But the first would be to hold a general officer symposium and let them know all 2,3 and 4star generals are in notice that their jobs are being looked at and subject to immediate dismissal. 2nd the general officer promotion list is on hold until further notice.
After that big announcement all E-9s across the board are on notice as well. Their jobs are being looked at and subject to immediate removal.
Gotta start at the top and work down. Bean counters at the pentagon will figure out the cost savings from there. Bottom to top review of missions and the road ahead.

Agreed. The E9’s bear special focus. Beyond a few spectacular war fighters you could always count on an E9 to gleefully enforce DIE, the vaccine mandate, and glow belts on a FOB.
I made it through the purge with denied religious accommodations, on each response I also argued the illegality of the mandate. I never made command as a result. Navy actually had a written instruction barring any of the command triad from being unvaccinated.
For the sake of the service every command officer that enforced the illegal mandate should be relieved. They have demonstrated performance breaking the oath, or at best, too dumb to evaluate an order on the merits.
DoD lethality and proficiency would be increased by promoting junior officers or bringing back the few senior officers who departed or were fired due to the mandate.

The military academies have been on a downward slide for a while, but they need to be FIXED, not scrapped.

With 23 years in I think it is perfectly acceptable to suggest shutting down the academies for a semester or two. I want you to look at some of the lovely diverse pictures of the prospective female officer cadre coming out of West Point and argue for anything less than closure. The Air Force academy is a den of woke ideology. The Naval Academy has never graduated an officer that knew how to pour a beer.
Accountability in Afghanistan. I’m hoping this comes to fruition. Not in the form of a strongly worded letter. But in the form of dishonorable discharges for military personnel involved with that disgrace but also severe charges for the previous DOD director and those civilians involved from SOS. Mr Blinken comes to mind.

He then was part of the team that oversaw leaving $85 billion worth of military equipment in Afghanistan, $100s of billions given for a proxy war with a nuclear power, $billions to the Middle East where American hostages were held for 470 days of the last administration, and more.
I’m certainly willing to give Def Sec Hegseth a chance while I ask the moonbats in my life about the Military Industrial Complex.
