A federal lawsuit has been filed against the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for allegedly turning over confidential DMV data containing the “personal info of millions of Americans and non-citizens for targeted voter registration and outreach efforts.”
@_CitizenAG filed the federal lawsuit after discovering Wisconsin’s DOT gave the two nonprofits the confidential DMV data.
This is a major breach of voter trust.
As the litigants describe it, the lawsuit centers around David J. Becker and his two nonprofits, the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) & the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR).
The Complaint maintains that ERIC and the CEIR abused the data for an array of illegal political activities, all of which are prohibited under the DPPA (Driver’s Privacy Protection Act).

I have a more perfidious slant on this. I have been of the opinion for many years that the end game of the deep state is the provocation of a civil war and a constitutional crisis so they can move forward “unburdened by what has been”. Just returned from voting early here in the mid-Hudson Valley of NYS. We were surprised by the long line upon arrival at 2:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Everyone in line as well as the volunteer poll workers were in high spirits. Once in the polling area, I counted no less than 50 people either signing in/picking up ballot/voting on about a dozen stations. Line moved smoothly and we were on our way home by 4:00 pm.
The weather was particularly pleasant with sunny/breezy 78 degrees so waiting was no big deal. It sure beats waiting in line outdoors during 2020’s blustery 30 degree wet weather. Although we were hesitant to vote early, we are very glad to be done with it.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has admitted that split-ticket voters using Dominion ICX Voter Assist Terminals (VAT) should be prepared for ‘programming issues’ on election day. A VAT is a special type of device which people with disabilities may use to mark their ballot, which the machine then prints and puts through the tabulator.

1,000 miles away in Colorado, the Secretary of State’s office “improperly” posted a spreadsheet to its public website that included passwords to some of the state’s voting system.
On Tuesday morning, Colorado Republican Party Vice Chair Hope Scheppelman shared the hidden tab discovery in a mass email, along with an affidavit from someone who says the downloaded the Excel file & discovered the tab by clicking “unhide,” 9NEWS reports.
Over 600 passwords for machines in 63 of the state’s 64 counties were posted for any and all to see.
“BIOS passwords are highly confidential, allowing broad access for knowledgeable users to fundamentally manipulate systems and data and to remove any trace of doing so. Due to the sensitivity surrounding BIOS passwords, Colorado election regulation (8 CCR 1505-1), Rule 20.5.2(c)(11), requires limited access to a select few at the Colorado Department of State; neither county clerks nor commissioners have access to these files,” said the Colorado GOP.

Yes, Texas has a 6 week limit. I’m not sure if there is anything on the ballot to change it. If there is, it will get overturned. I think Missouri bans all abortions other than in medical emergencies, and there is a measure on the ballot to change it.

I’ve had the chance to talk with individuals that I know who shared how they voted and I must say that I am disappointed that they didn’t take the time to really research the propositions cause there’s alot of trickery in there. Trying to visualize how to start a group where everyone takes a turn doing the deep dive and then share their conclusions with the rest. I’ve offered people to come to the house and copy my sample ballot and I can explain everything with proofs. If I’m wrong I wish I could meet someone who doesn’t just agree with me but I’m not wanting to do it on a public place like this. I remember the controversy about the super highway from Mexico and how nobody wanted it. Looks like Arizona has been chosen and we never had a say. “They paved paradise and put up a parking lot.” The desert is like tundra – it doesn’t recuperate like other environments do. Not the only issue I have with the propositions by far. Plus I expected certain things to get on the ballot that didn’t and I am too ignorant to know why.
The amount of false info/LIES circulating during this election season is absolutely over the top.

NATO’s Arctic Marines – Journey through the High North
NATO’s marines are among the toughest troops in the Alliance.
But in the Arctic, tough isn’t enough – marines must be unusually skilled and resilient to survive the freezing temperatures and rugged landscape.
In early 2024, marine forces from several NATO Allies got to test their mettle against the High North, putting their cold weather lessons into practice while learning new tactics from their counterparts during exercise Steadfast Defender 24.
Finnish, Italian and Swedish marines worked together to stage amphibious raids on the coast of Norway, while US marines improved their survival skills inland, learning what their Nordic Allies already know: when it comes to deep snow, skis are the only way to get around.
The exercise was particularly poignant for Finland and Sweden, NATO’s two newest members.
Finland joined in 2023, while Sweden joined in the midst of the exercise, with many Swedish troops holding impromptu celebrations to mark their accession.
Marines need to be prepared to come ashore and defend Allied territory, no matter the time, place or climate.
This short documentary follows the marines during Steadfast Defender, showing that they’re more than capable of braving the elements to fulfil their mandate.
