It’s sadly being drowned out by election coverage, but subway hero Daniel Penny is on trial right now in New York for protecting passersby from a dangerous maniac.
Today, bombshell evidence went public for the first time: Even though Penny is facing decades in prison for supposedly choking Jordan Neely to death, Neely in fact still had a pulse when police arrived, and only actually died well after Neely was separated from him.
Neely must be acquitted immediately, and then compensated by the New York government for this travesty.
