Sounds just like what you outlined: names probably have the names of illegal migrants who were registered. Then, the ballots sent to the “registered” wind up at an apartment complex with the intention that a postal service co-conspirator or a ballot chaser would pick up the completed ballots. Someone screwed up here and one resident got all the ballots sent to her.

According to what the manager told her, the unit had been vacant for the past three months, so this was clearly planned in advance, but something went wrong, and the woman who actually received the ballots was NOT supposed to be there!
Did the manager screw up and rent out the unit too soon or did the USPS carrier screw up by actually delivering them instead of just passing them on to the “clearinghouse” to be filled out and returned?

Presented my ID as a matter of course but in NY you can show your ID to make the process go quicker. She still asked my name and address LOL.

Just voted in my town in Upstate South Carolina. It was just prior to lunch and I waited 52 minutes to get through the line at the local library. This is a very conservative area and nothing nefarious was going on. Many people in line were talking. Everyone was jolly. To be sure, not ONE person said they were voting for Kamala. They were all on the Trump train. Of course, that was just the people in my area of the line but it was a good and quick moving line. All the illegal votes will be mailed in though.
