What I heard Vance say was that “the story was the ballots” and the harvesting. Not that the machines were hacked per se.
It would seem to me that both were in effect, but that the major component of the fraud was indeed, the manufactured ballots.

First, I don’t think Trump even says election machines were actually “hacked”….only that they can be. Also, Dominion has been suing anyone who says they were hacked. Trump campaign does not need that right now.
We are two months out from the election. Trump campaign is trying to win over the undecideds and independents right now (base voters are secure). There are political strategem in play.
Independents don’t think the election was stolen, much less that machines were hacked) and don’t want to hear that during the run up to the election.
I live in a swing state and dems are running election denier and J6 Insurrection ads against Trump right now. JD Vance’s wording effectively counters their rhetoric against Trump.

In August the FDA approved a new monkeypox “vaccine.” It doesn’t just have the mRNA in it, it has the whole gene package to make the mRNA. This is supposed to be so it doesn’t take a large dose; it’s administered like the old smallpox vaccine was (that left a circular scar on your upper arm); and it’s supposed to have fewer adverse effects.
But they used a LIVE vaccinia virus in this “vaccine.” Someone who is vaccinated will shed this virus, complete with gene package, for two weeks. People in contact with the “vaccinated” person could pick it up without knowing about it.
I guess they forgot the whole bit about the requirement for informed consent to be vaccinated. So much for medical ethics.
This means that I, who will refuse all mRNA “vaccines” because I am a cancer survivor and do NOT want a turbo cancer from an mRNA “vaccine,” can unknowingly get one WITHOUT my knowledge and consent and which could kill me. Thanks a lot. /s

I’m not a Vance fan and am not defending him,but if you listen to the clip posted earlier, Vance said he thinks in 2020 they used ballots and not the machines. So he wasn’t saying there was no cheating but rather was giving his view on how it was done.
