The world must respond to Russia’s use of a new ballistic missile, Volodymyr Zelensky said as Vladimir Putin threatened to strike the UK with his hypersonic weapon.

The law was first challenged in April 2023 transgender-identifying students — alongside their parents — who wished to participate on girls’ sports teams.
“States are regularly hauled into court and must bring with them an army of biologists, endocrinologists, and physicians just to defend policies that have long been viewed as commonsense ways to protect and promote flourishing for women and girls,” the brief says. “Female-only basketball and swimming teams. Female-only locker rooms and showers. Female-only bathrooms. But as this case demonstrates, courts across the country have splintered over how to apply the Equal Protection Clause to these policies when confronted with allegations that the policies discriminate based on gender identity.”

Two of my most horrible events in my high school years took place in school locker rooms/bathrooms.
8th grade: The first was being jumped by at least 20 black girls in the girls locker room after gym class. My head and face was pounded repeatedly into the wooden locker benches. My hair was everywhere but on my head. My glasses were destroyed while on my face. I was kicked and punched repeatedly. No one did anything for at least a minute.
This gang had terrorized me in the halls and everywhere for months and nothing was done. I can only imagine what would have been left of me if a male had been in the mix.
10th grade: My school was very old. It had no baseball fields, no football fields, no pool, no tracks, none of that. We had a public park about 3-4 blocks away, down a big hill, where there were practice fields used by the school. No bathrooms in sight. We had to walk back to the school to use the facilities, even after hours.
I made that trek one evening and the first floor women’s bathroom was being cleaned but the janitor told me he would let me use the teacher’s lounge. He unlocked it for me and I walked in. It was a large room with a sofa and chairs and bookcases and apparently an interior bathroom with a door. As I headed for that door I heard the lock click on the door behind me and the next thing I knew I was being tackled by a 350-400 lb man. I somehow got away and ran into that bathroom with a door, not knowing if it had a lock or could save me. I made it in, slammed the door shut, found a lock and locked it. I don’t remember how long it took, but I finally looked out and he was gone. I made it out of the school without seeing him.
The is the evil they are letting into our girls and women’s private spaces. All they have to do is say, “I identify as…” and that is their free ticket to bully women and anything else they want to do. It is unimaginable to me and gives me nightmares for our children. It is pure evil, stacked upon the evil that is the grooming and sexual perversion running rampant in our schools.

It is a very important case and she used it to find the one thing she wanted for herself. Political credibility and her name in the headlines. Like others who crave the limelight and want to climb the ladder, she picks out the situations where she can get the most notice by the viewers at large. Typical politician who chooses self interest over the right thing to do.
So yeah, it was a huge reveal about what this person will do if the opportunity to get what she wants presents itself. She ignored the facts and did what she wanted so she could stand in front of the cameras everyday and show the world that she is a player. You think she will go against the DOJ machine in any way that will harm her image? Will she be loyal to the American people and the laws of this country? A few things to remember, for those who are understandably despondent.

I suspect the speed of Gaetz’s replacement and the wording of both statements is suggestive that private vetting revealed something, causing the play it safe faction to get their candidate in the running.
A disloyal AG will be very easy to detect and remove, given the SC judgement, a loyal one invaluable.
A lightweight AG, who is easily waived through by a relieved DS/RINO uni-party, will be far more devastating when they turn out to be the opposite, unlike a fangs out hair on fire DS disruptor. You can brace for the latter, the former often is inside your guard before you realise it.
