According to a statement released by the White House, the people in control of Joe Biden have granted executive clemency to 2,500 non-violent drug offenders.
“Today, I am commuting the sentences of nearly 2,500 people convicted of non-violent drug offenses who are serving disproportionately long sentences compared to the sentences they would receive today under current law, policy, and practice. With this action, I have now issued more individual pardons and commutations than any president in U.S. history. … I am proud of my record on clemency and will continue to review additional commutations and pardons.” ~ Joe Biden

According to three people familiar with private conversations granted anonymity to discuss them, the president has been presented with a number of options for preemptive pardons — efforts to protect certain individuals worried about being targeted by the Justice Department or FBI once Donald Trump is sworn into office.” (source)

All of these preemptive pardons and commutations are illegal and unconstitutional because the President is mentally incapacitated. Challenge each and every one of those clemency orders by doing the following:
1. Are any of the 2500 forgiven felons an illegal immigrant? Arrest them and deport them. Immediately.
2. Did any of the 2500 commit a violent act during the commission of their crime? Did they plead down to a lesser crime? Arrest them and prosecute them for the original violent act. Refuse a plea bargain. Again-do this immediately.
3. Officially declare all of Biden’s clemency orders null and void because the President was mentally incapacitated. Force the Lawfare monsters to defend Biden’s mental acuity in court. Expose all of it to sunlight.
The courts might crush the whole strategy in defense of the UniParty Deep State. Let it happen if it must. The effort must be made in defense of Constitutional Republicanism.

That should definitely be the crux of investigation.
Or can it be show that they pled down to another crime that, in further prosecuting would have exposed illegal activity of Biden, his associates, family, or especially the ones who are influencing him to make these pardons.

There is enough evidence in public and on public tape for almost any physician to show progressive decreasing capacity. We all have varying levels of cognitive function when sleep deprived, depressed, with poor cerebral circulation. We are born with different levels of cognitive function (our IQ).
Legally, the process is – the physician determined whether cognitive capacity is reduced, declining, and tries to report on the level of cognitive processing that exists.
A judge takes that information and determines the level of competence.
A judge can then determine whether an individual can:
Drive, manage financial affairs, decide on health care issues, accurately convey their wishes, direct others to their true desires.
A case can clearly be made, based on films alone that Biden’s cognitive capacity has been declining and has been impaired beyond the ability to carry out some of the functions he has been doing.
The problem is finding the judges with the courage to rule any of the following
That he was no longer fit to serve
That he must get out of his current role
That certain decisions were not valid and therefore null and void
That he was vulnerable to manipulation, and therefore certain decisions are null and void
Although it is a complex process, there has never been a time in the history of the presidency where the case could be made more strongly that he should have been removed, that certain decisions are in question, that he is vulnerable to manipulation by others, that he HAS BEEN manipulated by others.
It is a whole different level of legal issue to reverse, based on this, actions and decisions already mead.
To me, the real problem is not Biden and his competence, but the overwhelming corruption of our legislature, our legal system, lawyers, judges, and media.

If Biden is a criminal president (which he is), and he gives pardons to others that colude with Biden in illegal activity, can a real DOJ (appointed by Trump) , investigate Biden and FBI/CIA/DOJ for conducting illegal Treasonous acts.

There is no such thing as a non-violent drug offense. When one buys drugs they are funding the most lawless criminal organizations on Earth. They are contributing to every murder, rape, kidnapping, and human trafficking committed by those criminals.

I sat on a jury many years ago in which a young Black man was caught with two crack rocks. It wasn’t his first time, so the police charged him with possession with intent to sell and deliver. Unemployed and caught red handed, the jury found him guilty. Every juror’s jaw hit the floor when the young man was handed a ten year mandatory sentence for having two tiny rocks in the corner of a baggie. So I applaud Mr. Biden if these are the people he gave executive clemency.

I do not understand how a “pre-emptive” pardon is constitutional. A president would be pardoning a future crime. In Biden’s case, this would be a pardon “activated” during the Trump term. How does a former president have authority to do something in the next guy’s term?

I say challenge preemptive pardons in the Supreme court. How can you be pardoned for something you have never been convicted of? Yes Ford pardoned Nixon without charges, but everyone knew what the alleged crimes were and no one wanted to challenge it at the time, everyone just wanted it over, but it was never ruled Constitutional.
It can’t be double jeopardy if they were never tried for the crime. This would be a good first case for the new Atty. Generals office.
And those people worried about being ‘targeted’ for JUSTICE have no worries as they said, if they did nothing wrong! Challenge the preemptive pardons in the courts. Then have Congress make a law, no preemptive pardons. It allows the state to go rouge and commit crimes, and then pardon itself. We cannot have that. The Supreme Court should not allow that. It gives the executive to much power, hampering the judicial branch of government. and upsets the checks and balances of the three coequal branches of government.

How can someone be pardoned without first being charged with a crime? It makes no sense. Trump’s DOJ should immediately challenge the validity of these “preemptive” pardons — charge the scumbags anyway should crimes be uncovered during investigation.
