Talk about a person who continues failing upward and constantly getting applause for her failures. Wow. Harmeet Dhillon is the opposite of Marc Elias. Dhillon professionally loses every election case, Elias wins.
After being specifically appointed to focus on the Arizona republican votes, and only to focus on Arizona for 2024, Mrs Dhillon lost every legal election challenge and close ballot contest in the state. All of them. Again, just like the Georgia senate races in 2021 and Arizona race in 2020, Dhillon has nothing to show for the tens of millions in fees paid by the RNC and Trump campaign.
President Trump puts her in charge of future elections via being in charge of the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ. Almost as if, some entity in the background wanted to ensure the MAGA movement would never gain long-term election integrity benefit. Imagine that.
Seriously. Can anyone point to a significant election win that can be attributed to Harmeet Dhillon? She was specifically assigned to Arizona to focus her efforts for 2024, and it’s a hot mess in AZ again. She might be friends with Pam Bondi as she was with Ronna McDaniel, that doesn’t mean competency on task.
This is likely not a popular opinion amid a particular part of the MAGA movement. I can be objectively fair with a review of competence, but Dhillon continues getting more responsibility with each failure.
I'm extremely honored by President Trump's nomination to assist with our nation's civil rights agenda. It has been my dream to be able to serve our great country, and I am so excited to be part of an incredible team of lawyers led by @PamBondi. I cannot wait to get to work!
— Harmeet K. Dhillon (@pnjaban) December 10, 2024

I totally agree!! My Dad was career Air Force and often said ‘You rise to the level of your incompetence’. Dhillon being an excellent example. Trump’s making some horrible choices.
She’s all turban no cattle
You misspelled camels. ; )
Your dad was correct. I have watched it happen over and over again throughout my working career !
My dad used to say “ it’s who you know, not what you know “ .
In Kamala’s case it’s who you blow.
Lest we forget that “mysterious” bag of coke that materialized out of nowhere in the White House, in VD Kumswalla Hummer Harris’s case, it’s also a case of who she snorts the blow with (in that particular case likely crackHunter and showerGirlAshley)…
Yikes…
That is the modus operandi in communism. I grew up with that. In point of fact, the more incompetent one was, the higher that person got. Look at Ceausescu and his wife. A shoe maker made president, and a wife who barely finished high school with an honorary doctorate in chemistry.
It is a cancer that our country suffers from after marxism entered our institutions.
I hope President Trump starts the clean up, but just like cancer treatment-it s a long road.
HD is intentionally incompetent.
The Peter principle
Perhaps we should understand the often captious “We don’t know what we don’t know”.
]
How can this happen after a full term in office and 4 years to prepare for another bite at the apple?
How is it possible that Trump is unaware of the concerns surrounding Dhillon?
Judging by performance alone one can make a strong case Dhillon is on the democrat payroll, not the GOP’s.
I might add that this is one of the MAJOR positions of concern as outlined by Sundance in previous posts.
MAGA has gotten Trump to pull one appointment already. Can we do so again with Dhillon?
Disastrous appointment!
PDJT adroitly outmaneuvered the drive to push arch-fabian open borders NAFTA Newt on him, but then this one. MAGA America can have no more Beautiful losing from the Uniparty R traitors, its now or never.
Because President Trump HAS ALWAYS resided in a tightly controlled inner-circle silo, filled with limited hangouts people who have convinced him they can be trusted. Don Jr. leads that pack.
Non pretending people understand this and accept it for what it is, not what we wish it to be.
More likely it’s Susie Wiles than Don Jr.
Yes indeed it’s because of the Bush crony Susie Wiles.
“Trump’s eldest son emerges as key voice influencing cabinet picks – report“
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/nov/24/donald-trump-son-influence-cabinet-choices
Read to the end…
One source close to the transition said Trump does not appear to need his family for advice as much as in the past because of aides like Susie Wiles, who helped to run the most disciplined of his election campaigns to date and will be his chief of staff.
“Stuff is really buttoned down,” the source said of Trump’s current team. “He may not need the family this time like he used to.”
Operative word in your last quote: “may”
DJT is all about family, and he exemplifies and lives the “blood is thicker than water” adage.
There is so much to pay attention to, so I didn’t realize that she lost all those election cases.
Arizona is a hot mess. What the heck?
I follow her on X and she posts lots of knitting, and relaxing posts.
We need a fighter and a highly competent one!
Well, If the followers of Benny Johnson, the War Room, Bongino, and others begin to make about her perhaps we can influence. I have no idea where these people stand on her. Bannon had her on a lot when we were getting rid of Rhona,
but his only loyalty truly is to Trump. If she’s going to hurt MAGA, he would certainly have something to say.
I will listen to his show today and see if it’s discussed.
She helped lead the GOPe insurgency in CA to reduce Trumps delegate count win. Mike Davis supported her. Mike Davis is a regular still on Bannon’s show. This is either a blind spot for him or who knows.
Tucker helped her out by the podcast he did with her several months ago She had the receipts on Kamala which is good but still a no confidence vote with me
I have not forgotten the stunt Dhillon pulled (along with Mike Davis of The Article III Project) with the apportionment of the California GOP’s convention delegates.
2a should be part of the US civil rights agenda. ”A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the People, to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Make the constitution, bill of rights, and the declaration an inspectable item for every member of congress and every US servicemember. If its not in your pocket, you’re wrong.
This has all the signs of a Don Jr effort.
Mmmm… And I thought he was all out of political capital. Having spent all he had on the JDV thingee.
If I could select only one word to describe Jr. it would be – repulsive.
If I had three words to work with – Used Car Salesman
Don Jr. is not too bright.
I’m not a J.D. Vance fan either and I hear he pushed him for Trump’s VP.
God help is should something happen to Trump and J.D. takes over.
I hope Trump has excellent security. They will keep trying to murder him.
He and Vance are buddies. The word was that Vance is going to choose Jr. as his running mate after 4547’s term is up.
I have to say that in many ways Vance has been a great VP pick, though. He really stepped up his game and rose to the position.
Whether there is intrigue going on in the background remains to be seen.
I heard that Eric is the most like his dad which is why he’s on Fifth Avenue and not running the political shop.
Eric has the business acumen, Junior has the showmanship.
Yes, I agree that there will be many future attempts to murder him. Still, considering the comments so far, I BELIEVE EVERYONE ON THIS platform should consume more fiber and try as hard as possible to have a good bowel movement.
Don Junior
Dhillon was the attorney who walked away from the Arizona Governor race in 2022, leaving Kari Lake, who had clearly won, twisting in the wind! Never even filed a single motion to challenge ballots, IIRC!
Then she moved back to California, where she conspired with the RNC (and Mike Davis of Warroom fame) to change the process for allocating delagates in the Presidential Primary, trying to deny Candidate Donald Trump the full slate. Only got shut down when the scheme came to light in time and she was forced to back down. I assumed at the time that she was working on behalf of the Meatball campaign but don’t know if that was ever confirmed.
Another very curious, and concerning, pick, IMHO…
She also jumped into the previous RNC leader election as a foil for Mike Lindell against Rona insuring Rona would win. Mike has spent much of his own money and time on election integrity and legal defense of those cheated and is totally loyal to President Trump. He would have been a better pick.
I wish the advisors to President Trump would spend each morning reading Sundance’s in depth research into the best possible MAGA nominees for these positions. It’s all here on one amazing site.
Thank you Sundance!
I get the feeling Trump is trying to impress someone with all these female appointments.
And I get the feeling this is part of the “Back Room Deal” to get his full cabinet past conformation. Full conformation but at what cost? Some things simply aren’t worth it.
ConFIRMation, but conformation has a lot truth to it.
LOL…. yeah must’a been one of them Fraudian…err… freudian slip thingees…
I’ll buy into this theory. Part of the deal.
Doesn’t mean he can’t replace her afterwards.
As a native New Yorker for decades and reading about his exploits in the local papers I always thought Trump had some women issues.
Another disappointment. I would sure like to definitively know who it is that has PDJT’s ear and keeps pushing all these cringe nominees. A name would provide a target to focus on like sunlight through a magnifying glass so a sufficient number of patriots could shout with one voice – STOP LISTENING TO THE IDIOT!!! …and maybe be heard.
Chief-of-Staff…Wiles?
“…Almost as if, some entity in the background wanted to ensure the MAGA movement would never gain long-term election integrity benefit. Yeah.
Sundance, as incompetent (e.g. Hegseth vs Doug MacGregor) after incompetent (e.g. Kellog vs Jeff Sachs) emerges in 47’s nominations, at a time the world is being set on fire, are you ever going to scream from the rooftop, 47: wake up?
This is your site, it is your tone you have absolute right to set in your own way and for your own reasons which none of us, including most of all people like myself, just a member of the public from New Zealand, not even a US citizen, truly appreciate let alone can begin to understand.
But boy, like I said, disaster with current appointments is currently in the making. This should be obvious to all treepers who’ve diligently followed you for many years.
It would be good if you could explicate your reasons for this radio silence, without compromising whatever tactical moves you are making thereby.
If I have this question about it, I suspect many other loyal and dedicated treepers also share the same sentiment. OTOH, if radio silence needs to continue, I also completely understand.
Love. Your. Work. Amongst top 10 on the entire interweb. #1 US Politics category, in my imaginary awards ceremony.
We had four years of watching one jaw-dropper after another come and go thru the WH doors. We’ve learned to brace ourselves as PDT’s children influence the president’s personnel choices.
I have no idea what you are trying to communicate in this comment.
Speak clearly, without riddles.
Are you asking a question?
Why aren’t you being more forthright in condemning some of the idiots 47 has nominated?
Does Harmeet’s nomination have to be approved by the Senate? Is PDJT making connections to try to bring in support from as many different groups such as the Sikhs to strengthen his administration?
Every time someone tries to loosen the grip of the Dems increasing their inroads here in AZ, a partisan activist judge knocks them down. There’s just so much that I do not understand YET!
I always said this to my classroom kids who claimed not to know an answer to a question: you don’t know YET, but you will know eventually. Now we see through a glass darkly, but then face to face.
Our political weatherman Sundance has more accurate predictions than most weathermen I will be watching to see if Harmeet actually winds up being in the Civil Rights arena.
If she does need Senate confirmation then she’ll get it. Sundance was referring to the fact she’s a pawn of the Sea Island sponsors in his: “Almost as if, some entity in the background wanted to ensure the MAGA movement would never gain long-term election integrity benefit” comment. At least, that’s how I interpreted it.
You do realise the very worst place from a MAGA perspective is to have a Sea Island traitor running the DOJ’s Civil Right’s Division, right?
I mean, for example, where do you think the J6 prosecutions have come from?
For example.
Of course, Dhillon will PRETEND to care. Because with MAGA, she can hardly be obvious where her loyalties lie, can she.
But RINO’s roll by pretending to do things, while in reality, accomplishing nothing fast, nothing effective, nothing significant, then leaving office, pretending they were foiled by the [insert excuse for not solving the problem].
Presidents stupid son (Donald Jr) will be probably be the cause of Presidents Trumps second term failure. He and his best buddies Vivek and Elon are two of the worst snakes a conservative could have around them. Harmeet is like watching a dark cloud on the horizon ahead of a big storm coming toward you when you are flying, and being too dumb or arrogant to turn around and head for safety. Don Sr should give Don Jr a new bull dozer to play with and tell him to go play in the sand for the next 4 yrs and stay away from him and the White House. He cant seem to keep Rodney in his pants when he should.
I think it was Sundance who said there’s a reason why 45/47 put Eric in charge of his empire while he ran the country. I agree with what you said. But I think Musk is being used as a strategic asset in a wider game and Vivek is and always was window dressing to give them a fall guy in case Musk breaks something that needs a scapegoat. What I don’t get is why Don Jnr’s dumber suggestions are ever even entertained, because they’re so palpably dumb. And yet, sometimes they are.
I think Vivek is very bright and this is a challenge he can rise to.
They have Ron Paul as a guide, that makes me feel better.
Elon has already demonstrated that he has the skill to separate the necessary from the redundant.
Private industry is not the same as government work, you can’t run government like a business because it isn’t a business.
Dr. Paul understands how government works and how it should.
Government doesn’t have to make a profit and I contend that it should not. But it can at least operate off of the same business principles of efficiency….hiring competent people of merit instead of the slothful, let’s-work-from-home, mental midgets.
Sorry, if Trump fails, it’s on him, not his son .
You and I have no idea how much Don Jr.’s influence is on Trump. To call his son “stupid” is out of line. Trump makes mistakes. It happens. We criticize that and we hope he learns from it.
Yeah but some of his mistakes are so obviously mistakes there is no excuse for them: e.g. Bondi and Hegseth and Kellog. Those three play critical roles in critical positions from a MAGA perspective. (Restoring impartial justice and law and order inside America and achieving peace and security for America and two are dealing with broken and corrupted and highly complex institutions and Kellog is dealing with a situation that has similar attributes.) It is critical for MAGA those things are fixed ASAP. MAGA can’t afford to delay these fixes a single second, let alone leave these fools in charge for a period until 47 finally discovers he’s appointed a bunch of dummies
Make Democracy Fake Again
The Uniparty stole the Arizona Election – D’s & R’s.

Crossfire Hurricane 3: In Uniparty We NeverTrust
Obama says Republicans are the ones who rig elections and weaponize the justice system
He’s describing what they have been doing, at least, since 2009 when he took office. When he put his fingers up to his mouth — you know he knew he was telling us what they have been doing (as if we didn’t know!). He is such lying liar living in a his own fantasy world. Just go away Obama. We don’t want to hear any more of your projection!
He looks diseased.
Losing gracefully & beautifully has been the job of the fake opposition GOPe for decades. Obviously whoever pushed her is of the mindset and that means the Uniparty rot has not been fully extracted.
Beautiful Losers.
https://mises.org/mises-review/beautiful-losers-samuel-francis
“Instead, the Right must seek to lead another social class: “Abandoning the illusion that it represents an establishment to be conserved,’ a new American Right must recognize that its values and goals lie outside and against the establishment and that its natural allies are not in Manhattan, Yale, and Washington but in the increasingly alienated and threatened strata of Middle America. The strategy of the Right should be to enhance the polarization of Middle Americans from the incumbent regime, not to build coalitions with the regime’s defenders and beneficiaries” (p. 230). On this basis, Francis dissects the neoconservatives, who, he shows, are not allies of the Right, but its enemies.”
He must have his reasons.
I still entertain this radical fantasy that Trump will get his power for recess appointments. He’ll let these crummy people slide through confirmation, then as soon as the senate goes into recess – bam! – fire them all and appoint who he really wants. It seems highly unlikely, but he must have SOME kind of plan in mind for hiring people like Dhillon.
Keep your friends close, your enemies closer.
Yeah, I saw this yesterday, and I was like — what? I don’t understand how anyone can look at Arizona and what happened (and continues to happen) there, and not be like — who is dropping the ball? Kari Lake should be getting ready to be sworn in as the Senator from Arizona or the Governor. She was cheated twice, and I blame Dhillon and McConnell, who had a fall yesterday. Makes me wonder if he is reaping what he has sown.
this is a feature of the system preserving itself. reward those that sound good, but do nothing, and eliminate the real threats.
a shield of illusion.
Crap!
Succinct summation of the situation.
FUBAR!!!!
I agree with Sundance on this one. This woman is totally useless. They send her to Arizona and they lose. No matter where she goes we lose. Failing upward is a feature of the government bureaucracy. Apparently it’s also a feature of the Republican Party.
We MAGA are hitchhikers in the Republican truck bed. Until we can get our own organization we’re at mercy of the truck driver, McConnell.
Harmedmeat is a Ringer. She keeps on taking us in like a bunch of greenhorns.
President Trump, Sir, your COS is “taking the piss”..
Sundance the TRUTH is not popular
Beginning to get concerned about the president’s chief of staff pick in Wiley.
With some education and experience, Trump could make a great MAGA president.
Completely agree. She’s awful
Agree 100%
A table is prepared in the presence of my enemies.
Ridiculous pick. I had hoped Trump had learned from last time, and then he goes and does something like this. I feel like a ping pong ball with his personnel choices. Some seem to be great and some are “What the Hell!”. I’m not going to blame his advisors because this is all on him. Fingers crossed.
Marc Elias does not need to be convinced that election theft is occurs, he is the one doing it. Dhillon on the other hand, does not seem to grasp that 20,000,000 manufactured ballots were inserted to defeat Trump in 2020. Until she understands that and can openly say it without hesitation, I have no hope.
he is choosing some stupid people.
she is a total loser .. is he not keeping up with that? I thought he hated losers
Nothing says defender of “Civil Rights” quite like a Brahmin from India! Indian culture and its caste system such a fine example of civil rights , the Punjab Princess wins again .
Dartmouth plus UVA Law School may not be enough to indict her. But it sure raises the eyebrow.
What are her positions vis Climate Change and poor urban areas as a civil rights/justice challenge?
The Civil Rights Division is not the only entity that influences voting rights enforcement. But it does have authority to directly file lawsuits.
Kristen Clarke is the current civil rights attorney; no one ever really mentions anything about her, so there is that.
She’s a DEI hire- didn’t earn it. Yes the red team does that too. Look at Amy Barrett as a prime example.
GFY Mike Davis’ bff
I don’t know why President Trump or his family doesn’t see the corruption when these creatures are literally right in front of him.
He’s not judgmental enough.
Need a badger in every position.
Here’s my Pollyanna moment: she knows who and how the election fraud is done, but it wasn’t possible to do anything about it with the current DOJ.
I have said many times that the key to fixing the election process is to sue all the states in federal court for disenfranchising citizen’s votes with mail-in voting which lacks chain of custody, voting without ID, inaccurate rolls, electronic tabulators. et cetera, and thus unconstitutional. We need court decisions that apply to every state in the union. A constitutional amendment would be better, but that would have to wait until all the corrupt states are rid of the Demonrats.
The DOJ did this in the 1960s, and many southern states couldn’t make changes to their election codes without DOJ approval. Some states may still be under this consent decree.
I would target CA, AZ, WA, OR, NY first. They have too much dirt to hide or justify.
You could be right. I have heard many defenses of Ms. Dillon, from some fairly reasonable people.
I was thinking similar that Elias et al has all the judges. Not sure how that can change with same judges, but different DOJ helps I guess.
And maybe like we found out 11/5, maybe the way to overcome election hijinks is to have a tsunami of support. Maybe that is the goal for 2026 to get alot of big picture stuff done and then hopefully have a huge 2026 sweep.
Find the right district court with a Trump appointed judge.
PDJT had success in the past with the western US Court of Appeals 9th circuit.
What I have noticed is judges don’t like to rule on current elections. PDJT needs to get the rulings in place for 2026 and thereafter.
Find a district judge that PDJT appointed out west. The US Appeals Court for the 9th district has ruled favorably in the recent past.
They must have all the receipts. If they don’t we are in serious trouble. The fraud is so obvious and can’t be hidden. For example, counting found ballots until your side wins isn’t going to pass the smell test.
This needs to be done before early 2026.
What I have noticed is judges don’t like to get involved in overturning elections. These cases need to be aimed at the unconstitutional process and expose the fraud and those behind it.
Thank you for including Oregon! Boy do I miss Texas.
He makes lousy staff picks. He did before, and people made excuses, and he’s doing it again, and people are making up reasons why he has to do so, and attempting to browbeat anyone who criticizes his choices.
That surgeon general pick pushed masks on tiny children. There is no evidence at all that smothering children does any good at all.
There is plenty of evidence that this is a horrible thing to do.
Teachers are seeing children who have lost basic skills that kids know before entering school.
But that’s okay, give the covidiot child abuser a position the taxpayers pony up half a million bucks for.
He’s not listening to us.
He only got rid of that awful sheriff because “his pastors”, whoever they are, were treated rudely.
Treat millions of children rudely, get rewarded.
I am SO sick of this.
Thank you for going where the data leads without pretending.
Whipsaw:
1. Put the right on defense against woke Marxist agenda of biden “civil rights” lawfare.
Switch:
2. Put the left on defense against anti-woke agenda of Trump civil rights efforts.
Then, switch again after Trump?
Back and forth, whipsawing the populace. Evidently part of a larger, longer-term Plan to degrade the US.
A Plan executing on multiple levels, with disruption, distress, and degradation leading to a pivot to the planned end state.
What kind of pivot?
“All those who seek to destroy the liberties of a democratic nation ought to know that war is the surest and shortest means to accomplish it.”
(Alexis de Tocqueville)
Arizona is the shining example of what is wrong with our election system and absolutely nothing has been done to fix the situation by the Republicans. It means that 2026 is at risk of a mid-term disaster and 2028 will undo all MAGA gains. But enjoy the champagne while you can.
Didn’t Dhillon try to shaft Trump in CA during the primaries? Didn’t Dhillon talk smack about Trump prior to his 2016 victory? Trump’s ability to hire 100% likely traitors to his cause is mind-blowing!
“…getting more responsibility with each failure”. How many of us have watched this happen in the workplace.
So, more window dressing in deecee, regrettable, yet not completely unexpected.
President Trump just plain likes Indians, so there’s that.
I just don’t get this, nor do I get the Bondi appointment and the ATTEMPTED appointment of the likes of Sheriff Chronister, a COMPLETE leftist in every cause. WHO is the person close to the President advising him on these appointments? I am seeing the same kind of crap at times that we saw in his first Administration. I thought Pence and his recommendations was gone…..I just went to Truth Social and posted my complaint directly to the Presidents account…..
Is this “Failure Builds Character” ….?……
Being tolerated isn’t the same as being appreciated.
This is another one I’m lost on.
She’s Nikki’s twin.
BOTH get nothing done and actually make matters worse.
OH, SO conservative, yet THEIR actions NEVER show it.
Pass on this nominee….
I remember losing faith in her back in 2020 with the losing election cases as well as her straddling the fence with the Rhonna “McRomney” RNC election fiasco.
She’s “swamp light” and questionably MAGA in my opinion.
Glad to read your comment, Sundance. My first thought yesterday was what is wrong with Trump advisors. This woman is a loser.
