A CODEL or Congressional Delegation, is DC speak for a taxpayer funded vacation. Apparently, Nancy Pelosi fell down a marble staircase in front of all the lawmakers and dignitaries during an official visit at the Grand Duke’s palace in Luxembourg.

I agree that Pelosi is a despicable human being, who has harmed untold innocents while simultaneously profiting immensely from various and sundry acts of corruption. While I understand the justified anger towards Pelosi and her decades-long malfeasance, I urge those that feel that way to stop and consider: By transmuting your justified hatred of her actions into hating her personally, you are damaging your soul. You are changing yourself into that which you hate. You are giving the evil one a double victory: he has his earlier victory over Pelosi, and now through her, he is threatening your soul.
I urge us all to pray that God use this accident to bring Pelosi to repentance, that He may be then able to deal with her, as he deals with all of us, with both Justice and Mercy.

WASHINGTON — Speaker Johnson today announced a bipartisan Congressional Delegation traveling to Belgium and Luxembourg to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. On Friday, December 13 and Saturday, December 14, the delegation will take part in observances of the anniversary along with veterans and their families, active duty servicemembers, government and military officials and foreign dignitaries.
“In the early hours of December 16, 1944, 80 years ago, Nazi Germany waged a surprise attack against the Allied powers. Now known as the deadliest battle fought by the United States in the entire war, the Battle of the Bulge exemplified the tenacity and determination of U.S. and Allied forces who were willing to sacrifice everything in service of total victory over the Nazis,” Speaker Johnson said. It is my honor to host this Congressional delegation to the site of the Battle of the Bulge and join the world in celebrating the heroic contributions of the young men who fought and died on the battlefield and ultimately changed the course of human history.”
