The Georgia state election rule is simple. Remove the paper ballots from the containers after voting and hand count the number of paper ballots. The number of paper ballots must match the number of electronically recorded votes and voters. If it does not there is a problem. This rule also starts a paper trail putting the physical number of ballots on the record before they reach the Fulton County ballot scanning tabulation center.
It is a simple rule that says the number of ballots must match the number of voters. Easy peasy. The purpose of the rule is simple, make sure ballots are not double counted or scanned multiple times at the tabulation center. However, citing electoral anxiety, January 6th, and the lack of training poll workers on how to count numbers, a Fulton County judge has blocked the hand count. Apparently counting the number of physical papers is too difficult for Fulton County poll workers…. or, there is something else in play.

Once the unknown number of ballots reach the tabulation centers, the unknown number of ballot scans can take place.
How Georgia Republican poll watchers can organize to stop the double counting of ballots at the “tabulation center” is unknown. However, this is now the only hope that republicans have in Georgia to stop a repeat of the fraud that was perpetrated in 2020.
More than likely the Fulton Country tabulation center will be isolated from any external eyes on their manipulative and deceptive practices. It will now be up to the rest of the state to try and vote in a significant enough quantity to overwhelm the multiple ballot scans that will be taking place at the Fulton County tabulation center.

Here’s a possible not too onerous safeguard: weigh the ballot batches. Especially if there’s a universally used special ballot paper used, the weight will give you the count if the batches are reasonably small. One hundred would likely work just fine.
Even if the ballots’ weight varies, matching polling place ballots out weight against tabulation center ballots in weight could be a deterrent for fraudulent ballot insertions into the system.
Apparently it is not possible to count to one hundred within Fulton Prefecture.

It’s a rather damning critique of this judicial ruling that the very grounds upon which this judge imposed this interlocutory order, i.e., insufficient time to prepare, lack of training, insufficient funding etc, could have been argued BEFORE THIS JUDGE 6 months ago, or a year ago, and he would have likely ruled the same, ie., insufficient time to prepare, lack of training, insufficient funding etc.
In other words, the grounds for this ruling are entirely arbitrary.
The good judge doesn’t say how much time realistically would be needed to implement this rule change, nor does he state precisely what kind of training HIS HONOR would accept as VALID or EFFECTIVE training, nor does he state how much funding HIS HONOR would deem appropriate so as to reach HIS HONOR’S WONDERFUL STANDARDS; nor does he specify ACCEPTABLE NORMS for any of the other myriad issues he is attempting to MICROMANAGE WAY THE HECK OUT OF HIS CONSTITUTIONAL LANE.
Let’s be clear, a judge cannot presume to preempt the executive branch of Georgia’s constitutional prerogatives simply because the latter don’t suit his individual taste–an unconstitutional usurpation on its face!

When the SCotUS refused to hear Texas v Pennsylvania, the most consequential case in the history of the USA, it should have been the last clue needed to reach the conclusion that EVERY institution at the national level has been corrupted beyond reclamation.
The Constitutional Republic of the USA is LONG GONE. We lost it on Jan 20, 2021, when Xiden took the oath of office. Every institution at the national level is corrupt to the core and has been long before Xiden and Trump. Even the US Postal Service has been corrupted, as evidenced by the fact that they were heavily involved in the ballot fraud that undermined the elections in 2020 and 2022. It is only more recently that we are becoming aware of how bad it really is.
THAT is the reason why the “Red Tsunami” that was predicted in 2022 became a pink trickle. NOTHING has been fixed with respect to the electoral systems in many States. What we have seen is nothing more than window dressing.
There is no realistic hope of salvaging the democratic republic that we once had, and the sooner that we all come to terms with that, the better. The corruption is too pervasive and too extensive. We are NOT going to “vote our way out of this”.

The other GA counties need to sue Fulton County for unequal application of the law and election interference, citing that Fulton County is aiding in the facilitation of voter fraud, thus nullifying the legal votes of their citizens that will be verified via the handouts. Play their game but better.
And, I am tired of judges just intervening to prevent properly instituted laws; only the state legislature has the authority to change election laws. Not some judge on their own. This is out of control and needs to stopped.

I already commented that it is not in the judge’s purview to use their language. However, I will use their thought process against them here; if it only takes a judge to say no to a law, then what are the damn Communists’ issues regarding abortion? I mean, if it only takes a “judge,” then just use your judges to do what you want in all of those states where you don’t like the abortion laws…..or better yet, how about conservative judges just block and change what ever laws they don’t like using the same exact process? Force them to come out and say a judge can’t do that….
Oh, that’s because they know judges can’t do this. Hand-count the ballots anyway, have a copy of the state law ready, and it’s the police’s job to enforce that law. It only counted the number in the scanner on election day NOT early voting or absentee voting. Janelle stated on WAOK (black progressive radio) some garbage about if poll workers looked at the paper in early voting they could see the vote totals for each candidate and spill the beans on how early voting totals were accumulating. Thus it allows the voter suppression card (SOO stupid) to be played while accomplishing nothing. Most voting will happen before election day

How is some POS judge in Georgia allowed to set election standards in the entire state of Georgia? Don’t we have a democracy in our country? Where is the Georgia legislature that allows this? So, the paper ballots may not be counted to assure equality in number with the electronically tabulated votes, and the voting results must be certified regardless of any evidence of impropriety or outright fraud in the voting process.
The election in GA will be decided by Fulton county vote counts, as it was in 2020. Some things don’t change.

Precincts nominally have only about 1,100 registered voters. An 80% turnout equals about 900 tabulations. Easy for a precinct crew to complete in 30 minutes. or less as the completed ballots are boxed and secured for transport to the tabulation center.
And the real turnout of actual voters is highly unlikely to be 80%.
What about when the turnout rate is 120%?
What special training is necessary? I counted ballots/candidate votes by hand for 23 years. You don’t hand a paper ballot to a poll worker. You have to place it in a ballot box with a counter. All they will be doing is verifying the number of ballots counted matches the number of ballots on the box counter. They are not counting the votes which can take hours by hand and that’s where training is necessary.
The pretending is over. It is like D day. First they hide their intent, then they deny it. Then they gaslight where and when.
Then one day, the fog clears on the beaches and you see the ships coming through the fog. This is the point we are currently at.
Next phase will be “migrant”, military aged males (that they are openly, transporting and housing) will start storming our beaches and communities.
