The Georgia state election rule is simple. Remove the paper ballots from the containers after voting and hand count the number of paper ballots. The number of paper ballots must match the number of electronically recorded votes and voters. If it does not there is a problem. This rule also starts a paper trail putting the physical number of ballots on the record before they reach the Fulton County ballot scanning tabulation center.
It is a simple rule that says the number of ballots must match the number of voters. Easy peasy. The purpose of the rule is simple, make sure ballots are not double counted or scanned multiple times at the tabulation center. However, citing electoral anxiety, January 6th, and the lack of training poll workers on how to count numbers, a Fulton County judge has blocked the hand count. Apparently counting the number of physical papers is too difficult for Fulton County poll workers…. or, there is something else in play.

Once the unknown number of ballots reach the tabulation centers, the unknown number of ballot scans can take place.
How Georgia Republican poll watchers can organize to stop the double counting of ballots at the “tabulation center” is unknown. However, this is now the only hope that republicans have in Georgia to stop a repeat of the fraud that was perpetrated in 2020.
More than likely the Fulton Country tabulation center will be isolated from any external eyes on their manipulative and deceptive practices. It will now be up to the rest of the state to try and vote in a significant enough quantity to overwhelm the multiple ballot scans that will be taking place at the Fulton County tabulation center.

As an election worker in IL, we have always counted the ballots to make sure the numbers match. It’s not that hard. This is a stupid statement by the judge.
And some of those counts have to be done more than once but the election judges have to reconcile the numbers. But yes we get it done.
As a poll judge in North Carolina, the last thing we did was count the paper votes and verify them against the electronic votes. We regularly had a few less electronic votes because people would walk out with their paper ballots and not vote.
The remedy is to push all “official counting” back to the precincts. Who then report the numbers to the county level.

No you can’t stop it, but you can reduce it. Ballot manufacturing relies on voters on the rolls who don’t vote, print a ballot and assign it to that name and run it through the process. When you cut the number of possible manufactured ballots then they are left with just printing ballots without a voter to assign it to and then you run into more ballots than voters which is a lot stickier and sheds more light on the cheat. You will never eliminate the cheat, just reduce it as much as possible and hope it’s enough to overcome with legal votes cast

Thirty-seven states have so far changed their mail-in voting procedures this year in response to the Coronavirus. Despite frequent claims that President Trump’s warning about vote fraud/voting buying with mail-in ballots is “baselessly” or “without evidence” about mail-in vote fraud, there are numerous examples of vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots in the United States and across the world. Indeed, concerns over vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots causes the vast majority of countries to ban mail-in voting unless the citizen is living abroad.
There are fraud problems with mail-in absentee ballots but the problems with universal mail-in ballots are much more significant. Still most countries ban even absentee ballots for people living in their countries.
Most developed countries ban absentee ballots unless the citizen is living abroad or require Photo-IDs to obtain those ballots. Even higher percentages of European Union or other European countries ban absentee for in country voters. In addition, some countries that allow voting by mail for citizens living the country don’t allow it for everyone. For example, Japan and Poland have limited mail-in voting to those who have special certificates verifying that they are disabled.
France has made an exception this year to the ban on absentee ballots to those who are sick or at particular risk during the Coronavirus pandemic. Poland and two cities in Russia have adopted mail-in ballots for elections this year only, but most countries haven’t changed their regulations.

Out of 8,755,458 voter registrations, there was a total of 3,192,069 voter registration violations including:

I don’t understand how they do elections. When I was election judge, I was delivered a certain number of ballots which I signed for. I did not break open the packages and count the ballots. I accepted the count to be accurate.
We had to post a paper on the entrance to the voting place at four different times during the day stating how many people voted. The machine kept the count and the people put their own ballot in the machine.
At the end of the day I had to fill out a sheet tallying all of the ballots. The number voted, the number spoiled, the number misprinted, the number of provisional ballots and the number left over. All of the numbers had to add up.
Then I carried my paperwork and the count machine thumb drive to the courthouse (about 20-minute drive) and I was there before 9PM. They usually had the preliminary total by ten or eleven for the entire county.

A “judge” should have no power to “override” state laws or procedures. Yes, this judge is intentionally making it possible to break the law. His ruling should be promptly overturned while there is still time.
This judge has no judicial authority to make any decision on voting law.
The paper his decision is written on should be carried to the bathroom and appropriately used.

It needs to also be pointed out that US Federal and some State Courts REFUSED, in 2020, to hear cases based on an action or crime (election fraud) “THAT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROVEN TO HAVE OCCURRED”.
This is the same logic used in 2020 by Federal Judges to NOT HEAR cases involving similar issues.
This was reason #1 for not hearing cases along side reason #2 NO STANDING.
Gee … one would also think that the GA Secretary of State would get involved as well … just sayin’

I have been saying for two years now that there is no well-funded, well coordinated effort nationwide to identify each possible avenue of election fraud and to prioritize and financially support determined efforts to thwart those avenues of fraud in the places where it is most likely to occur on a scale large enough to determine the outcome of the election.
Yes, there is hard work being done in a lot of places. But it isn’t nearly enough to ensure that a reasonably free and fair election happens in 2024.
It has been perfectly clear for a long time that court rulings like the one just made in Georgia were in the pipeline to be handed down close to election day. Was there a strategy in place to deal with such a completely predictable event? Apparently not.
For my trouble in highlighting election fraud issues, and the lack of a well-funded centralized effort to deal with those issues, I have been told here on CTS and in the local PCO circles I travel in that I am a defeatist and should clam up.
The outcome of the 2024 election cycle will be determined by election fraud, its success or its failure.

Seems if one judge can rule to stop the count, another can put it back on. Why is there never a counter to the left? Its like they have the final say on pretty much everything.

Leftist judges and lawyers are trying to run out the clock…like some have said, and I agree, if they steal this election there likely will be no other free/fair elections, and they’ll throw PDJT in prison. This is our Thermopylae, and time is getting small… The people handling our legal cases for fair ballot counting had better go all out. I wish I could help them, but don’t know how.
