Bear with me, this may be lengthy. After scrolling and reading about how the enemy, our government, is against us even during a hurricane aftermath I want to share with you one small story of hope.
So there is road construction on a state highway in which most non-commercial do a workaround by driving down the street in front of our home and then taking the next right. Yesterday two semi’s turned down two streets earlier to head to the shortcut but there are barricades in three spots which prevent semi’s from using the workaround. They did not know about these obstacles. They end up almost in front of my house and boxed in.
I walk over exasperated tempted to tell them both to quit being so selfish. Bear in mind, I could not determine the “race” of either driver.
The first driver I went to was Mexican-American, older, spoke in broken English, and is just scratching out a living. I climb up on his rig and I look at him and say, “Why are you in a residential area?” He holds up his phone and he has Google Maps routing him this way. He’s very apologetic. I look at him and said, “Look, I’m not mad. It’s not your fault. So where are you going? (“Twin Cities”) Let me show you how to get out of here.” He’s very thankful and very apologetic.
The second driver is a 35-year old black dude. As he walks toward me he holds up his phone showing me Google Maps. Again, I said, “Look I’m not mad at you. It’s just that we have so much traffic because of Google Maps and people are not following the detour.”
He said something I already knew but forgot, “The detour signs are really confusing and hard to understand.” And the first day the detour signs went up, I thought these are really confusing…I wonder if it’s deliberate?
Anyway, we had a nice, brief chat. I said, “Let’s get you out of here before you get ticketed.” So I showed him the route to get back on the state highway.
We say a kind of good-bye and good-luck to each other but as he’s walking back toward his cab, he turns to me saying, “And go Trump!” I looked up and down my clothes to see if I was wearing a Trump shirt, a Trump hat, a button, a sticker…I had nothing on indicating my Trump support.
We walk back to each other and he says, “We gotta quit letting this (points to his black skin) divide us. Politicians have been lying to us for 70 years to keep us divided. We gotta unite together and get them out.”
I marveled at this moment.
Here are two complete strangers who are supposed to be suspicious of each other because of color, who are brought together under really odd circumstances, and who are having an exchange in the middle of a residential street in small-town rural Minnesota agreeing on how to make America great again.
We fist-bumped and both turned to go to our vehicles and I looked back and said, “Love you ‘bro.” He replied, “Love you too man.”
It was a special, special moment.
We are winning.

I had a similar experience after Donald Trump became our President in 2016. A Muslim proprietor in a gas station mini mart was intently watching the news as I entered his store.
He was absolutely thrilled that Donald Trump had brought peace to the Middle East. He could hardly contain himself! I thought he was going to jump over the counter and hug me!
He was beaming as he exclaimed that now we have a true world leader! Everybody can stop fighting and we can all live in peace!
He was being very earnest in his assessment, asking if I agreed that humanity has more in common than our differences. I walked out of that store incredulous, seeing the world in a whole different light.
Fast forward to today: What legacy does the UNiparty leave in its wake? They attack humanity right down to our DNA, they constantly sow division, they instigate WWIII and then they blame the Iranians!
I see it in my life as well.
We have been cheated and intentionally divided while being driven into the ditch. In a fair vote most of the crap we are suffering would not be happening, constant wars, booms & bust (privation), pestilence (C-19), chaos (divide & conquer).
To a man & woman people are mostly good and given the chance, good & God will prevail.
I agree, we are winning on the ground, the struggle is at the helm (s) around the world. We are many they are few once we get an understanding of our vast numerical superiority inside aka our commonality this sh_it show will end.

I live in Mpls. and I do think that mndot and met council and other planning committees do their best to confuse and screw up our roads and detours. Rinse and repeat. 94 going out of town is a prime example.

I have noticed that government has been going backward on things like street signage. Millions of dollars have been spent making our roads, bridges, and highways safer, including clear signage.
Uncertainty on the road is a major cause of crashes.
We are forgetting so much that we have already perfected or near-perfected.
Look at California’s government. They don’t know how to do water anymore.
We have a Round -about where one shouldn’t be, just put in, where there’s lots of traffic. It’confusing and asinine. Is this the new road design thingy?
Probably. They don’t seem to know how to mark them in ways people can follow.
They have all those “the more you know”-type TV commercials telling people what to think, maybe they should have commercials on how to navigate a round-about.

I had a similar experience with Google maps and almost drove over a very steep incline, the sun was in my eyes and saw it at the last minute. The directions were totally off from where I was going, haven’t used them since. When I travel to an unknown area I use the old fashioned way, a map.

I have a story also. Went to my doctor, just cause it was my yearly checkup, I didn’t quite like the guy so I am always a little smart alacky with him, I told him I think this Election and it’s turnout is causing me way too much stress, My blood pressure and cholesteral was a little high, and he right away says ‘Yeah ,funny, we (his crew) were just talking about that.’ Then he says, ‘so are you gonna watch the debate tonight? I chuckled and said ‘probably’,and how I found Walz a little off and not quite right in the head” The doctor starts going off on a rant…. Can you tell me one single thing, Kamala Harris has done or achieved in these last four Years? I said NOPE. i was so thrilled to actually have him, a professional Doctor actually have a heart to heart like that, and he told me that he wasn’t gonna prescribe any medication for me, and would see me in 6 months and see if I could get my numbers down He told me to keep Walking everyday, I walk 2 hours everyday, even in the rain, (Today), and that I was actually doing pretty good. I’m 72.So that made my day.
When you find the Covid vaxx naysayer docs, they fit this mold. Our family practictioners are avowed haters of the Medical mafia being driven by our feds.

Most of the sane/safe Doctors here have been driven into retirement, or worse, only to be replaced by young NPs and PAs with ‘activist tendencies’ [read: antifa types] and no professional chops. Lots of hubris and drug-slinging, though.
Congrats and keep up the good work. Self care is the best care, and good Doctors need patients like you. They spend hours each day dealing with people who won’t take charge of their health, and instead expect a pill to fix for the results. Those Docs and their crews need the win that a case like yours can represent. It can make their day.

Thanks for sharing this story. I will never forget it.
It touches to the core of what I think people feel all over. You can see it in acts and exchanges internally every single day. Not many openly verbalize it the way the gentleman in your exchange did. It was like one of those loud “I’m not going to take it anymore” moments, and a spiritual response to these evil intentions of hate and division being pushed upon us.
This goes back to 2010. There was an after election loss autopsy report by the democrats. That was the year the Tea Party was so victorious in winning seats. The big concern by democrats, in analysis, was that Americans didn’t understand racial division anymore…especially young people. We were too much of a colorblind society (content of character, not color of skin). They were so concerned about it. Their autopsy report basically highlighted how they needed to promote racial divide again (they didn’t use those words, but it was what they said).
That was when they started openly pushing their “social justice” Marxist agenda (especially to our children).
I did not meet this man you talked with who felt the need to openly say something spiritually uniting to a perfect stranger who simply offered help in an every day situation….
but I know him, just the same. My brother in arms in this spiritual battle we find ouselves in.

Within 48 hours of the earthquake that struck Haiti in 2011, the 82nd Airborne had arrived from Fort Bragg, NC to Port-au-Prince to render aid.
It’s been 135 hours and the DOD still haven’t given dual status command for NC (they have for FL), still haven’t sent the aerial assets and high-water vehicles from Fort Bragg that FEMA requested, the 81st is off on a training exercise, and the men from various units trying to get home to help their families in the disaster zone are being denied leave. It is a complete shame and disgrace. Heads should roll.

They do. That’s why DeSantos & Kemp both declared select counties as State of emergency designations. I think I heard Kemp say yesterday that additional counties wound now be added. This action activates fed action once the hurricane hits. It’s my understand not on didn’t Gov cooper do this prior to the event, but not even immediately thereafter. Who knows when/if he ever did it. That’s why I keep stating that Gov Cooper would be charged with criminal neglect.
If the 82 Airborne is sent in my guess is it will be to protect the FEMA fools confiscating supplies donated by true Americans!? This current administration and Congress will only help illegal aliens and foreigners abroad! Americans are once again last as in never!!! Godspeed President Trump!!!

In fact, taxes appear to have two purposes, neither of which is funding public works. Punishing the middle class, and enslaving them through never allowing them to retain enough money to be free of the system unless they are leftists. Then of course, well you know the rest.
How these two ideas tie together is easier than it should be.
Governments in North America never have the money to do anything constructive cause tax money ran out, but they have infinite money to do things which are destructive. Let’s see how that applies to the recent victims of the hurricane in NC:

The hero of this movie is Tina Peters, County Clerk and Recorder in Mesa County, Colorado and an outspoken advocate for free and fair elections.

Tina is the heroine of the movie and she has a piece of ironclad evidence: disk image dumps of the election machines before and after the manufacturer tampered with it. Anyone who has looked at this evidence is impressed.
What happens is that “they” spin it around and make it look to the public (and law enforcement) like she’s the evildoer. This distracts attention from the disk image evidence.
How can you tell who is telling you the truth?
It’s easy. In almost all cases, it’s the people who are not camera shy.
Consider the following:
1. The Colorado Secretary of State refused to go on camera to answer any questions for the filmmakers
2. Tina Peters fully cooperated with the filmmakers
3. Tina Peters doesn’t have a horse in this race: she has never been involved in politics before her election.
4. The filmmakers do not have a horse in this race (they are focused on other issues) and are known for exposing truth
5. The evidence speaks for itself. Experts who have looked at the before/after hard disk images call it a “smoking gun.”
6. Tina lacks the technical skills to have pulled this off. Those who accuse her of modifying the records have yet to show who did the work.
7. Nobody seems to be able to explain how the corruption of the records happened if the manufacturer was honest.
8. The State doesn’t seem to want to pursue finding the individual responsible for modifying the election records.

With Katrina though, it seems to me it didn’t really get going until Kanye West made it about black people, and President Bush decided he needed to appear not racist.
With this disaster the people affected are mostly white, and the Harris administration has already stated that disaster relief should be based on race.
I remember with Katrina the government was saying they couldn’t get in due to flood waters, while Walmart was already sending trucks in.

I saw a video of that ‘copter pilot who was told to stand down. His copilot is his young son on the own ‘copter. They found a elder couple to rescue. Due to weight load, he and the lady left on the first ride out. Upon landing the sheriff said he was not allowed to go back and rescue anyone or he’d be arrested. He said he was going back for his copilot, which he did, but he had to leave the man behind. He was so angry. It was unbelievable. FEMA has a preferred “vendor” list that they use to deploy aid. Basically, a giant kick-back scheme. They will refuse to deploy aid through any other means. While that is not exactly “confiscation”, it wouldn’t surprise me if that was actaully occurring too.
The run-ins with FEMA and also state services are heavily reported by people on the ground. The videos of the actual confrontations seem few right now but more will probably be coming. The volunteers and rescue groups were totally unprepared to be challenged and obstructed by our own government. Why are we allowing the homes we live in, not commercial properties, to be taxed based on their value? It’s that also unrealized gains? It’s the kind of taxation where under the worst circumstances would lead to confiscation of a person’s home. Why is this a thing and why are we not fighting it with everything constitutional fiber of our being?
Another aspect impacting lending for Houses is TAXES.
As the price of a House GOES UP so do the property taxes which impact the LOAN EQUATION used to determine a borrowers ability to pay back a mortgage (as heavily as the increase in base costs). The tax jump can be nearly as steep as the base value of the property in question. It’s a double hit on prospective home buyers, especially in tight blue collar, middle class job market.
Note: Homestead Exemptions do not transfer for re-sold properties. This is a prime reason for so many “financial groups and brokers” being formed to buy bundles of homes for conversion to rental properties (especially if Federal Title VIII money or exemptions can be obtained).
The tax rates are way lower for commercial property, which is the classification given apartment complexes as well as rental properties in many localities.
I miss the “salad days” of sleeping in my truck or on a buddies couch while cleaning out foreclosures for the Hedgies after I nearly lost everything in the Orlando Housing Bubble of 07-09..

The most interesting data point learned from the “faux dock worker strike” was that the US Consumer went straight into panic mode over the dock strike, which was a strike hyped by politicians and media.
There were more than a few, buried interesting articles from domestic suppliers (e.g. Toilet Paper makers) that stated clearly the dock workers strike DID NOT IMPACT THOSE SUPPLIERS. So … to summarize … yep some off shore stuff would not be on the shelves but … subsistence level stuff would be there in sufficient supply. As for fuel … another boogieman that would right itself within a few days with domestic supply … but the cost at the pump shot up over 30-50 cents per gallon over night.

After joining in with fulsome praise for Trump’s VP pick, I’m now having some rising reservations about JD, our hero of the hour, post debate.
After hearing Vance’s post debate comment that he didn’t know how well he’d done until he saw his wife’s face, a red flag went up in my head, leaving a nagging feeling in my gut that I can’t ignore. I’ve said before that I find it strange he gushes over his wife at every single rally. (When seen together in public they are always tightly holding hands.) From that comment and other behaviors it’s clear how much sway she has with him. I don’t think I’m overstating it when I predict she’ll be co-VP if President Trump wins. And possibly co-President in 2028. It’s not about her religion. It’s that we know ZIP about her politics. She’s at least as brainy as JD and her stellar legal career reveals her close professional (and possibly personal) ties to individuals with dubious political leanings. I think JD’s lame response previously and at the debate about the 2020 election steal likely leads back to her.
I’m also now increasingly bothered that Vance didn’t do more to defend President Trump with precise facts. (Again, possibly, Usha’s influence.) He was good going after Kamala and articulating MAGA. But would it have been so hard to have cordially asked Walz if he had any idea why Pelosi refused the help of 1500 National Guardsmen that Trump offered to keep peace and order on January 6. He could have succinctly stated: “I don’t think most people know that Trump offered that protection and that it was refused.” That would have been a revelation for many viewers and have gone a long way to neutralizing any blame on Trump for the J6 disorder.
And then, is it really such a good thing that several in the liberal media and never-Trumper Republicans are now praising Vance? I wonder if they’re happy JD didn’t take any time to counter Walz’s nasty whoppers about Trump. Are they seeing an opening for future inroads and alliances? Oh dear.
