According to Nevada law ballots must be received no later than 3 days after November 5, so Friday the 8th, and according to the law they must be postmarked no later than November 5th.
This ruling is crazy in that the court is giving the benefit of the doubt that the post office errs for not stamping with the postmark anything mailed between the beginning of early voting and November 8th, the last day that ballots can be received in order to be counted.
I don’t know what court the RNC can appeal this to, the 9th Circuit federal court?
The only thing that has changed is that ballots received no later than November 8th don’t need to have either the postmark from the USPS or the date stamped on it when personally hand delivered to a drop off box at an official, manned, voting center.
Now that the Democrats will know how many Republicans and Democrats voted it gives them a good number of ballots to guess they will need to win, only problem is not knowing how the non-partisan people vote, are those votes a help or hindrance to the Democrat machine?

I appreciate Del Bigtree for having Geert Vanden Bossche on his show a 45 to 55 minute informative discussion about cv19 explaining the start with the jabs to the end what it does and what the outcome would be taking it. Most of the regular Treepers know that I am a Serbian Orthodox Christian, no I had no intention of getting jabbed, neither did my husband, daughter or little, not so little anymore, grandson. Geert explained the spike protein, that I got the Jest of it, however all the medical terminally not so much. It was that session, plus Sundance and loving Treepers that cemented our decision for us. My late father, as his English was limited, he was 97 at the time, we did not even explain the plandemic to him as he mostly stayed in his house, went to his backyard and at time sat on the front porch. We planned to have him go into a retirement home, but found out he would need to be jabbed, so a big NO he stayed in his house until he passed in 2023 two months shy of being 101. My apologies for going on about my dear dad, but it was Del Bigtree his guest Geert that gave me and others a wealth of information. I tried relaying information to our Church Community, sadly am very surprised that many mostly the 55 and over did take them, however the one’s I associate with closely did not, made up their own minds. Sadly hubby’s brother took them all, 4 of them, his son blackmailed him, that he would not be able to see his then 2 year old grandson. BREAKING: The RNC just filed an emergency motion to the U.S. Supreme Court asking them to overturn a ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that UNLAWFULLY allows defective mail-in ballots to be counted
“This case is of paramount public importance, potentially affecting tens of thousands of votes in a State which many anticipate could be decisive in control of the U.S. Senate or even the 2024 Presidential Election.”
The PA Supreme Court recently created a rule out of thin air, subverting state law to allow erroneous mail-in ballots to be counted via provisional voting. Their ruling, in my opinion, clearly violated Article 1 Section 4 Clause 1 of the Constitution, which enumerates election oversight to state legislatures.
Pennsylvania law specifies that “A provisional ballot shall not be counted if the elector’s [mail] ballot is timely received by a county board of elections.” The law does NOT direct election officials to give provisional ballots for mail-in ballots that arrive with a lack of signature, date, or secrecy envelope. Simply put, if a ballot shows up without following the rules, it CANNOT be counted AT ALL.
The RNC wants SCOTUS to issue a pause against the PA court’s ruling or to issue an order “ordering that any provisional ballot cast by an individual whose mail ballot was timely received but defective (i) be segregated, and kept separate, from all other ballots and (ii) if counted, be counted separately and not included in the official vote tally.”
The Supreme Court has been derelict in dealing with major election integrity questions. It’s time for them to WAKE UP and act for once. Only Justices Gorsuch, Thomas, & Alito have shown consistent interest.
It’s all about narrative – as in countering the one that it’s close. None of it matters – the ONLY thing that matters is you, your friends, your family, and anyone you can possible convince, get to the polls, remind, coerce, or in any other way get out to actually vote. Call that old buddy or girlfriend, that couple from church, talk to your neighbor, bring it up in line at the story, at work, wherever and whenever you can.

Late this morning, Iredell Firewire started to receive multiple messages regarding the Ramada by Wyndham in Statesville. Citizens were reporting hundreds of Hispanic descent individuals coming or going in dozens of white and black vans with Texas license plates.
Iredell Firewire attempted to contact Statesville Police Chief David Onley regarding the situation wondering if he had any information. Dan called and text Chief Onley with no return call or text.
Not satisfied, Dan traveled to the Ramada Inn to see for himself if the reports from citizens were true. As Dan exited 77 onto E Garner Bagnal Blvd, Dan could see dozens and dozens of men and women standing in the parking lot. These individuals seemed confused and were walking aimlessly around the parking lot. Hundreds of plastic garbage bags were seen with personal belongings along with food in containers.
Dan decided to park his truck and walk into the Ramada and speak with the front desk. A lady behind the front desk refused to speak with Dan and summoned the owner of the hotel to speak with Dan. The owner, named Zeeka, came out from a back room and also refused to answer any questions but did admit, these individuals have been in the hotel for weeks and were now leaving. The hotel owner even asked Dan for his identification in which he refused to provide.
After speaking with the owner, Dan walked outside to speak with a few of the people in the parking lot. Everyone Dan approached refused to speak with him even though Dan could hear some individuals speaking in English.
The Firewire tried to get answers for the general public regarding this situation but neither the Ramada Inn nor the Statesville Police Department wanted to answer any questions. The Firewire couldn’t get any concrete information regarding these individuals on what they were doing or where they were heading. Dan could see some vans leaving and getting onto 77 northbound.
If we hear anything else we will inform the citizens of Iredell County.
