic anti-war protests) came to light.
CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of the MK Ultra files. Helms was later charged for lying to Congress and pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges. He received probation. The storm blew over. Reforms were implemented. The country moved on.
But this time, the scope and scale of what is being revealed is far, far greater and runs much, much deeper than what was revealed in the 1970s. The potential for severe and sustained public blowback against the Deep State is immense and might be far greater than we may think. At least I hope so.

This article is conjecture. However it does stand to reason that when one group of overlords is displaced another group will take their place. Will it be a case of “new boss, same as the old boss” different but no better, maybe worse? Or will it be a more benevolent entity?

In the end, I don’t care because the information being revealed is causing a massive reset. People are vehemently against much of where this money went, and it is leading to demands for the same investigations into other agencies funding like HHS and DOD.
If the CIA was a massive threat to President Trump in his first term, the revelations of the money wasted and what they have been up to with that money should put them back on their heels hard, right along with the State Department.

Are the USAID revelations in effect a limited hangout? Probably. If you told me 300k kids went missing to harvest adrenochrome and do extremely degenerate things to them, and USAID paid for it, I’m not sure at this point in the timeline I’d bat my eyes. Is it a coincidence Elon Musk was involved in these disclosures? The IC likes geniuses, eccentrics, and rich people. Musk is the modern Howard Hughes; I suspect the relationship is similar.
So things to some degree are being revealed. They are coming into the national consciousness, and the IC is trying to control how bad the reaction is. Then as Trump has shown, we just have to keep unraveling the sweater faster and faster so that they can’t control the reaction. I think Musk got red-pilled when a school in CA tried the gender change brainwash on one of his kids. He has spoken about it.

Hell, I’m so far around the bend, I’m convinced that USAID was the primary way that Barack Obama raised campaign funds back 2012. In September of that year he raised $181,000,000. 98% of that came from small donations under $200 that didn’t require reporting to the FEC. This entire situation (Musks entrance into MAGA world and his influence therein) reminds me of the scene in Mel Gibson’s ‘Braveheart’ where two new recruits join the Scottish rebellion. One is an Irishman who has a bit of a rough edge and admits that killing the English is his only motivation. The other recruit does and says all the right things but is caught trying to kill Wallace.
Musk has an angle – 0 doubt in my mind. He has never been totally trustworthy in my view, even before his mask slipped on the H1B issue. Vivek became the louder voice on the issue and the OH Senator seat gave him a convenient off-ramp from the efforts of DOGE. Musks’ position of influence is therefore preserved, although he and Vivek were in lockstep agreement on the issue. And the national conversation has shifted now away from the H1B issue.
I know Musk spent big to help elect Trump, but I would wager my own $ that by the time he was aboard the MAGA train all reliable polling indicated a Trump win anyway. We know of his ties to the Silicon Valley / Oracle / Palantir group. He has a financial position to protect and I do not trust him to do the right thing if it got in the way of his money.
Rather than being an open opposition agent, I view him as a covert one. Like Wormtongue in The Two Towers (another movie reference for you all). Perhaps he is similar to Bondi…will say and do the right things mostly but we know the IC has leverage and therefore can be (and eventually, will be) manipulated to act against VSGPDJT.

President Trump pulled the rug out from under Netanyahu during the press conference – it’s clear Israel didn’t know what Trump was going to say about Gaza. The arab states want Gaza as both a hedge against Israel and way to keep the Palestinians from going to other Arab countries. So he buys Twitter to fix this (and also to get lots of data to test on AI, plus other projects).
He learns about the censorship. And the deep state attacks him.
It becomes an existential issue for him. He sees that he could lose everything. So he joins with Trump.
He is now on a mission to eviscerate the Deep State because otherwise … he will lose his empire.
