I am thinking someone with a laser device.
I saw that the initial speculation was some kind of laser. But supposedly some of the victims also have facial burns, so speculation was leaning more toward some sort of chemical irritant. It’s all very murky. It does not sound like anybody has any samples or evidence of what kind of chemical and/or laser was used.
The victims were all seated close together from a section where a Hispanic group was seated.
That is a very curious note that those with sunglasses were not afflicted the same as the others.
