The notoriously political Judge Juan Merchan sentenced President-elect Donald Trump Friday morning for his ridiculous ‘hush money’ conviction in Manhattan. The Lawfare effort was entirely to position President Trump as the first convicted felon in the White House. That’s it. That’s the sum of motive and intent. To create a narrative.
That’s what lawfare is all about, creating public perceptions and using the judicial system to advance political goals. Few people care about the issues and the entire case is likely to be thrown out on a host of appeal reasonings.

I don’t often wish for bad things to happen but Bragg and Merchan hopefully will soon find out that God doesn’t like ugly people.

Just wondering IF the left wing libs, particularly in the media, realize that this type of biased, politically driven persecution, is EXACTLY why Trump won?America sees their b.s.

Democrats over on X mostly will not admit this, but after hammering some of them with the evidence they have cracked and are now demanding explanations about why all these years of promises about “the walls are closing in,” “we have irrefutable evidence that Putin owns Trump,” and “it won’t be long until he’s in prison and can’t run for President anymore” failed so ridiculously completely to the point Merchan had to “convict” Trump but not punish him for 34 felonies. The fact is, there was no intention of ever incarcerating Trump. They didn’t even try. I mean, just look at those cases and the LOSERS they put in charge of them from Fani Willis to Jack “Zero for Three” Smith. They were all order-taking, rank incompetents and everyone who chose them to “Jail Trump” knew it all along.
All Trump had to do to derail Merchan’s efforts, and it was really Merchan who enabled incompetent Alvin Bragg to “win” his case was get the right writ to SCOTUS. Merchan was a paid-off umpire all the way. When the Trump hating team was up, a pitch right down the middle was a “Ball.” When Trump’s lawyers were batting, a pitch ten inches outside was a “Strike.” It was the only way Bragg could win, and it was so obvious the dude was over his head that Merchan had to make his bias so strong everyone could see it. When the appeals are done, it will all be reversed. The lack of punishment only underscores my earlier conclusion that none of this was intended for incarcerating Trump. It was mostly Anti-Trump “drugs” fed to the Trump-hating masses to keep them in a state of Q-level Hopium so they keep posting and dominating space on Social Media. Some can be convinced to see through it this way:
The Anti-Trump people have to be reminded that BIDEN CONTROLLED THE DOJ AND FBI. It was admitted in media that he pushed Garland to go after Trump. So, it is the BIDEN REGIME responsible for failing to incarcerate Trump. So, now, the Powers the Be have to provide some cover for these obvious deliberate failures by feeding them an empty conviction that won’t last until summer before Merchan’s reversible errors bring the whole flimsy house of cards down. They will need something else to distract their followers into believing, once again, THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN ON TRUMP. Some are starting to doubt it and are condemning Garland as a starting point, while ignoring his boss, Biden. It won’t be long before they have to admit they voted for the failure because it was BIDEN who was responsible.
Some Democrats on X are starting to wonder why Democrat politicians and media people keep harping on “insurrection,” but none of the prosecutors charged Trump with insurrection. So, what are we to think except they couldn’t prove it? They couldn’t even arrive at Probable Cause. Willis charged RICO. Smith charged SOME KIND of “Scheme or Artifice to Defraud,” not insurrection. Trump was a “grifter” out to steal Electoral Votes, not a revolutionary of some kind.
It takes time, but many have wavered and begun attacking Garland. They can get moved toward Biden, and finally the DNC, the longer this nonsense goes on, and especially after Merchan’s conviction gets thrown out by an appeals court and SCOTUS. This is the big reason for getting Smith to file his report. It’s just RED MEAT and HOPIUM for the Anti-Trump crowd. More than before, I have to think the same people keep both sides of the conflict at each others’ throats.
One thing. It isn’t Biden. It’s Obama.
NOW comes the appeal that will certainly overturn this entire sham…..You CANNOT make felonies out of crimes that you can’t even name. With this ruling it also has proven that Merchan must be removed from the bench and disbarred forever.
Along with any Supremes who refused to uphold the Constitution of the U.S. by denying President Trump’s appeal.
He was actually retired until the Bidumb DOJ came a – calling. He is referred to as “Acting Judge” Juan Merchan.

The “felon” label does not help the Democrat Party. They found-out in the last election that the voters don’t particularly like the their anti-Trump obsession.
All of the impeachments, lawfare lawsuits, casting of shame and blame over the past eight years and all they come away with is a label; “felon.” A label which will go “poof” and be gone upon appeal. Nice work, losers.
Since the sentence is unconditional discharge. There is nothing in the sentence to appeal. And it’s hard to appeal a jury’s decision
