Went and got some Trump signs yesterday had to pay 5 bucks a piece for them.
Last election they were free. Here in Ohio. I guess it’s because they know it’s a red state . 🤷🏼♂️

By the way, we kept our 2 big Trump signs. My wife just changed the last zero in 2020 date to a 4, and nobody noticed the difference!

I was wondering why there are hardly any signs up this year in NE FL, but that would explain it.
I know that support is as good or better than previous years, just judging by how vocal everyone is in their support at the Grocery Store, Gas stations, etc., etc.
The Republican party used to give out presidential sign sat local headquarters but did not do so in 2016, all the while keeping Ted Cruz posters in the windows and none of the nominee Trump.
2020 party said had some signs but then said all gone when went to pick up some. Funny thing is there were no signs around town. Nada.
Party has not changed even if seem to behind President Trump. Since they have to produce signs, we will pay for them, hoping to limit the amount out in circulation. Or if all sell out, they made money off their enemies, the Trump Supporter.
The party is only using President Trump to build their coffers. Faux Support.
Just back from cross-country trip, Oregon to Maryland. Lots of rural territory, so no surprise that Trump signs were EVERYWHERE. The only Harris signs we saw–and there were few–were in urban areas. Saw one Biden sign and one Kennedy sign.
It’s so much fun to drive across the country- or a whole State- during election season when nearly every sign is for your pick!
Same thing happened to me back in 2016. Every single sign was for Trump, until Tallahassee where, we finally saw a Hillary sign mixed in. hahaha!!!

When I was a preschool teacher, briefly a public school teacher, and a public librarian we were not allowed to express political opinions or wear politically identifiable clothing, buttons, etc. I retired 9 years ago. A lot has changed apparently.
It would be an interesting study to see how much copy paper is used by public schools during election years versus off-cycle years.
I lived next to a MA public school in 2016. When Trump won the election cars filled the parking lot and all the lights were on at 2am.
It happened several times after that with late night meetings any time Trump would say something that outraged the left, all in a taxpayer funded school building.
Why rent a function hall when you have keys to a school building and nobody is going to challenge you for being there until 2am.

An independent Nevada news outlet found that a $50,000 grant of Zuckerbucks was awarded to Douglas County, Nevada (the Carson City area of Nevada) to cover some election costs. The reporter also found out that the requirement by the Zuckerberg organization requires county commissions to approve the application and acceptance of such grant awards – and that the county commission knew nothing about this money.
