Infamous DNC election manipulation operative Marc Elias is working furiously in the state of Pennsylvania to counter the disqualification of fraudulent ballots.
In the Keystone state, specifically the area around Pittsburg known as Washington County, multiple grassroots efforts have been underway to identify and disqualify fraudulent registrations. Essentially, ballot registration addresses using empty lots, businesses, P.O. boxes, abandoned buildings and WalMarts etc. Those registered ballots are being identified and challenged, creating what are called “defects” in the ballot.
The defective ballots are being culled and disqualified. With the designation of “received” being placed on the ballots rather than “cancelled.”
Elias and the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania on behalf of the Center for Coalfield Justice, the Washington Branch NAACP, and various Democrat interests have been appealing the identification and labeling of the (fraudulent) ballots. A court has granted Team Elias the ability to cure the ballot defect. Essentially, the voter is given the opportunity to fix the problem. [Story Here]
However, the question that exposes the scheme is very simple. How would a fraudulent registration (the voter), identified by mail address as an empty lot, ever know about the defect? Obviously, there would need to be some monitoring of the registration, identification and designation in order to cure the defect. Inside that monitoring you find the vote system that originates the defect.
Various DNC groups have registered fraudulent voters, fraudulent ballots.
Election integrity groups are identifying fraudulent registrations, and as a consequence fraudulent ballots.
Marc Elias team has asked for: (a) a designation to be entered into the election system that shows them the intercepted ballots. And (b) for an opportunity to vote provisionally. Their request has been granted.
The Pittsburgh fraudulent mail-in ballots cannot be fixed (cured). However, if the voter (a person) assigned to the mail-in ballot shows up at the polls they can vote provisionally.
So Net Good, then?
It appears to be a net good. Making someone physically show up to cure the ballot seems like an extra step that will significantly reduce ballot fraud.
NO, this just notifies them that their ballot is defective and allows them to come in to vote instead of just the State listing their ballot as “pending” or “canceled” due to that ballot error.
I don’t see how that does anything against fraud.
If they don’t come in to vote, their defective ballet will simply be cancelled as it would have been before, it’s just that they have a way to vote in place of the defective ballot vote.
Yet but at least they now need to show up, even with their NGO issued fake ID.
Perhaps they will be handed a warning, written in many languages, that any non-citizen that casts a ballot will be deported regardless of status.
It seems to me that whatever “names” are attached to fraudulent addresses, these are not “real” voters. They are “names,” with an address such as a 7-11 or a warehouse. A real voter does not live in a warehouse or a 7-ll. These are all fraudulent ballots and fraudulent voters. Anyone who is registered to vote must have a real address, i.e., not live in an empty lot with 15 other “names.” So it seems to me the democrats are going to have a very hard time “curing” anything. What they want is to add a hundred thousand “voters” to the rolls in a given state the day before the election (all with fake addresses), count them for Kamala, and then remove them the day after the election. This is what they did in 2020 and other elections.
There can be no “curing” of the ballot if whomever is listed has no real address. On the other hand, if they take a real voter and use his or her name and attach it to a fake address, in order to make the vote for Kamala, that is voter disenfranchisement. They can “cure”that by the voter correcting the address.
This kind of thing DID happen in 2020: people would go to vote on Election Day and were told, “You already voted.” Then they were not allowed to vote in the election. Most of these people, if not all of them, were Trump voters in 2020. If these people are given the ability to cure their inaccurate addresses with their correct address, it will stop them from being disenfranchised the way they were in 2020.
I do not see how this ruling helps democrats. The democrats are trying to overwhelm the voter rolls using immigrant names, for example, or people voting from overseas, and giving them fake addresses in order to come up with enough votes to beat Trump in every state.
Once the fake addresses are identified as fake, I don’t see how anyone can “cure” these fraudulent ballots. There are no real registered legal voters behind them.
But realistically, how many of these people, most of them having moved out of state or died, are going to show up?
This helps us in my opinion.
Shouldn’t they have to show an ID or voter card to prove who they are if they show up to vote provisional, of do they just assert they are the person and nobody checks?
The dims will just make up the fraudulent ballots lost in this manner with the “overseas” vote by mail fraud ballots which requires zero verification.

UOCAVA is blatantly Un-Constitutional. But I doubt it has ever been challenged.
If somebody is residing overseas they are clearly not residing in a US State. Only States, not the Federal government, can grant citizenship in a US State. The US Congress can grant citizenship in the US but not in a particular State. Even the 14th Amendment citizenship only applies to persons resident in a State.
Plenty of people are citizens of the USA but ineligible to vote for POTUS. People living in non-State territories like Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Amer Samoa, etc. are citizens by birth but cannot vote in presidential elections. Their territory has no electoral college votes. Only States get Electoral College votes (and DC per the ill-advised XXIII Amendment.)
So UOCAVA grants greater rights to people overseas, who may have never even set foot in the USA since maybe the day they were born, than allowed to people in the US territories.
UOCAVA also de-facto awards these overseas people citizenship in whatever State they designate. (totally un-constitutional)
Military voting would likely not be affected by an end to UOCAVA. Members of the military and their sponsored dependents can officially remain “resident” of their home State even while stationed elsewhere. They can register their car, keep their driver’s license and vote absentee from their home state. Soldiers away from home have been voting absentee since the Civil War. Wrapping the military under UOCAVA was a distraction nothing more.
I totally agree, and this issue needs to be challenged RIGHT NOW, before any of these votes are counted and mixed in with the other legitimate ballots making it impossible to separate them when they are declared unconstitutional.
If us here commenting about this absolute BS “overseas” ballot scam, can see it, surely there are well funded legal teams who should be drilling the unconstitutional allowance of this election theft technique.
One thing I found out in my county (when I asked why the record showed people voting weeks BEFORE ballots went out) is that UOCAVA allows online ballots. I haven’t confirmed that these are actually voting online, or just printing out the ballots and mailing them back, but either is REALLY bad. For instance,

Seems like these fraudulent ballots (they are not votes) can be filled out by a 3rd party and sent to certain precincts that are needed.
My understanding is that voter has to go to a polling location, check in and fill out a provisional ballot form. Provisional ballots have to go through a ballot board review process before being counted. They are not included in the tabulators. They are manually checked and the voter will probably have to go before a ballot board review.

IF Trump wins…
Trump should propose a constitutional amendment mandating a National Election Day Federal holiday. Everyone gets the day off, with pay, so they can vote. All businesses close. And it mandates:
– proof of identity and proof of identity must include on it a proof of US citizenship
– voting in person except in narrow exceptions (hospitalization, military, poll workers, first responders, etc.)
– bars the use of provisional ballots. You must vote in your registered precinct and prove you live there.
Didn’t register to vote where you live? Driving with an expired license (no current ID)? Trying to vote absentee without required justification? “Sorry, sir, you’re not qualified to vote today.”
You would see “blue” states turning purple within one election cycle.
The US Senate would pass a Juneteenth holiday where only banks & federal workers get a paid day off.
ChiCom Mitch has previously refused to even take up a national holiday for Election Day.
This is a GREAT idea! We should celebrate our freedom to vote. This is a great way to do that, also. We should keep this in mind and propose it to all our legislators once the next 6 weeks of chaos is over.

That is an interesting question. The only thing that’s in the Constitution about elections is that the laws for each state come from the Congress of each state. Why several states had wholly unconstitutional election laws in 2020 that were allowed to stand.
So President Trump could declare it a national holiday, but it is up to each state as to how they would handle it. I’m afraid many would reject it in the name of States’ Rights – and they’d have a good point.

The AJC collected data from four metro Atlanta counties — Gwinnett, Fulton, Cobb and DeKalb. Despite the deluge of challenges, county boards have agreed to remove fewer than 50 of the challenged voters.
The 45,000 challenges submitted since July added to the over 350,000 challenges filed since 2020. Almost all of the challenges are dismissed by county election officials.

United Sovereign Americans, Inc., a nonpartisan, all-volunteer election validity advocate group, and two Pennsylvania residents have filed a Writ of Mandamus, directed to Pennsylvania’s Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Bureau of Elections, the Bureau of Election Security and Technology, the Department of State, and the state Attorney General.
They have also named Attorney General Merrick Garland and the United States Department of Justice as additional “Respondents.”
They are claiming that the officials named above are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections.
They cite “the fact that Pennsylvania’s voter registration rolls, contained hundreds of thousands of potential errors at the time of the 2022 General Election… in the form of illegal duplicate registrations, voters with invalid or illogical voter history, voters placed in inactive statuses on questionable authority, backdated registrations, registrations with a modified date prior to registration, invalid or illogical registration dates, age discrepant registrants, and registrants with questionable addresses.”
Although not involved in this action, the Petitioners cite data from Audit The Vote PA, a non-partisan, non-profit organization. Although not a named petitioner, they also uncovered overwhelming evidence of registration problems in the 2020 and 2022 elections. For the 2022 election they found:
54,463 people voted in a county in which they were no longer living; and 8,177 people voted despite not actually living in Pennsylvania;
6,356 people were credited as submitting a mail-in ballot, but did not have any votes credited in Pennsylvania’s SURE system;
69,832 mail ballots were sent to an address unaffiliated with the voter’s registration;
18,589 people requested multiple ballots be sent to multiple addresses, with some people requesting additional ballots to be sent to up to four (4) separate addresses; and
5,492 registrations show as having two votes on record in two separate counties.
Out of 8,755,458 voter registrations, there was a total of 3,192,069 voter registration violations including:
20,097 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations
43,083 illegal or invalid vote history
28,256 backdated registrations
268,493 registrations where the period of active registration conflicts with the registration participation
448,335 invalid or illogical registration dates
633,508 illegal or invalid registration changes
154,913 registrants with questionable address
1,580,750 registrations with records altered after certification
They found 1,198,598 evident voting violations, and 1,089,750 unique votes impacted by apparent voting violations, including:
8,026 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations.
340,266 invalid or illogical registration dates
632,215 illegal or invalid registration changes
59,609 registrants with questionable addresses
138,291 registrants with altered votes after certification
And, I’ll wager, they’ll be as unsuccessful as the Georgia group was.
Shocking stats. There is no excuse or defense for any of this… which is why I pray the Trump Campaign has a PLAN to expose all this systemic fraud in real time.
Once in office –IF massive fraud can be overcome– we need PUBLIC commissions set-up to investigate the extreme lack of election integrity that now exists that does, effectively, disenfranchise the American people and has created a dictatorship… which is arguably treason. It’s a coup – the overthrow of the elected govt of the United States of America.

It seems odd that this is not already required.
It should prevent running a ballot through the machine multiple times.
The machine counted (votes) ballots will need to match the physical count.

In the case of Georgia,
republicans run the system in Georgia and have been running it for years.
The governor and republicans in charge of the voting were against this simple and common sense requirement.
Simply hand count the ballots at each precinct to insure the physical count of total ballots matches the number of votes counted by the machines.
Mmmmm… lots of elections recently, people went in person and were told they already voted by mail. If they insisted, they were told they could cast provisional ballots. These were never counted. They must have complete control over wether or not the provisional ballots count. For it here, against them there. Just my first impressions.

We have a lot of good people here in NY that are working feverishly to try and clean up our voting rolls before the big day.
When I started doing this 2 years ago I had NO idea just how complicated voting has gotten! It used to be so simple and easy like it is in other countries today.
We cannot let this crazy system continue. It must be President Trump’s first priority when he gets back in office, to straighten out our federal election system.
I have never seen so much cheating and fraud in my life and that’s saying something around here.

My understanding is that they are providing the evidence to various state AGs in the hopes they will do something positive.
Some states appear to be doing so, somewhat.
My understanding also is that they are retaining the evidence to be released to the public in near real time if any funny business goes on AND/OR turn over to parties that would have standing at state levels.
The circumstantial evidence that it is having a positive effect is this: why would Elias in Pennsylvania, and other leftist lawyers and organizations be firing off lawfare of different sorts in different states right now if it was not working with some degree of success?

Winston- I thought the whole idea with JV’s system was that all you had to do was to present the Board of Elections or the Secretary of State with the bad addresses and they would be forced to remove them. (at least in some states).
I also thought that it’s impossible to challenge a voter, but not the addresses which is the beauty of “fractal” tech.
PS- I am not a tech person so I am not sure that I have stated this correctly.
In Colorado Judicial Watch successfully sued to have the rolls cleaned, and the Secretary of State immediately…ignored the whole thing.

BTW, I looked it up and PA allows the use of a Student ID for their ID requirements. I doubt if a student ID specifies if you are a citizen. Nowhere in this story is it mentioned whether ID was affirmed or even requested, so a reasonable person could assume not.
The problems with the ballots and all the fraud has been well documented since 2020 by some of the greatest voter integrity groups out there.

If their ballot is defective and they don’t show up, their defective mailed ballot won’t be counted JUST AS BEFORE.
The only differences now is they will be able to tell online that their mail ballot was defective and they will then be allowed to come in to vote.
I don’t see how that does a thing to reduce fraud.
Ballots with addresses to vacant lots, PO Boxes, Walmarts, empty businesses have names of people on them, but those named people, whoever they are, do not live at those addresses. So how does this “voter”, who doesn’t live at the address, receive the ballot, fill it out, return it, and then find out it’s defective and won’t be counted?
LOL, yes, if ballot harvesters who are filling out ballots for “voters” from invalid (ineligible) addresses make errors not related to the invalid addresses and names, invalid because the addresses EXIST, but aren’t places with bedrooms which the vote counters won’t KNOW are addresses without bedrooms, their votes won’t be counted when they don’t show up because they can’t be contacted because they don’t exist… JUST as that deflective ballot vote wouldn’t have been counted anyway.
So, that does nothing.
However, it HAS come to me how the notification of defective mailed ballots could be helpful in fighting fraud – IF the Dims are marking valid mailed ballots as defective, the notification will allow the wronged voter to show up to vote.
Now they need face recognition software cameras to sort out the same person going in!

The Pittsburgh fraudulent mail-in ballots cannot be fixed (cured). However, if the voter (a person) assigned to the mail-in ballot shows up at the polls they can vote provisionally.

In April 2024, the board voted to adopt a new mail-in voting policy requiring the county to enter all mail-in ballots, including those which were already identified as defective and would not be counted, into Pennsylvania’s Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (SURE) system as “received” rather than “pending” or “canceled.”
The plaintiffs argue this action meant that voters with defective ballots would not receive notice that their ballot would not be counted or be given the option of either curing their mail-in ballot or voting in person with a provisional ballot on Election Day. The board also instructed election officials not to provide any information to voters who asked about the status of their ballots.

The way I read that is that people with mailed ballot errors will be informed there are errors instead of just seeing the ballot as being “received.” So, what’s the big anti-fraud help with that?
There will be far more fake ballots than physical people. Which means lots of provisional ballots cast by the same person in multiple locations. That is hard to do due to the logistics of moving people around to vote in person.

This feels like a fallback position by Elias, hoping he can win fights over provisional ballots later. And it creates opportunities for election observers and election officials to challenge voter legitimacy.
Not a clean win, but forces Democrats to do more work. The reason mail-in voting is better for ballot box stuffing is that it does not require a physical voter. Provisional ballots require a physical voter, which is easier for detecting fraud.
It also buys the D’s time in the chaos of the ballot counting/ curing/ notification issue to manufacture the needed ballots while it takes forever to count them.

The problem the ruling creates for Democrats is that provisional ballots are “in person” ballots. Mail in ballots are not. Anytime we force them to produce a body, that helps us, because it’s hard to replace 10,000 fake “mail in” votes with 10,000 real people. Even if some of those 10,000 use fake identities to cast ballots in multiple locations. They’re easier to spot, and they increase the chances that their provisional ballots will be rejected.
Sounds like it makes the cheating more difficult, not impossible.
Since these traitors have a list of a “defective” ballots, they just have a group of people walk in and vote.
Since there is no voter ID, the faker gives as name & address from the list. Then votes a new ballot.
Fakers are bussed to the next polling location.

I work provisional ballots in Ohio. This ruling does nothing to protect the vote if someone has used your vote first and when you go to vote you must use a provisional ballot. The provisional ballot will be returned to the board of elections for them to figure out which ballot belongs to the true voter, the first one or the second one. I would say in most cases if the person voting provisionally does not attempt to track their vote in the immediate days after the election for confirmation that it was counted it is most likely the first vote cast will be the one that counts. Provisional ballots are only really counted if the candidates are very close. This is my understanding.
Judge Brandon Neuman is working with Elias and Crew and to think otherwise is to be on hopium. This situation seems as a repeat of the 2022 midterm elections in which Republicans won seats in CA but then two weeks later the Democrats would due to Eric Holder’s ballot harvesting.
