If you get beyond Laura Ingraham’s severe fan-girling for her “top gov” hero, within this interview segment you will notice that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis says the FBI blocked state investigators from the fence line crime scene.
Apparently in Georgia and New York the federal government defers jurisdiction to New York and Georgia prosecution over federal matters surrounding President Trump, but in Florida the feds assert unilateral jurisdiction over the assassination attempt of President Trump.
In essence, in New York and Georgia the Biden administration (DOJ) don’t care what the state does against Trump’s interests; however, in Florida the Biden administration (DOJ) are concerned about what the state might do to defend Trump’s interests. Imagine that. And yet Merrick Garland says the DOJ operates without political motives?

Ingraham: Now, Governor, I want to turn to another topic because we were relieved to hear that you are doing your own independent investigation in Florida concerning the second assassination attempt on President Trump. My question to you tonight is, are the feds being cooperative with your investigation? Are you concerned that you’re not getting the information you need?
Gov. DeSantis: The answer is no; they’re not being cooperative. Yes, I am concerned. For example, we were rebuffed—our investigators were rebuffed just going to the fence line outside of Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. I think they’ve taken the position that they don’t want the state of Florida to be involved in this. But here’s the thing: there were multiple violations of Florida law across multiple jurisdictions.
We believe at least three judicial circuits where this guy, Ryan Routh, committed potential violations of Florida law. We have a duty to investigate this. We have a duty to bring the appropriate charges. And we also have a duty to inform the public about how this happened. So, I don’t anticipate them being cooperative. I think they’ve just taken that position, and that’s unfortunate.
Even though I’ve been very clear—the state of Florida is going to do an investigation—I haven’t disputed their right to investigate as well. It’s the federal government. He was in their protective custody as a presidential candidate but let us do this. Hopefully, that will change. But I can tell you right now, Laura, we have not received much of a receptive response.
Ingraham: Very disturbing. By the way, we have Routh’s mugshot, where he looks to be slightly smirking. He’s a very strange individual, to say the least. But we’ve heard other FBI agents, former agents, and governors say they find it odd that in both the first assassination attempt and the second, there’s almost an immediate response from the feds saying, “Oh, looks like he acted alone,” or, “We really don’t know what the motives are here.” Does that strike you as strange?
Gov. DeSantis: Yeah, I don’t think the public has confidence when that is being done. As soon as we got word of this on Sunday, I told our state law enforcement guys to save all of his social media because, you know, Facebook will delete it. The tech companies will delete it. Right, get his digital trail, store that, because we need to know how he ended up in Florida to begin with. What path did this guy take to end up in those bushes trying to assassinate the former president of the United States and current Republican nominee? How did that happen?
We haven’t gotten answers about Butler, and we haven’t gotten answers about things like the Las Vegas shooting from many years ago. So part of our investigation will be to provide evidence of his motive, evidence of his associations, and evidence of his beliefs. I think it’s very important that the public gets the real story.
Ingraham: Yeah, well, the FBI has shredded its own credibility. And Governor, thank goodness you’re doing an investigation. I was so happy to hear that. It’s wonderful to see you tonight. Thank you so much.

He wasn’t acting alone. Another suspicious detail is he wore a pink shirt. Almost like he knew even if he was spotted he would be allowed to do his thing, so why bother to wear camouflage?
The big question is how long will he be allowed to live.We can forget about the FBLie exposing any real details about his connections, but will FL be able to discover anything in their investigation before there is another “security camera failure” ?

I’m kind of skeptical of long political podcasts, with two people shooting the breeze for well over an hour or two. Even if I like and respect both people speaking.
I think there are still too many people out there who need to entertain themselves by listening to others talk. These podcasts are like the modern version of political talk radio. And there’s a whole audience of people who are addicted to that sort of thing.
You can’t do that much thinking and analyzing if all you’re doing is listening to others go on and on.
I think reading the comments on top sites like CTH is much more stimulating and interactive.
For myself, it is the ‘reading’ of transcripts that embeds the point. Part of this is because of my ‘hampered’ hearing, and part of it is the rapid speech that seems to be a ‘norm’ these days. I can, however, listen for hours, if need be, to someone along the lines of Dr. Robert Malone, Jan Jekielek at American Thought Leaders, and a few others.
And PDJT has contributed Yugely to this awakening. For all his numerous great accomplishments, the accelerated awakening may have been his greatest contribution to the U.S. citizens.
His tenacity and taunting has been necessary and effective to draw out all the RINO/Uniparty/WEC snakes in the grass. And Sundance has been his spotter-in-chief for the public.

Merchan can not sentence President Trump period! The Supreme Court made two rulings directly aimed at the Trump cases including the New York case.
A: A former President of the United States cannot be even indicted until hearings are held to determine what evidence and witnesses can be presented to a grand jury.
B: Nothing that the President said or wrote while in office can be used as evidence in court or presented to a grand jury for indictment.
C: None of the President’s appointees or aides can be used as witnesses against him.
D: The President’s conversations with the Vice President are exempted from use against him.
E: No action taken by the President as part of his official duty can be used as evidence against him.
F: Sarbanes-Oxley Obstruction can only be used in csses involving financial fraud related to stock market manipulation.
In the New York case Merchan had allowed evidence and argument which violated every single one of the Supreme Court prohibitions involving presidential immunity!

In the second attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump this summer, the Biden-Harris Justice Department has rushed to charge Routh in a two-count criminal complaint alleging federal firearms offenses.
These are obviously not the main crimes here: This appears to be a case of attempted murder of a major-party presidential candidate.
Naturally, we have the makings of a prosecutorial turf war.
Attempted murder is a state crime — a very serious one in the state of Florida, where murder is a capital offense. From a public-interest perspective, the case should be charged as attempted murder.

DeSantis could have moved in immediately and forcefully. He would have had the Martin County Sheriff on his side who initially had custody of the perp and the car. That also would have shamed Palm Beach Sheriff into cooperating. And what could the FIBs have done in the face of resistance? Not a lot. Go to court…
But no. He waited until the FIBs glommed everything and control of all the evidence before announcing the “investigation”. I’m so pissed off.

Was there any evidence he had been in that spot before?
How did he know that no-one protecting Trump would “clear” that perfect spot for an ambush on the 6th hole’s approaching fairway and green for 12 hours before Trump was playing through?
Why did the media say had he had been “camping”, when he hadn’t been camping, he was lying in wait, hiding, like the typical murderous villain?
Why was he so stupid to be wearing a salmon-colored shirt that would obviously stick-out from the natural colors of the surrounding vegetation and underbrush?
Because he knew that he’d be performing his getaway — busting back out of the bushes, past the palm trees, running across 4-lane Summit Blvd., jumping in his closely-parked vehicle, and speeding away down to S. Congress Ave. (where he got stopped at the light, enabling the female witness to photograph his license plate) — in the middle of the day, and that it would look a little weird if he’d been dressed in camo’s or a Ghillie suit?

Exactly when did Trump make plans to play the round with Steve Witkoff (who lives in New York, and would have to make travel plans), and for how long had it been on his personal, private schedule?
How many people, and exactly WHO knew that the round of golf had been planned?
Was it Sean Hannity’s big blabbing mouth that tipped off Routh that Trump would be playing? (he’d been invited to play, but declined because he was such an awful player, prior to the game actually being played)
The secret service had known for years that paparazzi would sneak through the bushes at that very ambush place to take pictures of famous people playing the course (when famous people decide to play a round of golf, there are obviously other persons who know or learn about it, and so naturally, word leaks out sometimes), and so why did nobody from the SS think to check out this particular spot until Trump was approaching/on the 5th-hole green?
Why did the secret service guy who spotted him miss hitting him from less than 10 feet away?
Why had they not sent a thermal-imaging drone around the perimeter of the course prior to the round teeing-off?
If — and it’s a big if — someone nefariously from the U.S. government was in on it, what was the plan to “neutralize” Routh had he been fortunate enough to take out Trump?

I think this investigation consists of two people. Number One is a FL State LEO who calls the FBI field office once a day and asks “will you hand over your information to us?” Number Two is Ron DeSantis, who goes on Con Inc media and complains that the FBI is stonewalling and not cooperating.
