Appearing on Fox News, DNI nominee Tulsi Gabbard discusses her perspectives on the position and her anticipation of the nomination process moving forward. As a DNI nominee Mrs Gabbard will have to pass through the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).
::Heavy Sigh:: I wish the interviewer would begin the questioning by asking, “what does the DNI do?” That approach would be far more interesting than discussing feelings and reactions. WATCH:

Q and A sounds very scripted.
Everything and anything will be used against them in confirmation hearings. It’s just as political as campaigning for an office. So this scripting is likely a way to key the sound bites safe, while giving Fox enough red meat content to get viewers and advertising.
All of Jesse’s interviews are scripted in advance by his producers. Standard Operating Procedure.
Conservative media is falling all over itself with Trump’s nominees. The left is absolutely losing its mind. Both of these are understandable and acceptable. My concern is that when the nominees find themselves sitting in front of the Senate committee and the beast rears its head, will they survive? I have no doubt that each and every one of them can outthink and outtalk some of the maroons seated there. But when it comes to a full vote in the Senate, will they be able to carry it off? All it will take is one or two spurned Republican senators to get their revenge on Trump.
Eleven Inches of Persuasion.
We may soon see how VSGGEPDJT’s Kompromat Files come into play.
One might consider these Senate Committees as highly deserving Target Rich Environments . . .
Furthermore, I consider that the Derp State must be destroyed!!

Check out Article 2 Section 3 of Constitution.
POTUS can convene one or both houses if there is a disagreement and Adjourn (order them) them until he sees fit.
Never been done to my knowledge, but it’s there and constitutional.
Scenario: Thune drags his ass or blocks; Trump convenes Senate, chews them out / says there is a crisis and adjourns them. Fills all nominations immediately thereafter that are all valid until the conclusion of the session, usually 2 years.
Thune neutered.
Nominees sworn in!

I can already hear, “See, he’s a dictator. See, damn, see!!!! He’s following the Constitution, so he’s a dictator!”
Rinse and repeat.
It will be glorious.
But with so many leaving X, how will they spread the word? CNN and MSNBC have lost more than half their audiences.
Everyday I learn something from Treepers.
YES….life is about leverage. Even with the Alaskan beast and lobster head.
Well, you know, Hitler is choosing his cabinet and it’s a threat to democracy and all that. haha
Is it a full vote, or just the Republicans?
It will go through committee first.
It will take 4 Senators to derail, since a tie goes to VP JD Vance. If any of those Senators are up in 2026, woe be to them. I’m looking at you Collins.
3 or 4. A lot of PA shenanigans going on and McCormick up by only 26.5K now.
Time to call the shot the way Pa. voters voted! There are no hidden ballots, only fraudulent ballots! Enough of this bullchit!
Hopefully they will all need more time w/family.
Thune too in 2026. He’d better perform well as Leader.
Let us hope Thunes wife suggests he run for SD governor as it was discussed herein recently. Here’s hoping the chess match goes in our favor.
McTurtle is history, time to MAGA!
Thune is scheduled for 2028. Rounds is the SD senator up in 2026. Rounds is another dedicated backstabber; reliable vote for foreign wars, spending sprees, and leadership malfeasance.
Oh yes you’re right. Dang.
The people voted Trump into office, NOT republicans! Careers are at stake with how you vote!
Mr. Gaetz also has a snarling beastly head.
May God Bless Him and Tulsi.
Conservative media? Fox detests Trump at least as much as CNN, probably more, because his very existence underscores their false credentials.
Don’t forget the positive affect that President Trump has on viewership for both. It is always all about the money.
I think all mainstream media is in survival mode right now . Fox may be the only one left standing in the next few months .
They don’t want to piss President Trump voters off anymore than they already have . Maybe that’s the reason for the softball interview. ??
Gruber calls em Chicken Noodle News (CNN), I love that.
The Q&A during confirmation hearings is for public show only, it doesn’t affect votes. Votes are decided behind the scenes.
All it will take is one or two spurned Democrat senators to get their revenge on Kamala.

Bullied?…..Good….
They may get revenge on Trump, but their future in politics is OVER! The people spoke, they’ve had enough BS!
i suppose one reply from the candidates could be a universal answer for all of them. ‘after the last four years i couldn’t possibly do worse’.
Some of this is designed to uncover the enemy’s position.
Those outstanding candidates for position who have not yet been nominated may be waiting in the wings for the 2nd attack.
The Democrats and rinos will look stoooooopid when they try to derail these nominees. They can’t hide their obnoxiousness or 2 facedness…. And we’ll have it documented ….
After any silly hearings where a totally qualified nominee is denied by a small group of the Senate, then the intended real people for the same positions will be nominated and the people (WE THE PEOPLE) will have had enough of the grandstanding BS.
Say “yes” you POS … we’re tired of this….or else watch Musk dump $ 20 million into a 2026/2028 primary and remove you like the trash you are.
Sundance,
Your earlier thread and idea on how PT and team could truly leverage the ODNI and the authority it has been granted is masterful and absolutely needs to get in front of PT and his close advisors.
Somebody has to be able to make that happen.
….and cc Tulsi Gabbard.
Any chits you can call in to make that happen, SD?
Melania will take care of it.
Someone please show us proof she actually reads here.
We don’t have time to sit and blow bubbles in the sky.
I’m sure she’ll get right on that for you.

My faith in our Lord, my trust in American people and our President Donald Trump has brought me this far. I’ll continue to pray and support the new path we have chosen.
Prayer is missing all over this great country. Start prayer groups, either at church, or in your home. just get together in your homes and pray. You don’t need to do anything else. Our church just started doing this last night. 10 of us this first time around, we are hoping to have a Prayer Revolution and we pray to God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth that he grants us this plea. we are studying through A Praying Church book and we are confident in our Lord that this WILL happen, just like the answer to our prayers for a duly elected Donald J. Trump. God Bless All!
Maybe its better that they dont ask what the DNI does. keep them in the dark as to what really happens..
::Heavy Sigh:: I wish the interviewer would begin the questioning by asking, “what does the DNI do?” That approach would be far more interesting than discussing feelings and reactions.
I agree. This wasn’t a very informative interview, which is sad because it could have been.
What is Kamala feeling?
He asks such in depth questions 🤣🤣🤣🙃🙃🤢🥴😵💫

Right….?
The crazy thing I discovered is that the majority of “journalists” bona fide journalists that I actually pay money to support/access/ subscribe to, are former (or current ? sane, moderate ) dems/liberal/lefties….!
like Greenwald, Rubin, Taibi…..even the likes of Jimmy Dore….!
Which gave me GREAT HOPE and revealed the zeitgeist that was responsible for the Trump team symbiosis and/or attraction…..
Glenn is a good guy, I’ve actually talked with him a few times (via private message).
Thats cool…..What you see is what get right, right? No artifice or packaging for any of them ….which….I suppose is EXACTLY what you want with a journalist….just be REAL.
And speaking of Jimmy Dore… yeah, there seems to be something about Cenk Uygur that causes people to get (at least partly) red-pilled. If seems to be happening now, to a lesser extent, with Anna Kasparian. I predict that within a year from now she’ll be fully on the Trump Train. (I’m halfway serious…)
(By the way, I don’t hate Cenk the way a lot of us do. I find him interesting even when he’s being a scumbag, which is quite often. And I like that on occasion he’ll slam the bad guys as much as he does us/Trump. But of course most of the time he IS one of the bad guys… still though, something feels a little different about him.)
I like Glenn too.

Apparently we live in the Age of Feelings, Emotions and Reactions
I had no idea that .Tulsi was an Intelligence & Cyber Expert.
Rush used to call it the Oprah-fication of America.
While I think he was on the right track, I view the Oprah business model as more of a symptom than a cause of this phenomena. The West has been moving away from a culture organized around reason/logic-based outcomes to one organized around feelings/emotion-based outcomes. Results that make people feel better are prioritized over results that make people empirically better.
We live in the Post-Enlightenment era.
When I was an airline Captain for a major Part 121 airline we would have famous people on board. I would have the purser take my business card and a complimentary bottle of wine to people I admire. Generally they were very appreciative.
Seeking autographs is discouraged but I would politely ask those who responded well if they would be kind enough to sign my flight plan. They all loved it !
So when Edwin Meeese Iii was on board I asked my purser to go through the steps. She asked who Edwin Meese was – I expected that. But I knew the world was headed downhill when she asked me what an attorney general was !
What Year was That ?
AMERICAN CIVICS was Dropped as a Requirement in the 1970’s in Michigan
1980s. Meese was Reagan’s AG.
And He wrote a fine letter – Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme court in defense of Trump
They don’t make them like they used to!
they never did.
You are spot on. Much of education is emphasis on feelings.
Academics are diluted. Forget homework. It is a constant struggle. Students will not do it.
.Parents are busy.
This is a generalization. However, there is a glaring decline in the quality of student work IMO.
Not all parents are too busy! Let’s give praise and equal evaluation to the good ones. I will start
First Lady Melania Trump, Menagerie, my single Dad Grandson Jeremy….laser focused on his 9 year old daughter’s education and well being. So many good parents out there raising our future Americans that do the “daily grilling with giggles, love and laughter!”
Divides students who seek facts, truth, including those on the Spectrum with the focus and brain power to do things Neurotypicals can’t, from future liberal politicians and leaders, who get an easy A in Manipulating Emotions, no matter how dumb they are.
…reason/logic based outcomes (masculine) to one organized around feelings/emotion-based outcomes (feminine).
Yep, you pretty much nailed it – you will find next to no civilizations that thrived very long under the latter. They may exist for a while, as the earlier logical systems fade into oblivion, but they ultimately go under for lack of it. Matriarchial-style societies, though the subject of much fictional storytellimg, never last.
Clapper was an “expert” and we all saw how that worked out.
I think more substantive interviews will reveal more. Perhaps now is the time to revel in the feelings and emotions. There will be time for more with so much time between now and inauguration.
I’m willing to cut a bit of slack for now.
Good point.
There will be substantive interviews, all right.
But they won’t be on cable or broadcast tv.
I’m not. We already went thru Trust The Process before. It didn’t work out.
The so-called “experts” have screwed this nation.
It’s time for us MAGA barbarians and amateurs to fix it.
Good point.

Wow….thanks for linking this…. it possibly explains A LOT of what we are seeing “now-a-days” with SO many disturbed, blue haired angry unreasonable antifa-like young people…..I think it doesn’t exist in a vacuum nor is it as successful on strong willed well balanced people with slightly better than “average” intelligence…..
but with emotionally delicate, insecure (read puberty) kids AND over a long period of time…..yes…..DEVASTATING and CRIMINAL.
I never knew it was a thing but definitely could sense it, and recoiled from it organically….but just figured it was the teacher or a style of teaching I couldn’t handle…..and thus took a different class.
and yet curiously, its been mostly later in life and in corporate training/indoctrination type situations that it seems UBIQUITOS.
Gabbard used the word “heartening”. In a word. This is all heartening.
In her first comments, she said that when talking with President Trump, they talked about the “work that needs to be done” and that she “supports his objectives”.
What more needs to be said?
I thought Trump was a retro misogynist who hated women and wanted to bring back The Handmaid’s Tale?
No Joy Forward
Kamala’s joy turned into anger
Let’s get her on Joe Rogan (again) where we can hear an extended conversation about her new position within the federal apparatus.
Stop wasting our time with these legacy media short-time hits. I’m so over that nonsense already.
Watters did a soft roll out for the TV crowd – no need to be so harsh.
Agreed. It is beyond feeling stale, it’s crept into the ‘I’ve just wasted a portion of my life’ zone.
Huge pass on Joe Rogan.

This Perspective Is Why Tulsi Gabbard Will Be DNI (2min)
https://rumble.com/v5p6lte-this-perspective-is-why-tulsi-gabbard-will-be-dni.html
She speaks eloquently here and the only two things I disagree with her on or anyone who states them is this:
She stated President Joe Biden during the conversation. He Is Not the legitimate President and never has been. Don’t use that phrase ever! It is Joe Biden that’s all.
Second she spoke about this oldest and most successful democracy. We are not. This is a constitutional Republic! Period. Stop feeding an untruth. Rant off. ❤️
He’s picking a lot of people in their 40s and 50s. Interesting shift to the Gen X and early Millenials (they act more like Gen X in my opinion). Being Gen X, I’m partial, but we are logical, pragmatic and stand up for what we believe in as a whole. Obviously, some of us are scum bags, but we are a good group to fix the BS.
Cynicism and skepticism are wonderful shields when it comes to the IC…and both are personality traits found in Gen X in spades. I enjoy watching movies and stuff with other Gen X’ers just to watch people roll their eyes at obvious propaganda.
I’ve always felt like, “Well, that’s completely bullshit.” would be a better Gen X slogan than “Whatever.”
Maybe they cynicism started with being the generation who grew up watching Star Trek reruns and telling each other, “uh-oh, red shirt, he’s dead.”
XFiles
It came (imho) from wide-swept divorce & latch-key kids bc everyone was at work. E.T movie a great example of both.

“I wish the interviewer would begin the questioning by asking, “what does the DNI do?” That approach would be far more interesting than discussing feelings and reactions.”
Completely agree!!
Well, that approach may inform people.
The first thing she does is go on FOX? Not exactly a signal of change.
Would you rather she go on MSNBC or CNN?
Or Dancing with the Stars?
The Masked Singer!
But to be fair, Michelle Obama beat her to that one.
At least faux is still pretending to be “fair and balanced.”
Democrats panic every time someone in their “circle” breaks rank.
James Clapper still doesn’t know what the DNI does.
He knows it has something to do with lying.
I feel genuine pity for people still watching legacy media. Truly. Let it go…..
Think of FOX as a gateway drug for reality. No help with critical thinking, but their lying is inconsistent, sort of hit and miss, so truth is not universally excluded.
‘so truth is not universally excluded.’ Ha ha ha, it’s funny because it’s true!
That’s some Clintonian level parsing there…
Sounds about right to me.
Paula Ryan & Fox helped install der NippleFuhrer–and then began running “Biden’s Border Crisis!”
Paula, please.
If Trump isn’t counting on getting all these picks through, and Gabbard is the sacrificial lamb making it easier to then push through Grenell ….. I’m all for that.
Sadly if there’s one person the Senate will want to knock down it’s Gaetz …. but boy, don’t we want that one.
Maybe Yrump wants Gaetz in the Senate
Could be the same strategy to get Paxton in.
Good point.
Trevor Loudon and Diana West are not happy Trevor Loudon-avid commie hunter-says shes a commie and has met with Code Pink
https://nitter.poast.org/TrevorLoudon1/status/1856779865069867029#m
Trevor Loudon:
Tulsi Gabbard should be nowhere near the federal government. She has deep communist ties. I wrote a chapter on Tulsi Gabbard in my book “White House Reds”. Please see my Keywiki page on Tulsi Gabbard:
keywiki.org/Tulsi_Gabbard
https://nitter.poast.org/TrevorLoudon1/status/1856778541276569610#m
This rap sheet on Gabbard is not convincing. It’s a lot of guilt by association. And apparently we’re supposed to draw inferences from the fact she’s a longtime peace activist.
I have learned a lot from Loudon, Nyquist, and West and think they deserve a bigger voice on the threat of global Communist and the China/Russia axis, in particular. But one critique I have is that they have never understood left populism and tend to equate any peace activist or self-identified “socialist” as a foreign-groomed traitorous communist. Gabbard was a leftist. She’s the opposite of a NeoCon. She may be wrong on some of her takes — but it doesn’t make her a Russia-backed communist.
Anti-communists like Loudon really need more nuance on peace activists – they paint them all as traitorous communists. A lot of them (like Gabbard) were heavily influenced by the lies and corrupt policy that drove the Iraq and Afghanistan wars — and even if that’s a bias that needs to be checked when it comes to current threats, it’s NOT the same as being a communist plant. Anti-communists might call peace activists “useful idiots” but even that needs more scrutiny and nuance — it’s not all hippie dippies, it’s also very serious people who see that our war policy and institutions have been captured. Loudon/Nyquist/West need to take account of the real, factual reasons that many are distrustful of U.S. war policy and keep persuading them that the China/Russia threat is real. Neoliberals don’t want to hear it because they just want to keep making money. War skeptics are interested in facts and sound strategy, and as far as I can tell that’s the bucket that Gabbard falls into. Her skepticism and honest inquiry propelled her from the dems to the republicans, and that same way of thinking could affect her view on war and defense, too.
She wouldn’t have been my first choice, but calling her a communist is a smear.
Major Hula-Tan
Posing with ANTIFA didn’t help. But maybe that was when they were anti-Oligarchy. They have since sold out to the Oligarchy. It went from Occupy Wall Street to being occupied by Wall Street.
Sometimes sentiments can be discerned by what people receive and/or reject.
Donald Trump Told The Truth, Kamala Harris Lied
Good call.
Everything Loudon does is a smear.
I’ve been trying to help American conservatives understand Loudon since he popped up all over America during the Tea Party days. A blog post from 2016:
“The other interest group that hi-jacked the Tea Party movement was spear-headed by a freakish New Zealander, Trevor Loudon. Loudon hides his affiliation and traipses around the USA (on whose dime?) presenting to Tea Party groups his fetish-weirdness–that all American Progressives are directly connected to overt Socialist/Communist organizations.
“This is such a horrible misunderstanding of American politics that it could only come from a foreigner–which he is. But Loudon is even worse–he represents a strange convolution of two cults–Scientology and a rump-remnant branch of the John Birch Society.
“Loudon is a long-time representative of, spokesman for, and true-believer in a New Zealand cult (ZAP–Zenith Applied Philosophy) that blends Scientology (their leader, “Johnny Ultimate”) was defrocked from Scientology and had to form his own cult) and documents they dredged up from John Birch Society of the 1950s.
“Since the Tea Party was formed, Loudon appears, as if by magic, at local meetings all across the country. Who’s funding this insanity?”
Wouldn’t Trump have vetted ties to the Communist party or Communist countries?
I know he values loyalty but if Loudon has connected the dots and laid it out on Gabbard, would that be part of due diligence?
Not assuming Loudon’s wrong. But hoping this wouldn’t have been missed by Trump’s people.
Marxist Offered Economics Post

You can safely assume that Loudon is wrong.
Joe McCarthy was right–and he had excellent sources.
Loudon is what McCarthy was accused of being. We can safely ignore Loudon’s deranged blathering.
Trevor Loudon is a semi-deranged zealot, cult member of a strange mixture of Scientology and John Birch from New Zealand.
He sees “literal Communists” under every bed.
This is not helpful or based on reality.
Our opponents are NOT “communists,” card carrying or otherwise. They are Politically Correct Progressives, who hate Normal America.
Running around the country screaming “Commie!” at people like Gabbard is stupid.
I guess I’ll be the first to be a toxic male and say …..
I think she looked frickin 🔥🔥🔥 …..
and….I love her voice too……🤫🤷🏼
(NONE of which goes unnoticed by Trump)
Not gonna lie…when she first came on the scene, I wished she was on our side. 😉 So far, I’m happy with what I’m seeing…
She’s beautiful, that’s for sure. And intelligent.
She’s a knockout. Period.
To clarify I was referring to this video clip …. but still…yeah Im THAT shallow…..🤪🫣
Sometimes I wonder if President Trump is expecting some of his nominees to fail and he would have an easier time with a second and preferred nominee. He will also out a number senators with those that support him and those that don’t. Looking from the outside it is hard to see what the strategy is. How is it going to look for the senate if they take too long to approve Trump’s appointments? Resist much, they can.
If memory serves me, in The Art of the Deal, he talks about negotiating by asking for way more than you think the other person will give — making an outrageously large ask, and expecting it to be shot down. If you actually get what you ask for, it’s a big win. But if they turn you down, you have room to negotiate down to what you wanted in the first place — and you have a better chance of them agreeing to it, and thinking they bargained you down.
This could be the Gaetz strategy. Ask for Gaetz — but settle for Paxton, or whoever. He did that with Ratcliff, when the Senate began stonewalling his appointment — President Trump appointed Ric Grenell instead, and he went into overdrive and scared them even more, so that they begged for Ratcliff.
In the Ratcliffe/Grenell example, he hit back harder and got someone the establishment hated more. Any AG pick after Gaetz would be worse (how do you outdo picking Gaetz?)
I’m really hoping they’ve figured out how to win this. That said, it does seem he’s sealed his contingency plan by resigning so quickly.
You outdo picking Gaetz by picking Paxton. Either one is a win, and the Gaetz Keeper becomes AAG. Or Paxton becomes AAG. Either way, it is a win.
Those crying and stomping their feet about Gaetz all have a few things in common:
They have broken the law and conducted shady business (yes, you too Ms Collins and Murkowski)They all voted for Garland.
That’s definitely part of the strategy. The question always is, do you start with your knockout punch, or do you save it for later?
Appears to me that there are a number of heavyweights being held in reserve for just that scenario.
Musk has said that he will finance a Primary against any Senator who is not on board with the nominations.
Please for the love of God take out Collins and Murkowski. It is way past time.
Cool, I had not heard that! Any source?
and how about the info trumps other cabinet members can gather on the different senate committee’s actions against him. like the ssci. i think any wrongdoer is exposed in D.C. now.
I saw she was on The View and described herself as a woman of color.
Palm to forehead…Why? I would like to hear Trump say”I’m a man of color!- Orange!” The acceptance of identity politics is antithetical to meritocracy. It should stop. Nobody in MAGA should be any color other than orange.
There will always be a level of “speak to your audience”.

yeah, but I’m actually a dusky pinkish color, depending on sun exposure
you know — like that “flesh” crayon in the old box of 48
I don’t know how his picks will clear the Senate committees to even get the Senate vote.
Trump must know something or have a plan.
Don’t underestimate the magnitude of Trump’s win. These people now have to view Trump differently. He has a mandate now. That couldn’t be said in 2016. There will be serious backlash against any RINOs who obstruct nominees. I’m not saying it’s going to be a cakewalk, but Trump holds the hammer now.
Yuuuge hammer. Best hammer ever made and it’s glorious.
‘Bang bang Maxwell’s silver hammer….’
Agreed. It’s no longer in vogue for someone to oppose Trump, let alone snicker as they do it.
Of those who go against Trump, this time, it will be interesting to see who hates Trump so much they can’t help themselves, compared to those who are doing it because they are so obviously compromised.
They also realize that Trump has a give track record of his endorsement making or breaking a campaign. If they want to be reelected they have to align with Trump no matter when they’re up next
Most votes as President in American history.
Shattered records in Iowa, NH, and rallies across the country.
These appointments have been shocking to me but I got to thinking about what we know about how this very stabled genius thinks. It’s not 3d chess he plays, it’s “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu if you recall. He studied it. It’s well worth your time.
I find these passages define where we are:
From section X. Terrain:
21. The natural formation of the country is the soldier’s best ally; but a power of estimating the adversary, of controlling the forces of victory, and of shrewdly calculating difficulties, dangers and distances, constitutes the test of a great general.
24. The general who advances without coveting fame and retreats without fearing disgrace, whose only thought is to protect his country and do good service for his sovereign, is the jewel of the kingdom.
25. Regard your soldiers as your children, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys; look upon them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death.
Thanks Jmbuck, I was looking for something good to read !

In an information war, the battles are not fought in the streets, they’re fought in your mind.
While the merit of the interviewer’s questions are, in and of themselves, questionable, Trump’s “A-Team” certainly is coming together quickly, and we look forward to what each member brings to the table. Tulsi Gabbard is as much of that team as anyone else. Her experience, or lack thereof, will be the proving ground of what someone of her integrity and grit can muster and her fresh pair of eyes will only lend credence to how badly National Intel needs to be under her fine microscope. Other comrades in the trenches with her will assist in the mechanics of much needed change. Trust the process.
I would never expect anything too cerebral from Jesse Waters. I like Tulsi, I’ll reserve the hand wringing/pearl clutching until we see what pans out.
I guess you are only seeing Jesse’s wrapper…he gets away with whatever he can within Fox. For now.
I used to think he was risky, cutting edge, Then I noticed he seems to really like Kevin McCarthy and Mike Johnson. He can’t see the Rinos through the trees, so to speak.
Leave the heavy interview lifting to The Epoch Times. Jesse Waters is an entertainer.
“Republican President-elect Trump nominates former democrat Tulsi Gabbard for the position of Director of National Intelligence.”
Women and democrats hardest hit.
Oooof….deep cut…. but I like the way you think….🤣🤫🍿🍿
I would say I support Tulsi Gabbard more than Donald Trump does, but one can’t go any higher than 100%.
She might be the sacrificial anode, or maybe that’s matt gaetz.
astute
good concept
not many people know what that is
maybe 1 in 20 or 1 in 10, depending on today’s state of science and industry education
I learned it when doing a project tracing a military fuel pipeline
.
Good question. What does the DNI do.
I went to the ODNI website and still don’t know. A lot of vague post-modernistic lingoistic collaborationistic bureaucratic froufra sprinkled with some potentially alarming stuff. It looks like its become yet another bloated department of people looking for things to do to preserve their careers.
https://www.dni.gov/index.php/ncsc-features/123-about
https://www.intelligencecareers.gov/odni/about-odni
.
What does the DNI do?
Prior to the Trump administrations; “Official mouthpiece for the IC”
Well, they prepped Clapper to run for his HOA board.
Or so 51 current and former officials say.
Sundance has discussed it many times. Use the search bar up top to find the articles.
The first DNI joined NeverTrump cult in 2016 and graduated to TDS hustler in 2020.

The DNI is a bureaucratic layer on top of the various members of the Intelligence Community.
Its role is coordinating, deconflicting, building community.
The DNI has NO CONTROL over budgets or operations of individual IC agencies.
Individual IC agency directors control their budgets and operations.
Before 9/11, the Director of the CIA had two roles: Director of the CIA (DCIA), and Director of Central Intelligence (DCI). The DCI’s office had a “Community” group. That group had the same function as the DNI does now–coordinating with the other IC members.
So, today’s DNI is the old DCI’s Community group on steroids, with a ballooning budget. But the DNI still has no control of IC member agencies’ operations or funding. Well, DNI may have a bit of influence on budgets, but nowhere near what the agency heads do.
It appears that fact may not be fully grasped in discussions here.
The DNI is NOT able to wipe out, or re-organize any IC agencies. The DNI CAN re-organize the Office of the DNI–and should–but that will have pretty much zero effect on NSA, CIA, FBI, DIA, etc.
President Trump is driving the UNIPARTY insane!
I LOVE IT!
Gabbi has to sink or swim in this position. I’ll wait to see how it goes, as should all of us.
Anyone thinking they know what is going on is deluding themselves.
Can she bring her surfboard?
She has to surf or smurf.
it’s chilly out there at Rehoboth Beach
I surfed Jersey winters as a teen
We’d surf down to 29 F ocean water temperature
At 28, we’d say “No, that’s too cold”
At 27 F it starts to freeze, like a slurpy, almost a semi-solid slush of small ice pellets
And there’d be frozen ice banks at the top of the swash line, top of the sand berm

Thanks, that’s hilarious!
She is still in campaign speak and it needs to change. It’s a way of communicating broad ideas with few specificities.
It’s Fox News speak.
Tiny sound bites that keep pace with the rapidly changing carnival screen shots, yet do not interfere with the next big pharma commercial break.
For the mentally weakened who still consume their information through that sippy cup.
The Senate is no friend of freedom. It is just another elite totalitarian roadblock on our trip to restore our Christian civilization.
1st Q: How many people are you going to fire?
A: Most of them, and ALL of the woke ones.
From This group? Follows down at her notes with her index finger until she finds Gang of Eight. Here it is, four of you are on my list as she points to specific members. Oh and your Staffers as well.
Fire ALL these agents involved with this coverup:

“what does the DNI do?”
Perhaps that answers your previous question about “why her?”
Maybe the strategy is to intentionally limit the “doing” of the DNI. Or maybe it’s to focus most of the “doing” on delivering the supporting evidence necessary to bring down the Deep State.
Jesse Waters missed his calling as Entertainment Tonight host.
Why the Cruela Stripe?
Or are going for the Marisa Tomei ‘My Cousin Vinny’ look?
Under that ditzy facade, are you an expert mechanic whose aptitude will split this case wide open for the win?
Or is it Trump’s Plan to show the world anyone can do the job, it’s more about who’s pulling the strings behind the curtain ie Start Understanding That Concept ie LOOK BEHIND THE CURTAIN!
I think she’s going gray, and trying to find a stylish way to navigate that
I first noticed that kind of transition with country singer Emmylou Harris about a decade ago, she went thru similar phases
Talk to women of a certain age if you want to know more, I’m pretty sure it’s “a thing”
I am very happy for Tulsi, although I didn’t imagine her in this role. She’s tough, while at the same time a compassionate and honest human being.
Perhaps Elon is going to start with her department and clean house?
.
Then she moves on to the next department that needs cleaning up / closing down like the Department of Education.
.
Otherwise I got nothing on why this person was selected for this job.
“Fox News is television for stupid people”.
Steve Bannon
If Jesse asked the question – ya think Tulsi Gabbard would be able to answer the question.
Watching that segment, it’s a lock she could.
Again, if Trump believed Gabbard was incapable – would not hire.
I don’t care about her past DNC affiliations. Who cares. We should all look in the mirror and review our past. And how we’ve changed.
Maybe Tulsi Gabbard will educate American people what this job entails. Nobody has even heard of it. Except this crowd. How do you distinguish the role in detail vs NSA.
People grow. Change. Case in point: JD Vance. “Trump is Hitler”. Surrounded by neocon cancer. At age 32….
How hard is this job anyway. The key is trust. She cannot be bought or compromised. Doubt she is in over her head.
Agreed completely.
“People grow. Change. Case in point: JD Vance”
Change, or morph?
Somewhere in 2008 article about Obama’s “auto biographies” Obama attributed his meteoric rise in politics to his ability to “reflect” with people. I do not remember the exact wording but thought it was odd, and asked someone who apolitical but deeply understood the globalist schemes. She knew immediately, describing it as a very dark trait screened for and developed in IC recruits.
What I do remember is what she said next ….“It means he can make people see in him whatever they want to see”
Vance can do that.
I share Sundance’s exasperation with the interviewer, but let’s be honest. Jesse Waters is a pretty face with a shallow intellect. He doesn’t have the desire or the ability to ask deep, meaningful questions.
Interviewers are playing a part, showing off for their peer group.
Notice how much they are on camera, compared to the subject?
I think they skip over the basics because they know the show is for political junkies, who like to think they are ‘insiders’.
What does the DNI do? Other than manage the 100% overhead of the ODNI.
It was created to break down interagency stovepipes that contributed to 9/11.
So, for example, if we wanted to understand why the FBI claimed that it didn’t know Carter Page was a CIA asset when they got a FISA warrant to spy on Trump. Or how those 51 intelligence experts could somehow conclude Hunter’s laptop was disinformation when the FBI not only had the laptop for a year, but had validated its authenticity.
You know…silos.
But never used for that legit purpose, as explained above.
A used car with no mileage–sweet!
Great choice for DNI! Especially since Homeland Security placed her on the “Quiet Skies” watch list, resulting in her being shadowed by Air Marshalls on every flight…
DNI = CIA able to operate openly on American soil; pure and simple.
The silence on whether the Sundance dissection of the deep states has reached anyone with actionable access is disturbing.
Reading it and discarding it would be terrible but at least it would be read by someone in Trumps inner circle. Some one with trusted access who might say,”I think you should read this.” So far I think we are 0 for 10 or so. Hoping for some chess metaphor doesn’t cut it.
Give us 20 names and a folder of important research articles with a chance to disseminate this analysis.Have no more than 2 people send in the analysis to any one recipient. At this point, we can only make those chosen aware. We need attack dogs like Homan, who can hold their tongues until ratified.
Maybe Sundance could organize some of his trusted members to carry this out, if not already done.
Personally, I think Tulsi Gabbard might be approachable(maybe ; who really knows about these folks lol)
When I worked in LA, I actually saw producers take screenplays given to them and just toss them in the trash without a glance. We would just go behind them and return them to the writer, who was unaware and thankfully so.
When I first heard about the Zimmerman case being reopened, my immediate thought was that Obama and Holder were trying to set up a lawfare intimidation campaign against Stand Your Ground laws. I realized how naïve I was when I found Sundance’s research, and stood on the sidelines watching him dissect and analyze all dimensions, names, and likely intent of every weasel, scumbag, propagandist and useful idiot involved in the conspiracy including Holder Obama, Rick Scott, the AG, the DA, jurors, witnesses, media etc etc.
As the trial unfolded his work could be seen, woven into it all.
