Why do you say “it won’t interfere with certifying the elections”? I’ve heard the opposite from people on our side.
The elections should not be certified this time or any time until issues suggesting fraud are looked into. When we have transparent elections that actually obey our laws (which we could have right now very easily whenever we admit the emperor has no clothes) then elections can be certified. But as long as they don’t obey our own laws we cannot be certain that fraud is absent, so they should not be certified.
But since we obviously can’t just leave the people currently in office, I suggest we call their bluff. We should loudly announce that it is obvious the fraud goes one direction, therefore it’s obvious who actually won, therefore we are going to install in office the most MAGA candidate in each race until and unless they are challenged and beaten fairly in a transparent election.

Since we are right in the middle of the election she is saying it is impossible to correct now. Considering how many states have machines that are Dominion, or have Dominion software installed it would be a Herculean task to do a software update on each individual machine.

During the testing period, it failed, and they went ahead and used it anyway, but they feel really bad about it.

I filled out everyone separately just for that reason no straight ballot, but even though there was no apparent glitch when it processed through who knows!?
BTW I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes when voting on Election Day but, this early voting in 4 designated areas had an hour wait and many waited even longer.

Kalamazoo County is a swing County historically but, Trump has won it both times.
During the halt-from counting in 2020 they changed the numbers when it was resumed, alternative candidates were given 1000s of votes that were Trump’s votes before they shut down the counting.
I watched all night on the state web site Sundance encouraged us all to seek for the up to date real time counts.
I calculated, went through counties, did the math compared demographics from 2016 and told my husband there was no way Biden could win Michigan when the counting stopped.
It did not matter Trump was too far ahead and there were not enough voters to overcome Trump’s lead.
As I have posted John James was declared the Senate winner only to have that rescinded.
If President Trump is robbed again I won’t be as shocked, angry and depressed.
I am prepared in multiple ways I was not last time.

As a former election judge I don’t see the problem. If the Dominion machine screens are unresponsive, then give the voters paper ballots and they can all vote that way. The paper ballots are then scanned into a counting machine whose totals must, by law, be reconciled with a manual counting of the ballots.
I even brought a food scale to weigh each package of 50 manual ballots so we could check the manual count against the weight as an added safety measure.
Several times during my tenure, the machines malfunctioned but manual voting never was a problem because all the voter needs is the ballot and a marker.

Then no Secretary of State would certify an election, and therefore the legislatures would not certify electors and there would be no Electoral College election. Null and void, all of it. There is no constitutional provision for an election failure, although there are implications in the Constitution that the current state would continue until elections are conducted….on whose schedule?
