ok. If you are able to run a full scan albeit you need a reputable antivirus or anti-malware program if you are indeed infected. Otherwise clear browser data. Under “Privacy and Security”, clear your browsing data, including cookies and cached images.
Unless you know for sure what the specific problem source is, the best way is to go to Chrome settings. Under reset, click “Reset” which will get rid of virus ads etc. This brings Chrome to newly installed state in seconds. The pain is you will lose browser bookmarks; if you have not signed into Chrome using Google. That is another problem if settings aren’t checked for all the categories like payment, history, business ads, streaming, etc. Even when not using Google for search engine, it is still an issue when over-riding of browser settings still occurs; especially if your bookmarks and the use of history of sites are questionable.

BUT Outlook email (a MS product) will often not load CTH posts, nor ZeroHedge posts.
“LOOKout Web” .. IT hates certain extension sand also requires JavaScipt to run. Ad-Blockers specifically when you refuse to allow Ads; preventing Outlook from loading properly in the browser.
If you want to; you can, (temporarily) disable the ad blocker extension to see if this resolves the issue.

Clearing Browser Cache Data
