I miss our grass roots movement. Ever since Vance was announced it’s been billionaire this and billionaire that.
Many of us have spent the last four years thinking every day we would have the front door kicked in by Feeb storm troopers for voicing our support for President Trump on the interwebs.
I keep seeing picks for cabinet positions the favor GloboCorp. We have been pushed to the back of the Juggernaut.

This whole thing is bittersweet for me. When I thought the World was on the Brink it didn’t bother me that I am being paralyzed in slow motion because I was sure I’d go out in a blaze of glory if our Country went apesh!t fighting for Freedom.

Over a million newcomers (not counting flights of TPS Illegal Imports flown in to the tune of 150,000 a month with housing allowances brought to Florida Airports) have jacked our already lean housing market up so badly only a total collapse like the one im 07 -08 could return balance to the market.
Labor jobs go to Illegals. 32 hours a week in retail or fast food doesn’t really cut it. Tip averages are down big time for service industry workers.
Our State doesn’t manufacture much except for Convicted Felons. I see things as they are, not as I wish them to be.
Just because the Creator gave us another spin with President Trump does not mean we can all relax because the damage from the last four years just evaporated.
I hear ya. That’s the reality of FL. I from CT(a very high expense state) knew a very competent plumber who moved down to FL thinking that that living conditions would be great. What he found was his salary/wage decreased, which he expected, but his living expenses were the same as when he was living in CT. He moved back. And that was during the Bush 2 years. It could only have gotten worse since then.

The Florida pay scale is definitely lower in most of the state than in other industrialized states. Don’t move here to find the high paying jobs unless you’re in the type of work that supports high wages. If you weren’t born here, and there are a large number of natives, you move here for a slower, less hectic, and often less rewarding job.
The influx of Californicators to our state has driven housing prices through the roof. They sell multi-million dollar shacks in California and come pay cash for a luxury home here. It hurts, but those are the facts. Hopefully, they didn’t bring their Blue Meanie, Leftist views with them.
I too believed that one day my front door might be kicked in by the Jack Booted thugs of the FBI…. Now, I have hope, not a pipe dream, that things may change for the better. They will likely not be astronomical changes as we’re not going to eliminate the Intelligence Community and their seventeen silos, but we may prayerfully alter their missions from taking us down to focusing on the foreign enemies they were charged with taking down.

Your situation may exist from a few bad choices; however, all is not lost. Recovery is possible, sources are available, but they require work on your part. Start online or at the library. Good luck.

I think the billionaires don’t know it yet but Trump is setting them up to voluntary pay to rebuild damages from hurricanes, wars, tornados, etc from riches and benefits they earn from his smaller, leaner, less tax consuming, and efficient government. Example like Elon sending Starlink in aftermath of Helene when Trump called him.
There was a little catch with the Starlink as in that there is a contract. After the 3/4 month grace period you are charged at normal rate for duration.

To earn school clothes money, I worked on farms as a young teen and in Mama’s grocery store. After I could drive, I worked in Kresses, small town Department store. Worked while in college and went on to grad school. It was a more hopeful time back before Carter, Bush, Clinton, Obama years.

That they are billionaires isn’t as troubling to me as the blind devotion to a flawed man, who is acknowledged to – more often than not – go with the opinion/advice of the last person to talk to him. Meanwhile, I see fraud in states eroding what should have been bigger wins in the House and Senate, and I hear crickets – even from the “grassroots” – for the most part because PDJT won. I’m getting the uneasy feeling that with the announcement of Trump’s nominees, everyone is ready to sit back and wait for the “magic” to happen. As if it’s a fait accompli. I got bad news for those who think that. It isn’t.
As the majorities that should have been get eroded by fraud, and even though the propaganda media is melting down over the nominee list, it’s far from over. The bright shiny object for the PM to focus on right now are names, people. Once the confirmation process starts though, the new bright shiny object will be “there was no mandate.” How? Simple. The new narrative will become “the people voted for Trump over Kackles, but they also voted for a Congress to keep him in check.” And they will point at the losses of Hovde, Lake, Brown, seats stolen in CA and NV, etc. etc. How do I know this? Because I’ve seen it play out over and over again over the decades.
My main point here is the same point I made in 2017, and throughout the Trump era. Trump cannot accomplish anything on his own. The people are going to have to remain engaged. VERY engaged. The education of the masses doesn’t end just because we “won” an election. It is ongoing. Because the forces who wish to enslave us don’t sleep. They go at it 24/7.

I never went to a poor or working class person for a job that I intended to build a career on or support my family. I went to large businesses run by corporate management because they were stable, successful and paid well.
Small businesses are the backbone of this nation but they generally are not prepared to take on national challenges.

These people supported Trump with their voices and their money. I’ve been in the trenches for fifty+ years, and there is always contention between those who are able to support with money and voice versus those of us who are the boots on the ground. We need both, and I can guarantee you that President Donald J. Trump knows it was we, the little people, who pulled the levers for him. We have not been forgotten.

I have a lot of respect for Kevin O’Leary and always enjoy his take on things. Hey, he seems very positive about the team that is coming together. I feel pretty good about it, too. I always say, same people, same ideas, same shit. We are going in a new direction and hopefully will see many great results. I continue to pray for America and her future.
