President Trump suggested on his Truth Social account to review the commentary by Mark Levin this past weekend.
Within his opening monologue, Mr Levin walks through the historic background of the attacks against President Trump, and by extension the larger American electorate, and how all of that White House triggered weaponization underpins the nervousness of the Obama/Biden administration. It is an interesting review and revisit to the issues of great familiarity to all of us. WATCH:

Why don’t we ever hear her name?
If there is one Lawfare operative who has escaped scrutiny for her corrupt endeavors, it would be Mary McCord.
More than any other Lawfare operative within Main Justice, Mary McCord sits at the center of every table in the manufacturing of cases against Donald Trump. {GO DEEP} Mary McCord’s husband is Sheldon Snook; he was the right hand to the legal counsel of Chief Justice John Roberts when the Dobbs decision was leaked.
When the Carter Page FISA application was originally assembled by the FBI and DOJ, there was initial hesitancy from within the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) about submitting the application, because it did not have enough citations in evidence (the infamous ‘Woods File’). That’s why the Steele Dossier ultimately became important. It was the Steele Dossier that provided the push, the legal cover needed for the DOJ-NSD to submit the application for a Title-1 surveillance warrant against the campaign of Donald J. Trump.
When the application was finally assembled for submission to the FISA court, the head of the DOJ-NSD was John Carlin. Carlin quit working for the DOJ-NSD in late September 2016 just before the final application was submitted (October 21,2016). John Carlin was replaced by Deputy Asst. Attorney General, Mary McCord.
♦ When the FISA application was finally submitted (approved by Sally Yates and James Comey), it was Mary McCord who did the actual process of filing the application and gaining the Title-1 surveillance warrant.
A few months later, February 2017, with Donald Trump now in office as President, it was Mary McCord who went with Deputy AG Sally Yates to the White House to confront White House legal counsel Don McGahn over the Michael Flynn interview with FBI agents. The surveillance of Flynn’s calls was presumably done under the auspices and legal authority of the FISA application Mary McCord previously was in charge of submitting.
♦ At the time the Carter Page application was filed (October 21, 2016), Mary McCord’s chief legal counsel inside the office was a DOJ-NSD lawyer named Michael Atkinson. In his role as the legal counsel for the DOJ-NSD, it was Atkinson’s job to review and audit all FISA applications submitted from inside the DOJ. Essentially, Atkinson was the DOJ internal compliance officer in charge of making sure all FISA applications were correctly assembled and documented.
♦ When the anonymous CIA whistleblower complaint was filed against President Trump for the issues of the Ukraine call with President Zelensky, the Intelligence Community Inspector General had to change the rules for the complaint to allow an anonymous submission. Prior to this change, all intelligence whistleblowers had to put their name on the complaint. It was this 2019 IGIC who changed the rules. Who was the Intelligence Community Inspector General? Michael Atkinson.
When ICIG Michael Atkinson turned over the newly authorized anonymous whistleblower complaint to the joint House Intelligence and Judiciary Committee (Schiff and Nadler chairs), who did Michael Atkinson give the complaint to? Mary McCord.
Yes, after she left main justice, Mary McCord took the job of working for Chairman Jerry Nadler and Chairman Adam Schiff as the chief legal advisor inside the investigation that led to the construction of articles of impeachment. As a consequence, Mary McCord received the newly permitted anonymous whistleblower complaint from her old office colleague Michael Atkinson.
♦ During his investigation of the Carter Page application, Inspector General Michael Horowitz discovered an intentional lie inside the Carter Page FISA application (directly related to the ‘Woods File’), which his team eventually tracked to FBI counterintelligence division lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith. Eventually Clinesmith was criminally charged with fabricating evidence (changed wording on an email) in order to intentionally falsify the underlying evidence in the FISA submission.
When John Durham took the Clinesmith indictment to court, the judge in the case was James Boasberg.
♦ In addition to being a DC criminal judge, James Boasberg is also a FISA court judge who signed-off on one of the renewals for the FISA application that was submitted using fraudulent evidence fabricated by Kevin Clinesmith. In essence, now the presiding judge over the FISA court, Boasberg was the FISC judge who was tricked by Clinesmith, and now the criminal court judge in charge of determining Clinesmith’s legal outcome. Judge Boasberg eventually sentenced Clinesmith to 6 months probation.
As an outcome of continued FISA application fraud and wrongdoing by the FBI, in their exploitation of searches of the NSA database, Presiding FISC Judge James Boasberg appointed an amici curiae advisor to the court who would monitor the DOJ-NSD submissions and ongoing FBI activities.
Who did James Boasberg select as a FISA court amicus? Mary McCord.
♦ SUMMARY: Mary McCord submitted the original false FISA application to the court using the demonstrably false Dossier. Mary McCord participated in the framing of Michael Flynn. Mary McCord worked with ICIG Michael Atkinson to create a fraudulent whistleblower complaint against President Trump; and Mary McCord used that manipulated complaint to assemble articles of impeachment on behalf of the joint House Intel and Judiciary Committee. Mary McCord then took up a defensive position inside the FISA court to protect the DOJ and FBI from sunlight upon all the aforementioned corrupt activity.
You can clearly see how Mary McCord would be a person of interest if anyone was going to start digging into corruption internally within the FBI, DOJ or DOJ-NSD.
What happened next….
November 3, 2021 – In Washington DC – “Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and the House Jan. 6 Select Committee has tapped Mary McCord, who once ran the Justice Department’s National Security Division, for representation in its fight to obtain former President Donald Trump’s White House records. (read more)
That’s the context; now I want to go back a little.
First, when did Mary McCord become “amicus” to the FISA court? ANSWER: When the court (Boasberg) discovered IG Michael Horowitz was investigating the fraudulent FISA application. In essence, the FISA Court appointed the person who submitted the fraudulent filing, to advise on any ramifications from the fraudulent filing. See how that works?
Now, let’s go deeper….
When Mary McCord went to the White House with Sally Yates to talk to white house counsel Don McGhan about the Flynn call with Russian Ambassador Kislyak, and the subsequent CBS interview with VP Pence, where Pence’s denial of any wrongdoing took place, the background narrative in the attack against Flynn was the Logan Act.
The construct of the Logan Act narrative was pure Lawfare, and DAG Sally Yates with Acting NSD AAG Mary McCord were the architects.
Why was the DOJ National Security Division concerned with a conflict between what Pence said on CBS and what Flynn said about his conversations with Kislyak?
This is where a big mental reset is needed. Flynn did nothing wrong. The incoming National Security Advisor can say anything he wants with the Russian ambassador, short of giving away classified details of any national security issue. In December of 2016, if Michael Flynn wanted to say Obama was an a**hole, and the Trump administration disagreed with everything he ever did, the incoming NSA was free to do so. There was simply nothing wrong with that conversation – regardless of content.
So, why were McCord and Yates so determined to make an issue in media and in confrontation with the White House? Why did the DOJ-NSD even care? This is the part that people overlooked when the media narrative was driving the news cycle. People got too stuck in the weeds and didn’t ask the right questions.
Some entity, we discover later was the FBI counterintelligence division, was monitoring Flynn’s calls. They transcribed a copy of the call between Flynn and Kislyak, and that became known as the “Flynn Cuts” as described within internal documents, and later statements.
After the Flynn/Kislyak conversation was leaked to the media, Obama asked ODNI Clapper how that call got leaked. Clapper went to the FBI on 1/4/17 and asked FBI Director James Comey. Comey gave Clapper a copy of the Flynn Cuts which Clapper then took back to the White House to explain to Obama.
Obama’s White House counsel went bananas, because Clapper had just walked directly into the Oval Office with proof the Obama administration was monitoring the incoming National Security Advisor.
Obama’s plausible deniability of the Trump surveillance was lost as soon as Clapper walked in with the written transcript.
That was the motive for the 1/5/17 Susan Rice memo, and the reason for Obama to emphasize “buy the book” three times.
It wasn’t that Obama didn’t know already; the problem was that a document trail now existed (likely a CYA from Comey) that took away Obama’s plausible deniability of knowledge.
The January 5th meeting documented by Susan Rice was quickly organized to mitigate this issue.
Knowing the Flynn Cuts were created simultaneously with the phone call, and knowing how it was quickly decided to use the Logan Act as a narrative against Flynn and Trump, we can be very sure both McCord and Yates had read that transcript before they went to the White House. [Again, this is the entire purpose of them going to the White House to confront McGhan with their manufactured concerns.]
So, when it comes to ‘who leaked’ the reality of the Flynn/Kislyak call to the media, the entire predicate for the Logan Act violation – in hindsight – I would bet a donut it was Mary McCord.
But wait, there’s more….
Now we go back to McCord’s husband, Sheldon Snook.
Sheldon was working for the counsel to John Roberts. The counsel to the Chief Justice has one job, to review the legal implications of issues before the court and advise Justice John Roberts. The counsel to the Chief Justice knows everything happening in the court and is the sounding board for any legal issues impacting the Supreme Court.
In his position as the right hand of the counsel to the chief justice, Sheldon Snook would know everything happening inside the court.
At the time, there was nothing bigger inside the court than the Alito opinion known as the Dobb’s Decision – the returning of abortion law to the states. Without any doubt, the counsel to Chief Justice Roberts would have that decision at the forefront of his advice and counsel. By extension, this puts the actual written Alito opinion in the orbit of Sheldon Snook.
After the Supreme Court launched a heavily publicized internal investigation into the leaking of the Dobbs decision (Alito opinion), something interesting happened. Sheldon Snook left his position. If you look at the timing of the leak, the investigation and the Sheldon Snook exit, the circumstantial evidence looms large.
Of course, given the extremely high stakes, the institutional crisis with the public discovering the office of the legal counsel to the Chief Justice likely leaked the decision, such an outcome would be catastrophic for the institutional credibility. In essence, it would be Robert’s office who leaked the opinion to the media.
If you were Chief Justice John Roberts and desperately needed to protect the integrity of the court, making sure such a thermonuclear discovery was never identified would be paramount. Under the auspices of motive, Sheldon Snook would exit quietly. Which is exactly what happened.
The timeline holds the key.
Remember the stories of the J6 investigative staff all going to work for Jack Smith on the investigation of Donald Trump? Well, Mary McCord was a member of that team [citation]; all indications are that her background efforts continue today as a quiet member of the Special Counsel team that is still attacking Donald Trump.
To give you an idea of the scope of influence of Mary McCord as a key functionary, consider what we can document.
♦ McCord submitted the fraudulent FISA application to spy on Trump campaign.
♦ McCord created the “Logan Act” claim used against Michael Flynn and then went with Sally Yates to confront the White House.
♦ McCord then left the DOJ and went to work for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler.
♦ McCord organized the CIA rule changes with Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.
♦ McCord led and organized the impeachment effort, in the background, using the evidence she helped create.
♦ McCord joined the FISA Court to protect against DOJ IG Michael Horowitz newly gained NSD oversight and FISA review.
♦ McCord joined the J6 Committee helping to create all the lawfare angles they deployed.
♦ McCord then coordinated with DA Fani Willis in Georgia.
♦ McCord is working with Special Counsel Jack Smith to prosecute Trump.
In short, Mary McCord is the lawfare string that winds through every legal ‘stop Trump’ effort, and her primary partner in this endeavor is Andrew Weissmann. In this next video segment, notice what the “how to use that” quote is referencing.
Lawfare coordinator and Russia collusion criminal Andrew Weissmann admits that he and Mary McCord were in on the internal debates on which laws to use for the bogus Trump documents case.
It’s funny that they always screech about Trump weaponizing the government when these… pic.twitter.com/uJuF70hHtc

It’s not Jack Smith per se’, any more than it was Robert Mueller.
Jack Smith and Robert Mueller are/were the front men of the Lawfare band.

Can we buy her a Tesla?
How about we simply secure them a couple of dozen Bio-N-Tech vaxxes for Christmas to be taken weekly for 3 months? Nothing to see there–at least not for 75 years, right?
Its ok, Pam Bondi will drain it. sarc
Levin works for Con Inc.
I have zero confidence that Pam will get to the root cause of anything.
Ditto
I’m sure she’s perfectly capable of getting to the bottom of her roots and dying them bleach blonde.
I think she’s just a piece on the chessboard.
He sure does. He’s the typical Bush republican/neocon. He’s like Hannity-he has to pretend to be on the base’s side to have an audience.
I stopped listening to him in late 2015 or early 2016 when the NeverTrumpers were in full force. I tried going back sometime around the election that year but he was still very much in that Bill Kristol NeverTrumper camp. Sometime in 2018 or 2019 I remember just turning on the radio for a distraction and he was loving on Trump.
Make Ratings Great Again, lol.
Considering he had 20 minutes, he sure left out a lot of stuff.

“Why don’t we ever hear her name?”
Answer: Truth Managers.
Please keep in prayers and support how the January 6 USA citizens who attended the Right of every citizens to bring redress and question this sickening exposure of Nov 2020 election–so many people came forward revealing the broken law that happened to see the skuldugery that happened in front of the American people’s eye’s in Wayne co (Detroit) put up cardboard so we couldn’t see the illegal slight of hand with votes. And there was Atlanta BS–Free(woman) pushing a pallet of illegal votes and sweating as the phone was revealing all the garbage as to the person on the other end of a cellphone. Yes the brave MEN and WOMEN stood firm on their truth amid torture and solitary confinement as they were denied their due process and were persecuted at the command of higher official$$$. AS to break their spirit and confess to falsehoods about Trump

AMEN!!!
There are no ‘real news’ networks in existence today. There is only propaganda repackaged as news, and “managed” news that feeds us lies about whatever real news that has escaped their censors.
Sheldon Snook: “right hand”, or minder to Justice Roberts?
How about; Right hand to his wife, lawfare, and Roberts while being a minder to Roberts and his FISA Court?
The CIA has handlers everywhere.
The problem is that the courts and judges are a big part of the corruption. They’re not being tricked or deceived, they’re in on the scam. And there is really no way to address that problem without strong support from Congress.
Yes, Indeedy!
Or an actual military tribunal–not anything from the DEI military but the real fighting men and women. Why do you think they have their panties in such a twist over Pete Hegseth? He isn’t under their control and doesn’t ask how high when told to jump. Just look at two of the current military’s “finest”–Lloyd Austin (aka Dumb) and Mark Milley (aka Dumber)–as defined by Commie-in-Chief Bar-oke Obummer, his wingman and his bro Joe .
🎯
Yes they are…
Wasn’t there also a judge named Rosemary somebody, who admitted she was suspicious of the FISA scullduggery, but never did anything?
Sundance’s article is extensive indeed but she was not mentioned in it, according to search…
Collier.
FISA Court rotates the position she held at the time she issued a (performative) memo discussing the abuses. Memory hazy. Think she had that post then shortly afterwards Boasberg rotated in.
The latter has been such a [insert expletive] to J6rs in court. Plus remember the sketch showing him n gallery at DJT’s court hearing?
I can’t detest these people enough.
It would be quite a thing if AG Bondi were to direct her US Attorneys to empanel grand juries to subpoena court records and communications between, say, Judge Boasberg and the DOJ. Then subpoena Boasberg to explain why he did the above and why nobody was sanctioned by him – nobody – for the fraudulent warrant. It would be fun to subpoena these federal judges for no other reason than to have the “separation of powers” court battle and get their names out into the public.
“Here’s the judge who signed the falsified FISA warrant targeting Pres. Trump four times in 2017-2018. Isn’t it strange that he didn’t seem to mind all that much when he found out?”
Then you bring in Clinesmith, McCord, and Boasberg on different days to testify.
Yes! I love it! President Trump could hold her feet to the fire on something like this –easily. Problem is, he’s too nice to do so. It’s good to have dreams, at least 🙂
The problem with being “too nice” is that there are never consequences for wrong-doing so it continues on and becomes even worse.
They would just ignore the subpoenas.
As Democrats have always done.
Its been going on for a long time, and recently, it was done over and over again.
0 consequences.
The game is rigged. The Big Club thumbed its nose again and Lady Justice.
Im speaking to the choir here Hok…
You know how they roll.
But, of course, each and every one of them would be invoking their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because each and every one of them are guilty as hell. And although this presents a kind of “roadblock” in the procedure, it is not totally fatal due to the fact that there is more than ample evidence to PROVE their guilt WITHOUT their testimony.
So, as they say, “Let the games begin!” fjb
Indeed. Most of the DC judges need to be impeached and removed.
Who, themselves, are mostly corrupted!
This will be confirmed if she gets a pardon.
Any pardons from JoeBama for ANY person working in or around the federal govt should come with a cease and desist letter for any and all employment or engagement directly or indirectly with any federal govt entity, agency, or dept. That means any contact with the federal govt while employed would be grounds for arrest and mandatory sentencing.
Don’t hold your breath.
Democrat 0’Bamaism in a nutshell: 1) Steal the election and become pseudo-President; 2) commit many, many, many crimes as pseudo-President with the help of your deniable operatives; 3) pseudo-President pardons the operatives who committed the deniable crimes for the pseudo-President and gave him 10%. Quite the business model.
Den of snakes and some prime time hosts are besties
Those who are in a position to hold McCord accountable fear her. She’s part of the “6 ways to Sunday” crowd, and that’s why she is politely ignored by those who deal in conservative outrage. It’s an uncomfortable truth so they beat around the bush with names like Strzok and Atkinson.
My $0.02.
Take this to the bank….no one will be prosecuted for their crimes over the past 16 years – no one. All hat and no cattle here no matter what Steve Bannon or Mike Davis proclaim – no one. They’ll be lucky to get something done before the Republicans throw the midterms and return to their loyal opposition, bend over position they prefer. It may be a bit cynical, but I’d bet on it.
No, you’re not being cynical it’s that you’ve seen this movie before!
Heck, I’m scared of her just from this article and the looks of her. I wouldn’t even meme her on social -so I kind of get it.
Who will stand when all others will fall?
That is a man, IMHO.
They ALL look like this, is this criminal swamp….
So I’m gonna propose a new unit of measurement here: – The ‘Arnold’…
…- Where 1 Arnold would be something on the scale of being equivalent to spying on your fellow colonists for the redcoats and arranging to hand them the keys to West Point, how would y’all rate the above-named miscreants in Arnolds?
…- Oh, and please also feel free to use SI standard prefixes, eg: Kilo, Mega, Giga, Tera, Peta, Exa, etc., if needed… 😉

From Andrew Weissmann/Mary McCord’s Dec 3, 2024 “Prosecuting Donald Trump” podcast…
Weissmann: … why don’t we turn to our topic, …. which is triggering for both of us.
Mary McCord: Yes, triggering.
Andrew Weissmann: We’re going to talk about the proposed nomination of Kash Patel of the FBI.
Mary McCord: So, anyway, this memo was a way to sort of provide that cause. And the reason I bring this up is it seems like at least those around Donald Trump back in early 2017 thought it was important there’d be some sort of cause that could be pointed to to justify the firing of James Comey. Now we’re talking eight weeks before Donald Trump even takes office, he’s talking about firing or hoping that his own appointee, Christopher Wray, will leave the position so that he can put somebody else there.
He’s not even pretending there’s any cause for it other than simply he doesn’t like the way Christopher Wray has done his job, I think because what did we have? We had an investigation of January 6th. We had an investigation of the mishandling of national defense information and classified documents and a search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago. These are things that Trump has grievances about. And so I guess people listening will say, well, isn’t that cause? Well, it’s not the kind of cause that we think of when we think of —
Andrew Weissmann: That’s not cause.
Mary McCord: It’s his reason, but it’s not cause. Cause has got to be sort of a legally cognizable misuse of office.
Andrew Weissmann: And so these, again, are norms. There’s no question that a president would have the power to do that. One thing that I think is important is everything that we have said so far has nothing to do with the qualifications or lack thereof of the proposed person coming in. ….
This is a systemic issue about the role of career people, the role of the FBI, the role that you and I certainly think with respect to what you want in law enforcement. One of the issues that I know you and I think really strongly about is the question of, if you’re Chris Wray right now, do you resign?Do you sort of say, Well, I’m going to resign in light of this?…
Andrew Weissmann: On January 20th. Do you resign before? Just do you resign at some point? Or do you make Donald Trump actually have to remove you, meaning fire you? And this is one where you (McCord) and I are in violent, violent agreement.
Mary McCord: Do not resign, Chris Wray.
Andrew Weissmann: Exactly. Do not resign. Why? This is like the Professor Schneider at Yale, which is do not obey in advance. Everything we said about the role of the FBI and what it should be in this country, it’s useful for the public to understand that by saying, No, I’m not resigning because I understand what Congress wanted to do in connection with creating a 10-year term. And so if you want to fire me, you take whatever political hits there would be or lack thereof. That’s on you.
https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc-podcast/prosecuting-donald-trump/prosecuting-donald-trump-attack-fbi-rcna182854
.
What Congress wanted to do with the ten-year term was set a MAXIMUM, to avoid another J. Edgar Hoover nightmare. Otherwise, President can remove the FBI director for any reason.
.
Well, it seems Wray won’t be taking their advice after all ….
FBI Director Christopher Wray preparing to resign
FTA –
Following Mr. Wray’s departure, Deputy Director Paul Abbate will become acting director and appoint an acting deputy director. Mr. Abbate’s original plan was to stay until May or June so he could help with the transition to a new FBI director.
Kash Patel, Mr. Trump’s pick to lead the FBI, is meeting Republican senators on Capitol Hill this week. Mr. Patel, who has served as the defense secretary’s chief of staff and senior adviser to the National Security Council, was tapped by Mr. Trump to shake up the FBI management.
Mr. Wray.knew his days were numbered at the FBI.
Sen. Charles E. Grassley, the Iowa Republican who will become chairman of the Judiciary Committee next month, sent a scathing letter Monday to Mr. Wray.saying he should be ousted before his 10-year term as FBI director is up — and he said Mr. Abbate should go, too.
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2024/dec/9/christopher-wray-fbi-director-preparing-resign/?utm_campaign=shareaholic&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=socialnetwork
They needed Magistrate Bruce Reinhardt in West Palm Beach to sign the search warrant for Mar-a-Lago but Reinhardt worked for Trump appointed federal judge Cannon.
I’m pretty sure Reinhardt didn’t tell Judge Cannon before he signed the warrant because she would have ordered him to deny it!!
Now, let’s take a deep dive into which Republicans voted in favor of these people for their jobs at DoJ, at FBI, in other cabinet positions during both the Obama and Biden regimes. The same creatures keep surfacing from the DC Black Lagoon, don’t they? And the same Republican Senators keep approving them!!
All Trump needs to do to fire for cause is bring him in to the Oval office and ask him very specific questions about impeachments, January 6 FBI involvement, MAL raid, really the whole list. When he refuses to answer anything, fire him and have the US Marshalls lock him up for obstruction. If he does answer honestly, lock him up for conspiracy, treason, or a dozen other things.
No excuses in a private meeting with your boss. No can’t answer because it’s classified or under investigation. Be sure the interview is recorded and then publish it. If he brings a lawyer, lock them both up.
Unfortunately, The US Marshal’s, are also corrupted. * shrug *.
Thems the facts….
Two questions:
What is a “violent, violent agreement”?
And why can’t we hold leftists accountable to the same of rhetorical standards they impose upon others?
I do, personally at least.
Cousin Eddie may be needed to bring accountability
Zerohedge had an interesting article about pardons by Biden.
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/not-joke-blanket-pardons-big-guy
“… None of the three (Faudi, Schiff, Cheney) has been convicted of a crime to be pardoned for, or even been hauled-in for questioning by federal law enforcement agents on a probable cause writ. But a pardon would necessarily paint them as criminals, ipso facto. The proffer of a pardon itself must amount to a declaration of probable cause, igniting the very legal process it seeks to dispose of. An inquiry would have to be launched to discover what laws these three desperadoes might have broken, followed perhaps by a grand jury to evaluate the evidence, and so on. “Joe Biden” himself might have to answer some basic questions, such as: at what time prior to issuing the pardon did he begin to suspect some laws had been broken? And, since the president’s chief duty is to enforce the law, was “JB” negligent and culpable himself for misprision of felonies? …
I just received a letter from one of the J6ers that I had written to. He stated that he had just gotten out of prison and now the City of D.C. is suing them for maximum monetary damages. So if Steve Bannon is correct in stating that the hunters are about to become the hunted, maybe someone will file civil lawfare cases in state courts against these crooks that Biden is pardoning.
Can a President really blanket pardon hundreds or tens of thousands of people?
I mean, if Biden is planning to pardon a few dozen co-conspirators, what’s there not to allow him to pardon the whole admin gov apparatus for the thieving of the last generation?
If that’s the case, then any president will abuse their post then pardon themselves and their accomplices. The Presidency will become a pillage weapon upon the nation.
There’s got to be some kind of limitation to pardons.
For conservatives, yup.
Uniparty, especially D, nope.
Just my take.
A theory of mine: Mary McCord, the man-wife of Sheldon Snook. Kind of like Nellie Ohr, the Russian man-wife of Bruce Ohr.
I agree there are probably quite few examples of this.
Perhaps the couple from Chicago…
I said that above.
These supposed ” wives ” are all men….
Just look at them!
” yikes “….
What I find most disturbing, is how she was able to move from position to position within Govt., various depts and also apperently out to mockingbird media, and be just where she needed to be, WHEN she needed to be there.
Who then pays her salary?
The CIA does.
OOOh! *raises hand* Pick me, I know!
——
We do.
Yes but through what entity?
USAFirst replied I suspect, correctly. They have many many cutouts.
McCord looks like Mike Pompeo with long hair.
I mention her name in almost every post I make on other sites. I make sure her name is out there and connected to the basis of the lawfare.
From McCord/Weissmann 12/3/24 podcast…
Andrew Weissmann: Deep state. So now we’re turning to Kash Patel because Kash Patel famously, and this has been going around on MSNBC and Clips, has said, you know, I want to get rid of headquarters and turn the headquarters building into a museum of the deep state.
Mary McCord: That’s right.
Andrew Weissmann: Well, you and I have worked in —
Mary McCord: I mean, that’s us. We’re the deep state. We’re not there anymore.
Andrew Weissmann: Right. …
https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc-podcast/prosecuting-donald-trump/prosecuting-donald-trump-attack-fbi-rcna182854
Seems McCord is signaling “close relationships” – 5 👁️’s and others – “do not assist incoming administration”.
Also from podcast…
Mary McCord: So,…why would anyone, why would the Senate …think the person (Kash Patel) who said everything was declassified (Mar a largo FBI raid documents )is somebody we would want sitting at the top of the FBI? Now, granted, FBI is different from CIA or NSA or some of the other classic sort of foreign intelligence collection agencies, but the FBI still deals every day with our international partners, the Five Eyes and others, sharing intelligence with respect to terrorism, with respect to espionage, with respect to so many different things. …
These are close relationships. Now, we have close relationships with lots of other allies, too, all over the globe where we have intelligence sharing. But can you imagine, first of all, when that was ever stated back at the time after the Mar-a-Lago case was brought, I’m sure that they were, you know, dismayed about it and thought this can’t be possibly true. But to think that then potentially Kash Patel could be leading this law enforcement agency and having relationships with them, why would you want to share anything? Why would you share anything with the FBI?
Andrew Weissmann: That also goes to something Kash Patel has said…that he wants to get rid of FBI headquarters and just have everybody in the field.…to say you want to get rid of headquarters, exactly how and who is going to be dealing with all of the Five Eyes?
Answer to her that I’d like to see.
Who: President Trump
How: Chucking all those disgusting “relationships” overboard to let them end up at the bottom of the ocean.
Except I’m for clean oceans, and that would be MAJOR pollution
The quiet part, out loud……
These scumbags have been doing this frequently lately.
Mary McCord’s: Eradicate Hate Summit 2025

Here’s short video from Mary McCord Interview – Nov 25, 2024 – EradicateHateSummit
“One of the most popular sessions at the 2024 Summit was “Reducing the Risk of Political Violence.” A participant in that panel, Mary McCord talks about the challenges that have arisen with the political divide that has rooted itself in the US. McCord is the Executive Director of the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection at the Georgetown Law School.”
SPIT!!!
Mary is a Marty….
No question.
That wench’s soul makes her face look like Marilyn Monroe by comparison.
Justice is coming, make no mistake.
Does the PARDON power of a President include granting IMMUNITY from future prosecution to individuals who have not been charged with or convicted of a crime?
SCOTUS needs to weigh in before a constitutional crisis is created by Joe Biden et. al.
Might not these prospective ‘gray’ areas provide a basis for Abuse of Power and/or RICO type charges against the Bidenbama-DS cluster, based on these sketchy pardons, themselves? Ultimately there is high Treason against the US Constitution and against the American people, at the bottom of this.
No
This is such an incestuous system.
Perhaps it is time to apppoint judges on merit and not because of political/ideological reasons.
Y’all please do not ever forget that ol yeller was not on the train when don came down the escalator. Matter of fact, he had GREAT QUESTIONS AND RESERVATIONS AND HARSH CRITICISM. And he was sucking up to glen “cheeeeto-face” beck trying to create an audio-video news alliance ( ??? Predecessors to blaze???)
YeH. Them guys were Chappin my rear on evening talk radio
They were both buffoons and MORONS
THERE!! I said it!!!
Mark, sit down shutup and hang on
charge her with treason. the seriousness of the charge must be investigated as pelosi said.
Mary McCord must be sentenced for Sedition and treason against the USA – We The people
NO EXCEPTIONS
Why does Liz Cheney always seem to be injecting herself into the headlines? It’s as if she’s hoping the Trump DOJ will go after her.
Doesn’t she realize that she’s living in a glass house? If 47 declassified 911 info, her dear Daddy may have “ splaining” to do.
Yep.
There is s till a significant proportion of people, who believe Muslims crashed airplanes into buildings…some right here on this board.
And the Gubmint didnt know anything about it. Or didnt do it.
I dont wish to debate this anymore, but her Daddy and his cohorts, wrote a paper, in a think tank, mere months before they became part of the Bush Jr’s Admin.
What they said in that paper, says it all. Many, many people dont even know what The Project for a New American Century think tank is, never mind what was said, pre 9/11.
The same people behind all the crap going on now, are the same people who said all that back then.
Those who KNOW, know….
what if Biden only covers his own rear and leaves the rest of
them out hanging just to spite them for kicking him out???
crazier stuff has happened
Biden is a vindictive SOB and may use the last of his brain cells to do just that.
THAT would be SO sweet!
“Hey Mary, the walls are closing in.”

Perhaps we should ask the Palantir CEO, Prof. Karp how he could use AI to solve this Mary McCord issue for America?
Pardon, Amnesty…whatever…
My $.02…Mark Levin should have been tagged as our next Chief of Justice. His books lay out a roadmap for fixing the evils within. Thanks, SD, brilliant rundown that I’ll think about for days.
Sounds like McCord owes this country a whole lot of money. And perhaps about 85 years in supermax.
Yes, nailed it.
85 years? How about life?
GITMO – or the Epstein Island Annex.
McCord and Snook have really been able to cover their past histories. All I can find on either of them is Sheldon Lee Snook born 27 November 1957 who lived in Washington D.C from 1 November 1988 to 1 January 1999 zip code 20003. also lives in Arlington, VA. There are NO voting records, No marriage record, NO birth record NO NOTHING. Zounds!
Wonder if anything could be found, paper-wise, if one check actual paper birth records, not those online records? Or have those been zapped as well?
Either that, or the KGB ‘lost’ their paperwork. Filed next to Obama’s birth cert, right?
Around 3:00 mark of video, McCord mentions possibility some cases against President Trump (by corrupt DOJ) may just be paused for now and then later brought back – certain facts depending – such as “PDJT’s conduct throughout upcoming term” ?! and other factors…
SPIT!!!
Just to answer a questin posted earlier in this thread, but who scrolls back that far, the James McCord, of Watergate Fame, died in June of 2017. He was survived by a son, Michael, and two daughters, Carol Ann and Nancy.
So Mary McCord comes from a different branch of the family. But my information comes from a 2017 obituary in The Guardian so you can doubt it if you wish.
Anybody do actual genealogical research?
Ehh ,Mark levin is nothing more than a Nancy Grace to me A talking head.
He opulent ever put his self in the front line it’s all talking points .
He’s a coward that benefits what’s happening in the cycle of news.
Never once has he offered his services to Trump.
To me he’s just a talking head that makes money off feelings . He would never be seen if SHTF . 🤷♂️ Blah blah blah etc
Mark Levin is a joke. Spineless. IMHO
Paid actor. etc etc Just don’t care for them type.
Anyone one ever seen him do anything but talk?
Offer services /challenge things. Nope just blah blah blah of things we know.
He would hide 1000 miles under ground if SHTF .
I always did like when he ripped off his glasses and started Ranting, loudly. Though, I admit I bought into his crap for awhile. Now it’s Fox and all involved I’m starting to see the light.
Mary Mccord’s name isn’t heard because she is working in the background where you’re not aware of her presence but see the effect of her work.
It’s like when you buy crypto currency where your not aware of a contract being executed on a blockchain.
Is the anonymous whistleblower still anonymous?
Who wants to bet that it was Mary McCord herself?
I mean, she seems to turn up under every rock, so far.
We need a flippin’ geologist!
I’ve never really gotten over Levin being a NeverTrumper in 2016 and 2017 especially. A lot of that stuff he listed off was promoted by and enabled by NeverTrumpers. Not necessarily Levin, but a lot of GOP Liz Cheney types in Congress.
Hopefully, on Jan 20th and shortly thereafter, we’ll see a widespread declassification and un-redacting of relevant documents. Make it all public and I mean the equivalent of opening the doors to the CIA for an Open House where every guest has the master password and a key to every door.
Yeah, we might not be able to convict anyone in these rigged courts. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have a whole lotta grand jury investigations.
Trump was smart to narrowly state that he would not direct Patel and Bondi to go after the people who persecuted him illegally for all those years. It’s a smart move. It’s a lot like what Biden said about Jack Smith, IIRC.
Two can play at that game.
Go for the throat, Mr. President. We will never have unity in this country if these criminals are allowed to go unpunished.
“This Is Not The Time For Balance”: LA Times Columnist Resigns In Protest… Over Balanced Commentary –
When now President-Elect Donald Trump was convicted, the thrill-kill atmosphere around the courthouse and the country was explosive, but no one was more ecstatic than liberal columnist and former prosecutor Harry Litman.
The then L.A. Times columnist told MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace that it was a “majestic day” and “a day to celebrate.”
A lawfare advocate, Litman excitedly laid out how Trump could be barred from office, declaring that the raid in Mar-a-Lago was the “whole enchilada” in ending Trump’s political career.
Litman went on MSNBC to declare that “this is not a time for balance.”
Those seven words sum up much of what has destroyed American media with millions turning away from the echo chamber created by the Washington Post, L.A. Times, and other publications.
Litman has been one of the most unabashed lawfare warriors.
Even when the Justice Department was seeking to dismiss the Flynn case, Lipman wrote an L.A. Times column advising Judge Emmet Sullivan how to “make trouble” for the administration.
Litman admitted there is “very little leeway to reject the government’s decisions to dismiss charges” but encouraged Sullivan to “accomplish what Congress, multiple inspectors general, and a majority of the electorate have not been able to do — hold the president and his allies accountable for their contemptuous disregard for the rule of law.”
On MSNBC’s Deadline: White House, Litman declared to Nicolle Wallace that Trump’s victory is “an absolute five-alarm fire.”
He called the effort to restore a diversity of viewpoints as little more than an attempt “to curry favor with Trump.” He then added:
“And I just think this is not a time for balance when you have someone who’s not telling the truth on the other side. And it’s a deep responsibility. And instead, I think they cowered and are worried about their personal holdings and just being threatened by Trump. And that’s a really shameful capitulation, I think. So, I just felt I couldn’t be a part of it and had to resign.”
It was a telling moment. Litman appeared on a network that has lost half of its viewership and is fighting for its existence in an effort by NBCUniversal to unload it.
Readers are fleeing to new media after papers like the L.A. Times and the Washington Post literally wrote off half of the country.
Yet, these figures would rather lose their jobs and media platforms than their bias.

US Constitution: “…he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”
Preemptive pardon, IMO, would cause a case ultimately before SCOTUS. Due process with a guilty finding must be the cause of someone found to have committed “an offense against the United States.” The wording doesn’t say “an offense that someone might have committed.”
.
If you open the door to any theory for prosecutors (or who? prosecutors work for the President) to contest executive pardons in the court system, then you open the door to a potential mess whereby pardoned individuals (who may have pleaded guilty because they couldn’t afford the time/money of a trial in the first place) might not get pardoned unless they litigate the pardon?
I would argue that there is nothing in the wording “Offences against the United States” that requires having been convicted in a court of law of a criminal offense.
.
As I’ve posted before, the entire subject is reflective of a republic in it’s last years.
Will this be the norm as future presidents leave office? Imagine a prospective pardon as envisioned, then the big guy FJB would not even have to file tax returns on his ill-gotten hundreds of millions.
A very bad precedent to put it mildly.
MCCord, Yates, Weissmann must be severely punished for their crimes against the government, all Americans and the country. Pure SEDITION.
GO TO JAIL!
I’m very, very late to this conversation, but Mark Levin made my night. People who call me and ask for my opinion at times, tell me to QUIT YELLING AT THEM!
I tell them I am NOT yelling at you! I LOVE MARK LEVIN because he sounds like he is yelling, but he is NOT. HE IS ANGRY. And so I am I., so I don’t mind Levin’s stern voice at all. I love how he expresses himself.
And Mary McCord. NOTE: this is just how envision things turning out for you.
Your time is gonna come (Led Zeppelin). Your Snook husband doesn’t have anywhere to run or hide either. Clean out your underwear drawer ( if you have one) before it gets raided. And have your clothing ready at hand so that you have something “nice” on when your home gets raided at night and you are dragged out of your house in the middle of the night in the floodlights aka the Roger Stone treatment.
I honestly don’t think that this is going to happen to you from the Trump administration (but will be portrayed as such). YOU FAILED TO DEFEAT TRUMP and MAGA. YOU HAVE DEEPLY DISAPOINTED ALL THAT COUNTED ON YOU TO BE A FIXER. So deal with it. Just like everyone else your evil has touched. You have always been someone to wear a HAZMAT suit around. It’s just now official.
