In the United States, our findings indicate, the majority does not rule—at least not in the causal sense of actually determining policy outcomes.
When a majority of citizens disagrees with economic elites or with organized interests, they generally lose. When they do that, it is not going to stop President Trump. His HUGE 2024 mandate from the American citizens is to bring the Executive Branch into Constitutional Compliance and to stop it from acting unconstitutionally (weaponized) against American citizens and states.
As stated below, his Oath will not allow him to work with any process that is unconstitutional. He is the Executive Branch, lock/stock&barrel, and does not need to respond to any unconstitutional request or demand from the legislative or judicial branches.

He already set a successful precedent by using military assets to build the wall during the first administration.
So besides the War Powers Act (despite a formal declaration which might require an adversary country), I don’t think he is going to face too much legal trouble in deploying military assets to halt an invasion of the country.
It appears to be a three step process: round up, temporary housing and summary processing, and deportation. Military assets are unlikely to be deployed for all three phases.
Homan and ICE are going to do a lot of the heavy lifting, in coordination with local LE where cooperative.
I do not like the idea of a president declaring an emergency to enable a large scale use of the military for a domestic matter. Sets a bad precedent ripe for abuse.
It’s a matter of national security.
And the primary ones I see opposing this would be the DS and IC.

This is war. Other countries around the world are complicit with illegally bringing non-citizens into this country. The military is supposed to protect the country from invasion. Well, we’re been invaded.

In this case I would say, if the thought that our military can’t be used to protect our country then it would be the equivalent of saying, all the enemy has to do is get on U.S. soil because once on U.S. soil, our military can’t be used.
Can you imagine that playing out? Our military would be standing there with all their training and equipment saying, “Son of a bitch, they got on U.S. soil so I guess we can’t do anything about it now. Oh well. Turn all that gear around and let’s head back to the base. That $800B+ we spent on all this stuff this year to protect and defend will just have to go back in the closet for now.”

I read the entire RFK, Jr letter copy on X. This man makes total sense. The media have tried to smear him that he is a kook trying to eliminate ALL vaccines. He clarifies things like some children, for example, may be of a subset who will be badly injured by certain mandated vaccines. RFK, Jr. also correctly argues Big Pharma companies MUST be liable for injuries resulting from their products or there will be NO EFFORT TO MAKE VACCINES SAFER.
Mandated vaccines are the enemy of our “right to choose” what goes into our bodies. This is a violation of the Nuremberg Code set in writing after WWII. INFORMED CONSENT is a mandatory element of human freedom.
I would add my opinion politicians who forced the COVID vaccines upon the people should be held criminally accountable for the massive number of deaths and injuries they caused with their tyranny. It was elected politicians who acted to remove accountability and liability for Big Pharma for the harmful results of the vaccines. That action was done to protect the massive profits of Big Pharma without protecting the people. Millions have died and were injured by this criminal irresponsibility.

Deborah both personally and deliberately, through multiple appearances in front of the microphone as the “helpful lady doctor”, did not correct the record at any time, most-particularly when the shots were being “mandated.” She knew damn well that there was no legal or moral justification for any sort of mandate because, as she has admitted, she knew there was never any evidence the covid shots actually produced “immunity” of any sort; in fact the “trials” were deliberately designed so as not to test that capacity (and if they had been they would have failed said trial, which we now know conclusively.)
This is profoundly evil conduct that is worthy of capital punishment.
But more to the point of the Fox article and your little “conversation” in same is the fact that this fraudulent edifice is used to extort conduct from parents for the purpose of money in the doctor’s offices as has been conclusively shown by “vaccine bonus” schedules from insurers, conduct that is both a kickback (and thus arguably illegal under federal and insurance law — specifically in the context of Medicare and Medicaid 42 USC 1320a-7b(b)) and is absolutelyillegal under 15 USC Chapter 1 as it is an attempt to force a tied sale (the shot, which you do not want) to get something you do want (access to a pediatrician for your kid.) That has been illegal for over 100 years and carries felony criminal penalties — specifically, 10 years in the slammer for each and every person so-involved, no matter the type or character of their involvement.
These mandates must all be dropped and EVERY medical office and insurer who participate in any such “payment” scheme prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including not just fines but prison sentences. Beyond being quite-clearly illegal these acts are utterly indefensible in a nation where access to these shots is essentially universal and, in addition, the type and character of each must be disclosed, those that do not produce sterile immunity or for which that cannot be proved must not be called what they are not (“vaccines”) and those which are intended to or do eliminate, in some or all persons, symptoms while not preventing transmission must be fairly disclosed as increasing the risk of you giving a disease unwittingly to others.
