So Sleepy Joe pardons his buddies on his way out. However, the thing is, if someone is pardoned, you can still open up their files and correspondence to the American people. They’ll never get charged for anything, but their reputation will be in tatters.
After all, it is ours.
It wasn’t Joe. Whoever did it and he signed knew there was some real need for it other than, “mean ole orange man bad is going to persecute them”.
I think that’s something else that there should be both Congressional hearings and a Grand Jury probe into. Just who has been running the White House for the past 4 years…because it sure as hell wasn’t Joe Biden.
I would suggest to President Trump.. that Today He Pardons himself and his entire staff and everyone he knows for any future crimes until death… Lets see how the media reacts to it and the congress as well as the courts… Lets see if that kind of thing is actually allowed… It would speed up the process because the Media would MELT and so would the democrats

As I predicted, i.e., pardons on the way out the door, at the last minute, and he’s still got a few, hours left; but, so far, it hasn’t been reported that the Russia, Russia hoaxters are included, so that leaves the Lawfare bunch, HRC, Comey, Strzok/Page, et al, sic’em, Mr. President.
I don’t think those preemptive pardons will pass muster at the Supreme Court. If crimes were committed, charge them, and make them fight it all the way to SCOTUS. Drag it out, bankrupt them, and if they commit new crimes along the way like perjury or obstruction of justice, charge them with that, too.
We will never be on the path to getting well as a country until these people are put under oath and compelled to testify about what they did. Then we’ll find out why those pardons were necessary. Whoever wrote that statement for Biden knows that it has nothing to do with revenge, and everything to do with uncovering and prosecuting provable crimes like perjury (Fauci), treason (Miley/China), and fraud and obstruction of justice (Cheney/J6).

I think someone is going to challenge the pardons, on grounds that Joe Biden was not mentally competent. I think judges (even if appointed by Biden) will be less likely to toe the Democrat party line, because, obviously, the vote-cheat groups were forced to stand down, presumably by Lara Trump’s promise that they would be prosecuted.

Doesn’t a pardon have to state the crimes for which they are being pardoned??? I mean how can a president grant a blanket pardon, especially a preemptive blanket pardon.
A preemptive blanket pardon would mean the people that Biden gave a preemptive pardon to could go out and commit even more crimes more fraud and even murder or mass murder.

Pardons only cover federal crimes up to the time of the pardon. If crimes are committed after the pardon, those can be prosecuted.
In this context, preemptive, means before federal charges are brought, not before future crimes committed.

I remind you that just in the US alone direct treatment expense for cancer is about $160 billion annually and on-patent drugs are the largest component of that expense. If it cut that by 10 percent that’s sixteen billion not extracted by the medical system every year forever into the future.
If it works [against COVID-19], even somewhat, when used immediately on first hint of infection then billions of dollars don’t get charged during the pandemic as people don’t go to the hospital, get treated there and ultimately die.
If it works, even somewhat, then at the same time Remdesvir is worth an effective zero, none of that money would have been made and that is not only bad for the drug company but the thousand dollar+ infusion charges disappear too, all of which go into the hospital’s pocket.
But much worse, if everyone was going to get this virus, and that was known in the first couple of months that eventually basically everyone would, then even if the drug does not work against Covid-19, but it has an anti-cancer impact of any magnitude when used as a prophylaxis on six month intervals, if at first hint of trouble people gobble just one $1 pill that data will show up over the next couple of years in materially lower cancer rates across the board in America which has NO other rational explanation — and that, IF IT HAPPENED, and the EXISTING medical literature says indeed it might, would cost the drug and hospital business hundreds of billions of dollars over the next 20+ years.
