It is no wonder kids get bored and look for excitement elsewhere. I was basically gifted and talented through the 8th grade and after that mainstreamed. Mind numbing, boring, and no chance or opportunity for acceleration. In my senior year I wanted to take a 2nd year of accounting and I was willing to go it self study. I was graduating mid year too. We did that in foreign language classes all the time, 3rd and 4th year even. The teacher was not interested, even though he knew I had self studied my way through my first year of accounting, way ahead of the class at all times. Instead they put me in a clerical class for beginners where I learned to file and alphabetize. Stuff I knew way before kindergarten. Totally stupid.

As a Mississippi resident, I am beginning to think that this state is being taken for granted. Yes, things are quite in Jackson, MS, but please remember that this state is not solid.
Please remember that some nefarious politicians have come out of Mississippi: The Barbour brothers, Benny Thompson famous as a J6er committee member, and now, Delbert Hosemann. Delbert Hosemann, currently serving as Lt. Governor, needs to be watched carefully. I do believe that our current senators are weak and are serving out lifetime careers, so the old guard in MS is tight. Hosemann is known to be a RINO.
I understand about battleground states and the need to focus on them, but beware of those that are keeping things low key.

I find this just announced Supreme Court Case to be most interesting. The case involves the overlap of the 1993 Motor Voter Law (get a Driver’s License thru a State DMV and then have the OPTION to register to vote) and the 18US611 (“Alien Voting Act”) that requires citizenship for Federal Elections.
The Gateway Pundit Article makes it appear there is a conflict between the two laws but in fact they overlap as one sets Alien Act sets the Standard for Motor Voter (defining a legal voter).
The Gateway Pundit, correctly, points out that neither the States nor the Feds follow up with verifying selection made under Motor Voter by voters who do not qualify under the “Alien Voting Act”. I find this one fact amazing given State DMV Roles have been linked to DHS (via the TSA) since at least 2008 for “travel security purposes”.
Watch this case closely.
One scary outcome is a situation Sundance has often discussed … the Feds desire to assume FULL CONTROL over Federal elections due to invented conflicts, the need for Feds to preserve civil rights in the assessment and “administrative cost burden”.

If I understand the case correctly, and please anyone feel free to correct me, it is all about the 90 day window. People marked that they were not US citizens. Virginia is removing them from voter rolls. That part not the issue at hand, but the 90 day window.
The 90 day window law was written to allow a legitimate US citizen voter enough time to correct the record if they have a problem with their voter registration. In this case, in the event that a legitimate US citizen mis-read the question and marked the box in error.
Obviously, the Democrats are upset because they want to use those registrations to submit ballots. But if overturned, in future elections the Ds could target voters in MAGA areas for elimination over some random technicality they dream up, and remove MAGA voters from the rolls without enough time to fix it.
So I don’t think it’s a trivial issue, and I don’t think we’re going to win this one. The real question is why on earth did Virginia wait until inside the 90 day window ?
Answer: Classic GOPe. Make a show of doing the right thing, but in such a way that it’s guaranteed to accomplish nothing.
The Supreme Court has just ruled that non citizens can be removed from the voter roles in Virginia!
Why were they put on the voter rolls when they clearly identified as a Non-citizen to begin with?
There’s a major breakdown in the election departments of most states. They have one job that requires them to be functional one day of the year with a staff that gets paid 365 days a year and yet all we see here is massive failures and corruption day after day! Between the dysfunctional federal judges who can’t even come close to getting Presidential Immunity right to elections officials who think their job is to block Republican voters and manufacture fake ballots for Democrats we are definitely not getting our money’s worth!

The FEDS are careful not challenge to the law defining a legal voter to focus on CONTROL.

I’ve been seeing the same thing. I could understand hammering home those issues in the final weeks if there were problems with the MAGA base, but the base seems secure as ever. The economy, safety at home, and preventing the U.S. from getting involved in a world war with three separate fronts should be the centerpiece.
One possibility is that the ads we are seeing are being produced and paid for not by the official campaign, but by single issue PACs.
Possibly because they have polling data suggesting that men playing in women’s sports is a hot topic issue for soccer moms. The media have deliberately ignored it, which immediately suggests it’s a vulnerability for Democrats.

I had a fascinating online conversation with her regarding abortion – told her that many pro-life people, myself included, have been saying for decades the same things about it that she was saying about the vaxx.

With the high tech, high finance individuals who have come out in support of President Trump, many of whom have voted for Democrats in the past, they are taking a risk in supporting President Trump, unless they know something that we don’t. I can’t envision them sticking their necks out unless they have a great deal of certainty that President Trump will win even with the cheating.
I also find it interesting that Karl Rove has come out and stated that he thinks that President Trump will win. Yes, I know who listens to Karl Rove anymore; well, some people still do. In his case, I believe that he is making these statements to give voters for Present Trump a false sense of security so they will stay home and think that President Trump does not need their vote. I remember in 2022 everyone was talking about the “red wave” which didn’t materialize; why, because I think a lot of conservative voters stayed home along with the Dems perfecting their level of cheating.
So what is my point? Take nothing for granted in this election and get out and vote; vote early if you can. Check you vote to make sure the print out matches what you selected on the voting machine and place your print out in the tabulator. So now you have done what you can. Of course it goes without saying to pray that GOD will show this country grace and put President Trump back in office.

And considering the detailed coverage by Sundance and entire books about the Vast octopus of interlaced domestic and international fraud, corruption and misuse of power, what can you or any mere President who, unlike Argentina’s Javier Milei doesn’t have adequate authority to fight the UniParty and international forces against him, manage to do to fix it? Nothing significant enough in our dumbed down, political idiocracy to lead to significant, lasting change.
So, just do what little you legally can to slow our national decline, don’t fret about something you can do nothing effective about, and just legally protect yourself and your family the best you can.
It’s becoming more and more obvious, IMO, that we live in a Banana Republic. Stories like this, stories listed today in the Gateway Pundit, and the many other stories here and on X just shows our elections have become totally corrupted.
The fact that most politicians do not and have not raised this as a major issue is very concerning. The fact that the courts either do not get involved to rule on fraudulent activities or they just go along and let it happen.
The fact that very few in government, including the DOJ, took the tons of evidence of corruption in the 2020 election serious enough to investigate is why J6 happened and why we have huge election issues here today. This includes the SCOTUS that would not allow state litigation to proceed because of some stupid standing rule is why we are here today. They will not even confirm to the states what federal election law is and states must follow federal law-It’s not serious enough for them I guess.
Of course everyone here knows all this and more-How can we have a country when elections are considered fraudulent and citizens have no faith in the results being accurate.

I would like to relate an event that happened to me that is completely unrelated to the election.
I almost lost my life recently. There is a narrow road with narrow margins which goes downhill kind of steeply and turns to the left. On the outside of the turn there is about a ten foot drop off and it is filled with large trees. At the bottom of the gully, there is a large creek with a stone and metal bridge and the bridge narrows to only the road over the creek.
It is a fun road. I was driving down it fast, but, in the opposite direction a big rig was driving down the road too. The big rig was going so fast that it was half way in my lane so I had to pop to the left and drive half off the road and on the edge of margin. If I slow down then I spin off the margin and into the trees – game over. So, I need to maintain speed and drive towards the bridge which is now straight in front of me, which is also game over. Fortunately, the rig was driving so fast that it passed me in a flash and I popped back into my lane and avoided the bridge.
The worst part is not that I would have died hitting a big rig, big trees or a stone/metal bridge. The worst part is that I would have died hitting a big rig, big trees or a stone/medal bridge while listening to ……

Over the years I’ve done my own informal surveys with young people I meet and ask them who the U.S. fought during WWII. You would not believe how many times I got the response, “Russia.”

Just remember, it is SCOTUS ruling that it cannot rule on how states run their elections. So that aspect of the scam must remain in place. The best that ever could have been done is to appeal to the states’ supreme courts and I think that process was exhausted.
So how is it that SCOTUS can rule on “some” election cases and not others? The TRICK is how to base an argument on the US Constitution.
As we all [SHOULD] know, the Federal government shouldn’t be allowed to do most of the things it does — for example regulating firearms nationally. It does this through the COMMERCE CLAUSE which should only be permitted if the law is in place to regulate commercial transactions among the states. This is why the Federal government lost in the case of “Texas Suppressors.” The firearm suppressors were created in Texas and only sold in Texas. The commerce clause doesn’t permit this kind of intervention.
Similarly, the civil rights amendments have been used to make arguments in SCOTUS and are the basis for many federal election laws. If the argument could be made that his being on not being on the states ballots violated civil rights, then there would be a case to hear.
If, for example, they presented evidence or a very good argument that keeping Kennedy on the ballot in certain states represents a DECEPTION by the state to interfere with the federal election, then there is ABSOLUTELY a case to be made in SCOTUS for that. But I don’t believe they made that argument. I could be wrong.
The numbers for yesterday have not been posted yet but my east Texas county should have passed the %50 mark yesterday on people voted.
