These are the specific counties and cities (Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Detroit) where the process of mass-mail/distribution of ballots, in combination with the assembly/harvesting therein, meets the process of “ballot scanning” at county level tabulation centers. However, there’s another facet, “ballot making.”
Many people, including Robert F Kennedy Jr himself and his legal team in court filings, have presented the 2024 situation and asked a question. Essentially:

I sometimes think that this is the way the system works. They just take turns on who the president will be this term. They even tell the president in his term if he can run for his second term and they say no because Trump is gaining momentum. The problem is that they can’t control the election outcome with Trump in the mix and it is pushing them into very dangerous decisions they will regret or hope they are not caught.
My head hurts.
As a very simple foreigner I thought every citizen has one vote.
That person goes and casts his vote for one or the other candidate.
The box of votes is sealed and taken to a voting centre.
The counting is overseen by representatives of each candidate.
The result is announced next morning.

I don’t think it would be difficult to find people in the printing and transportation businesses to turn the criminals in. If it is true that these things are no difficult, then I suspect President Trump is causing them to be done, which would make this election the largest entrapment operation in history.

The paper ballots are scanned and then discarded or never allowed to be seen by human eyes again. The electronic ballot image is “counted” by software in an internet connected computer with software that is never allowed to be audited, because the software is “proprietary”.
“Manual recounts” are performed by re-running the “proprietary” software on the same machines that foment the election steal, counting electronic images of the paper ballots, not by humans manually counting the original paper ballots.
There is ZERO transparency in elections as currently executed.
We must return to one day elections, with paper ballots only and paper ballots counted by humans, if we ever hope to have honest elections ever again.

Two years ago, the ball was in the Trump campaign’s court to take on the job of directly funding and directly coordinating the election integrity efforts needed to ensure that the 2024 election cycle was as free and as fair as two years of diligent work could make it.

One of the most likely reasons he may be encouraging early voting is that in too many polling places around the country, citizens are forced to wait in excruciating long lines in order to cast a vote on election day. Some people, especially older ones, physically can’t stand in line for 2 or more hours in order to vote. Others although physically able, may have worked a full day yet still have to get home to take care of the house and kids.
Personally, I think that making in-person voting as inconvenient as possible is a tactic that both sides have used to suppress turnout when and where they think it’s to their advantage.
Early voting in some states can be done in person just like election day.

Two weeks ago I faxed a request for an absentee ballot from the county in Georgia where I am registered and trusted that I would receive my ballot by mail in a timely manner – to a distant county also in Georgia.
On Wednesday I called to discover that my faxed ballot was never input into the system. No explanation given. Because I am a full-time caregiver for my elderly mother 2 hours away from my home, I renewed my driver’s license with my mother’s address in her county. When I asked my county’s election oficials if I could drive back there and vote in person THEY SAID “NO”! They said my only option was an absentee ballot that would have to reach me and be returned before November 5th – ALL DEPENDENT on the postal service and the folks that failed to enter my ballot request and let me think it was on the way without any contact or notice for 2 weeks.
I still don’t know how I can vote successfully, but I can see how the absentee ballots could be intentionally depressed by negligence to follow through and how in person voting could be depressed by wrong information.

I have USPS Informed Delivery, which is receiving emails of my mailed as USPS scans it just prior to delivery. The scanned 3rd class Trump campaign mail was never delivered even though I responded an selected the option that I never received it.

In 2016 in Maryland, a box of ballots was discovered that came from the printer with Hillary’s name already checked off. The media quickly reported the issue and it was written off as an anomaly, a one-time error by the printer that had been quickly corrected. I never even considered such a thing before.
We need Elon and other billionaires to fund and publicize ahead of the election that there will be a $50,000 reward for evidence of any poll worker running multiple batches of the same ballots through the tabulators and a $1,000,000 reward for evidence of the specific organizers of the fraudulent counting of ballots. In the ballot trucking scam they printed the ballots in Michigan , if memory serves me correctly, shipped them to a place in NY where they were filled out then moved to a shipping facility in Bethpage, NY where they were shipped to Lancaster, PA. After they were in Lancaster, PA the ballots were introduced into the USPS system. From there I assume they were mailed to ballot tabulating centers and used as needed.
Keep in mind this was one truck transporting roughly a million already filled out ballots. How many trucks were involved is anyone’s guess but if they had one going to each swing state it would have been more than enough to tip the scales in Biden’s favor.

It would be a big help if Republican poll watchers could watch all of the tabulating rooms, unlike 2020 when poll watchers were either locked out or tricked into leaving while the Dem ballot counting operation cranked into high gear. I know first hand how hard this is; I was once assigned as a poll watcher in Philly and we “coincidentally” did not get our credentials printed, so I was left to stand outside like a hobo.
I think I understand the fraud plot that anyone can buy/copy ballots and the fraudulant ballots are counted at the tabulation centers. I hope there is a part II on the plan to disrupt the plot. What am I missing?

Oh and we know New York refused to take him off when RFK sued to have his name removed. Not sure that’s the same thing as the DNC suing – but maybe they were involved, I didn’t follow it to that extent.
I keep wondering whether PDJT knows something surprising about New York…
