Those who do not pretend already know the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is the cover agency for CIA influence operations worldwide. However, technically USAID is supposed to be the charitable side of U.S. government, supporting foreign countries.
If USAID is simply magnanimous and altruistic aid to foreign countries using taxpayer funds, then what exactly is the “classified material” they would need to withhold from DOGE review?

For those who don’t know, USAID is the cover group for CIA intervention in all foreign affairs.
The CIA and State Dept work together. USAID is the sub agency silo that carries out the missions.
The State Dept is the front of house, the dining room. The CIA is the kitchen. USAID are the staff, with DoD as the bussers.
Dissolving USAID into State, removes the cover. The CIA activities become more obvious. Foreign meddling, specifically messing in elections and installing foreign leaders, becomes more difficult.

That is true. There are exceptions for transporting and maintenance of classified docs/info but the rules are extremely strict and many rules to jump through under the law.

It’s hard for people to understand how things are supposed to work in the Executive Branch. Over the years corrupt organs of the Legislative Branch have usurped the authority of the President by teaming up with various of the President’s Executive Branch departments to use them for totally corrupt and nefarious purposes. Those departments (CIA, FBI, DoD, etc.) have entered in to a symbiotic relationship with congress to cover each other’s crimes. But the President has (is supposed to have) total control of every department in the Executive Branch as long as he stays within very broad lines set out by the Constitution.
So when the President tells the military, the Justice department, the Secretary of State, or anyone else in the Executive branch to jump, their only allowable comment is “Sir, how high, sir?”. And that concept is what President Trump is demonstrating quite well.
And when ‘they’ continued to prosecute him, thinking to be oh-so-clever, such that one of the cases went to the USSC, the Court came out with that marvelous opinion making it clear the US President as the Executive, has broad, sweeping power. ‘They’ have really been hoisted on their own petard. I am currently following several podcasters who are looking into the lack of transparency in the nonprofit sector, specifically relating to religious organizations which basically have zero requirements to disclose ANYTHING, because of the way the laws were written in 1913. Churches were given exemptions from taxes or reporting regulations because they were considered to be providing valuable social services that the government was neither equipped nor designed to handle.
However, humans gonna human and in the intervening century, the world of NGOs, “charitable organizations” and sadly, many chuches, have figured out that “doing good” is a very, very profitable business model!
