WASHINGTON – U.S. prosecutors unveiled criminal charges on Monday against two alleged leaders of a white supremacist gang, saying they used the Telegram social media site to solicit attacks on Black, Jewish, LGBTQ people and immigrants aiming to incite a race war.
The group, dubbed “The Terrorgram Collective,” used the site to celebrate white supremacist attacks around the world and solicit racially motivated violence, prosecutors said in an indictment unsealed in federal court in Sacramento, California.
Dallas Humber, 34, of Elk Grove, California, and Matthew Allison, 37, of Boise, Idaho, each face 15 criminal counts, including soliciting hate crimes and conspiring to provide material support to terrorism. (read more)

I watched an interview of Pavel a few months ago. He defended free speech, seemed like good honest guy with courage like Musk. He’s young too.
I read the NY Post article quickly. I didn’t see any quotes re: what the alleged white supremacists actually said.
Inciting actual violence against anyone regardless of race, religion, sex, etc… would be a crime and all such posts should be removed… but we really don’t know what was said.
We are forced to, again, accept the secret judgment of the FBI… who will say: ‘we can’t discuss a case under investigation” as they usually do now.

The term “inciting” necessitates a qualitative assessment. If we have learned anything from history, making judgements based on qualitative and therefore not specifically defined criteria is a weapon of tyrant wannabe’s.
