It doesn’t look like it’s going to go this way but….
1). Trump should commute ALL running J6 sentences on day one and immediately halt every single ongoing investigation / prosecution in this regard in contemplation of future pardons if necessary.
2). In the meantime, AG Bondi should prepare applications to the court quashing ALL of these cases ab initio for prosecutorial misconduct for Brady Violations (withholding exculpatory evidence from defense counsel during discovery), compelling the Judges who presided over these judicial charades to sign the orders (rendering pardons unnecessary and removing the ability of the real culprits to claim immunity from PERSONAL civil liability).
3). Begin criminally prosecuting those responsible for this unprecedented miscarriage of Justice for the Brady Violations under “Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law” (TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242).
Commuting the sentences does not erase the felony record. A felony in your past will close a lot of doors. They should be pardoned.

There is much blame to go round but a little mentioned part is the so-called public defenders who were part of the plot to put these people in jail. The poorest of J6ers had defenders that basically helped the prosecution.

Bondi even said “make America safe again” and “make America great again”, a couple of times throughout, stating without apology that these should not be controversial statements.
Only hope that Bondi performs accordingly the next 4 years.
