“This was no small thing, to restore a republic after it had fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may have been that our task was impossible. Yet, if we did not try then how would we know it could not be done? And if we did not try, it most certainly would not be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, would have been lost.”
“But I tell you this: We did not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we made with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from this day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”

Too coool
And as PDJT walks in…
They would be crazeeee not to. DJT resurrected their one song hit… LOLOLOL
BE NICE –
Macho Man – GOOD ENTRANCE SONG For ” THE TRUMPSTER ” ! ( Partially SARCASTIC )
In the Navy – ( ONE of the Reasons that i DID NOT JOIN The Navy )
Lyrics for MACHO MAN –
https://genius.com/Village-people-macho-man-lyrics
“MMMMM … A … G … A!” It’s fun to stay at the “MMMMM … A … G … A -A!”
Excellent idea.
I just finished my yearly update with my financial advisor from T Rowe Price a fairly conservative well run firm. From things he said, reading between the lines, they are “puckered up” about what Trump is going to do with tariffs etc. He even scheduled another call next month(unusual) to update me on what’s going to happen after Trump takes office. He said they were on high alert. I didn’t comment back but found it interesting. I would liked to have said “why don’t you look at his previous 4 years” and what happened with tariffs etc. I did say the Black Rock, Vanguard, Citibank et al would protect the stock market like they always have. He mentioned that companies like to stay profitable. This guy is a middle age very likeable guy who has always been straight with me. It just points out what a pretend world these guys live in. They are also worried about interest rates being lowered and causing inflation to go up. They definitely live in a bubble that the rest of us don’t.
Your guy is giving you the WSJ boiler plate. Ignore him! The Federal Reserve and Wall Street know that low oil prices are going cut inflation but they hate President Trump and won’t admit it until it happens!
…And then, when it does happen, they won’t admit that they were wrong, they won’t admit that Trump was correct, and they will somehow find a way to give credit to Joe Biden and the Democrats.
This has been their playbook for years.
They won’t have to look for a way to blame Trump. The potted plant Buffoon is taking credit for all of it in his foreign policy speech.
They are simply fear-mongering, like such people always do. Pay no attention to them, nor to your “financial advisor.” My dad’s “advisor” sat quietly as his portfolio lost half its value during the COVID days. Meanwhile, my own – independently managed by good ol’ me – gained ground. Do your own research, and select your own investments and investment firms.
I always remember the two economic tracks explained by Sundance. One is the service-economy model driven by the UNiparty’s multinational corporations over the past forty years. That service economy exists solely to advance *foreign* interests and includes open-borders slave laborers.
Then there’s the other train that’s still chugging along on a parallel, MAGA track. That MAGA train is driven by small businesses and renegotiated trade deals to benefit US, not foreign, interests.
I always try to do business with, and invest in, the MAGA train. It’s about time we patriots put our money where our mouth is.
After all, we cannot expect President Trump to do ALL the heavy lifting.
2 family friends of mine took early retirement when Trump was in office before. Their stock holdings doubled which allowed them to retire early. My point is; No need to be worried. Tariffs were placed the last time.
Another friend who owns a business was dependant on chips from China for his Karate exercise equipment . Had to pay an additional %25 for the CPU’s made in China. He was bitching to me about it and i just laughed. He still made enough to buy his 3rd house in Naples, FL and a top of the line ZO6 Corvette and his wife got a new Camaro SS. His other 2 houses are in Minnesota, one being a lake house. He said the chips are only manufactured in China.
I’m not worried. I was just pointing out that they live in a different world than we do.
They do, and they all read from exactly the same playbook, spout the same WSJ nonsense, and as pointed out refuse to admit they were wrong before about Trump, and still are, now.
Onlhy use is as a reverse baraometer; listen closeky to everything they say, and do the exact opppsite.
Shoulda said *don’t call me – I’ll call you……
Go to fec.gov and find out who he donates to.
Look, I am no wealth advisor or anything like that. But, here are my two cents on the field. Financial planners are like hedge fund managers without the hedge fund. They should be able to make money from the stock market whether ti goes up (buy then sell) or down (shorts). The laws are created in a way to make money any which way, from equity reits, mreits, etc. The market responds to rumors or hard facts like Trump is elected and Peter Thiel’s company, Palitir – something like – goes up in value and so forth. Or some politician builds a bridge to nowhere over a river, like Harry Reid, and all that land around the bridge becomes instantly valuable.
Again, I am not a financial planner and, frankly, I wish I was because I would out there hustling as there is mad money to made.
I like to listen to this Thoughtful Money you tube channel as the host interviews professional investors and market people from all different perspectives; and on Saturdays joins up with a money manager with a firm out of Texas to go over the latest news and financial projections. This one from last Saturday, 1 hr 14 min:
It’s good you mentioned the previous Trump administration.
Something that comes to my mind almost every day is whether to speak up or not when I’m engaged with someone who doesn’t see the value President Trump brings.
I go back and forth about what to say. But as time has gone on, I’m becoming convinced that we hurt ourselves when we don’t speak up. We give passive deference to their ideas. This allows them to keep living comfortably in their bubble.
What if you were to have said something like, “You’re a great guy. I like working with you, but your lack of understanding about what President Trump is doing for the country and “we the people” is a negative. This year i plan to look for a different advisor, one who understands what Trump brings to the table, but please let me know if your shift as President Trump once again proves he’s knows what’s best for the economy.”
Yep, that would be a really hard conversation. I know because I’ve been through a few and mostly the libs or rinos didn’t like it.
But if more of us would speak up it would help these people wake up sooner, and that would help make our country a better place to live.
Laboratories Are Still Performing Gain-Of-Function Research On Viruses More Dangerous Than COVID-19 (3:59)
Forbes – 1.81M channel subscribers, but only 5,252 views since 30 Mar 2023 supports my attention deficit political idiocracy claim about US voters.
Of COARSE they are!
“,…if blackbriar all goes South, will close it down, bundle it up, and tie it around Landys neck,….And then start up,
again.”
I/C SOP, they are NOT going to actually give up anything, especially this lucrative!
Did it ever occur to you that you just might be the political idiot and not them?
“Laboratories Are Still Performing Gain-Of-Function Research On Viruses More Dangerous Than COVID-19”
What could possibly go wrong with that?
No doubt Fauci will get big pharma to throw in some gene sequences that were patented several years ago, just like with the covid bioweapon.
Study finds genetic code in Covid’s spike protein linked to Moderna patent. Researchers say it is a one in 3 trillion chance Covid developed the code naturally.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10542309/Fresh-lab-leak-fears-study-finds-genetic-code-Covids-spike-protein-linked-Moderna-patent.html
Let me guess. Kamala Harris and the Democrats obviously didn’t get enough mail-in ballots trucked into the vote counting rooms last November. And Governor Newscum may be damaged goods from the LA fires. So Democrats are going to need these new more dangerous population-reducing bioweapons to be “accidentally released” to justify making everybody vote by mail in 2028.
JUST IN: Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes has requested that DOJ provide her with Jack Smith’s full case file to facilitate her office’s ongoing prosecution of Donald Trump’s allies in the 2020 election effort.
Jack Smith would need a 6e order from the federal judge due to grand jury secrecy. A 6e order is not typically given unless there are exigent circumstances!
“not typically given” went out the window a decade or more back…
True!
Wow
Likely that Norm Eisen put in a phone call to her and told her to do this…..
Dear God
Why did Judge Cannon allow this?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/01/breaking-judge-cannon-allows-release-jack-smiths-final/
Since it has been determined that Jack Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional, he is not a special counsel. What right does he have to produce and release a special counsel’s report full of lies about President Trump? No doubt all sources and methods will be redacted.
Since Jack Smith is not the special counsel and never has been a Constitutional special counsel, President Trump should get this DOJ to indict Jack Smith on the following charges. But first Kash Patel needs to send about 100 SWAT officers to Jack’s house at 3 am and take all his computers, phones, and documents.
Title 18, United States Code, Section 912 provides that “[w]hoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer * * * acting under the authority of the United States * * * , and acts as such, or in such pretended capacity demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined * * * or imprisoned not more than three years, or both”. …
Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 provides that whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; (2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or (3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry; shall be fined * * * [and] imprisoned not more than five years * * * .
And then there are other charges like criminal RICO charges, malicious prosecutions, violations of 18 U.S. Code § 241 (conspiracy against rights), 18 USC §242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), etc.
Judge Canon upheld it.

I think you have your facts wrong
Your reference dosen’t come up with the 90% figure you quote
Secondly, the article is flat wrong in saying Jeff Bezos’ refused to endorse Kamala Harris for president. That was a decision made by publisher and ceo Will Lewis.

You still got it wrong.
There is no, repeat, no direct Washington Post quote which says Bezos killed the Harris endorsement. None.
The best you have is the same old, same old “anonymous sources.” A reference which is used frequently by the beltway press crowd. A crowd which likes to create the notion they have access to “inside” thinking.
Harris was not endorsed by the Post editorial Board for two reasons.
IMO, of course
The WaPo editorial board did exactly what Jeff Bezos told them to do re Kamala Harris because they wanted to keep their jobs!
That’s the way it works in the business world. LOL

Which is why I question the reasoning behind his speaking out on this at all.

Just zip it and wait at least until he is sworn in. Then lets see if your protestations
have any merit at all and whether you have the courage to apologize for speaking out of your rear end.
Vance did say that yesterday. SD had a link to the interview.
And those of us that actually listened to his answer in full, instead of comments truncating the quote, and who have a modicum of understanding of how politics actually WORKS, we have no problem with Vances answer.
For those that do, I refer you to the first page of this Presidential thread, and “the Game plan” posted by Maquis.
And reiterate shut the hell up, and quit sewing dissention in the ranks, please.
Wow, who died and appointed you the new Boogeystew? Do you have a hemorrhoid problem lately.
Tough room! Sheesh.
We are in a tough situation. We got President Trump elected. But we have a very long and arduous road ahead. And we won’t win everything we want. That’s how life goes, and most especially when we are in a hole as deep as the one the globalists have dug for us (and they haven’t stopped yet).
We are at the point where we could still lose it all.
We need to toughen up and deal with reality as it is, not as we wish it would be.
We also need to keep patience until we see how something works out. We can’t scream every time a small thing happens and most especially when it isn’t something President Trump says or does.
True fact: We’ve made it so far, but we’re still in deep dodo and we need to fight with our minds, not jump the gun with emotion every time the wind blows a way we don’t like. We’re in for a lot of wind in the coming years.

“SmartLA 2028? — Newsom Announces “Marshall Plan” to Rebuild a New Los Angeles: “We Already Have a Team Reimagining LA 2.0””
Excerpts:
Gavin Newsom:
The opportunity with all of that—and the pride and spirit that come from hosting these three iconic events—is also the chance to rebuild at the same time. That’s why we’re already organizing a Marshall Plan. We already have a team working on “Reimagining LA 2.0,” ensuring everyone is included—not just the folks on the coast, but also those here who were ravaged by this disaster.
Jacob Soboroff:
You just said you’re organizing a Marshall Plan for the rebuilding of California. What is that Marshall Plan? Tell us about it.
Gavin Newsom:
We’re just starting to lay it out. While we’re still fighting these fires, we’re already talking to city leaders, civic leaders, business leaders, nonprofits, and labor leaders. We’re beginning to organize how we can bring together individuals in philanthropy for recovery, how we can organize the region, and how we can seek federal assistance—not only for the Olympics but also for recovery efforts.
We’re working to galvanize the community, engaging those who love this region, to develop a mindset that addresses this tragedy at scale. That means responding efficiently, as with the executive order I mentioned, by focusing on time-sensitive project delivery, addressing building codes, resolving permitting issues, and moving forward with resilience in mind.
****This plan aligns with the city’s existing “SmartLA 2028” strategy, which aims to leverage technology to address urban challenges and “improve residents’ quality of life.”****

So in 2021, while we were all dealing with the Covid lockdowns, the California government was planning a total surveillance grid for the city of LA (at least). But why burn down Palisades? It sounds like they are going to need to raze a great deal of the city proper for that.

Sachs is 100% correct. Israel can fight and pay for it’s own wars maybe then it will figure out how to get along with it’s neighbours!
I continue to support Israel and Israelis, just like I support America and Americans.
I continue to NOT support or trust the Israeli Govt. just as I continue to not support or trust the American Govt.
How hard is that to understand or accept?
Well you’re free to support anybody you want with your own money. We are $37 trillion in debt. We need to put America first.
Israel can borrow on the bond market just as easily as we do. Now, that’s not really hard to understand. 😉

There are still over 100 hostages being held by hamas savages. For 15 MONTHS. And how many are even still alive?
Hamas could have ended the war many times. They refused. I have no sympathy for them. I do for the people they use as human shields.
And how many “detainees ” does Israel have?
I found the reports of Israeli soldiers using “detainees ” as shields using them to go into tunnels first interesting.
Many attempts at negotiations have been made. And when a deal seems to be made, it was usually Israel who was at fault.
Just saw clip of Israeli Politicians complaining that they would have to do prisoner -hostage exchange…because of President Trump.

In April 2018, John Engler, the former GOP Governor of Michigan, proudly released the findings of a blue-ribbon commission at the Council on Foreign Relations, an influential think tank, about the challenges faced by the American workforce.
The report, oddly enough, included a demand that then-President Donald Trump avoid reforms to visa programs used by corporations to import foreign workers. The Trump administration had pushed for rule changes designed to curb visa abuses, such as using foreign workers to lower wages. In the past, H-1B foreign workers have been tapped to replace laid-off American workers — in some cases, workers only received severance payments if they trained their foreign replacements.
The report called for the administration to “open doors to more highly educated immigrants” and to “reconsider measures that have created new obstacles for many foreign students and foreign workers on temporary work visas such as H-1B.”
The report did not disclose Engler’s other position. A few months before the publication of the Council on Foreign Relations report, Engler had been hired as a paid lobbyist to the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), an industry group founded in Delhi that advocates on behalf of India’s largest IT outsourcing firms.
The Times of India reported on a hiring spree by NASSCOM at the time, noting that the industry group was working furiously to “change the perception in the Trump administration and other stakeholders about how the $180 billion [IT industry]” impacts the American economy and to promote the “continuation of the current H-1B visa programme.”
During this period, NASSCOM brought on several other lobbyists. The group hired former Bush administration Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham as an H-1B lobbyist. Abraham helped the group attempt to influence Trump administration officials and the media. Like Engler, some of these appearances lacked disclosure of his paid role at an Indian outsourcing industry group.
Abraham, in a 2018 opinion column for the Des Moines Register, argued that the Trump administration should do more to acknowledge and promote the benefits of Indian IT companies, which he claimed would “result in more jobs for American workers.” The newspaper identified Abraham only as a former cabinet secretary, not a paid lobbyist.
The undisclosed influence peddling by NASSCOM’s hired guns to promote H-1Bs were among dozens of similar incidents over the last decade from related industry groups – including direct lobbying, media campaigns, and litigation – to maintain the flow of foreign workers, often coming to this country to work at lower paid wages than Americans.
Behind the scenes, Indian outsourcing firms, Silicon Valley giants, Wall Street banks, and a variety of university-based research institutes maintain a vast political infrastructure to maintain the flow of a variety of foreign worker programs, such as the H-1B and OPT visas.

What sparked the Palisades fire? A beloved hiking trail may hold the grim answers
January 12, 2025
https://www.yahoo.com/news/palisades-fire-questions-swirl-started-021817539.html
Hikers and outdoor enthusiasts have long been drawn to Skull Rock north of Sunset Boulevard in Pacific Palisades.
A relatively short hike on the Temescal Ridge trail reveals the skeletal-shaped Skull Rock and dramatic Pacific Ocean views.
Now, this area is the subject of an investigation as a potential starting point for the Palisades fire, which burned thousands of structures last week.
The general area was the site of a small fire on New Year’s Eve that burned for a few hours before fire officials said they snuffed it out with help from water-dropping helicopter.
Sources with knowledge of the investigation told The Times that officials are aware of the earlier fire and its general proximity to the Palisades fire. They are looking into whether that could be the cause. Because the area is frequented by the public, the sources said it’s possible a new fire was somehow sparked there on Tuesday. The earlier fire appears to be sparked by fireworks, officials said.
As for the Palisades fire, the sources — who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly — said it appears to have human origins, but that the investigation is ongoing. They noted that area is frequented by hikers, teenagers and others [like arsonists? – W]
When Gatlinburg, TN burned it was due to two teens and cigarettes.
Whadda ya think? 🤐
Is this true? 🤔
This post implies some sort of accountability for wrong doing. When ever has that been the case?
I doubt it. It would be an invitation to Biden to pardon them all.

Yes
Put her what case? Does she mean the one that the Supreme Court killed last summer! LOL
She should’ve asked Jenny Craig for a favor instead.
This is an effort to get fjb to pardon these low lifes.
No way Kash would be saying this.
Mr. Patel is baiting Biden to pardon the named so that the pardons may be challenged in the courts. My thinking is that it will ultimately be decided that preemptive pardons for persons who acted to unlawfully benefit the pardoner (Biden) are invalid. Any other disposition would invite lawlessness.
Pardons by the President of the United States are not going to be challenged in court because the power is absolute!
Nope – that is NOT Kash Patel’s profile.

PALISADES FIRE & THE NEW YEARS DAY FIRE
The video shows the hydrants had water on New Years Day. If it is true that the New Years Day fire reignited on January 7, 2025, then the firefighters who responded on New Years Day need to be held to account. Also, it took 20-25 minutes for the fire department to respond to the January 7th fire. That is way too slow. People need to be held to account for the slow response. Lastly, fire hydrants are very efficient on small fires – the New Years Day fire is proof of that. If you take 20-25 minutes to respond in a Santa Anna wind condition, you get disastrous results, which is what we got.

Kids have lost their schools?
Good, maybe they’ll learn how to read and write.
What does Gavin and every other leftist politician do when there is a school shooting? They Politicize the heck out of it. And guess what, kids have lost their lives in those instances and families lost their life’s most precious treasure.
As Wilcow always says, “If it wasn’t for double standards, the left would have no standards at all.”
Remember when Commiela tried calling Desantis while he was in the middle of trying to save lives during last year’s hurricane Gavin? She then went on to whine that he didn’t take her call because he was playing political games?
Desantis clapped back that he had already talked to the president.
Linked from our friends at CFP:
Gavin needs to channel his inner Florida’s governor, who got the place cleaned up after hurricanes…in time for the ‘Tourist Season’….
9-12 months? Yeah, right…or maybe open his volume of Emergency Response…
From the comments:
…” Voters passed Proposition 1 in California in 2014 that gave the Governor 2.7 billion to build dams and water reservoirs. To date, none have been built. Where’d the money go? Why isn’t this story being covered?”….
The money went to homeless programs and welfare payments.
Supporting illegals.
Back in the day my Great grand father was a sheep-man. He and his sheep-man buddies along with cattlemen grazed the mountains surrounding Los Angeles. They kept the mountains clean and there were no disastrous fires which I am aware.
Back in the 70s on the artillery ranges of Ft. Ord herds of sheep were used for the underbrush and grasses cleaned up. The shepherds would bring in their herds a couple times a year which kept the fire danger low. The Army had utilized this method for many years with success.
It makes way, way to much commonsense for environmental-wacko Libtards who run things in California. The Forestry bureaucracy is made of nothing but nests of environmental Libtards.
You cannot milk this method for millions or billions of government money, therefore, this method is no good. You gotta think like the dem pol’s.

Is There Really a STEM Workforce Shortage?
A robust science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) workforce is essential for the United States, serving as the foundation for effective employment, immigration, science and technology, education, and national security policies. Recognizing this importance, explicit government support for the development of scientific talent has long been a part of policy discussions. It was a pillar of Vannevar Bush’s 1945 report to President Roosevelt, Science, the Endless Frontier, which influenced the structure of America’s postwar scientific enterprise. And, since its establishment in 1950, one of the National Science Foundation’s eight enumerated functions has been to “maintain a register of scientific and technical personnel and in other ways provide a central clearinghouse for information covering all scientific and technical personnel in the United States.”
And yet, for almost as long, unsubstantiated claims that there is a significant shortage of STEM talent have been a running feature of STEM workforce policy discussions. In 1959, economists Kenneth J. Arrow and William M. Capron published an article responding to complaints of a shortage of scientists and engineers, noting that “in view of all the discussion of the ‘shortage’ problem, it is remarkable how little direct evidence is available.” Fifty-five years later, in 2014, demographer Michael S. Teitelbaum wrote: “The alarms about widespread shortages or shortfalls in the number of US scientists and engineers are quite inconsistent with nearly all available evidence.”
Frequently, the main stakeholder groups steering these conversations—businesses, universities, and government research agencies—benefit from the push to train and import more STEM workers. Others, including students and workers, rarely have their interests formally represented in these discussions. So even though numerous reports, analyses, books, and news articles have carefully examined demand and supply in the STEM workforce and labor markets over the decades and found no widespread or lasting shortages, perceptions of such shortages endure.

I would like to talk about Trump Jr., who I shall refer to as junior. I do not dislike junior. I am very apprehensive of him around the levers of power or those who control the levers of power. He is not bright or, rather, not as bright as he needs to be to play at the level he thinks he can. Another example of this is Obama.
There is an analogy that I would like to make. Hafez al-Assad took over Syria by coup d’etat in 1971 and ruled until 2000. His regime is characterized by violent repression and corruption. He was very good at being a dictator. He effectively ruled with an iron fist and nobody could contest his power. If you dig into his background, he came from poverty, excelled in academics and was a real scrapper. He clawed his way into power with mix of political shrewdness and judicious violence.
Let’s now talk about Bashar al-Assad. I will refer to him as lil’b. Lil’b was born in affluence and never had to work hard. He became an eye doctor and he really should have stayed with that career path. Lil’b is not his father and he lost Syria to prove it.
The point that I making is that the progenitors are typically self made men. In Trump’s case, he was born in modest affluence, which is nothing like say George Bush or Bashar. Upon reflection, his background is more similar to Bill Gates, but, not even that. Trump distinguished himself by making his fortune that far exceeded his father in the ruthless world of NYC real estate. Although Trump’s background is more than modest, his father was a newly minted millionaire several times over and understood poverty and hard work. These experiences were fresh, first hand events in the life of Trump’s father.
Junior is more like Bashar and that is the problem. Junior simply does not have the edge nor did he require a, I would say, vicious edge to get ahead. He was already ahead from day one. This life of ease is not his fault. A man wants to give his children the best and most likely, if the man is very wealthy, it creates soft children. Jeb Bush is another and better example.
I don’t hate junior, but, he needs to stay out of the corridors of power. His weakness is a vulnerability to his father and this nation.
If I could him give minor advice then it would be stop hawking gold and ivermectin. It is a little embarrassing. Eric Trump would never do it.
Why would you compare our President’s son to a dictator?
He didn’t. He compared him to a govt leader who wasn’t as talented as that leader’s father, but who didn’t realize he wasn’t as talented as his father.
That is right. I am not making a moral equivalence between lil’b and junior. Junior is a good man, but, way out of his depth.
I chose lil’b as an example because he just spectacularly failed to hold onto power. Junior is actually in the same boat in his world, as well, and can offer some examples like that foxy Russian spy back in the day. Junior was set up by the deep state and he should have known better. The Don does. You see him proceed very carefully in his Great Game.
I am not drawing an equivalence between lil’b and junior in terms of evil, cruelty, etc. junior is not cruel nor evil. If anything he is righteous and good. And, he is way out of his league.
If I have caused any offense then I am very sorry. It was absolutely not intended.
Another point: I am sure as hell not drawing moral equivalences between Gates and the Don.
Okay, you are forgiven… but I wish you could have found a better comparison 😀
I understood that… but to use that particular man as a comparison is odd.
Gold and Ivermectin are pretty good ideas. If you’re keeping up.

In addition to the first captured soldiers from North Korea, there will undoubtedly be more.
It’s only a matter of time before our troops manage to capture others.
There should be no doubt left in the world that the Russian army is dependent on military assistance from North Korea.
Putin started three years ago with ultimatums to NATO and attempts to rewrite history, but now he cannot manage without military support from Pyongyang.
Ukraine is ready to hand over Kim Jong Un’s soldiers to him if he can organize their exchange for our warriors who are being held captive in Russia.
For those North Korean soldiers who do not wish to return, there may be other options available.
In particular, those who express a desire to bring peace closer by spreading the truth about this war in Korean will be given that opportunity.
You know, I don’t believe a single word that man says. Ever. And, I don’t believe him now.
That looks so not fake./s
I don’t think these are real NK soldiers , they are probably Siberians/yakuts.
If they were real the Ukes would have them all over the media /speaking etc etc.

….” A Florida school district that banned student cell phone use this school year is reporting fewer problems and better grades.
Broward County Public Schools banned any phone use, including at lunchtime, according to WTVJ-TV.
“I’ve noticed a lot more creativity with students, I think their attention spans are a little longer, they have excellent conversations in their groups, those conversations are lasting longer, our class discussions are definitely a lot longer and they’re a lot deeper because no one’s really focused on checking their phone,” Dan Katz, who teaches drama and law at Fort Lauderdale High School, said.”……
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/01/florida-school-district-banned-cell-phones-results-wild/
You’d be surprised at the number of parents who want their kids to have the phone with them every minute. They think it makes them look superior to the other parents that don’t.
Not really … listen to the parents .. it’s not about status symbols … it’s about fright induced by the media as well as government and the inevitable by product of helicopter parenting.
Part of that fright includes on-going violence in schools as well as school administrators doing next to zero with bullying of ALL sorts … the parents want their kids to have a means to “document it” to support the law suits to come … plus have means to communicate.
Our society is devolved into socially and physically dangerous environment that has made parents paranoid, with zero trust in entities that used to provide security for their kids.
This school seems to have found a solution that works. The improvement in academic performance is not surprising … this school has something rare … competent administrators.
….” this school has something rare … competent administrators”…..
*Very* rare.
And yes, it’s ridiculous media-induced fear. Same reason many parents don’t let their kids go outside and play unsupervised.
Leaving the kids in the neighborhood whose parents *do* allow it with no one to play with.
Along with need for bully documentation, which soars when the school/teachers are not allowed to deal with and reprimand kids in class.
Anyway, this is a great development. Hope it catches on- quickly!
Having a cell phone is okay. They just don’t want them using it in school.
🎯
Awright . . . No more drinks for you two ladies . . . 🤡
One school had a simple arrangement: when you arrive in your “home room” classroom, there’s a locked cabinet. You place your phone inside, and retrieve it at the end of the day.
Our middle school wanted to implement this and the superintendent lost her mind. Not only no, but hell no!

Some asked what could have been done differently in LA – I do lunges for a living and even I can figure this out:
1. Have existing reservoirs filled. If repairs are needed do them during rainy season or after new ones are built.
2. Build the new reservoirs Californians voted to fund in 2014 – not one is complete.
3. Stop using tax payer dollars to fund crazy sh!+ like drug kits to the homeless and fund desalination plants.
4. Increase funding to the fire department – don’t cut it.
4. Do prescribed control burns!
5. Create fire breaks.
6. Divert the water for the smelt fish back to urban areas. – when the fire retardant and fire waste washes into the ocean those fish are screwed way worse.
6. Get nut farmers out of Cali and into another state. It takes 1.1 gallons of water to grow an almond.
7. Make sure during fire season the mayor is in LA so someone can declare a federal emergency – this way the navy choppers that drop water could have been deployed immediately. Not days later.
8. Call in the National guard before all of LA is on fire and being looted.
9. Force the privately owned utility companies to update their 100 year old equipment so it doesn’t fail and start fires and kill people and animals.
11. Recall Gavin Newsome.

Yeah, this isn’t Rocket Science.
Good list. Too bad all those “people in charge” didn’t do *any* of it.
And this is why I really don’t want the Fed Gov giving $$$ to CA.
It just reinforces bad behavior, incompetence and outright crooks.
But then, I remember back in the 7o’s when the Fed Gov refused to bail out NYC.
California spent $2.6 Billion last year on just Illegal Alien healthcare according to a new report. That doesn’t account for housing, education and food, etc. How much better prepared could the state be if $2.6 Billion was spent on our own Super Scooper aircraft fleet instead of contracting Canada for them. How many helicopters? How many firefighters and fire trucks? Water tender trucks. Satellite communications so stupid Newsom could actually make a call instead of blaming it on no cell service. Preventative measures like brush clearing and controlled burns. It’s not hard…it’s basic infrastructure and governance.
Can’t wait to hear the demonrats and their useless backstabbing questions so the media can portray Trump’s picks as dangerous to our “democracy”.

Wayne Root has written to President Trump about the jsix hostages. He also included a letter from Jake Lang’s father. Jake has been in 17 different prisons in the past FOUR years. He still has NOT stood trial. In my opinion, he has served his time.
“WAYNE ROOT: HERE IS THE LETTER I JUST SENT PRESIDENT TRUMP ON BEHALF OF JAKE LANG AND ALL THE J6 PRISONERS/HOSTAGES”
Here is the letter from Ned Lang, father of J6 political prisoner/hostage Jake Lang…
Dear President Trump,
For over 1,450 agonizing days, my 29-year-old son, Edward Jacob (Jake) Lang, has endured the horrors of incarceration in what can only be described as the purgatory of the Washington, D.C., jail system. Jake has suffered nearly four years behind bars without trial—isolated, punished, and treated in ways no American should ever endure. As a father, I write to you not just as a parent pleading for the life of his son but also as a fellow American imploring for justice and mercy.
Jake faces the unbearable prospect of a 15-20 year sentence as a result of the Biden administration’s relentless pursuit of those who dared to protest the integrity of the 2020 election. This is not just a miscarriage of justice but a deliberate weaponization of our judicial system against patriotic Americans. I am asking for your help, President Trump—not just for Jake but for every January 6 political prisoner and their families. Day one of your administration must bring relief, redemption, and justice to these Americans who have already suffered beyond measure.
Jake has no criminal history. He is not a danger to society but a man of character and conviction who has spent his time behind bars serving others. On January 6, Jake courageously saved two lives—Phillip Anderson and Tommy Tatum—by pulling them from a deadly crush of bodies caused by excessive police force. Tragically, he could not save Roseanne Boyland, who died in his arms that day. Witnesses and affidavits confirm Jake’s selfless acts, yet he has been vilified, stripped of his rights, and subjected to inhumane treatment.
And it goes on..
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/01/wayne-root-here-is-letter-i-just-sent/
This is the one I want to see happen. I am just completely shocked that Jake has endured all of this for four years WITHOUT TRIAL! He has been tortured, had his personal effects stolen every single time he is moved (including all his legal paperwork), his attorney is rarely able to be in contact with him… because they keep moving Jake all over the Country.
This is utterly disgusting. FOUR YEARS WITHOUT TRIAL!
President Trump must have this man released on Jan 21st at the latest. Enough is enough!
WoW this is record time.
“L.A. Residents Sue Edison Utility Over Potential Role In Palisades Fire”
Excerpts:
Update (1320ET):
Energy company Edison International was sued on Monday for its alleged role in igniting at least one of the wildfires in Los Angeles County.
Bloomberg reports, “The lawsuit is on behalf of a group of homeowners, renters, business owners and others with properties destroyed by the Eaton Fire in the Pasadena area,” adding, “The suit alleges a Southern California Edison pole holding power lines was the cause of the blaze that leveled the town of Altadena.”
Edison did not comment on the suit that appeared on the Los Angeles Superior Court website on Monday morning.
Meanwhile, it’s only a matter of time before lawsuits are filed against the City of Los Angeles or even the State of California for gross negligence. These lawsuits will likely cite improper forest management, cuts to fire budgets, and the mishandling of the Palisades Reservoir, given that city officials knew very well about dry conditions and wind storms ahead of the first full week of the new year.

“Texas Sues Allstate For Secretly Tracking Drivers Through Apps, Using Data To Raise Rates”
Excerpts:
According to Texas AG Ken Paxton, Allstate created the “world’s largest driving behavior database,” which collected information on more than 45 million Americans after paying mobile app developers millions of dollars to secretly incorporate tracking software. The software was designed beginning in 2015 by Allstate’s data analytics unit, Arity, and integrated into several apps such as Fuel Rewards, GasBuddy, Life360 and Allstate-owned Routely.
According to a press release, from Paxton, These actions violated the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”),which created heightened protections for Texans’ sensitive data, including but not limited to precise geolocation information. The law requires clear notice and informed consent regarding how a company will use Texans’ sensitive data. Allstate never provided notice or obtained Texans’ consent to collect or sell their sensitive data. This is the first enforcement action ever filed by a State Attorney General to enforce a comprehensive data privacy law.

The stock market you don’t know about.
The US Supreme Court continued the trend of never disappointing the Financial Puppet Masters of the Global Corporation, when the decision(s) involve Power, Money and Precedents Regarding both Power and Money…or…thwart President Trump’s efforts…and tie up President Trump as well as members of his administration in endless lawsuits.
The U.S. Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a bid to block Delaware’s prohibition on assault-style rifles and large-capacity ammunition magazines, as well as a challenge to Maryland’s handgun licensing requirements, sidestepping two cases involving the divisive issue of gun rights. [Sets precedent for other states who emulate Delaware’s laws.]
The Supreme Court on Monday blocked Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense from stopping investigations of doctors in Washington state over possible COVID-19 misinformation. The court’s ruling came after Justice Elena Kagan denied the bid in November. After Kagan’s decision, Kennedy’s group and doctors asked Justice Clarence Thomas to review their application for an injunction pending appeal. Thomas, though, referred the matter to the full court, NBC News reported. None of the justices noted any disagreement with Monday’s denial. [This will tie up RFK Jr and his associates in endless battles in not only Washington State but any state that sues him for the same reason.]
The Supreme Court said Monday it won’t hear an appeal from oil and gas companies trying to block lawsuits seeking to hold the industry liable for billions of dollars in damage linked to climate change. The industry has faced a series of cases alleging it deceived the public about how fossil fuels contribute to climate change. Governments in states including California, Colorado and New Jersey are seeking billions of dollars in damages from things like wildfires, rising sea levels and severe storms. The lawsuits come during a wave of legal actions in the U.S. and worldwide seeking to leverage action on climate change through the courts. [This one can hit ..”Drill baby Drill” square in the cajones.]
The Supreme Court on Monday turned back a push by Utah to wrest control of vast areas of public land from the federal government. The high court refused to let the GOP-controlled state file a lawsuit seeking to bring the land and its resources under state control. The decision came in a brief order in which the court didn’t explain its reasoning, as is typical. [The US Government keeps buying land that cannot be clawed back…think impacts to agriculture, mining and drilling.]
The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a bid by Meta Platforms to avoid a multi-billion dollar class action by advertisers that accused the Facebook and Instagram parent company of overcharging them by inflating the number of people their ads might reach. The justices turned away Meta’s appeal of a lower court’s decision that let advertisers seek damages as a group over Meta’s claims about the “potential reach” of their ads. A three-judge panel of the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 against Menlo Park, California-based Meta in March 2024. The panel said that because Meta provided the same alleged misrepresentation about how many people might see ads, the advertisers could try to prove that their damages, which they said could exceed $7 billion, stemmed from a “common course of conduct.” [Folks will say so what and who cares because of the defendants..think of the precedent this one sets for the future…like say .. has Sundance been required to answer CTH audience questions to potential advertisers??]
The State Supreme Court of Montana is an elected body as with many states. The Judges and Candidate Judges are supposed to be “not affiliated” with any specific political party, but we know better.
The Supreme Court of Montana has been high jacked by progressives and in their latest ruling … allow the state of Montana to be sued for NOT protecting it’s citizens from the impact of Climate Change … to include issuing drilling and fracking permits.
Sucks to be from Montana … right?? Now consider how many DA Elections were stolen and influenced by Sorros money and apply that to State Supreme Court elections..where party affiliations of Judges are HIDDEN from the Public.
The State of Texas, where I live, elects it’s State Courts in a similar manner and I have complained to the TX-RNC that they better at least start identifying RNC friendly Judges.
This is new avenue to hit Red and Purple States through attacks via stolen Judicial related elections.
Here’s an argument that might sit well in Montana.
“No one in Montana is allowed to buy groceries!” Because, after eating their meal, they might fart. And, since “cow farts” have already been determined to be “so damaging” that henceforth no one should be allowed to eat beef, “human farts” are logically the same.
This utopian result of the total elimination of “farting” will be brought about by the die-out of the entire human race. However, special provisions must be made for the “elites,” who must still be assured their expected standard of living.
Yes, somehow we need to eradicate this. quickly.
