Dominion voting access terminals were notorious in the 2020 election for demonstrable issues that led to compromises in the voting process. Unfortunately, those voting problems associated with Dominion appear to be carrying over into the 2024 election.
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson explains how there is a “nationwide issue” with Dominion systems preventing voters from making certain selections. According to Benson, this glitch cannot be fixed. WATCH:

Actually those two Brothers discovered vote fraud in Dade county back in about 1984 or 1985. Then it was the League of Women Voters group that were in charge of counting the votes in Dade County. The Collier brothers filmed them changing the vote cards to reflect the Democrat won. They turned over the video to the US Election Committee and that’s where it ended. Nothing was ever done and the video and their report never got any action from our government. Corruption in elections has been around in one form or another for a very long time. With the advent of the computer based voting systems and the mail in ballots that has allowed massive voter fraud like we witnessed in 2020. Some of our courts have helped to fix it and some have not. Generally speaking the whole system is rotten to the core, excepting some states for sure. The battle ground states is where most of it is centered and the states totally controlled by the democrats.

They are not more accurate. They are not more reliable. They cannot be audited. And most importantly, when these types of problems emerge, “authorities” insist we must use them anyway.
Said “authorities” – state AGs including those in GA and MI – are working together to shut down any protests about election integrity and accuracy of ballot counts.
Those who set the parameters of our elections are less concerned about securing the election process and ensuring its transparency, than we hapless voters are. Now why is that the case?

This is the road to democracy, and a spear to the heart of a Republic. All tyrannical governments are essentially democracies. The goal is to keep 51% of the people at least on your side even if they don’t outright support you. Bread and circuses seem to work for that – distractions. The Founding Fathers knew that democracies were failures. Expanding the vote seems “fair,” but in reality gives the vote to disinterested people who only become interested when they find they can enrich themselves from the treasury without producing anything. This counts for individuals and corporations.

Even the President buys into the rhetoric of the enemies domestic, but considering the fact that he’s had something like 52 rallies in the past 52 days, I imagine he’s speaking on autopilot and his “weave” technique of oratory makes it hard to maintain accuracy.

Yet there is no way I will ever, or can ever know that if my vote was securely processed.
Actually, they are not secure transactions. The moment “secret numbers” are necessarily exposed, security goes out the window.
That said, with all of your BANKING examples, each of them can be remedied or resolved in some way if fraud occurs. In the case of bitcoin, if fraud occurs, it’s really hard to seek redress in the transaction.
The real problem here is if there are problems identified (technical or fraud or both) there is no actual practical recourse.
If the federal government created CIVIL RIGHTS legislation that stated “if these machines have problems, you must use alternative means. If you attempt to certify results of these machines, they cannot be presented and will be rejected” then we might have a working solution that would pass SCOTUS muster.
SCOTUS says “we can’t tell states how to run their elections” but when it comes to the civil rights amendment and how it covers the right to vote, then we have a constitutional basis for such a law and SCOTUS will have no choice but to support it in a challenge.

This is not a federal issue. SCOTUS ruled in 2020. Now, if this were a NORMAL DOJ, they would approach this as a violation of civil voting rights. They won’t in this case.
