Cite states’ election rules and court decisions – states forbidden to remove illegal voters from voter reg lists, some permitting non-citizens to vote, the problems w/these scanners, the mail-in ballot issues, that some states require no photo ID and why we need it. Your bank won’t give you a mortgage unless you prove, w/photo ID, you are who you say you are.
What are the provisions – bullet point terms- of the SAVE Act? Why do we need it? Maybe 5-10% of Americans know- read it, listened to the Floor debate on CSPAN. Who informs the public? The leftist MSM. WHY let them control the narrative?
PDJT has said repeatedly that he believes we must return to in-person election day voting, no computers, paper ballots and hand counting as we did for 235 years. USPS existed for most of those 235 years but you could not vote by mail? Why not? You couldn’t vote early either and have your cast ballot sit in computers and storage boxes for weeks/months at a time. WHY was that forbidden for most of our existence… but now it’s safe/secure?
Americans NEED to know the details (facts, stats, charts, court evidence) re: WHY our current election system is untrustworthy and effectively designed to make election fraud easy to commit.
If our elections are rigged, inauthentic, they we dp live in a dictatorship… and have no recourse except civil war. I don’t want that.
I have tried multiple times to explain these election system problems to my sphere.
The response is… “60 cases and Trump lost them all. He is the one lying and refusing to accept he lost the 2020 election fair and square.”
It’s hard to refute that b/c they are 60 different cases, in different states, with different judges including ones appointed by Trump. They can’t all be corrupt judges… but most are … OR … the state election laws themselves are so overtly corrupt ir insane that applying that law merely enshrines bad leg election law.
I believe these WH formal official fireside-type chats by PDT… will be even more effective IF PDJT wins, overcoming the massive election fraud we expect to occur. Even winning, the President is determined to conduct investigations and reveal the election fraud to the citizens. AS POTUS he could conduct just ONE “Fireside chats” –official report from the WH, a mini state-of the union re: various individual problems that exist and what needs to be done to FIX them. Lay out the evidence – use the court case evidence that no Americans ever saw or read bc it was hidden from 85% of Americans by the MSM.
Only the RESULTS were broadcast. It’s a lot of evidence of election fraud tactics. Present it – it’s enough to PERSUADE Americans that we really do have systemic election integrity problems in every state.
Create WH websites for each matter that requires solution. LIST the election integrity problems state by state. Permit… comments by the public, ask for SUGGESTIONS for how to correct each states’ election integrity issues. Most americans do not know WHAT these problems are. Conduct forums, include the public. They will then be invested in a resolution. Link this WH site to social media platforms. Maybe PROPOSE corrective measures – state by state. Let the public analyze these measures. Both sides will weigh in… which is a good thing AND it’s UNIFYING for the country. We need to TALK debate discuss matters together again, not merely remain in out own D or R silos.

And, many states accept signature verification to vote (eg., PA). The verifiers in 2020 accepted any and all signatures regardless of how different they were from the signature on file.

As a HS teenager, I practiced my father’s signature till I got it almost exact … so that… I could write myself late slips, excuses… and it worked great.
Bobby Kennedy had a suggestion: every American cituzen would be issued a picture ID voting card. Good idea but really time consuming. I can see many Americans not wanting that hassle. Still, do you want authentic elections more than you don’t want to be annoyed getting a photo voting card?
The Left will gladly design you an answer: a biometric dna-based voting ID. Along with that comes your CBDC account and guaranteed monthly income. You can be sure no one can steal your vote… unless the UN-sanctioned election centers adjust it.
Only a worldwide meltdown will stop it regardless of this election.
In AZ they said they did signature verification. However, in Kari Lake’s cases it was proven that workers were taking only 1-3 seconds to verify, in some instances less than that, they just kept clicking not even really looking at the signatures.
Paper ballots, one day voting with identification and checked to a voter roll is the only way to ever have a free and fair election. If France can process 7+ million in one day and report the results, our individual states could certainly do the same.
This is what we are up against. They know they cannot win without cheating, lying, and stealing.

I already have a photo ID. It’s an “enhanced” driver’s license required in WA state. Why can’t that ID be sufficient to vote?
An ID specific to voting would not be a “hassle” or annoying. It would be one more way the government can track me. Hard pass.

Only thing I’d like to point out is that the argument can be made ( though I won’t here ) that FDR helped to expand government, and with the “New Deal” used as partial remedy to the depression – one caused by the very same bankers that have gutted this nation in favor of moving American business out of America we see today. FDR ushered in WPA and the TVA etc and they were needed, infrastructure was built! so that case can be made. But so to could the argument that was the beginning mission creep of “Communism Lite”?!
Did it “help”? Sure. Did government expansion ever cease and instead grow into the unruly behemoth it is today? No, it did not. We could eliminate 50% of Fed government carefully and expeditiously today and I suggest that would ironically have many of the same benefits that FDR’s drastic measures at expansion thru gov’t programs etc did.
Also, Americans hung on every word uttered by the President back then, after a couple years of increasing depression era conditions. FireSide Chats were really the only way FDR could speak in “real” time. People as hungry families huddled around tube type Westinghouse radios as the only source of “information”.
Information they had no cause to “doubt”. This is also key relative to POTUS reviving them. The same number of doubters exists as they do today.

Look up the depression of 1920-21. It was over in 18 months because Warren Harding did not mess with the money supply. The crash of 29 was the result of the gubmint messing with the money supply and the price of gold.

Of the 60 cases, the vast, vast, majority of them were dismissed for “lack of standing” or a timeliness issue.
Hard to lose a case that never gets heard. But can you imagine that a major party candidate who presents masses of verifiable election fraud doesn’t have standing?
And of the cases that were dismissed due to being moot, as in, it’s too late, in some cases those were brought before the election and were dismissed then as being premature.
CTH readers remember the angst of the you’re too early/you’re too late excuse to refuse to hear a legitimate claim.
And when the SC declined to hear the Texas case, since the SC has primary jurisdiction over claims between states, that was the ultimate blow for those who hoped for a fair election or a remedy for a prima facia dirty one. That was plain error.
All this to say that President Trump didn’t lose 60 cases.

That puts the state legislature and SecStates on notice too… bc NOW the citizens know what the problems are.
Likely 85%+ of Americans have no idea WHAT the evidence of election fraud was in 2020. They only heard the RESULT. 60 cases; all failed. The people don’t know why they failed. We do.
An investigation should be conducted re: 2024 too bc we know the dems/rinos will be engaging in a LOT of election fraud this year too. Even BETTER if PDJT says we will have investigations into election fraud in 2024 even though I won. It doesn’t matter. We must extricate all these many ways election fraud is conducted.
It has been my understanding since those days that here were actually 29 or 30 cases, the number was inflated because each of the initial rulings was appealed. At the time I heavily relied on Margot Cleveland at The Federalist and Leslie McAdoo Gordon for these issues; most of what I gleaned was from a little blue bird account I had until the first month of 2021.
At any rate, no judge heard the evidence. (Or maybe ONE did and it went nowhere.) either in the initial filed cases or the appeals.
I also recall that Trump himself (or his team) filed one case; the remainder of the cases were brought by citizens and grassroots groups.

In accordance with the Constitution the States are in control of elections and procedures. That’s because the Fedgov was too small and poor at that time to run elections. Anything Trump MIGHT be able to do will amount to executive orders which, as we have seen, can be eliminated the second he leaves office and will probably be ignored, challenged in the courts, and otherwise obstructed as they were during his first term.
Like I’ve said, Trump would need dictatorial powers to fix anything lasting through, for example, raids of executive and legislative branch offices and the immediate firing of personnel.
However, there are Fed rules about voting/election accuracy… which are currently being ignored… by both halves of the UniParty. Go figure…
That’s why step 4 in THIS is needed.
Trouble is, we can’t get there because the voting system we need to fix can’t be fixed until we get there and we can’t get there until the voting system is fixed.

As an older person many of my friends and family are pensioners and do not want to rock the boat, even if the boat is sinking. Their mindset is “I’ve worked 30-40-50 years, I’ve got mine and I want to golf/tennis/fish/bowl my life away” in the “normal” this is what we all want, this is part of the American Dream.
Our situation as a nation and a world is anything but normal and in our trust in the “American” system have a false and tenuous grasp on reality. Keeping in mind that these retirement funds are controlled by the same people that demand that if a little boy wants to be a girl or vice versa, it’s cool, in fact they push it and fund it.
Black Rock, Vanguard, State Street, I know there are others, but these are the primary investment firms with controlling interest in 700 of the Fortune 1000, followed by Berkshire-Hathaway aka lesser demons.
I contend this is why Bud Lite, Disney, Sports Teams, Entertainment, education, politics, etc. do what they do. Always follow the money.
My point, do you believe they wouldn’t hesitate to stop most pensions or use that money for some other harebrained glo-bull- ist cause. Remember Jessie “the slogan master” Jackson in the 80’s with his Rainbow Push Party saying there are trillions just sitting around in selfish pension funds that could be used for the needy.

I Voted to Secure our Federal Elections from Illegal Voters This past week, the House voted on a continuing resolution (CR) to avoid a government shutdown at the end of the month, keeping the government open through March 28th and pairing that extension of funding with the SAVE Act, an election integrity measure to ensure only American citizens vote in our elections. While I voted yes, the bill unfortunately failed, and the usual powers that be are rewriting a short-term CR through December with a number of unknown spending increase additions known as “anomalies.”
I have been as clear with House leadership as I have been with you; I will not vote for a CR unless the SAVE Act is included. CRs are bad fiscal policy, excluding Congress from implementing much needed spending reform. This last CR was only made palatable when it included a strategic chance to secure our elections. A short-term CR into December runs the risk of a full-year omnibus, which is even more dangerous than a CR, and undermines the options for the incoming majority that the People elected. Adding new spending in the form of anomalies also run afoul of the very purpose of a CR, which is to continue the previous year’s spending. No matter what the version is, without the SAVE Act, I will oppose any “clean” CR and keep you informed as this process plays out.

House Passes Bill to Overturn EV Mandates
On Friday, I voted in favor of H.J.Res.136, a Congressional Review Act resolution of which I am an original cosponsor, which would nullify the Biden-Harris Environmental Protection Agency’s tailpipe emissions rule that would require approximately two-thirds of all consumer vehicles to be zero emission by 2032. The rule effectively aims to eliminate consumer choice by mandating the manufacturing and sale of electric vehicles and forcing gas powered vehicles out of the U.S. market.
This rule is yet another example of an out-of-control bureaucracy that seeks to implement a radical environmental agenda which millions of Americans do not support and cannot afford. Thanks to the Biden-Harris administration’s disastrous economic policies, countless Americans are forced to pay astronomical prices to afford groceries and fill up their cars with fuel. This rule will only serve to bankrupt America and force our country into energy poverty. I am proud to say that the resolution passed the House of Representatives, and it is my hope that the Senate quickly considers and passes this necessary legislation.

In my area (liberal western Washington), they are planning for significantly reduced vehicle ownership. Most people don’t read what the government planners publish on the government websites. The published plan here is for removing street lanes to replace them with bike lanes and dedicated bus lanes, adding bus stations, replacing street lights with roundabouts, and forcing most new construction to be mixed-use and partial low-income. They added a tax here a few years ago, which the idiots approved unthinkingly, which will fund this nonsense and makes riding the bus free.
They are working on “fixing” the bus stops now, preparing to reduce driveway access so the bus lanes can run without conflict.
I am so tired of idiots who approve taxing and spending without thinking.

Higher-density, multi-story rentals and condos, above retail space, much of which goes vacant, because the sidewalks are occupied by druggies, crazies and drunkards. Bus lanes, bike lanes and outdoor seating for restaurants take up roadways designed for auto traffic. Also, the roadways themselves cannot handle the heavy loads (especially, due to heavy, battery-powered vehicles) and are always crumbling.
Some Americans think the new construction of so much affordable housing will benefit them. They don’t understand that it will go to third-worlders imported especially to ‘diversify’ American cities.
My grandparents moved to N. Hollywood in the late 1940’s. We emptied and sold the house after my grandfather passed in 2020. The neighborhood had gone from being wonderful (all neighbors knew each other, well-kept, friendly, quiet) to having small homes replaced with apartments with no parking places, people living and shooting up on the street, gunfire and home break-ins with no police response, their friends being mugged leaving church… I used to love visiting the place, will never set foot in the state again.
Tell me about it. A few years back our zoning laws changed from 1-4 family residential to multi-family high density, mixed use developments. Neighboring residents were sold a bill of goods about the increased tax revenues and restricted use, both of which were quickly lifted before the developments were even finished.
Developers received federal funding and thirty year tax breaks (so much for increased revenues) and anybody and their brothers, mothers, sisters and cousins can -and does- live there.
Voter redistricting took place shortly afterward, forever cementing these Demonrat hellholes.

A very important ruling (Chevron …) recently handed down by the Supreme Court should continue to help to reverse this trend. It says that Courts must no longer “defer to the agency,” and that agencies cannot set up their own “courts.” Laws must be created and passed by Congress. The EPA can no longer “pass a tailpipe-emissions rule” which says that there must henceforth be “no emissions.”

However, here’s my problem with the way it’s being done:
1. Why isn’t the GOP/RNC funding it instead of individuals, a GREAT question.

I don’t understand why America can’t just adopt similar immigration policies as most other countries in the world. Mine is a small example, but I have lived in 2 foreign countries in my life, Bermuda & Canada. You should have seen the visa process we went through to get to Bermuda. Full background checks, full physicals, had to be sponsored by my company, had to have a paid open ended ticket back home, and had to prove we had a legal and official place to stay when we arrived. One of my colleagues got a DUI on his moped (driving on the wrong side of the road) and was deported the following day, no questions asked. My husband couldn’t work there, but luckily found a cash job where he was able to make a little pocket money. Also, you cannot own property in Bermuda if you are non-Bermudian, except for the top 10% valued homes, which were all in the multi-millions. Ross Perot lived there, for example as did Michael Douglas & Catherine Zeta Jones.
Canada wasn’t quite as strict, but most of the same things. The biggest thing with Canada was that in order to rent an apartment there, we had to sign a 2-year lease and 3 month deposit. And of course, needed to be sponsored by my company. My husband could not work there.
We have strict immigration policies. They are being broken, run over and ignored. That is what the DIMs/UNIParty do.
They flood the system so they can claim it needs fixing, by the law breakers, of course. More money, more lawyers, more judges, more translators, more headhunter NGO services, etc…

This is how Kamala Harris rules, as Vice President, running the Senate. And the way they have it rigged, if the government shuts down, a few park rangers stay home and the rest of the government doesn’t skip a beat. So vote to change the Senate.
Do not entirely agree. The House, not just should, but must pass all 12 spending bills. This then puts the senate in the frame. Up to you Mr Senator to pass the bills, act on the bills, or shut down the government. We, the House, have done what is required. If the senate does not act – its on them. Period.
Passing “some” bills is just performance theatre, which is part of the marionette strings absorbing attention from the actual events. Part of the play which pretends the House is “doing” something.

As a general rule, anytime we read an election-cycle solicited letter from retired functionaries, replete with their grandiose former titles, we should completely discount it.

Worse still, the illustrious left-wing economists blindly doubled down on public fears of what soon would be crippling price hikes due to the massive borrowing: “Some, however, have invoked fears of inflation as a reason to not undertake these investments. This view is shortsighted.”
In 2024, the academic economists were back at it again, this time manifested in media speak as “sixteen of the world’s most notable economists—all Nobel Prize winners.”
They were now signing another letter for the very opposite agenda: warning that a putative President Trump’s third term would spur inflation by way of his supposedly reckless spending proposals!
Yet the worst groupthink letter of supposed authorities was the now infamous and abject lie spread by the supposedly illustrious “51 former intelligence officials.” In weaselly language, they pontificated that Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation”—an emphatic assertion designed, however, by the word “earmarks” to shield them from the charge of lying, which, in fact, they knew that they were.
More recently, we saw another such letter with the same-old, same-old boilerplate. Lots of names (100!) of supposedly “retired” Republican “national security figures” emphatically endorsed Kamala Harris.
We no longer have a southern border, given the directorship of Border Czar Kamala Harris. We have no idea where or who some 10 million illegal aliens are who entered the country under Harris—after she and Joe Biden blew up an inherited 2020 secure border from Trump.
No matter. Our Republican experts nevertheless assure us that Trump “is unfit to serve again as President, or indeed in any office of public trust,” while Harris, they insist, has “consistently championed the rule of law, democracy, and our constitutional principles.”

Oops. Last week the SEC accidentally published internal commentary along with a speech by Chair Gary Gensler.
Here’s one of the comments which was mistakenly included:
“I strongly recommend that a sentence be placed here (or somewhere [sic] in the first part of the speech) to reassure markets that you are not making the speech because you think there is an imminent crisis.”
These internal comms were quickly deleted from SEC.gov, but not before the page was archived for posterity.
Unfortunately, in this market, there are some excellent reasons to interpret the remarks in a cautious light. Let’s start with the latest data on unrealized losses at banks.
Notice how small the losses during the global financial crisis appear in comparison.
These are unrealized losses on banks’ bond portfolios, primarily caused by the Fed’s rapid interest rate hikes. When rates rise, the value of existing bonds (with lower yields than new bonds) falls. This is what caused the failure of Silicon Valley Bank.
Unrealized losses stand at $512 billion as reported by the FDIC, down from a peak of around $655 billion. The data has improved a bit, but bank balance sheets remain stressed at historic levels.
The would be killer of Trump left a letter about the Assassination, with offering money for someone else to finish the job.

SECRETARY BLINKEN: Well, good morning, everyone, and welcome again to High-Level Week here in New York.
I think many of us are starting this day with what is a vitally important meeting, one that is not only timely but, I would even say, urgent.
And I first want to thank my friend, my partner, my co-chair, the Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani – thank you so much, my friend, for doing this – and to welcome our other friend and colleague, the new foreign minister of Ukraine. Welcome. It’s very good to be with you today as well.
We have collectively, as G7 and other partner countries, worked to mobilize resources over the last couple of years for Ukraine, for its people, to ensure that they have the energy supplies that they need and that the country can deliver those supplies to the people who need them.
Just over the last couple of years, going back to February of ‘22 and the Russian invasion, the G7+ countries have mobilized more than $4 billion.
We’ve had new announcements just in the past month from Germany, from the Netherlands, and others.
As for the United States, over $1.8 billion since February ‘22. Recently we’ve redirected $324 million toward emergency energy sector support, and as well we have the $500 million that were announced by Vice President Harris just this past June.
And I was in Kyiv with my friend just a couple of weeks ago with additional announcements of support for more than $300 million.
Now, this money is important, but what it really means is it translates into practical necessities to help our Ukrainian friends get through the coming months, and particularly getting through the winter.
We have once again not just the prospect but the reality of Putin weaponizing winter, weaponizing the weather, to use energy as a weapon in his efforts to subjugate Ukraine.
And we know that the upcoming winter will be challenging, which is why our countries have been working together every single day to help ensure that Ukraine has what it needs to get through the winter.
So today we’ll discuss exactly where we are and where we need to go on an urgent basis in the days and weeks ahead – repairing and replacing things that are taken out by Russian bombs and missiles; protecting the different facilities on the grid; getting more power, distributed power, to Ukraine; mobilizing companies to make sure that they’re doing their part; working with the Europeans and the energy grid in Europe to make even more energy available to the Ukrainians.
We’ll discuss these and other priorities as we head into the winter, but the bottom line is this: Every country around this table – and so many more – stand strongly and firmly with Ukraine.
We’re determined to see Ukraine’s success. We’re determined to support its people as they face this ongoing aggression.
