Terribly alarming. According to reports surfacing today, a 49-year-old heavily armed suspect was stopped from entering the VIP section of Trump’s rally in California. The man had a fake VIP pass, fake credentials and unregistered weapons.
New York Post – Local cops arrested an armed man outside Donald Trump’s Coachella Valley rally on Saturday, and the local sheriff said it may have been a third assassination attempt against the former president.
The suspect — identified as 49-year-old Las Vegas resident Vem Miller — was caught at a checkpoint about a quarter-mile from the rally with fake VIP passes to the rally and fake press passes — as well as unregistered weapons, including a loaded shotgun, a handgun and a high-capacity magazine, according to the Riverside County sheriff’s office.
Miller did not have a valid ID when he was stopped at the rally checkpoint, and was detained after police searched his vehicle and found the weapons, law enforcement sources told The Post.

He’s reciting fight club and I don’t disagree. Rebellion in a case such as this consists primarily within the range of REFUSAL TO COMPLY and REFUSAL to violate our conscience. They do absolutely depend on us and not the other way around. All of their means of control are largely illegal and inappropriate. If I am not mistaken, even the State of California is still a part of the Union & the US Constitution still applies. Being so, as with all the other states, If I am not mistaken, no law, State or Federal can be made that goes against the US Constitution. Thus, if a law is passed that is “Un-Constitutional”, by either a State legislature, or by Federal legislation, it holds no legal binding to anyone who is a US Citizen. Being UN-Constitutional, it would be, “Non Binding” and is Not a Law.
( It seems to me there is a US Supreme Court finding on this concept, but I do not recall the one . It is likely easy to find should one want to go do the research though. I invite anyone who wishes to be better informed to check the veracity of my saying this. 😉 )

I see your points. But the constitution is whatever a federal judge says it is. That was established in 1804 Marbury vs Madison.
Remember in 1953 the Supreme Court discovered that the constitution required that federal and local governments spend hundreds of billions of dollars putting millions of school children on expensive buses to travel to schools 20,30 or more miles to schools far from their nearest neighborhood public school Brown vs Topeka school district.
And it was federal judges who discovered that the constitution requires that 2 biological men or 2 biological women can get legally married.
In 1973 the Supreme Court and lower level federal judges discovered that the constitution mandates that all government and private employers hire only the unqualified and incompetent as long as the unqualified and incompetent person is not White. Griggs vs Duke Power
The constitution claims there is 3 separate branches of government. Not true. The Rich Masons who wrote the document planned all along that the USA would be ruled by federal judges. That’s American law. Which is based on English Common Law. Common law does not mean for the common people. It means judge made laws. For centuries English abd then American laws were made by judges findings and rulings which became the laws.

I understand that it is Un-Constitutional based on the US Constitution, and that (extra) “judicial legislation” apparently has happened more than once, thru the course of US History, even though it is NOT supposed to happen; being that it is counter to the whole reason for the US Constitutions “separation of powers” in having the 3 separate parts of the whole system( <Legislative/Executive/Judicial) to be able to counter any one powers “overreach” be prevented by the other two “powers”.
Once again, Your examples only affirm my attempt to point out & demonstrating that the “Federal” over reach, be it on States, or “We the People”, regardless of the time period since the country became a “Constitutional Democratic Republic”, is not what the founders intended &, as well, certainly goes against the whole reason for having a Federal Gubment, and a “Union”( or Confederation) of the States.
While we can go back & forth about what has happened in the past up til now, I think that one thing is certain…

Man Arrested Outside Trump Coachella Event Spotted at RNC Convention Next to Don Jr.
A 49-year-old man named Vem Miller was arrested by Riverside law enforcement at a checkpoint about a mile outside of Trump’s Coachella, California event on Saturday.
Miller was taken into custody on two misdemeanor charges after he was found to be illegally in possession of two firearms and a high-capacity magazine. He was released $5,000 bail.
Vem Miller was also allegedly in possession of fake VIP passes and press passes for Trump’s rally.

The male driver, identified as Vem Miller, a 49-year-old resident of Las Vegas, was found to be illegally in possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine. Miller was taken into custody without incident and later booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center for possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine. This incident did not impact the safety of former President Trump or attendees of the event.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco initially believed a third assassination attempt against Trump had been thwarted.

It appears Vem Miller just had firearms in his vehicle and did not have any plot to assassination President Trump.

The Gateway Pundit reviewed Vem Miller’s Instagram account and it revealed he was at the RNC Convention and attended other pro-Trump events with RFK Jr. and James O’Keefe.
In a video posted to Instagram, Vem Miller came within a foot or so of Donald Trump Jr. at the RNC Convention over the summer.
Miller appears to be a Trump supporter who was taken into custody for having firearms in his vehicle.

They say he is a Trump supporter and not a potential assassin now

Our Lutheran church in Tryon, NC was badly damaged by Hurricane Helene caused flooding. Yesterday, we met in the second temporary location for our Sunday services. We are resilient. We are trying to figure out whether to rebuild in the same spot (it is in a beautiful, peaceful mountain valley) or move elsewhere. We are not whining or complaining, we are accepting the will of God, and asking Jesus for guidance. We are typical semi-rural American Christians. Unfortunately, only about 30% of that group vote regularly. My humble prayer is that many more will do so on November 5th, so we can Make America Great Again in His holy name.
A high capacity magazine is what people in the real world call standard capacity. Since no rifle was mentioned, it was either useless or more likely inserted in the pistol. An illegal shotgun? Unregistered weapons? The guy was from NV and forgot he wasn’t in America. Seems more like a victim of unconstitutional gun laws in CA than an assassin.
The NY Post is not a reliable source for anything regarding guns.
This target of investigation was described as a “sovereign citizen” type. I can’t say that I know the movement well, but if ever there was something which could be considered “far right” it would be that. After all, the left-right linear spectrum has absolute government control/ownership on the left end while it has effectively no government on the right end. I believe we need to strike and maintain the right balance between personal human liberties which encourage individual development and achievement while doing things to help respond to many of the worst aspects of human nature. The role of government in addressing both should function without any agenda or bias outside of this mission.
All that said, I’m familiar with SovCitz using their own forms of ID but *NOT* a collection of different IDs. That doesn’t strike me as the M.O. of sovereign citizens. So who uses multiple IDs and other fake government markings? SPIES. Intelligence assets. I think it’s very clear that’s a description that best matches what the sheriff describes. Of course he was definitely holding back because that’s what he said he was doing.
I’ll also point out that “I’m holding back on some information” creates a hole that people naturally tend to fill with their own point of view. Psyop.

Vem Miller, the Nevada man arrested at a checkpoint in southern California allegedly en route to a Donald Trump campaign rally, was associated with a far-right movement called the Sovereign Citizens, according to the local sheriff.
Miller was arrested after police officers questioned him at a checkpoint and noticed his vehicle sported an irregular license plate. The license plate was “one that is homemade and indicative of a group of individuals that claim to be sovereign citizens,” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco told reporters Sunday.
