I don’t know about the death penalty, but I’d at least like to see that smug liar Jen Psaki go to prison for a good long time, because she’s already admitted to breaking existing law as well as violating our First Amendment rights. Ok, now how about all the people who are dead because folks like Berenson and others pointing out that certain known drugs might work, masks were worthless and particularly that both ventilators and Remdesivir WERE proved worthless all the way back to the first couple of months for the vents and by the WHO for Remdesivir — and in those two cases both were in fact reasonably tagged as direct and indirect causes of death?
Obviously a dead person cannot sue and no matter what their next-of-kin gets the dead are still dead.
In other words that’s irreparable harm so here, three years later there is no recovery possible since the corpses of those who are deceased have long since been eaten by worms.
This is the flaw in “sue sue sue” when such cases arise. The only appropriate penalty when the original offense leads to people being dead is criminal conviction followed by immediate public execution because (1) the other person is dead, and dead-for-dead is reasonable and (2) the threat of being dead if you do it again is a reasonable deterrent concurrent with the risk to the person harmed in the next instance, never mind that the specific monster who did it can’t do it again where money damages never do anything to either prevent a second act by that specific monster or deter others.

You do know McCarthy, for all his RINO faults, did negotiate 1% across the board cuts if Congress continued with the Continuing Resolutions. This is far better than Johnson delivering Pelosi’s budget plus billions more.

“Area Code 833 is a toll-free telephone area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). It is used for toll-free numbers, meaning the person making the call does not pay for the call; instead, the receiving party pays. It entered service on June 3, 2017.”
I received a call with an 833 area code. I did not answer it, I didn’t recognize the number. They left a voice message, a recorded call from Kaiser Medical. I doubt that Kaiser would be making reverse charge robo-calls. It smells like a scam.
Maybe Act-Blue trying to get money to the dims or another one of the crooks that Que Mala let in has learned a new way to steal from us.
Last week my local pharmacy sent mail asking if I wanted special exclusive deals on food items in exchange for sacrificing my HIPPA protections giving them the right to share and “market” my information to 3rd parties who have no obligation to respect my privacy rights. Wonder if anyone else received anything similar.
If at all possible, sounds like a good reason to never use that pharmacy, and let them know why both at the local and corporate level.
