I was just shopping at WalMart on a Friday evening, Florida Panhandle, when it occured to me – almost no “migrants” were shopping tonight – it was virtually all local Floridians.
Two guys were cashing their paychecks, then sending the money back home to Guatemala (or wherever) and one older Mexican woman was shopping – and that was it.
The store was busy, and usually gimmiegrants are 20% of the shoppers, but not tonight.
