When you consider the probability that both govt and private sector are generating ballots, then you evaluate ballot centric issues accordingly. If the scanner is aligned to only one format of ballots, and more than one format are floating around (depending on county) then temporary malfunctions are likely.

If you followed the hearings in Maricopa County, or the videos of Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, you’ve been aware of the printing issue for the past 4 years. The fact that nothing was done about it, and we are now seeing the same issue, is telling.
They know conservatives like to vote on voting day. It also seems like it’s conservative precincts or counties in states with soros sos’s.
I am absolutely convinced that there is massive fraud going on in every election, I swear this is not a “concern troll”. It is not for lack of trying in Arizona. We have been saddled with Katis Hobbs, Governor, who is a product of our FAILED “election process”. Add to that Adrian Fuentes, Secretary of State, and Kris Mayes, AG, and Democrats have the perfect trifecta for blocking any and all challenges to the corrupt process that put them in office in the first place.

I just saw a lawsuit that was won re this, all votes must be in by Election Day.
And not sure if it’s just CA, but the mail in postmark has to be by Election Day for mail ins. The County election board contacted voters right after the lawsuit and let them know.

He didn’t give to craps as he said “slow and grueling.” You know, with those machines and all….but in France, with paper and ID required, all done and counted in one night. However, in the U.S., where ID is hit or miss, and they use machines to “streamline” the process, it’s slow and grueling, so much so that an officer violates the law and cuts off the line.

The qualification to vote for US senator or representative is to be qualified to vote in state elections for the most numerous branch of state legislature. So if states allow non-citizens to vote for state rep, non-citizens can vote for US sen/reps.
The qualification to vote for president is to be an elector appointed per rules of the state legislature/DC government. If state legislatures allow non-citizens to vote for electors, then that is within their power.
The XV Amendment provides some specific rights for citizens to vote, but doesn’t say any thing about non-citizens.
Curious is the unshakable ballots favor a specific party (Republicans) and will need to be adjudicated (recast) in order to count and certify.

Doesn’t the constitution say voting day is the first Tuesday in November. Not the first week or whole months of November and December. The democrat plan in every election is delay, delay, delay, cheat then certify the vote very, very quickly.

Nope, doesn’t, never did. Voting for Sen/Rep is determined by the states under the “time, place, and manner” clause, which Congress may make or alter. In fact, 1872 was the first election in which representatives were voted for across the whole US in Nov. There was no set day for Senators until Amendment XVII was passed.
Congress sets the time of choosing electors and the day on which they give their votes. No time was specified until the election of 1848 when the Tues after first Mon of Nov was chosen. This date was chosen because South Carolina legislature voted for electors (no popular vote there) and the timing of the SC legislature being in session drove the election date. The “day on which they give their votes” this year is 17 December. But states/DC must submit “certificates of ascertainment” that name the electors to DC by 11 December.
The uniform date was chosen due to complaints of “early” voting leading to fraud in the 1840 and 1844 elections. Note that until ratification of Amendment XX, the terms of both Congress and President ran until March. The March date was kind of arbitrary, based on when the “United States in Congress Assembled” could reach agreement on when and where the Constitution would take effect.
The regular session of Congress convened the first week of December and ran until end of term in March. So there was plenty of time (as in 1876/7) to adjudicate any Electoral College issues. (Typically the new Senate would convene after March inauguration day in executive session to “advise and consent” on the new president’s cabinet, then adjourn sine die until the regular session the following December.)

You turned the lever for your choice (s). When finished, you move the main lever that opened the curtain behind you and recorded the choices.
Tabulation was accurate and instantaneous. When the last voter left the machine had the full tally. Results in minutes.

Once upon a time parties printed their own ballots and passed them out so voters could bring them to the polling place to deposit. After the fraudulent presidential ballot of 1888 states took complete charge of the ballot system and required voters to get the ballot at the polling place and vote it in secret, so there was no way to determine if a coerced or bought vote was actually made. In our wisdom today we’ve thrown that out.
The lever machines were a little complicated. Typically states required them built so the races were set out in a horizontal row across the top, and parties set out vertically along the left with “party levers” that when thrown would also throw the levers for each candidate for that party across the row. That allowed for “straight party” voting.

Don’t know, but here in Honolulu we had meters that took credit cards, but used 3G cell phone signals. When the telcos shut off 3G they didn’t work any more and we got free parking for few months until they could buy and install new meters.

Exactly what I thought when I read that. Printing is printing is printing, B&W or color. Laser can do color even better.
Requiring Ink Jet printers is like sending Fred Flintstone out for your steak. Ink Jet printers have always had issues, and the more ballots that are printed, the more the heads become dirty, affecting the print job.
If you do this deliberately, knowing it will result in errors that are caught. It creates a false impression that errors are to be expected, and “I trust the system” comments. Then you can process the illegal ballots that will result in errors as pointed out by Jovan Pulitzer, and they will simply say “we’re already aware of the issue, and we’re dealing with it.” That allows the adjudicators to mark the ballots as they wish, which we saw in video evidence by the thousands in 2020.

Next, I’d print up or just fill out a bunch of real ballots on a laser printer (can be made to look like a black ink pen) using signatures of some of the hundreds of thousands of people who moved out of a state, but are still on the voter rolls.
Assuming the state has a way to check online that your vote has been logged, people who no longer live in the state wouldn’t even think to check if they’d “voted” in their former state.
But, don’t worry, they’ve caught ONE GUY, FOUR YEARS LATER, long after his illegal vote would have affected the results of the election, but don’t say exactly how they caught him. They didn’t use something like Fractal’s scanning technology, otherwise they could have removed from their voter rolls the 262,488 persons still on their voter rolls that have permanently moved out of PA or the 27,672 who moved and left no forwarding address as found by Fractal. PLUS, they would have had to Fractal scan the voter rolls of every other state to know for certain where he moved to:

In other countries, they test out their equipment to make sure it works without a hitch months and years before elections are held. I’ve lived in a few democratic nations over the years, and these election “mishaps” only seem to happen in the US. Elections in places like India, Russia and even Brazil put US elections to shame.

Print detects can happen, this problem is known as as dry up or filling in to a pressman, its ink and water balance on the press, bar codes are always a focus for the operator, bar codes are scanned by reading the white space between the black bars so a little extra ink increases the gain in the size of the black bars, common problem in the printers world

I did early voting in NJ for the first time this week. They printed my ballot in front of me and I filled it out with a pen and put it in the scanner myself. I’m not sure if this is specific to early voting or the way voting will happen for everyone moving forward.
I’ve lived in Nevada County my entire adult life. The current and previous (Gregory Diaz) county Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters both seemed to suddenly appear out of nowhere. I will never be convinced these two people aren’t Geoge Soros groomed stooges installed to steal our elections.
Exhibit One- In 2016, Nevada County was the only NorCal County in the State of Jefferson territory to prefer Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump.
Exhibit Two- Currently, in a county of just over 102,000 residents, there are 77,000 registered voters. Does that sound logical to you?
