a more detailed article on today’s Nevada Supreme Court ruling about ballots received up to 3 days after November 5 must have a post mark; the court said a lack of postmark doesn’t stop the ballot(s) from being counted. It concludes that it is unknown if the ruling will be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court (which answered my question – that it is appealable, just don’t know if the RNC will appeal it):

I have a very liberal friend who has TDS. He posts every TDS meme and article out there. Also he is married to a Puerto Rican with extended Puerto Rican family (living in Florida). He hasn’t said a word about the joke.

re RFKjr – that was the impression I got as well. Virginia has a lot of independent voters that tend towards libertarian. It’s a healthy pool of voters that could swing things in his favor.
