Keep pushing the TRUTH folks; just keep pushing. I’m going to call this a ‘win’ because this is the first time I have seen an accurate discussion of the little-known power of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
More than two decades ago, it was a commonly accepted discussion point that the intelligence apparatus within government was a system of intensely protective silos of information. Heck, the entire precept behind the creation of the ODNI was to put one person into a position of perspective above all the other silos. However, when those silos were weaponized by The Lightbringer it became verboten to discuss it.
In this interview and discussion, Charlie Kirk and Glenn Greenwald discuss the possibilities available to Tulsi Gabbard in the position of DNI. For the first time the context of the actual power within the office begins to surface. WATCH:

The DNI office has never been used for its intent. Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01. DHS came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the ODNI was formed.
The ODNI was formed in 2004, with the intent for the office to be the pivot point of a national security radar. The DNI was intended to provide information to domestic agencies about foreign terror networks that would prevent something like 9-11 from happening again. However, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has never, not for one day, operated on this intent. This is why they are such a critical position from my perspective.
The office was new, not established yet as a functioning silo, when Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived in 2009. They quickly dispatched an idiot, James Clapper, into the operation so they could weaponize around the offices’ fulcrum point.
Prior to the DNI office existing, the CIA radar would sweep externally and then report to the Office of the President. The DNI was intended to take external radar sweep (CIA) and make it a full 360° circle, adding a sweep inside the USA that would be handled by the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS).
The DHS sweep and the CIA sweep would then be combined into a central collection hub called the ODNI. Everyone with responsibility for “national security” could access the ODNI material. Essentially and presumably, post 9-11 nothing like jihadists practicing flying airplanes would be missed again; at least that was the intent.
The weird part is that because the DNI was immediately weaponized, the office has never functioned to the purpose of its intent. No one truly knows what the office possibilities consist of because no one has ever seen anyone try to functionally control the hub.
The DNI can assemble material from any silo. Meaning the DNI can reach into any IC silo and extract anything they want. Under the original authorities given to the DNI, this authority exists. So, let’s spread the wings on this office and do exactly what it is permitted to do, only this time extract for the purpose of showing the President what is happening in every silo.
In essence, the DNI *CAN BE* deployed like a super strong cross-silo inspector general’s office. Force the other IC silos to comply with the demands of the DNI. This has never been done, but the DNI has this unique power.
The DNI can make the FBI, DOJ, DOJ-NSD, DoD, DoS and CIA provide anything and everything they demand. Instead of the other silos using blocks and threats against the office of the President, use the authority of the DNI to get them without confrontation. Then use the DNI to declassify the documents (if requested by potus), instead of the originating silo.
Can you see how the DNI office can be repurposed to be a seriously strong weapon in the toolbox of the President, against the schemes of those inside the various IC silos. The DNI becomes much more important than the CIA Director, NSA Director, FBI Director, Attorney General, etc, because the DNI can just show up and say, “give me this.” That’s the whole functional purpose of the DNI office that has never been exerted; let’s flippin’ use it.
Let’s use the office of the DNI as the central information hub that takes information from inside the corrupt silos, then provides that information to the President who puts sunlight upon it. Each corrupt silo penetrated with disinfectant. This could begin a process to pull down the shadow operations and let the American public see what has been happening inside our IC apparatus.
This is what is possible.
Is Tulsi Gabbard the person who can get it done; I don’t know.
What I do know is that we will watch the granular resistance of the silo operations in real time as they unfold, and we will outline exactly how each of those silo defenses can be overcome.

The CIA is, fundamentally, in bureaucratic war with both State and DOD.

CIA’s activities require support from State and DOD, which doesn’t always come smoothly.
But, usually, and historically, these three bureaucracies are thrown together in the field and are trying to claw each other’s eyes out.
The CIA is empowered to operate completely independently, and does. There are always efforts to coordinate and deconflict intel, diplomacy, and military equities, but there are many, many stumbling blocks and inefficiencies, loosely speaking.
What has happened, beginning during the Obama/Hillary/Powers/Brennan regime, is that State and DOD are creating and running intel, or intel-like, operations, with less, or no coordination with CIA.
CIA is definitely NOT “taking orders from State and the clandestine military.”
That’s just not the way it works.

After Coats left, McConnell was dragging his feet on confirming Ratcliffe as new DNI, so President Trump named Ambassador Rick Grenell acting DNI since he already had Senate confirmation. Grenell was getting it done, so McConnell quickly confirmed Ratcliffe. The IC quickly stonewalled Ratcliffe.
Ratcliffe was stonewalled by the other agencies – namely CIA Director Haspel – as they ran out the clock on President Trump’s first term.
Could be interesting this time around (assuming Senate confirmation). DNI Gabbard could very well ask CIA Director Ratcliffe for the same documents.

The entire existence is based on a lie.
The events that took place on 9/11/01 were planned and purposeful. They did not happen as the result of a failure due to “a lack of imagination” as stated by SECDEF Rummy. It was a well-choreographed event. It was not some event perfectly conducted by foreign violent extremists and a leader operating out of a cave in some foreign land.

The POTUS does not need “authorization” from inferior agencies/departments to declassify anything, the President is the OCA: Original Classification Authority.
She can start with the number 2 under her command. Say to them, “I want all of the information about why I was classified SSSS. You have one week to report back to me.” If they come back with anything less than 100% transparency… fire them or transfer them to a broom closet, along with their security clearance. Next person up, same thing until you start getting answers. Once she pulls on that thread, the questions will ask themselves.

Unfortunately, like many things meant for good, they can be abused.
I spent nearly 30 years in law enforcement and worked on cases involving everything from drug cartels to outlaw motorcycle gangs to the NY/NJ mob.
Confidential sources are critical to mission success, many of whom are upright citizens just trying to do the right thing.
Their safety, and the safety of undercover officers, is of the utmost importance.
All it takes is one corrupt individual with access to that information to put lives in danger and also jeopardize the case.
I’ve had more than one case go down the drain because some corrupt cop or civilian employee gained access to sensitive information.
Politically sensitive cases were especially bad, because nearly everyone up the chain of command is a political creature.
Even though we were required to “register” informants, many investigators kept their informants off the books for that very reason.
I can’t tell you how many times I was harassed and pressured to divulge my sources.
I didn’t trust anyone when it came to my sources.
I suspect that any honest actors within the IC are already doing the same thing.
Silos within silos, so to speak.
Tulsi Gabbard obviously won’t be trusted by the bad actors and she won’t be trusted by the good actors BECAUSE of the bad actors.

PS this team of three also uses CIA Director Radcliffe and Sec of Treasury if they audit Ukraine funding for possible money laundering crimes outside the US.

Agree that OMB is under-appreciated as a potential way of executing presidential power. Begins with the presentation of the President’s 2026 Budget to Congress.
What a lot of people don’t see is that the Eye See has laws allowing/denying what they can do. One might only be allowed to gather publicly sourced info where another has full reign. This is now ignored by “cooperation” among the group. Ones that were never allowed access can see as much as those that were. This blurs lines that were separated for a reason (to prevent lopsided accumulation of power and internalizing controls). Someone in charge reacts badly to a report? That is reported on and subsequent reports modified ‘appropriately.’ You want sources on the report? Which version?, etc. it’s all a shell game to achieve the desired result of the whole. You think we see all of the laws that are passed? Hell, no. There are classified sections we’re never privy to. Even for innocuous legislation. Think about that.
