You have to wonder how the government collects data. I see in my neighboring state (Virginia), the “not current on rent or mortgage” rate is almost 50%. That seems unbelievable. The survey must exclude those who own property outright, so this is only for those renting or who hold a mortgage? How does that dovetail with what mortgage lenders and landlords are saying?
After the mortgage has been paid off, the rent we refer to as property tax never ends. No such thing as those who own property outright. “Rents” keep rising.

I seem to recall Sundance naming IG Horowitz as part of “The I/C Silo” which would go a long way to explaining his sitting on burying the “completed J6 report”. It’s damning, in fact. It all needs to be dismantled which will never happen.
