Seriously good you are taking charge of your health but if I can add a caution from years of taking and researching supplements, it’s good to check the sources of their ingredients. Lots of cheaper supplements get their ingredients from China and are not quality controlled. Lots of things in them that are pretty shady at best. . It might cost more to buy brands that are sourced better, but sometimes buying the less expensive ones doesn’t give you the best value nor the best bang for your health and might long term be non effective and /or unhealthy for people.
Part of the problem on good health care in this country is that the purchase of the things that really work and help are too expensively priced for the average person to use on a regular basis. We need that to change and we need the corporations that try to rip everyone off by using less effective and lower quality ingredients and parts to be flagged and held accountable for what they are doing. Hopefully PTrump (and RFKjr)gets this done when the election places them in charge again. We need access to good healthy food and high quality supplements that are priced for all people to afford.

We have some super dirty politics here locally in Indiana with an idiot for Lt Governor candidate who couldn’t get elected to any office on his own with the voters, so he made a shifty end run manipulating the delegates (delegates put in place by the Establishment) so he could handicap and infiltrate the Braun campaign for Governor.
I have personal interactions with this man and he is the biggest FRAUD and GRIFTER ever… affiliated with Charlie Kirk and that ilk. Awful, awful human being.
Causing me to change my Governor vote to Libertarian. I will always vote Trump, never Vance. I would have voted Braun, but will never vote for Micah Beckwith. They are either elected/or appointed. I have been an elected delegate. Many are appointed because not enough people step up to run for the position. In the Beckwith/McGuire contest the Establishment backed McGuire and actively campaigned against Beckwith. The RNC donated $500,000 to McGuire. None to Beckwith. Beckwith won through a lot of hard work, traveling the state and meeting with local precincts and representatives. I was inspired by his passion and effort. He had little money and no backing from the RNC I know Trump backed McGuire, but honestly, there is no way he could know the situation on the ground in our state. He said the NY case was important because his aps in every other state were based on the same NY address they used to throw him off the NY ballot after a long, long history of voting in NY, with no problems at all.
What I have learned about RFK, Jr. in all this is that he is an attorney who does not like to lose. He loves to brag about it. If anything, this is about WINNING a legal case against the corrupt NY KKKabal and their unmitigated unconstitutional attempts to deprive We The People of our rights.

Early voting by Republicans decreases the margin of error in how many fake ballots to submit. i.e. They still can make midnight “hockey stick” dumps but the the cheat look far less plausible.
“Banking your vote” is a crock.
It is used to get you to vote early so they can figure out in advance how much they need to cheat or throw away by BOTH sides of the UNIParty.
It is used to lull you into the trap of voting early so they can say “it’s so popular”, which they are already doing, then they can change next time it because it’s so popular. The same as they did with mail in voting. Wear them down, year after year.

Yesterday, I had promised my followers to run a search to see if Kamala Harris had ever argued any appeals — ever. Even just one.
I got busy but have now completed that task.
The short answer is “no, never.” I could not find any evidence she had ever argued an appeal.
I don’t know what families with growing kids are going to do.

The number of rejected challenges is stunning — nearly four times the margin of victory in the 2020 presidential race in Georgia. But it won’t increase any more, as boards enter a 45-day quiet period beginning this week and continuing through the election cycle during which no new challenges can be heard.
The AJC collected data from four metro Atlanta counties — Gwinnett, Fulton, Cobb and DeKalb. Despite the deluge of challenges, county boards have agreed to remove fewer than 50 of the challenged voters.
Challengers often tout their efforts as a way to purge voter rolls of outdated registrations [I’m sure “outdated” isn’t the correct term – W] which they say could be used for voter fraud. Concerns over voter fraud have been amplified by former President Donald Trump’s allegations of widespread election fraud, which have been disproved numerous times by recounts, investigations and court proceedings.
