Infamous DNC election manipulation operative Marc Elias is working furiously in the state of Pennsylvania to counter the disqualification of fraudulent ballots.
In the Keystone state, specifically the area around Pittsburg known as Washington County, multiple grassroots efforts have been underway to identify and disqualify fraudulent registrations. Essentially, ballot registration addresses using empty lots, businesses, P.O. boxes, abandoned buildings and WalMarts etc. Those registered ballots are being identified and challenged, creating what are called “defects” in the ballot.
The defective ballots are being culled and disqualified. With the designation of “received” being placed on the ballots rather than “cancelled.”
Elias and the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania on behalf of the Center for Coalfield Justice, the Washington Branch NAACP, and various Democrat interests have been appealing the identification and labeling of the (fraudulent) ballots. A court has granted Team Elias the ability to cure the ballot defect. Essentially, the voter is given the opportunity to fix the problem. [Story Here]
However, the question that exposes the scheme is very simple. How would a fraudulent registration (the voter), identified by mail address as an empty lot, ever know about the defect? Obviously, there would need to be some monitoring of the registration, identification and designation in order to cure the defect. Inside that monitoring you find the vote system that originates the defect.
Various DNC groups have registered fraudulent voters, fraudulent ballots.
Election integrity groups are identifying fraudulent registrations, and as a consequence fraudulent ballots.
Marc Elias team has asked for: (a) a designation to be entered into the election system that shows them the intercepted ballots. And (b) for an opportunity to vote provisionally. Their request has been granted.
The Pittsburgh fraudulent mail-in ballots cannot be fixed (cured). However, if the voter (a person) assigned to the mail-in ballot shows up at the polls they can vote provisionally.

One good solution would be to START OVER WITH THE VOTERS ROLLS. Cancel EVERYONE from the rolls. Make everyone re-register every 2 years. In person. Proof of Citizenship. Proof of Birth with certified copy of Birth Certificate. State Photo ID. 2nd Photo ID. Proof of tax return. Proof of utilities. Proof of address is a genuine residence and not an NGO HQ, Walmart, Church, Jail, College, vacant lot, etc.. Fingerprint (not sure, but to at least cross-reference felons). Social Security Card. Secret Password Answers to Questions that are personal and unique. And the ability to find your house on a computer map of your town.
It would force off the dead registrants. The “moved” registrants. The Illegal alien registrants, the perpetual “college” registrants, the felon registrants, and the ghost registrants in one big blow.
US Postal Service to only deliver mail-in ballots on if voter is registered, and has physical condition or occupation that can limit their attendence on the National Election Federal Holiday Day Off To Vote. Automatic red flag alerts if ballot mailed to NON Residence, vacant lot, unbuilt housing development.
Each ballot with unique serial code that can be tracked by voter.
Paper ballots only.
Body cams on all poll workers and observers.
No poll worker can ever be a former jailbird, felony conviction, illegal alien and must have high school diploma. National Guard guards every ballot box.
Every fraudulent voter minimum sentence 20 years. in ALASKA area federal prison.

As an election judge in Texas, this sounds like a fair compromise. I would probably have to know the RNC’s position to get a better understanding. Provisional ballots go through a ballot board review process before being counted. A voter has to physically go to the polling location and fill out a lot of paperwork. A homeless person on drugs will have a difficult time doing this. At the time of check-in, the system should indicate if they have already voted standard or provisionally. Provisional ballots also don’t go through a tabulator like a standard ballot. They are kept in a separate bag for ballot board review. I have worked many elections and provisional ballots are very rare. If Dems are counting on homeless drug addicts to get them across the finish line, they are in trouble. The RNC needs to keep track of these potential provisional ballots. I presume the number won’t be that many. My primary concern is that Dems will bus out of state voters and illegals to vote provisionally. The ballot review board needs to make sure these are valid voters.

Democrats have invented scores of voters for their ballots, they need to do all that they can to make sure that those bogus ballots stay available.
Part of the reason that we know about so much fraud is that in a large number of precincts there were more ballots counted than registered voters. So, ballots were being counted multiple times. Keeping these registrations raises the threshold for obvious fraud.
If they go through the provisional ballot process, a ballot review board will review every ballot. There needs to be Republicans on the ballot board to make sure there are not any duplicate ballots.

AFAIK, “homeless” are allowed to vote anywhere. Using a “residence address” as a requirement for voting probably isn’t going to fly.
In MN you need a residence address, unless you’re homeless, and you sign a register saying you reside there. If it turns out you don’t, you can be prosecuted.
The homeless have to give a description of where they live like “a tent under the freeway where it crosses Mainstreet.”
These grassroots efforts need to be done in Philadelphia as well, not just Pittsburgh.

Never forget that my once home state of PA voted in a dead man and a man in a serious mental tail spin in the last election. Or did they? Strong is the cheat in PA.
If illegals are being funneled into provisional voting, then it is vital that ballot boards can do citizenship lookups. If the voter is an illegal, then the ballot is not counted. If citizenship checking is not in place, the RNC should sue immediately. I hope they got citizenship checking as part of the verdict, but who knows with the RNC.

Don’t know your state, but typically poll “watchers” have strict rules on how they “watch” and how complaints are handled.
My state (Hawaii) doesn’t have precinct voting any more, but when it did, the “watcher” mainly had access to the poll books and could call party headquarters to advise status (allow party to call likely R voters). Other than that there was the pre-poll opening where the “watchers” observed the “workers” initiating the tabulating machine (my precinct was hand marked ballot run through a single tabulator, though I guess we did have a couple of electronic machines that voters could opt for. I don’t think these were too popular).
