First a UH-60 incident with a “highly experienced” crew from a continuity of government unit where it looked like there was absolutely no way the ‘copter wouldn’t have seen the passenger jet and the parents of the female pilot don’t want her (or their) name released (has there ever been a major aircraft incident where the pilot’s name wasn’t released?) and now a 100% Mexican crew comes racing down at what looked like high throttle, descending at 11,000 feet per minute barely missing a large mall which will put the ‘copter incident conveniently in the background.
From horrible quality security camera videos (doesn’t anyone in Philadelphia have decent ones or dashcams or are they holding on to them to sell to media?) it initially looked like there was fire on the jet, but a different angle made it look like aircraft lights.
Fox last night was continuously covering the medical jet crash despite knowing nothing, but CNN during the instant I checked was covering a political topic about the DNC.
About the plane and passengers from various sources:
A girl who was returning to Tijuana after receiving treatment for a life-threatening condition in the United States.
…a spokesperson for Jet Rescue Air Ambulance – the plane’s operator – told NBC10 the six people on board included a girl, her mother, a pilot, copilot, doctor and paramedic. The child who was on board had received treatment at Shriners Children’s Philadelphia for a life-threatening condition… “All I can say is, the patient was sponsored by a third-partner charity to undergo life-saving treatment in the U.S.”
Due to privacy laws, neither could reveal the child’s identity. [OK, parents identity then – W]
Mexico’s foreign ministry says all six people on board are of Mexican nationality.
So, a female military pilot whose name isn’t released crashes into a passenger aircraft in DC and a Mexican jet crew nearly crashes into a mall after a malfunction or a hijacking or a crazy/suicidal pilot or a bomb within 11 days after Trump is sworn in and does some very substantial things relating to illegal aliens, the military, Mexico, and designates cartels as terrorist groups.
Could be nothing, but it just seems suspiciously unusual to me.

Never really think of how old planes are.
I am not okay with the failure to release the name of the female pilot of the Black Hawk.
She caused the accident and caused the death of 64 people.
What happened to the most transparent administration ever? Is Hegseth going to be transparent or not?
How long do they think they can cover it up? The minute we know the name, we’ll know or surmise the crash was intentional.

Lots of error to go around. ATC was awful in this scenario. The unnamed pilot is a problem too, but the IP was in charge of the aircraft and his responsibility is to operate it per the published rules.
Again, a confluence of crappy operation made this happen.
Actually, we do NOT know what caused this. Shielding the pilot’s identity reeks of a coverup.
It isn’t a matter of satisfying morbid curiosity. It isn’t about tranny-parency.
It is transparency.
The public has the right to be concerned, and informed about airline safety.
Only thing we haven’t accounted for is intention. This might have been a suicide. Otherwise, the confluence of mistakes caused this.
I will want to know why the pilots were above the 200 foot ceiling required for the Blackhawk in the designated flight corridor. Important because the collision occurred at 300 feet.
There might be ongoing investigation of the background and associations of the pilot.
Remember the Muslim terrorist Ft. Hood shooting?
Could there be Islamic ties that would incite anti Muslim sentiment? Since we don’t know, anything is possible.
Trump obviously knew more about this crash when he berated government DEI hiring. Think about it. Liberal news stations can’t seem to figure that out.

It may have been an issue the aircrew was dealing with…it’s the TOWERS JOB to control the airspace. The chopper should have been given vectors to deconflict…

I also blame the FAA and any other authorities that allowed helicopters in the Reagan airport airspace, particularly to cross landing approach zones.
There had been other near-misses between helicopters and airplanes prior to this.
I agree. Why would military aircraft on training missions be allowed anywhere near a large public airport. Sounds insane to me.

If a hard ceiling was busted and flying out of the proscribed corridor, it was a pilot problem too.
I disagree somewhat ; every vector in this incident is clouded by poor decision making on every level .
ATC caused that event…failure to control the airspace…the helo never got vectors to deconflict…100 percent the fault of ATC.

I live a few miles north of the Northeast Phila Airport and have been reporting here about drones flying from south to north (mostly) behind my house, about one minute apart. Last night they could be heard, but not seen because of bad weather with low clouds. The video of this crash would seem to match a sudden mid-air collision. These are not small drones, by the way. They are the size of small planes.
One thing that distinguishes these entities is their apparent ability to evade radar detection. In that case, no one at the airport or on the jet would be aware. Although the 2 recent accidents look very similar, investigators would not be looking for a mid-air collision. I wonder what we would be told if they started finding pieces of a drone among the wreckage. Just something to consider.
The rumors of the helo taking off from the residence of a VIP Saudi National are intriguing to say the least. How many Saudi nationals in DC have helo pads? Also where was the helo going the night before? Same residence?

A private medical flight seems like it could be a good avenue to smuggle someone in or out.

There seems to be widespread focus on the plane’s operator and that the plane was registered in Mexico -which looks like narrative forming rather than actual fact reporting.
There are mainstream agencies as well as ‘alternative’ ‘independent’ ‘news’ outlets repeating narratives and gatekeeping.

I work in aviation, last year of hires you would be shaking your head. Seriously, I’m sure now they buy a license and never touch a book or plane to get it. Something strange with these from South America, most are completely incompetent and, they will not be responsible for their work so you cannot track what they do. Side note, I watched the Boeing “A” team a few times and they are phenomenal, we are good and they are excellent. Amazing to behold. And I know a lot is repetition to excellence but drilling several thousand holes and bucking all the rivets near perfect, to me, is amazing. It’s these repairs done in other countries that are killing people.

Covid-19 vaccine
With so much information out there now about the horrible side effects of the vaccine and even some countries are banning the use of the mNRA vaccine, the CDC is still encouraging the use.

We see TV ads recommend getting your vaccination, our Dr.s recommend getting vaccinated, on an on.
Dr. Peter McCullough has reported extensive research findings of the harm of the mNRA vaccine and Spike Protein effects, long and short term. Dr. Robert Malone has also called for the immediate removal of using these vaccines as well as 81,000 physician. Also Naomi Wolf, a well known author has reported on the negative effects as well as information coming from FOIA showing highly harmful effects.
With all this exposure and visibility of the negative effects of mNRA vaccines no one in the media seems to care. Even RFK, Jr. hasn’t said much about this I don’t believe. Maybe he will if he is confirmed.
It’s just mind boggling that the CDC continues to recommend these vaccines. They don’t even say on their website that it will prevent you from getting Covid anymore, but with no substantiated data they claim it will prevent severe illness and hospitalization. The last information I saw it was just the opposite.
Anyway, most of us Treepers know this so why no questions from the media. It’s even a chance to frame questions to hurt President Trump.
Some things just don’t make sense like DEI, but that’s another question.

The Potomac Crash.
The copter was roughly 200 feet higher than it was supposed to be (a deliberate act).
The copter veered off course just moments before the collision (a deliberate act).
The identity of the pilot is being withheld.
Everyone seems to be scratching their heads regarding the cause of the collision.
It seems to me that the simplest explanation just might be the most accurate.
I wonder how much longer it’s going to take to scrub the pilot’s social media and personnel files.
I actually think that what MAY be happening is that the Pilot’s life history is being captured and saved. S/he may be a DEI hire, or someone who is connected to the Saudis (the helicopter allegedly took off from Saudi owned property), or other nefarious/suspicious connections.
This may be a huge international incident because of the pilot and all sorts of other issues. My guess is that a deep dive into the history of how this unknown pilot got into this helicopter is being done. Who hired, promoted, signed off on testing, and more is being done.
I get the feeling that PDJT knew much more than we do when he made his DEI comments.
Perhaps Pilot training and accreditation has different standards in other countries, even if recertified here?.

Sorry, but the helo pilot may have been a sub standard one, or they may have had an issue in the cockpit…but I can tell you FOR SURE the controller screwed this one up.
Many retired military pilots have opined that they believe the pilot of the helicopter will be the fault of this accident.
I have a hunch it will be both the heli pilot and ATC’s fault but it will be interesting to find out the truth.
It’s seems absolutely insane to have helicopters anywhere near the path of jet on final approach at a busy airport with short runways like National, but that’s just me.

ATC cannot reach into a cockpit of a helicopter or airplane and fly it for them.
Perhaps the big shots running the airport should have spent some money and had 2 people in the ATC tower like they usually do. One person was doing the job of two people.

It is neither fair nor constructive to scapegoat pilots and air traffic control personnel, especially when we certainly don’t have enough facts to assess a cause.
George Webb wrote a Substack article about the remote control of aircraft and something called “Operation Arctic Frost” which I know little about beyond what George shared.
Interestingly, Chuck Grassley (during the Kash Patel hearing) mentioned “Operation Arctic Frost”.
There’s more going on here than we realize and it could be that the rush to lay blame may be a smokescreen in front of a blazing inferno.

True. Growing up surrounded by woods in the 60’s & early 70’s we were always in the woods. Only one time ever did I have a tick on me. A big one that my mother was able to pluck out. Nothing happened. The dogs were always in there also. Lived very long lives back then – usually died of old age or getting hit by a car.
I grew up in Utah and played outside most of the time. Kids got ticks, but parents just pulled them off. Some were harder to get off than others, so it wasn’t great to find a tick on your body, but there was no Lyme disease.
This one hits home because I close friend of mine got a case of it at a “Federal” wildlife refuge while birding with myself and it severely curtailed my outdoor adventures. As a kid I was outdoors all the time and never saw a tick until I went to a summer camp west of me. Lyme disease was always suspicious to me, turns out my suspicions were correct
I have had 2 separate “Lyme like” diseases in the past 5 years. Got it from deer tick bites. The symptoms were the same as Lyme and were treated with the same meds. Nothing to be trifled with. After the murder of one of my siblings I refused to believe it, despite all the known evidence. Despite it being on TV and my knowing immediately and instinctively before the name was out. 4 And as the beneficial owners of that military helicopter, all of America deserves to know the full identity of the pilot, and what the qualifications and motivations of that individual were at the time of the collision, as that pilot may be representative of a class of similar individuals operating military systems, weapons and equipment.
5 And if that person was from a group or class that statistically has a grossly higher proportion of mental instability and suicide rates, or lacks adequate qualifications or skills to safely and effectively operate those systems, everyone is entitled to know that as soon as possible, so that further similar disasters can be averted.
These questions are of immense national consequence. And the President has led the charge into these questions and issues.
It is our business. All of us. My family could have been on that aircraft.

Wife and I watched the movie yesterday. Now we really understand why those on the committee were pushing that question “Will you state today that Snowden is a traitor”. It’s a sort of litmus test, sort of like “Will you agree Biden was legitimately elected in 2020”. Answers to these questions reveal your loyalty or not to the deep state. IMO, yes, Snowden is liable for illegally copying government programs to show as evidence of our government spying on Americans, as the undercover videographer James O’Keefe is liable for taping Planned Parenthood officials bragging about selling baby parts without their knowledge. Or the lady who copied the voting machine rolls to show voter fraud, and is now in prison!
The serious crimes that Snowden and these others I mentioned were trying to expose, are being ignored, but these “whistleblowers” become the targeted.

Here are some thoughts after over a year of litigating Brigida v Department of Transportion, a DEI Air Traffic Control case against the Biden FAA and DOJ:
The FAA pushed its radical DEI agenda for decades. It watered down the air traffic control aptitude test multiple times for the stated purpose of increasing Air Traffic Control(ATC) diversity, until finally a questionable character self-assessment was worth far more than the ability to understand flight paths and intersecting angles.
Under both the Obama and Biden Administrations, the FAA was influenced by DEI fanatics to change its air traffic control hiring process. Rather than stick with the science, the agency used an ATC aptitude test – if it can even be called that – that prioritized skin color and sex over actual competence.
During the Obama Administration more than 2000 qualified & vetted men and women were lined up to become air traffic controllers. They’d demonstrated their competence and eagerness to protect the American skies and were just waiting on orders from the government. The order that came was to remove them from the ATC queue altogether. The reason: Obama’s FAA decided they weren’t racially diverse enough.
The Obama Administration threw out the results of an ATC aptitude test proven to select the best candidates in favor of a 10 minute self-assessment that had zero guardrails against cheating and even less to do with air traffic. Anyone who failed according to the FAA’s secret scoring system was denied the job, no matter how highly they’d scored on the actual ATC aptitude test.
In the name of DEI, Obama’s FAA instituted an air traffic control hiring exam that awarded applicants points for being bad at science in high school, being unemployed, and having below average communication skills. The candidates who were actually qualified to be ATCs but were denied the chance to protect American skies because they didn’t pass this sham test sued to correct the injustice, but the Biden admin championed the DEI cause in court with even greater ferocity.
Back in 2013 the Obama Administration promised a “historic transformation” of the FAA. To make our skies safer? To become more technologically advanced? To study flight patterns of the busiest airspace? Obama’s promise was to make air traffic control a more diverse and inclusive workforce, and Biden doubled down on it.
Talent and experience for these jobs is a long pipeline. Losing so many qualified applicants out of only 14,000 Air Traffic Controllers, and losing potentially countless applicants since, has resulted in chronic staffing shortages and serious overtime.
No sane American cares about ATC sex and skin color, because they know it’s an obsession that, as I predicted many times last year and as recently as 2 weeks ago, would result in tragedy.
